    Wie beweist man einem Darwinisten die Existenz Allâhs?'Aqîda (Islâmische Glaubensgrundlagen) > Tauhîd Ar-Rubûbiyya (Die Aufrechterhaltung der Einheit Allâhs in Seiner Herrschaft)

    Wie beweisen wir Menschen, die nicht an Allâh den Erhabenen glauben, dass Allâh existiert (sie glauben an die Darwin Theorie)?
    Antwort
    Der Lobpreis ist Allâhs! Möge Allâh Seinen Gesandten in Ehren halten und ihm Wohlergehen schenken!

    Und nun zur Frage:

    Die gesamte Schöpfung mit ihrer perfekten Ordnung ist ein Beweis für die Existenz des gepriesenen Schöpfers. Der Mensch selbst ist einer der größten Beweise für die Existenz Allâhs, des Gepriesenen. Der Mensch wurde aus dem Nichts erschaffen. Er durchläuft im Bauch seiner Mutter viele Stufen und Phasen. Danach kommt er in diese Welt und durchlebt die Stadien seines Lebens. Dies alles geschieht entsprechend einem festen unveränderlichen Ablauf. Daher wird im Qurân auf die Wunder im Menschen hingewiesen: "Und in euch selbst. Seht ihr denn nicht?" (Sûra 51:21) Dies ist ein Gedankengang.

    Ein weiterer Anstoß: Betrachten wir einmal eine der einfachsten Erfindungen der Neuzeit: die Glühbirne. Kann man sich eine zufällige, eigenständige Zusammenfügung ihrer Einzelteile vorstellen, so dass daraus dieses einfache Gerät entsteht? Wenn dies unmöglich ist, wie soll man sich dann die Entstehung dieser Welt mit ihrer Ordnung und Genauigkeit ohne einen Schöpfer, der absolut vollkommen ist, logisch vorstellen können?

    Betrachten wir einmal folgende Worte Allâhs: "Oder sind sie etwa aus dem Nichts erschaffen, oder sind sie (gar) selbst die Schöpfer? * Oder haben sie (etwa) die Himmel und die Erde erschaffen? Nein! Vielmehr sind sie nicht überzeugt." (Sûra 52:35-36)

    Hier sagt Allâh zu denjenigen, die ihren Schöpfer leugnen: Ihr Menschen seid vorhanden, und das ist eine Realität, die ihr nicht leugnen könnt. Genauso die (sieben) Himmel und die Erde, daran gibt es keinen Zweifel. Es ist logisch, dass alles Vorhandene durch eine Kraft in die Existenz gerufen wurde. Diese Tatsache verstand sogar ein Beduine, der sagte: „Der Kamelmist deutet auf ein Kamel hin und die Spur auf eine Person, die dort ging. Weist da nicht der Himmel mit seinen Sternbildern und die Erde mit ihren Wegen auf den Allwissenden, den Allweisen hin? Wie kann man dann behaupten, der Himmel, die Erde, oder man selbst seien ohne einen allmächtigen, allweisen und allwissenden Schöpfer entstanden, in Dessen Hand alles liegt?"

    Der Erhabene sagt: "Sprich: Wem gehört die Erde und wer auf ihr ist, wenn ihr es wisst? * Sie werden sagen: „Es gehört Allâh." Bedenkt ihr denn nicht? * Sprich: Wer ist der Herr der sieben Himmel und der Herr des gewaltigen Thrones? * Sie werden sagen: „Es gehört Allâh." Sag: Wollt ihr denn nicht gottesfürchtig sein? * Sprich: In wessen Hand ist die Herrschaftsgewalt über alles, Der Schutz gewährt und gegen Den kein Schutz gewährt werden kann, wenn ihr es wisst? * Sie werden sagen: „Es gehört Allâh." Wieso seid ihr denn einem Zauber verfallen?" (Sûra 23:84-89)

    Einen Beweis für die Existenz des gepriesenen Schöpfers erkennt man beim Betrachten dieser reichhaltigen Schöpfung. Oder wenn man in ihr umherwandelt, um ihre tiefere Weisheit zu verstehen. Allâh, der Erhabene, sagt: "Sprich: Zieht umher auf Erden dann seht, wie Er die Schöpfung begann! Danach bringt Allah die letzte Entstehung hervor. Fürwahr, Allah ist aller Dinge mächtig." (Sûra 29:20)

    Und der Erhabene sagt: "Schon bald werden WIR ihnen UNSERE Zeichen an den Horizonten und in ihnen selbst zeigen, bis es ihnen deutlich wird, dass es die Wahrheit ist. Genügt es denn nicht, dass dein Herr alle Dinge bezeugt?" (Sûra 41:53)

    Allâh, der Erhabene, hat Seine Schöpfung dazu aufgefordert, diesen Planeten zu entdecken und seine Geheimnisse zu erforschen, damit der Glaube an deren Schöpfer zunehme. Der Erhabene sagt: "Und auf Erden gibt es Zeichen für die Überzeugten * und in euch selbst. Seht ihr denn nicht?" (Sûra 51:20-21)

    Die Darwin Theorie allerdings ist nur eine Theorie, die nicht der Realität entspricht und nicht als wissenschafltiches Gesetz anerkannt wird. Die offensichtliche Realität widerspricht ihr. Wäre diese These richtig, so könnten wir beobachten, dass viele Tiere und Menschen nicht nur durch Fortpflanzung, sondern auch durch die „Evolution" entstehen. Die Anpassungsfähigkeit, die wir in der Schöpfung beobachten, wie zum Beispiel beim Chamäleon (es passt seine Farbe der Umgebung an), ist eine angeborene Fähigkeit. Einige Geschöpfe verfügen darüber, andere hingegen fast gar nicht. Diese Fähigkeit ist jedoch bei allen Geschöpfen begrenzt und überschreitet ihre Grenzen nicht. Somit ist diese Anpassungsfähigkeit artenspezifisch angeboren und nicht das Ergebnis einer Weiterentwicklung, die von der Umgebung geprägt wird, wie es die Anhänger dieser Theorie annehmen. Sonst würde daraus folgen, dass sich die Umgebung auch auf die Entwicklung der Steine und der Böden und andere unbelebte Dinge auswirkt.

    Die Darwin-Theorie widerspricht sich selbst, weil es kein Zwischenstadium zwischen dem Affen und dem Menschen gibt. Die Evolutionstheorie setzt voraus, dass es verbindende Glieder zwischen den einzelnen Stufen gibt. So etwas gab und gibt es nicht.

    Wieso hat sich denn der Affe eigentlich nicht auch zum Menschen entwickelt? Er lebt weiterhin neben dem Menschen, genauso wie die Fische, Vögel, Insekten und Kriechtiere.

    Viele Wissenschaftler haben diese Theorie bereits widerlegt und entkräftet: So sagt Dr. Sorial in seinem Buch "Das Wanken der Darwinschen Lehre": "Die fehlenden Bindeglieder zwischen den Biologiestufen existieren nicht. Sie fehlen nicht nur beim Menschen oder den ihm untergeordneten Stufen, sondern auch zwischen den primitiven Lebewesen, den sogennanten Einzellern, und den Mehrzellern, und auch nicht zwischen den Weichtieren und den Wirbeltieren. Auch zwischen den Wirbellosen und den Fischen und Amphibien finden wir keine Verbindung, und auch nicht zwischen letzteren und den Kriechtieren und Vögeln oder den Kriechtieren und den Primaten. Hiermit habe ich sie entsprechend ihrem Auftreten in den geologischen Zeitaltern aufgeführt." (Zitatende). Auch viele Naturwissenschaftler haben diese Theorie widerlegt: Zu ihnen gehört Dallas, der (zusammengefasst) sagte: "Die Aufwärtsentwickung durch die natürliche Auslese trifft nicht auf den Menschen zu, daher müssen wir einräumen, dass der Mensch erschaffen wurde", und Ferko sagt: "Es wird uns hier die Tatsache verdeutlicht, dass der Mensch und der Affe weit voneinander entfernt liegen und es uns nicht möglich ist zu sagen, dass der Mensch ein Nachkomme des Affen oder anderer Tiere sei." Meghert sagte nach langer intensiver biologischer Forschung: "Die Lehre Darwins ist nicht stichhaltig, sondern gleicht eher kindlichen Gedanken." Huxley, ein Freund Darwins, sagte: "Die Folge aus dem, was wir an Beweisen haben, ist, dass es niemals eine Pflanzen- oder Tierart gegeben hat, die sich durch die natürliche oder künstliche Auslese von selbst weiterentwickelt hätte." (Zitatende). Darüberhinaus gibt es noch viele ähnliche Aussagen anderer Wissenschaftler.

    Ein weiterer Punkt ist, dass die Darwin-Theorie nur die Entwicklung der Lebewesen bespricht. Was ist dann mit den anderen großartigen Geschöpfen Allâhs, wie der Sonne, dem Mond, den Sternen und Planeten und deren Umlaufbahnen, Entfernungen und Größen? Auch wenn man sich die Meere, Flüsse und Wälder unserer Erde betrachtet, wird dies deutlich.

    Wenn diesen Leuten bewusst wird, dass Allâh, der Erhabene, tatsächlich existiert, so ist die logische Konsequenz dieser Erkenntnis, dass man sich Ihm nähern möchte, indem man Ihm dient und sich darum bemüht, Ihn zufrieden zu stellen. Gepriesen und erhaben sei Er!

    Leider hat sich die Angewohnheit verbreitet,islamisches Wissen ohne Beweise weiterzugeben.Jedem ist es sicher schon mal passiert,das man ohne authentische Quelle gesagt hat, "Der Imam hat gesagt..." , "Mein Mann hat gesagt...".Der Islam jedoch besteht aus dem Koran und aus der Sunnah des Propheten (sallah Allahu aleihi wa salam).Wir dürfen kein islamisches Urteil (Fatwa) ohne Beweis geben, auch keine Antwort "einfach mal so".

    Denn wie schwerwiegend ist es über Allah subhana wa tahla oder über Seinen Gesandten (sallah Allahu aleihi wa salam) zu lügen!

    [3:94] "Und diejenigen, die danach eine Lüge gegen Allah erdichten, sind die Ungerechten."

    [6:21] Und wer ist ungerechter als derjenige, der eine Lüge gegen Allah ersinnt oder Seine Verse für Lüge erklärt? Wahrlich, die Ungerechten erlangen keinen Erfolg.

    Ali (radiya Allahu anhu) berichtete:
    Der Gesandte Allahs,Allahs Segen und Heil auf ihm,sagte:lügt nicht über mich;denn wer über mich lügt,der geht ins Höllenfeuer!

    (Der Imam Ibn Hadschar schließt in seinem Kommentar noch folgende Bedeutung ein:Belügt mich nicht,bezichtigt mich nicht der Lüge und verbreitet keine Lüge über mich.)Sahih Muslim

    "Über mich zu lügen ist nicht wie über irgendjemanden zu lügen.Jemand,der über mich Lügen erzählt wird seinen Platz in der Hölle einnehmen."Buchari 1229
    (der Hadith ist mutawatir)

    Einige Gelehrte sind sogar der Ansicht,dass jemand,der absichtlich eine Lüge über den Gesandten (sallah Allahu aleihi wa salam) erzählt,zum Kafir wird,andere sagen,dass es "nur" eine der großen Sünden (Kabir) ist.Dies ist unter anderem abhängig vom Inhalt des Erzählten.

    Oder wie ernsthaft ist die Angelegenheit,etwas zu behaupten und einer folgt dieser Aussage und praktiziert den Islam falsch und gibt das falsch Gelernte sogar noch weiter!(Eine Tatsache,die über die Jahrhunderte zu vielen Irrtümer und falschen Praktiken geführt hat)

    Um zu sagen,was halal und was haram ist,bezieht wir uns auf das Wort Allah,die Sunnah,die Aussagen der Sahaba und Schüler der Sahaba,also den ersten Generationen des Islam,und dem Idschtihad (der Urteilsfindung) der Gelehrten,die sich dabei auch auf die eben genannten Quellen der Scharia berufen.

    Es ist auch nicht erlaubt,eine Aussage oder Fatwa zu geben,die auf blindem Folgen von Meinungen (ohne Beweise) beruht,denn der Nachahmer ist kein Alim und darf daher keine Fatwa geben.Ibn Batta sagte zum Beispiel,dass man solch eine Fatwa nicht weitergeben darf,die man gehört hat,sondern nur für sich selber verwenden soll.
    Man darf generell keine Meinungen weitergeben,wenn man deren beweise nicht kennt.Und selbst wenn man deren Beweise kennt,sollte man sich damit zurückhalten,weil man die Argumente und Beweise anderer Meinungen nicht kennt und somit nicht sicher abwägen kann,was nun wirklich den Quellen des Islam am ehesten entspricht.
    Wenn wir in den uns bekannten Texten keinen Hinweis finden,so müssen wir uns an vertrauenswürdige Gelehrte wenden,deren Meinungen wir wegen den Beweisen befolgen,nicht weil wir uns emotional an sie gebunden fühlen.

    Diese Gelehrten sind als einzige dazu fähig,Idschtihad zu machen,oder Analogieschlüsse zu ziehen,denn sie beachten allgemeine Grundsätze der Scharia,sehen,was gut und was schlecht ist,und beachten Notwendigkeiten,Ausnahmen usw.
    Natürlich ist es meist einfacher und schneller zu sagen"das ist so und so",aber warum bringt man nicht den Beweis dazu,wenn man es doch angeblich weiss!
    Wissen wir etwas wirklich ,dann müssen wir dazu auch den Beweis kennen,andernfalls wissen wir es nicht und müssten uns erst einmal selber informieren,bevor wir andere dazu verleiten,das Unsichere zu praktizieren.

    [Surat Al-An'am Aya 116] "Und wenn du der Mehrzahl derer folgst,die auf der Erde sind,führen sie dich vom Wege Allahs ab in die Irre.Sie gehen nur Vermutungen nach und raten nur (statt Sicheres zu wissen)."

    [6:144]{...}?"" Wer ist also ungerechter als der, welcher eine Lüge gegen Allah ersinnt, um die Leute ohne Wissen irrezuführen? {...}

    [10:36]"Die meisten von ihnen gehen nur Vermutungen nach.Und Vermutungen helfen hinsichtlich der Wahrheit nichts.Allah weiss Bescheid über das,was sie tun."

    Der Islam besteht aus Beweisen,denn ohne Beweise kann sich jeder selber seinen "eigenen kleinen Islam" zusammenschustern und davon profitieren auch die verschiedenen Gruppen und Sekten inner_ und außerhalb des Islam.

    [31:6] Und unter den Menschen gibt es solche, die leeres Gerede vorziehen, um (Menschen) ohne Wissen von Allahs Weg hinweg in die Irre zu führen, und um damit Spott zu treiben. Solchen (Menschen) harrt eine schmähliche Strafe.

    Soo Leute sorry das ich in den letzen Tagen eon wenig abwesend war, hab mir heute mal den ganzen Tag ein paar Interviews,Zeitungsberichte , und sonstiges über ein paar Rapper reingezogen.....was im Moment hier abgeht wie viele von diesen erfolglosen Rapper auf kay los gehen um ihrer Karriere wieder ein funken Hoffnung zu geben, egal wer es ist ihr seid kein wenig authentisch kein bisschen Real versucht mit eurem chatgangster Getue ein wenig Aufmerksamkeit zu bekommen um einen Beitrag bei RapUpdate - Das Magazinzu bekommen,eine Nachricht von bushido wo ihr ihn bei Twitter markiert und schreibt was für ein Bastard kay doch sein sollte,,,,aber mal ehrlich ihr versucht die Karriere von Kay One zu beenden aber schaut euch clubgigs rein wie er jeden Club in Deutschland voll macht ,2014 legt er sogar noch ein drauf die ersten Konzerthallen werden gefüllt ihr könnt noch so oft wie ihr möchtet Dinge im negativen über ihn posten könnt ihn noch so hassen wie ihr möchtet aber eins kann ich euch sagen ein Karriere Ende seh ich nicht im geringsten jetzt erst recht dreht er durch und eins kann ich sagen abwarten was noch alles kommt... Macht doch mal Sachen die wichtig sind, sonst vergisst man schnell die Dinge die für den Rap richtig sind, Punchlines, Doppelreime und Wortwitz sind doch entscheidend, Ich seh' das Game erwartet noch viel schlimmere Zeiten, Doch wir versuchen, das gue wiederzubeleben, Damit auch OldSchool wieder beginnt zu leben, Es wird schwierig werden, doch ich versuche Punchlines zu bomben, dann wird irgendwann auch wieder der Rest zur Vernunft kommen, Das Rap nicht davon lebt wie viele Weiber du fickst, sondern, wie viele gute Reime du in einen Text kickst.

    Deutschland „Der Ökoislam kommt", „Neue Energie für die Gläubigen", „die Pionier- Moschee" – was für Schlagzeilen! Und ein Jahr danach? „Klar hat sich der ganze Aufwand gelohnt", sagt Şenay Altintaş heute. Sie gehört zum Vorstand der Darmstädter Emir-Sultan Moschee, wo jeden Tag etwa 100 Muslime beten. Und sie ist Ingenieurin und war eine derjenigen, die sich dafür stark gemacht haben, dass die Moschee, die seit 35 Jahren in einem Darmstädter Industriegebiet steht, vor einem Jahr zu einem grünen Vorzeigeprojekt wurde. Das weiß gemauerte Minarett mit schwarzen Fugen erhebt sich in den Himmel. Davor steht das Gemeindehaus. Auf dem Flachdach sind 41 Solarpaneele verankert – für 20.000 Euro. Im Jahr produzieren sie nun 9.000 Kilowattstunden Strom. Damit laufen Computer, wird Tee gekocht, und dann bleibt immer noch Strom übrig. Der selbstgemachte Ökostrom mindert den Ausstoß von klimaschädigendem Kohlendioxid – und auch die Stromrechnung sieht günstig aus. Ist das der Grund, dass sich so viele Nachahmer gefunden haben? In Marburg ist gerade der Grundstein für ein neues Gotteshaus gelegt worden, der Architekt hat eine Photovoltaikanlage vorgesehen. In Norderstedt sind Minarette geplant, in die Windräder integriert werden, und der Koordinationsrat der Muslime machte dieses Jahr den Umweltschutz zum Motto des „Tags der offenen Moschee ". Altintaş sagt, das Kostenargument sei wichtig. Dies habe in Darmstadt jetzt vor allem die älteren Mitglieder überzeugt. Sie seien diejenigen mit den meisten Bedenken gewesen. Den Jüngeren aber sei es von vornherein um mehr gegangen – um ein positives Bild des Islam. „Wir können ein Zeichen setzen: Wir nehmen unsere Verantwortung für das Leben hier, unsere Mitmenschen und auch für unsere Umwelt ernst", meint Altintaş. Saidy Naiem ist Altintaş' Studienkollege. Er hat die Photovoltaikanlage auf dem Darmstädter Flachdach mit konzipiert und mit angeschraubt – in seiner Freizeit. Es ist nicht sein einziges Projekt. Naiem hat den ehrenamtlichen Planungs und Beratungsverein NourEnergie gegründet (Nour ist arabisch für Licht). Er macht das mit neun anderen Muslimen, acht davon sind Ingenieure, einer ist Anwalt. Sie haben auch in der Weinheimer Mevlana Moschee, 50 Kilometer von Darmstadt entfernt, eine Photovoltaikanlage installiert; diese liefert im Jahr sogar 18.000 Kilowattstunden Strom. Ihre Vision: Mehr dieser Projekte in Deutschland, aber auch in Afghanistan, in Togo, in der Türkei. Warum sie das machen? Naiem: „Der Prophet Mohammed sagt: Der nützlichste unter den Menschen ist der, der den Menschen am nützlichsten ist." Im Koran und in den Sätzen des Propheten finden sich zahlreiche Aussagen zum Umweltschutz. Die geplante Moschee in Leipzig-Gohlis und grüne Mappe. Bild: dpa So werden Muslime angehalten, bei rituellen Waschungen kein Wasser zu verschwenden. Das wissen in Deutschland allerdings nur wenige. Muslime gelten nicht als große Umweltschützer, eher schon als Fahrer dicker Autos. Bei dem Gedanken lacht Naiem. „Dicke Autos fahren alle", sagt er. Aber natürlich sei noch viel Überzeugungsarbeit nötig. Muslime in Deutschland hielten Umweltschutz vielfach „für Luxus". Für alle gilt das längst nicht mehr. Vor drei Jahren haben sich mehrere muslimische Studenten zur Umweltschutzgruppe Hima zusammengeschlossen. Anfangs sei das nicht leicht gewesen, erzählt Kübra Ercan aus dem Vorstand. „Haben wir nicht andere Probleme? Diskriminierung, Kopftuchverbot, Familienpolitik?", das seien so Fragen gewesen, die ihnen entgegen geschmettert wurden. Doch heute hörten sie dies „fast gar nicht mehr". Hima ist etabliert. Für die Darmstädter Moschee organisierten sie letztes Jahr die Einweihungsfeier. Kein Wegwerfgeschirr. Halal-Häppchen, die bio, fair und regional waren. Für 13 Moscheen haben sie dieses Jahr zum Tag der offenen Tür schon Konzepte, Vorträge, Workshops entwickelt. Sie beteiligen sich am europäischen Projekt „Green up your community", mit dem Moscheen grüner werden sollen. Und sie bieten faire Bio-Brunchs an, manchmal auch zusammen mit der jüdischen Initiative „Jews go Green". Und sie wollen weitermachen, etwa eigene Label für Bio-Halal-Produkte und weite Frauenkleidung aus umweltverträglichem und fair hergestelltem Material gründen oder ein eigenes Stück Land kaufen. Denn: Hima bedeutet „Naturschutzgebiet". Hima und NourEnergie sind bereits von „Zahnräder" ausgezeichnet, einer Plattform für die Vernetzung islamischer Initiativen. Der Wirtschaftswissenschaftler Ali Aslan Gümüşay von „Zahnräder" empfiehlt den Initiativen allerdings, ihre Dienstleistungen nicht mehr nur ehrenamtlich, sondern hauptberuflich anzubieten: „Sie könnten viel mehr Leute erreichen". Naiem hält dem jedoch entgegen: „Wir werden zu Vorträgen an Unis eingeladen und die Leute kommen, weil sie wissen: die reden nicht nur. Wir erreichen sie, weil wir keinen Profit aus dem ziehen, was wir tun." Uneigennützig. Engagiert. Doch eine Frage bleibt.     Syjonizm (od nazwy wzgórza Syjon w Jerozolimie, na którym stała Świątynia Jerozolimska) – ruch polityczny i społeczny, dążący do stworzenia żydowskiej siedziby narodowej na terenie Palestyny. Syjonizm doprowadził do powstania państwa Izrael w 1948 r. Współcześnie jego celem jest także utrzymanie jedności narodu żydowskiego żyjącego w rozproszeniu i jego więzi z Izraelem. Ruch zapoczątkowany w końcu XIX wieku miał wiele nurtów i postaci, powszechnie utożsamiany z syjonizmem politycznym, interpretowanym w różny sposób: jako nacjonalizm żydowski, rasistowski, jako ruch narodowowyzwoleńczy, wreszcie jako ruch religijny. Poza syjonizmem politycznym mówiono o syjonizmie duchowym, którego celem była nowa tożsamość żydowska (Ahad ha-Am), odrodzenie języka hebrajskiego (Eliezer ben-Yehuda) i powstanie literatury i kultury w tym języku. Syjonizm od początku był przedmiotem krytyki zarówno ze strony innych ruchów żydowskich, jak i nieżydowskich. Zasadniczy konflikt, nierozstrzygnięty do dziś, trwa między syjonizmem a palestyńskim ruchem narodowym, nacjonalizmem arabskim oraz fundamentalizmem islamskim. Termin „syjonizm" pochodzi od słowa „Syjon" (hebr. ציון), będącego jednym z określeń na Jerozolimę i Ziemię Izraela, wspomnianym w Biblii. Został on utworzony na opisanie żydowskiego nacjonalizmu przez austriacko-żydowskiego dziennikarza Nathana Birnbauma. Założył on pierwsze stowarzyszenie studentów-Żydów Kadimah Słowo „syjonizm" zostało użyte po raz pierwszy przez Birnbauma w jednym z pierwszych numerów wydawanego przez niego w języku niemieckim czasopisma „Selbstemanzipation" w 1890. Sam Birnbaum później odwrócił się od syjonizmu, przez pewien czas był zwolennikiem autonomizmu, aż w końcu został sekretarzem generalnym antysyjonistycznego religijnego ruchu Agudat Israel. Od czasu utworzenia państwa Izrael, termin „syjonizm" używany jest na określenie przede wszystkim wsparcia dla niego jako żydowskiego państwa narodowego. Jednakże istnieje cały szereg ideologii, czasem ze sobą sprzecznych, które popierają istnienie Izraela, ale różnią się fundamentalnymi założeniami. Mowa tutaj m.in. o syjonizmie religijnym, rewizjonistycznym i socjalistycznym (nazywanym także syjonizmem pracy). Czasem termin „syjonizm" używany jest w znaczeniu pejoratywnym. Zgodnie z twierdzeniem historyków takich jak Walter Laqueur, Howard Sachar i Jack Fischel, w pewnych przypadkach, określenie „syjonista" stosowane jest przez antysemitów, chcących zaatakować wszystkich Żydów. Syjonizm należy odróżniać od terytorializmu, który był nacjonalistycznym ruchem wzywającym do utworzenia żydowskiej siedziby narodowej, jednak niekoniecznie w Palestynie. Na początku XX wieku pojawiało się wiele propozycji odnośnie osiedlania Żydów poza Europą (Żydzi na Madagaskar - przyp. Redakcji), jednak większość z nich stosunkowo szybko została odrzucona. W wyniku tego wykrystalizowała się jasna wizja dążeń syjonistycznych. Historia Od I wieku n.e. większość Żydów mieszkała poza Palestyną. Tylko niewielka ich liczba stale przebywała na terenach, które były kiedyś ich państwem. Zgodnie z doktryną judaizmu, Żydzi powrócą do Eretz Israel po przyjściu mesjasza. Pomimo tego twierdzenia, w XIX wieku pojawił się ruch religijny postulujący wcześniejszy powrót do Ziemi Izraela. Uzyskał on znaczące poparcie. Nawet przed 1882 rokiem (gdy wydana została książka Autoemancipation Leo Pinskera), uważanym za datę pojawienia się syjonizmu praktycznego (politycznego), Żydzi imigrowali do Palestyny. Nie były to procesy masowe, ale dochodziło do tzw. presyjonistycznych aliji. Świecka idea powrotu Żydów na tereny ówczesnej Palestyny oraz utworzenia niepodległego państwa żydowskiego pojawiła się pod koniec XIX w. w środowiskach europejskich i rosyjskich Żydów. Początkowo ruch, na czele którego stanął dziennikarz Theodor Herzl, dyskutował nad utworzeniem prawnie zabezpieczonej siedziby dla ludu żydowskiego w dowolnym miejscu (rozważano projekt utworzenia takiego państwa na terytorium dzisiejszej Ugandy). Związane to było z kryzysem w zabiegach dyplomatycznych syjonistów, dążących do wywarcia wpływu na Imperium osmańskie, w granicach którego znajdowała się Palestyna. Potem jednak za bardziej realistyczny uznano projekt kolonizacji Palestyny – ziemi związanej historycznie i religijnie z narodem żydowskim. Herzl przedstawił w 1896 r. w pracy pt. Judenstaat (Państwo żydowskie) wizję przekształcenia Żydów – prześladowanej wspólnoty etniczno-religijnej w świecki naród, którego państwo będzie podobne do innych państw europejskich. Syjonizm był przede wszystkim odpowiedzią na narastające nastroje antysemickie w okresie rozkwitu ruchów nacjonalistycznych w Europie i niepowodzenia asymilacji. Idea powrotu do Syjonu miała też źródła religijne – jak już wspomniano, według judaizmu mesjasz doprowadzi do powrotu Żydów z wygnania (galut) do ich starożytnej ojczyzny. Osobny artykuł: Światowa Organizacja Syjonistyczna. W sierpniu 1897 roku na I Światowym Kongresie Syjonistycznym w Bazylei (Szwajcaria) powstała Światowa Organizacja Syjonistyczna. Ruch wysunął hasło: Ziemia bez ludu, dla ludu bez ziemi. Oprócz zabiegów o autonomię dla ludności żydowskiej w ramach Imperium osmańskiego, syjoniści propagowali osadnictwo rolne, przemysł oraz nową kulturę hebrajską. Symbolem przynależności do organizacji było płacenie corocznej składki, tzw. szekla. Syjoniści stworzyli własny bank oraz Żydowski Fundusz Narodowy (Keren Kajemet le-Israel). Ruch syjonistyczny od początku był podzielony ze względu na założenia ideologiczne i wizję przyszłego państwa oraz na zakres projektu. Tzw. syjoniści-maksymaliści wzywali do kolonizacji całości ziem opisanych w Biblii jako kraj Izraela, podczas gdy tzw. minimaliści byli zwolennikami ograniczonego terytorialnie państwa. Początkowo nie brano pod uwagę dążeń narodowych ludności arabskiej, która dominowała liczebnie na terytorium Palestyny. Dodatkowym impulsem, który doprowadził w ogóle do stworzenia koncepcji syjonistycznej, były narastające odczucia antysemickie w całej Europie, których apogeum były zbrodnie hitlerowskie na Żydach (Holocaust). Należy przy tym wspomnieć o sprzeciwie niektórych ultraortodoksyjnych środowisk żydowskich wobec koncepcji utworzenia państwa żydowskiego w Palestynie. Twierdzili oni, że dopiero Mesjasz wprowadzi Żydów z powrotem do Ziemi Obiecanej i grzechem przeciw Bogu są jakiekolwiek próby przyspieszenia tego zdarzenia. Ważnym wydarzeniem dla ruchu syjonistycznego była tzw. deklaracja Balfoura z listopada 1917 roku, w której minister spraw zagranicznych Wielkiej Brytanii Arthur Balfour stwierdzał o przychylności władz brytyjskich wobec koncepcji żydowskiej siedziby narodowej[9] w Palestynie. Na dokument ten powoływali się później Żydzi przy tworzeniu państwa Izrael. Natomiast Arabowie zwracali uwagę na wieloznaczność użytego przez Brytyjczyków terminu „siedziby narodowej" (national home). Deklaracja ministra Balfoura miała głównie na celu pozyskanie poparcia społeczności żydowskiej w czasie działań I wojny światowej. Od końca XIX wieku do Palestyny zaczęły napływać fale imigrantów żydowskich, finansowane głównie przez organizacje syjonistyczne, choć także osoby prywatne (m.in. rodzinę Rotszyldów). Podczas gdy w 1922 r. Żydzi stanowili niewiele ponad 1/10 ludności Palestyny, to w przeddzień utworzenia państwa Izrael stanowili już niemal 1/3 populacji. Palestyńscy Arabowie opierali się syjonistycznej imigracji. Wyrazem tego były zamieszki, które wybuchały w 1920, 1921 i 1929. Czasem kończyły się one pogromami Żydów. Początkowo Wielka Brytania wspierała żydowską imigrację, ale reagując na nastroje w Palestynie, wprowadziła jej ograniczenia. W 1933 roku Adolf Hitler został kanclerzem Niemiec, a w 1935 roku weszły w życie ustawy norymberskie, na mocy których niemieccy Żydzi (później także austriaccy i czescy) stali się bezpaństwowymi uchodźcami. Podobne akty prawne były wprowadzane także przez europejskich sojuszników Niemiec. Będąca tego skutkiem wzrastająca imigracja do Palestyny doprowadziła do arabskiej rewolty, która trwała w latach 1936-1939. Brytyjczycy powołali tzw. komisję Peela, która miała zbadać sytuację w Palestynie. Nie zajmowała się ona sytuacją europejskich Żydów, ale wezwała do utworzenia dwóch państw: żydowskiego i arabskiego, a także do transferu ludności. Rozwiązanie to nie zostało przyjęte przez rząd brytyjski – zamiast tego tzw. Biała Księga z 1939 roku zawierała propozycje zakończenia żydowskiej imigracji do 1944 roku (do tego czasu jedynie 75 tys.     LAGOS, Nigeria (AP) - Nigeria's military is recommending immediate trial for 500 suspected extremist militants and the president is promising an economic boost for the northeast region confronting an Islamic uprising - both issues that address concerns expressed by the United States. The suspects include military and paramilitary personnel accused of aiding the Islamic extremist group Boko Haram that the United States last month declared a terrorist organization. Wednesday's developments come the week the U.S. assistant secretary of state for African affairs is in Nigeria for security meetings including officials from the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Africa Command and USAID. They come after Islamic militants scored a major success Monday in attacks on an air force base and artillery barracks just outside the northeast provincial capital Maiduguri, raising more doubts about the military's ability to put down the insurgency. Charred bodies, burned out wrecks of aircraft, military buildings, vehicles, and roads littered with shells bore testament Wednesday to the ferocity of the battle that witnesses said had the insurgents "practically walking all over the (air force) base" and brought soldiers to flee the artillery barracks. Nigerian security forces have been accused of massive human rights abuses in responding to the Islamic uprising with draconian powers under a 6-month-old state of emergency - abuses that some fear could win support for the extremists who say strict Islamic Shariah law would end the corruption endemic in Nigeria's government and society. Hundreds of detainees have died in detention - from starvation, asphyxiation in grossly overcrowded cells, from wounds from torture and in outright executions, according to Amnesty International and an Associated Press investigation of mortuary records at Maiduguri's main hospital. The United States, which gives military aid to Nigeria, has repeatedly raised the alleged abuses with Nigerian officials, including in a meeting between President Barack Obama and President Goodluck Jonathan on the sidelines of the United Nations general assembly earlier this year. On previous visits, U.S. Assistant Secretary Linda Thomas-Greenfield has called for detainees to be charged and brought to court. On Wednesday, an investigative team set up by Nigeria's Defense Headquarters issued a report recommending immediate trial for 500 detainees among nearly 1,400 screened at detention facilities in the region under a state of emergency. The detainees include "high-profile suspects" who allegedly trained terrorists in weapons handling as well as insurgents trained in Mali and other countries "for the purpose of perpetuating terror in Nigeria," according to a statement from Defense spokesman Brig. Gen. Chris Olokulade. Among the suspects are "a medical doctor, paramilitary or (military) service personnel who were fighting on the side of the terrorists" or offered logistical support to them. The team has recommended the release of 167 detainees, Olukolade said. On Tuesday, after an hours-long emergency meeting with defense officials about the Maiduguri attack, Jonathan announced an "intervention program specifically targeted at accelerating the pace of socio-economic development in the northeast geopolitical zone." However, he warned that such a program could not be successfully implemented until peace and security are restored. The Islamic uprising poses the greatest threat in years to the security and cohesion of Africa's largest oil producer and most populous nation of more than 160 million people roughly divided between Christians and Muslims. Northeast Nigeria is the country's poorest region with the worst health and education statistics - factors that make the rebellion attractive for some of the hundreds of thousands of unemployed young people. Thomas-Greenfield, the U.S. official, is holding meetings this week in Abuja, Nigeria's capital, and then will travel to Kano, the biggest city in the Muslim-dominated north, to meet with government, business and civil society representatives, the U.S. State Department said. Kano is not under a state of emergency but has suffered attacks by Boko Haram, most recently multiple bombings in July that killed 27 in the city's minority Christian quarter.     ISLAMIST FIGHTERS MOVE NUNS FROM CAPTURED CHRISTIAN VILLAGE IN SYRIA Islamist fighters who captured a Christian village north of Damascus have moved some nuns to a nearby town but it was not clear if they had been kidnapped or evacuated for their safety, the Vatican's ambassador to Syria said on Tuesday. The militants took the ancient quarter of Maaloula on Monday after heavy fighting with President Bashar al-Assad's forces, activists said. Syrian state media said they were holding the nuns captive in the Greek Orthodox monastery of Mar Thecla. Vatican envoy Mario Zenari said the 12 nuns had been taken from Maaloula to Yabroud, about 20 km (13 miles) to the north. Zenari said the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate had told him armed men had entered the monastery on Monday afternoon. "They forced the sisters to evacuate and to follow them towards Yabroud. At this moment we cannot say if this is a kidnapping or an evacuation," he told Reuters by telephone from Damascus. "I heard now there is a very fierce conflict going on in Maaloula." The fighting, which pits al-Qaida-linked Nusra Front fighters and other rebels against Assad's forces, is part of a wider struggle for control of the Damascus-Homs highway in central Syria. An official at the Greek Patriarchate confirmed that he believed the nuns were taken to Yabroud, but gave no details. Syrian state television said Christians had held a service in Damascus on Monday to protest against the capture of the nuns and the kidnapping of two bishops near Aleppo in April. Pro-rebel activists said the nuns were safe and that the real threat to them came from what they described as random Syrian army bombardment of Maaloula. The village was the scene of heavy fighting in September, when it changed hands four times in a series of attacks and counter-assaults by rebels and government forces. Zenari said the nuns were among the last residents left in Maaloula after most fled south for relative safety in Damascus. The army, backed by pro-Assad militias, has been trying to secure towns on the road from Damascus to the city of Homs and Assad's Alawite heartland overlooking the Mediterranean. Control of the road would help secure Assad's grip over central Syria, and would also enable safe passage for hundreds of tonnes of chemical agents which are due to be shipped out of the country by the end of the year for destruction. INSURGENTS STRIKE IN MAJOR NIGERIAN CITY The authorities in northeastern Nigeria imposed a 24-hour curfew around the region's main city on Monday after Islamic militants staged an audacious attack apparently aimed at a government air base, news reports said, describing the assault as among the most dramatic in the insurgents' campaign to create an Islamic state. World Twitter Logo. The attack countered reports in recent months that the group had been defeated in the city, Maiduguri, even though it remained a deadly threat elsewhere. Some analysts, moreover, said the assault could raise questions about the authorities' claims to have pushed the insurgents into remote areas. Baba Ahmed Jidda, a spokesman for Borno State, where the assault occurred, said in a statement that "the imposition of the curfew is necessitated by an attack in Maiduguri by people suspected to be Boko Haram members in the early hours" of Monday. The attack was said to have started around 3 a.m. Mr. Jidda urged citizens to be "calm and law-abiding until the situation is put under control, as the security agencies will do everything possible to maintain lives and property of the citizenry." "Only vehicles on emergency call and essential services are allowed to move during the period," the statement said. The Boko Haram movement is said to have ties to Al Qaeda's regional affiliate in North and West Africa. Last month, the State Department labeled the movement and an affiliate, Ansaru, as foreign terrorist organizations, saying they were responsible for thousands of killings in northern and central Nigeria. In October, officials, activists and residents of Maiduguri said a network of youthful, informer-led vigilantes had pushed Boko Haram militants out of the city, permitting it to regenerate after years of strife. The militants want to impose a strict form of Islamic Shariah law in the  region. On Monday, the militants were said in news reports to have launched their attack with cries in Arabic of "God is great." The number of casualties was unclear, but The Associated Press said scores of people may be dead. In May, President Goodluck Jonathan declared a state of emergency in Borno and two other states as the military launched a major offensive against the group, forcing the insurgents to retreat to more remote areas. In its war against the Nigerian state, Boko Haram has singled out government institutions, especially schools, for attack. One of its tenets is that Western-style education, not based on the Quran, in conventional schools is sinful and un-Islamic. CHINESE CHURCH PROTESTS AGAINST ARREST OF 23 MEMBERS A church in eastern China has written a letter to the Chinese government, demanding permission to stage a protest against the detention of 23 members of its congregation. The Nanle County Church in Puyang, Henan province, which comes under the "official" state-sanctioned Three-Self Patriotic Movement (TSPM), claims the majority of those detained, including the church's leader, Fan Ruiling, "have not received a criminal charge, nor any written notice, nor have their families been told where they are detained." Four other church leaders—Zhang Shaojie, Zhao Guoli, Wu Guishan and Zhang Cuixia—were arrested. The church says their whereabouts are "unknown and no one knows whether they are alive or dead." Communist authorities have often clashed with members of unofficial, or "house" churches, with demolitions of houses of worship and beatings of parishioners not unknown. But it is unusual for authorities to crack down on a state-sanctioned church such as Nanle County Church. The arrests took place on Nov. 16 and 17, after a third group of church members had visited Beijing to protest against incidents related to church property. Following the arrests, the church complained that government officials have stalked the church premises and harassed its members. It also claims that lawyers have been prevented from meeting those arrested. Nanle County Church says those arrested on "fabricated criminal charges" have been tortured and that their arrests amount to "religious persecution." In preventing lawyers from visiting the accused, the church claims that local law enforcement agencies have "disregarded" and "violated the law" and have not "followed due legal procedure." In its letter, a copy of which was seen by ChinaAid, the church says that hundreds of government officials have "intruded" into the church without permission and "severely disrupted" church services by "taking photographs and videotaping meetings." "Many believers were threatened and received warnings from government agencies who forbade believers to leave their homes to attend worship service and severely interfered with the religious freedom of the believers of our church," the church writes. Nanle County Church says the government has failed to adhere to Article 35 of the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, which states: "Citizens of the People's Republic of China enjoy freedom of speech, of the press, of assembly, of association, of procession, and of demonstration." The church adds that it expects the required permit for it to hold public protests about the detentions to be granted "as soon as possible". ChinaAid condemned the arrests, saying: "This case against even the officially approved churches again shows the current Chinese regime has no intention to relent its increasing persecution of citizens for religious freedom. The mere proclamation of a blueprint for economic reform cannot make the 'Chinese dream' fully realized unless the Chinese government respects its citizens' fundamental rights and freedom of religion and conscience. We call upon the Chinese top leaders to intervene immediately and release these leaders and hold abusive officials accountable." Freedom of religious belief is guaranteed by Article 36 of the Chinese Constitution, although it is limited to state-sanctioned religious bodies such as the TSPM. Those who practice their religion outside these parameters can be accused of participating in illegal activities.     CHILDREN AT RISK FOR TRAFFICKING IN WAKE OF TYPHOON As a Nobel Peace Prize nominee and missionary in the Philippines for over 44 years, Father Shay Cullen has witnessed firsthand the risks that children face in the wake of a natural disaster. Now, he is warning that children orphaned by Typhoon Haiyan face a grave new danger: becoming victims of human trafficking. Aid agencies estimate that up to 2 million children may be at increased risk for trafficking in the wake of the disaster. Unprotected children can often become "the main victims of jackals who seize them for child abuse or human trafficking," Cullen says. "It is a horrible prospect, but it is extremely realistic in the case of natural disasters. These children are in need of immediate attention, to be saved from the clutches of traffickers and pedophiles." Krista Armstrong, Save the Children's global media manager, explains that "Lone children in disasters are very vulnerable to abuse, exploitation and trafficking," adding that "the first few weeks of any disaster are really critical in terms of putting children at risk. We know this from previous experiences." Reverend Ron Davidson, President of Gleaning for the World, says that tragically child sex traffickers are often among the first on the ground in many countries following a natural disaster, arriving to exploit families facing a future without food and water. "If they don't have these things, they've got to make that choice; of either selling their child or letting all of them die. That's not a decision I think any parent should ever have to make," he says.  The risk is particularly great in the wake of a storm as severe as Typhoon Haiyan, with aid groups like the Red Cross and Save the Children estimating that the death toll may be close to 10,000, higher than the current numbers quoted by the government. Throughout the years he has spent in the Philippines, Father Cullen says he has never seen anything like the destruction caused by the storm. "I have been through ferocious typhoons during my 44 years in the Philippines but have never seen or experienced anything like this for the sheer savagery of this destructive force of nature," he related.     THEMA GERMANY VERTEIDIGUNG "MH90" TEIL III im juli 2013 wurde ein KRISENTREFFEN mit den INGENIEUREN von "EUROCOPTER" einberufen nach 3 tagen stand eine liste mit dutzenden UNVERZICHTBAREN "TECHNISCHEN" FÄHIGKEITEN fest aha sie müssten unbedingt realisiert werden, wenn der MARINEHUBSCHRAUBER jemals seinen aufgaben gerecht werden soll aha eine ganze REIHE VON DEFIZITEN lassen sich dabei kaum mehr beheben, ohne den KOSTENRAHMEN zu sprengen aha so hat man versäumt, die PILOTENSITZE mit einer PANZERUNG gegen GEWEHRBESCHUSS zu sichern. (horror pur) bei einer nachträglichen VERPANZERUNG, so mussten die TECHNIKER feststellen, lässt sich aber keine "RETTUNGS-INSEL" für die PILOTEN intergrieren aha also muss ein RETTUNGSBOOT hinten in der KABINE untergebracht werden. dadurch schrumpft wiederum das PLATZANGEBOT, es können weniger SOLDATEN oder MATERIAL in den HUBSCHRAUBER zugeladen werden aha eine FEHLPLANUNG sind auch die TRUPPENSITZE sie sind eigentlich nur für SOLDATEN ausgelegt, die bewaffnet nicht mehr als 110 KILOGRAMM wiegen aha doch im durchschnitt bringt ein KÄMPFER 130 kilogramm bewaffnet auf die waage aha auf anweisung des HEERESINSPEKTEURS wurde das ZULÄSSIGE GEWICHT ERHÖHT AHA über!!!! die vorgeschriebene BETRIEBSGRENZE AHA auch die winde zum abseilen von SOLDATEN ist nur für eine belastung von 110 kilogramm ausgelegt (wahnsinn) dabei sollen sich damit SPEZIALKRÄFTE", ausgerüstet mit SCHUTZWESTEN, FUNKGERÄT & WAFFEN "ABSEILEN" (DAS WIRD EHER EINE LIZENZ ZUM "KAMERADEN" TÖTEN:wenn du den abseilst und genau weißt, er hat 20 kg zuviel am rücken) auch die LADERAMPE ist zu schwach will man etwa KAMPFSCHWIMMER über die rampe im wasser absetzen, muss nicht nur die klappe verstärkt werden. der gesamte helikopter könnte bei dem gewicht der FROSCHMÄNNER aus dem SCHWERPUNKT GERATEN und NICHT!!! MEHR "BEHERRSCHBAR"sein leider wahr wegen der notwendigen NACHBESSERUNGEN rechnet nun niemand mehr mit dem beginn der LIEFERUNG ab 2017 (zuerst müssen die GRUNDDEFIZITE behoben werden und dann kann man über die INNENAUSSTATTUNG reden) vor allem aber kostet das GANZE SEHR VIEL!!!!!!!!! GELD möglicherweise zu viel geld und zu viel hinausgehautes geld vor allem, für etwas was eh nie eine echte lizenz kriegen kann, höchstens eine eigen ernannte lizenz, ich würd den vogel net fliegen) in der unter verschluss gehaltenen ÜBEREINKUNFT heißt es im letzten paragrafen, dass "die gesamte VEREINBARUNG keine wirkung entfaltet", wenn einer der punkte sich als nicht umsetzbar herausstellt (das projekt ist gescheitert: die wollen das nur nicht wahrhaben, ich würd da nicht mehr zu viel neues geld umsonst hineinpumpen) diese KLAUSEL könnte zum tragen kommen, wenn sich die vereinbarte KOSTENOBERGRENZE nur durch den VERZICHT auf "EINSATZNOTWENDIGE" AUSSTATTUNG halten ließe das halten EXPERTEN für sehr wahrscheinlich aha dann könnte der "GANZE VERTRAG" PLATZEN (GELD ZURÜCK GARANTIE; WIRD DER "DE MAIZIÉRE" NICHT VEREINBART HABEN; SCHÄTZ ICH) bei "EUROCOPTER" heißt es nur, man werde die hubschrauber "entsprechend den VEREINBARUNGEN im KOSTENRAHMEN liefern" aha der BUNDESRECHNUNGSHOF ist derzeit dabei, die genauen umstände des "EUROCOPTER-DEALS" zu überprüfen. gegenstand der ÜBERPRÜFUNG sind die "finanziellen Auswirkungen" bei der STÜCKZAHLREDUZIERUNGEN/ANPASSUNG BEI BESCHAFFUNG DES MARINE-HUBSCHRAUBERS "MH90" aus dem märz dieses jahres rechtzeitig zum erneuten AMTSANTRITT "de MAIZIÉRE" könnten die PRÜFER dem PARLAMENT ihren bericht zustellen & das VERTEIDIGUNGSMINISTERIUM in "BEDRÄNGNIS" bringen stimmt genau GEFAHR droht dem VERTEIDIGUNGSMINISTER aber auch aus "BRÜSSEL" dort ermittelt die "EU"-KOMMISSION, ob bei der Vergabe an "EUROCOPTER" möglicherweise gegen das "VERGABERECHT" verstoßen wurde (glaub ich nicht) die KONKURRENTEN von EUROCOPTER fühlen sich nämlich durch die in ihren angaben "nach Gutsherrenart" erteilte VERGABE "ÜBERGANGEN" AHA jahrelang kämpft ein "BIETERKONSORTIUM" angeführt vom RÜSTUNGSKONZERN "RHEINMETALL" & US-HERSTELLER "SIKORSKY", um den zuschlag aus dem VERTEIDIGUNGSMINISTERIUM für den HUBSCHRAUBER "CYCLONE" in einem offiziellen VERGABE-VERFAHREN HATTEN SIE DIE NASE VORN die MARINE hatte den "CYCLONE" jedenfalls im jahr 2011 für BESSER BEGUTACHTET ALS DAS ANGEBOT VON "EUROCOPTER" STIMMT GENAU doch im dezember 2011 blies das VERTEIDUNGSMINISTERIUM aus "SPARZWANG" angeblich die dringend benötigte ANSCHAFFUNG "NEUER" MARINEHUBSCHRAUBER und im märz 2013 wurde ohne "ERNEUTES" "BIETERVERFAHREN" der BAU von MARINEHUBSCHRAUBERN an "EUROCOPTER" vergeben aha die VERTEIDIGUNGSPOLITIKER der OPPOSITION wittern dahinter eine UNZULÄSSIGE BEVORZUGUNG des RÜSTUNGSKONZERN "EADS", des MUTTERKONZERN VON "EUROCOPTER" (LIEGT JA KLAR AUF DER HAND WARUM) und das, obwohl die BUNDESWEHR derzeit bereits mit einer ganzen REIHE von PROBLEMEN kämpft; DIE EINE ERSTE "TRANCHE" HUBSCHRAUBER vom "TYP "NH902 auch verursachte. es bestehe keine verpflichtung zur AUSSCHREIBUNG, rechtfertigte SICH DAS VERTEIDIGUNGSMINISTERIUM IM sommer noch beim kommenden KOALITIONSPARTNER "SPD" wundert man sich noch heute über den "ZWEIFELHAFTEN VERTRAGSABSCHLUSS" (die brauchen gar nicht reden, auch wenn ich das verhalten von herrn "de MAIZIÉRE absolut nicht gut heisse) "der "MH90" ist für die bedürfnisse der MARINE nicht das beste gerät", sagt VERTEIDIGUNGSEXPERTE "HANS-PETER BARTELS" stimmt genau sollten die probleme mit dem hubschrauber noch größer werden, so "BARTELS", "muss die ENTSCHEIDUNG überdacht werden" (da gibts nichts zum überdenken: mit so einem helikopter lass ich keinen pilot raus) für GRÜNEN-POLITIKER "LINDNER" hat VERTEIDIGUNGSMINISTER "DE MAIZIÉRE" aus der PLEITE RUND UM DIE "AUFKLÄRUNGSDROHNE "EURO HAWK" mehr transparenz versprochen aha so "LINDNER" aha nun werde der FALL "HALBSEIDEN" am PARLAMENT vorbei entschieden aha im VERTEIDIGUNGSMINISTERIUM war man noch anfang des jahres "GUTER DINGE" am 15.3.2013 berieten FACHLEUTE über den namen des "MH90" nach einiger diskussion schlug einer aus der runde den namen "sea angel" vor, schließlich solle das gerät helfen, SEELEUTE aus der GEISELHAFT von PIRATEN zu befreien und SCHIFFSBRÜCHIGE zu retten. (wenn die überbeladen sind von hausaus, wo haben die platz im hubschrauber für die "ÜBERLEBENDEN"..wo die kaum platz haben für die soldaten im flieger?) ein ENGEL des MEERES soll es angeblich werden der "MH90" schnell schrieb man es in den VERTRAG und setzte eine UNTERSCHRIFT darunter aha.so leicht geht das ins lexikon schauten die verantwortlichen erst später. Ako však mnohí z vás dobre viete, výnos Dňa narcisov nie je jediným príjmom Ligy proti rakovine. Síce najvýznamnejším, no ani zďaleka nie jediným (napriek podprahovému odkazu tohto dňa, že sa jedná o jedinú verejnoprospešnú zbierku tejto organizácie). Druhým ich najväčším zdrojom príjmov je Váš príspevok 2% z daní. Posledný známy je výnos za rok 2010, prijatý v roku 2011, ktorý činil 563 898,45 Eur. Ide o približne 60% z toho, čo vyzbierali počas Dňa narcisov, takže pomerne slušná sumička. Poďme sa teraz pozrieť troška bližšie na to, ako tieto prostriedky Liga proti rakovine použila. Zverejňovanie, či nezverejňovanie údajov a ako sa k nim dostať Čo sa týka Dňa narcisov, keďže ide o verejnú zbierku, zverejnenie použitia prostriedkov je potrebné urobiť pomerne skoro po ukončení zbierky. To aj Liga proti rakovine robí. Samotné vykazovanie z tejto akcie, tak ako sme uviedli v našom minulom článku, má svoje tienisté stránky. Avšak aj napriek tomu tento výkaz samotná Liga proti rakovine zverejňuje na vlastnej webovej stránke. Je tomu tak aj u použitia vašich 2% z daní? Nie, zdá sa, že tomu tak nie je. Snažil som sa na stránke Ligy proti rakovine nájsť dokument s týmito údajmi, no bohužiaľ nikde som ho nenašiel. Prečo? Na to má Liga dosť dobrý dôvod. K tomu sa za malú chvíľu dostaneme. Napriek tomu, že Liga samo-iniciatívne tento dokument nezverejňuje, existuje zákonná povinnosť tieto informácie poskytnúť ministerstvu spravodlivosti do 16 mesiacov od prijatia 2% z daní. Teraz úprimne, koľkí z vás o tejto povinnosti vedeli? Ja sám som o tom nevedel, kým ma na túto skutočnosť neupozornila jedna naša čitateľka, ktorej za to úprimne ďakujem. Ako som už naznačil, existuje zákonná povinnosť poskytnúť údaje o použití 2% z dane ministerstvu spravodlivosti do 16 mesiacov od ich získania. Ministerstvo to potom zverejní na svojej webovej stránke v obchodnom vestníku. Samotná stránka ministerstva nie je príliš užívateľsky príjemná. Majú síce vyhľadávanie podľa subjektu, avšak výsledok vyhľadávania zobrazí všetky podania podľa dňa, vrátane všetkých ostatných subjektov, ktoré v daný deň niečo vo vestníku zverejnili. Takže je potom nutné sa ďalej prehrabávať medzi desiatkami dokumentov. Neviem, či je to úmyselné konanie ministerstva sťažiť prístup k údajom alebo ide len o zlé technické riešenie. V každom prípade, po trocha námahe sa k týmto údajom dostať dá. Vyvstáva tu však zásadná otázka: Keď Liga proti rakovine iniciatívne zverejňuje použitie výnosu zo Dňa narcisov, prečo tomu tak nie je aj u 2% z daní? Odpoveď: Oni veľmi dobre vedia prečo a už čoskoro sa to aj vy dozviete! Tak kamže to vlastne šli tie Vaše 2 percentá z dane? V tomto článku sa zameriame na verejne dostupné údaje z posledných známych rokov – teda za rok 2010 (publikované v obchodnom vestníku v roku 2012) a za rok 2011 (publikované vo vestníku v roku 2013). Aby som vám uľahčil prácu a nemuseli ste pátrať v obchodnom vestníku sami, tuto si môžete stiahnuť predmetný dokument (súbor v pdf formáte): Použitie 2% z dane LPR za rok 2010 Keď sa do uvedeného dokumentu zadívate, na prvý pohľad sa vám nemusí zdať nič divné. Avšak na pohľad druhý sa nám začne ukazovať zaujímavý obrázok. Tu je zopár vecí, ktoré mňa osobne zarazili: (1) Položky 1, 2 a 3 týkajúce sa rekondičných pobytov vo Vysokých Tatrách Výdavky na túto aktivitu sú rozložené do dvoch položiek – na samotnú úhradu pobytov vo výške 44 912 + 59 551 Eur a potom na úhradu administrácie súvisiacej s projektom vo výške 10 975 Eur. Zarážajúce na tomto je výška za administráciu. Zorganizovanie projektu za 44 + 59 tisíc Eur stálo 10 tisíc Eur? Teda približne 10%. To musia mať v Lige strašne špičkových a super platených „projektových manažérov" a „projektových administrátorov". Neviem ako vy, ale keď ja idem na dovolenku do Tatier, tak 99% mojich nákladov tvoria náklady za ubytovanie, dopravu a stravu. Aj keď by som do toho zarátal svoj vlastný čas za zarezervovanie služieb a platil si 50 Eur na hodinu, tak k 10% z nákladov by som sa nedostal. Toť, v Lige proti rakovine zrejme používajú iných špičkovo platených projektových pracovníkov… (2) Položky 4, 5 a 6 týkajúce sa priamej finančnej pomoci pacientom Podobne ako v predchádzajúcom príklade, zarážajúca na týchto výdavkoch je výška administrácie spojená s touto činnosťou. Pre pacientov rozdelili 25 600 + 55 477 Eur, avšak na administráciu 8 584 Eur. Neviem čo z toho vyplýva vám, no mne z toho vyplýva, že v Lige proti rakovine zrejme pracuje najlepšie platený „pokladník" na Slovensku rozdeľujúci finančné dary. Odkaz Lige: Prosím, nechcete ma zamestnať ako svojho pokladníka? Za také peniaze za takú strašne „namáhavú" prácu je mojim snom u vás pracovať! (3) Položky 7, 8, 9 a 10 za náklady ubytovacích zariadení na Kramároch a v Košiciach Kým predchádzajúce príklady boli dosť zlé, tuto už začína ísť do tuhého. Samotné náklady na ubytovacie zariadenie na Kramároch boli 42 709 Eur, no administratívne náklady 18 823 Eur, teda 44%! V prípade Košíc je to ešte horšie. Tu náklady na prevádzku boli 1 833 Eur a na administráciu 1 313 Eur, teda takmer 72%! A teraz si predstavte vás a vaše bytové družstvo alebo správcu domu, ak bývate v bytovke. Čo by ste povedali vášmu správcovi, ak by si za svoje služby účtoval 72% z prevádzkových

    An urgent request from a struggling dawah organization in Syria;
    I have long been working closely with a Dawah organization in Syria, based solely in Syria, that has set up more than six Shariah colleges in Reef Latakia/Idlib, including a college I attended myself. These colleges cater for children and adults, and instill the very essence of Islam into the students.
    Their curriculum includes three subjects which are - Quran studies, Aqeedah and Fiqh. These colleges focus on the fundamentals of each of these, and then in the second course go into depth, studying books such as Kitab al Tawheed and the likes, in great detail.

    By Allah I have seen the results these colleges produce, and they are truly producing men out of very little.

    The Sheikh in charge of these colleges is a sincere friend of mine, and a teacher of my wife and her sisters, he is of the most knowledgeable Mashayekh I have met in my life, studied in the University of Yusuf for 17 years. He has extended his humble hand out to me, so that I may extend mine out to you:

    The colleges are in dire need of funding, they can no longer afford books, stationery or basic essentials in order to sustain these colleges. I am asking as a representative of the colleges in my actions and my knowledge, we need your help.

    Madkhalis are hypocrites by every standard. Their contradictions elevate to new heights day by day. They preach it's impermissible to help another Muslim even if they're being killed (i.e. Syria, Egypt, and Palestine) unless the Wali Amr (ruler) grants consent and yet here they are in Kuwait raising funds for Dammaj, Yemen, and calling for jihad without consent of the Wali Amr. Since they consider Dammaj to be the headquarter for their cult following and to protect their misguided heritage, they'll contradict themselves in a split of an eye to benefit their own agenda just like the Shia do with theirs. Bear in mind, these are the same people who still call the struggle in Syria and Egypt a "fitnah" and mock the struggle while continuing to slander the mujahideen and MB with countless lies and allegation.

    Sitting in Syria, watching my brothers and sisters post articles from the West, be it Australia, UK or the US, I am seeing that the pressure on Muslims has begun to grow exponentially, the fitan of the Ahadith have begun to truly unfold and prove to be correct. The dangers our brothers and sisters face under the tyrannical rule of the Kuffar is increasing.

    I am seeing that the West do not even know how to confront the surge in correct Islamic aqeedah, they neither want the Muslims to leave the West, so that they do not participate in Jihad or assist their Ummah, nor do they want the Muslims to stay in the West, because they are growing exponentially year after year. This has reached a ridiculous level, and with laws that are practically reducing a Muslim to sub-human level, one must act.

    I have only one simple advice for my brothers and sisters, start planning your hijrah and do everything in your power to see it happen, because by Allah, the situation is only getting worse every single day you sit complacent not knowing how to react to the west and their discrimination. You do not necessarily have to go to Syria, but at least get yourself out of a country that is doing it's utmost to make your life, and your families life miserable.

    Menjaga Lisan dan Keutamaannya (2) Istighfar (memohon ampunan Allah). Nabi mengatakan: "Beruntunglah orang yang mendapati ucapan istighfar yang banyak pada lembar catatan amalannya." Hadits ini diriwayatkan oleh Ibnu Majah di dalam Sunannya dari hadits Abdullah bin Busr. Di antaranya juga amar ma'ruf dan nahi munkar. Sesungguhnya perbuatan ini merupakan salah satu penyebab keberuntungan. Allah berfirman: وَلْتَكُن مِّنكُمْ أُمَّةٌ يَدْعُونَ إِلَى الْخَيْرِ وَيَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنكَرِ ۚ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ "Dan hendaklah ada segolongan umat di antara kalian yang menyeru kepada kebaikan, menyuruh kepada yang ma'ruf dan mencegah dari yang munkar, merekalah orang-orang yang beruntung." (Ali 'Imran: 104) Dan amar ma'ruf nahi munkar termasuk sedekah, sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Ash-Shahihain dari hadits Abu Hurairah, dari Nabi: "Setiap persendian dari manusia itu ada sedekahnya." Dan di dalamnya disebutkan: "Amar ma'ruf dan nahi munkar adalah sedekah." Di antaranya juga ucapan yang baik, yang akan menjadi tameng dan api neraka. Al-Imam Al-Bukhari mengatakan (10/488, no. 6023): Abul Walid mengabarkan kepada kami: Syu'bah mengabarkan kepada kami: 'Amr mengabarkan kepadaku, dari Khaitsamah, dari 'Adi bin Hatim, ia berkata: "Nabi menyebutkan tentang neraka, lalu beliau berlindung darinya sembari beliau memalingkan wajah. Beliau kembali menyebutkan tentang neraka ,lalu beliau berlindung darinya dan beliau memalingkan wajah .'' Syu'bah mmenngatakan :Aku tidak ragu bahwa beliau meminta perlindungan dua kali – Kemudian beliau bersabda : "Takutlah kalian terhadap neraka walapun bersedekah dengan separoh buah kurma . Dan jika kamu tidak mendapatkatnya ,maka dengan ucapan yang baik .'' Dan ucapan yang baik merupakan salah satu jenis sedekah Sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Ash-Shahihain dari hadits Abu Hurairah ,ia berkata :Rasulullah bersabda : ''Setiap persendian dari manusia itu mempunyai kewajiban sedekah ,setiap hari yang matahari terbit didalamnya .Memperbaiki hubungan di antara dua orang termasuk sedekah.Menolong Ini adalah lafadz Al-Bukhari (no 2989). Dan Al-Imam Al-Bukhari mengatakan (10\447,no.6022):Adam mengabarkan kami: syu'bah mengabarkan kepada kami ,dari sa'id bin Abu burdah Al-asy'ari ,dari Ayahnya ,dari kakeknya ,ia mengatakan nabi bersabda: "setiap muslim memiliki kewajiban besedekah. "para shabat mengatakan:"bagaimana jika ia tidak punya [sesuatu yang bersedekah]?" beliau bersabda :"hendaklah ia berkerja dengan kedua anak tangannya sehingga dirinya mendapat manfaat , lalu bersedekah ."mereka mengatakan "jika ia mampu [bekerja] atau tidak berbuat?"beliau mengatakan "menolong orang yang membutuhkan bantuan."mereka mengatakan jika ia tidak dapat melakukan? "Beliau mengatakan:"Hendaklah ia memeriniahkan kepada kebaikan.''beliau mengatakan :"jika ia tidak melakukannya ?"beliau mengatakan :"hendaklah ia menahan diri dari kejahatan ,sesungguhnya hal itu termasuk sedekah." Di antaranya juga adalah menahan diri dari perbuatan menyakiti orang dan kejahatan lisan. Sebagaimana disebutkan dalam SHAHIH AL-BUKHARI[no.6474]dari Sahl bin Sa'd ,ia mengatakan:Rasululah bersabda:"barangsiapa yang bisa menjamin kepadaku apa yang ada di antara kedua jeggotnya,dan apa yang ada di antara kedua kakinya, aku akan jamin surga untuknya." Ini menunjukkan bahwa menjaga lisan dan kemaluan merupakan salah satu sebab untuk meraih surga. Menahan lisan dari kejelekan atau kejahatan merupakan salah satu dasar keimanan dan kebaikan .Al-Bukhari mengatakan (10/532,NO.6136): Abdullah bin Muhammad mengabarkan kepada kami :Ibnu Mahdi mengambarkan kepada kami :Shalih, dari Abu hurairah, dari Nabi ,beliau bersabda : "Barangsiapa yang beriman kepada Allah dan hari akhir maka janganlah ia menganggu tetangganya. Dan barangsiapa yang beriman kepada Allah dan hari akhir , hendaklah ia memulaikan tamunya. Dan barangsiapa yang beriman kepada Allah dan hari akhir , hendaklah ia mengatakan kebaikan atau hendaklah ia diam." Tentang sabda beliau :"Barangsiapa yang beriman kepada Allah dan hari akhir". Ibnu Abdul Bar mengatakan di dalam At-Tamhid (23/21): "Kalimat yang seperti ini dan yang semisalnya, bermakna kurang dan tidak sempurnanya keimanan, bukan kekufuran." Menjaga lisan bagian dari kesempurnaan Islam. Diriwayatkan oleh Al-Bukhari (1/53, beserta Al-fath) dan Muslim (65/1), dengan lafadz al-Bukhari, dari hadits Abdullah bin 'Amr bin al-'ash, bahwa Nabi bersabda: "Seorang muslim adalah orang yang kaum muslimin selamat dari bahaya lisannya dan tangannya." Tentang sabda beliau: "Kaum muslimin", Al-Hafizh berkata dalam Al-Fath: "Perhatian: 'kaum muslimin' di sini secara mayoritas kerena penjagaan seorang muslim untuk menahan kejelekan dari saudaranya sesame muslim sangatlah ditekankan. Juga karena orang-orang kafir diarahkan untuk diperangi, meskipun di antara mereka ada orang-orang yang tidak boleh diperangi. Dan disebutkan dalam bentuk jamak mudzakkar (jamak untuk laki-laki) untuk menunjukkan keumuman karena wanita-wanita muslimat masuk pula dalam kalimat itu." Dalam hadits tersebut, lisan disebutkan secara khusus karena merupakan pengungkap sesuatu yang ada di dalam jiwa. Demikian pula tangan (disebutkan secara khusus), karena mayoritas perbuatan itu dilakukan dengannya. Namun hadits tersebut berlaku umum jika dinisbatkan kepada lisan, bukan kepada tangan. Karena lisan bias mengatakan tentang hal-hal yang telah berlalu, yang sedang terjadi, maupun yang terjadi setelahnya, berbeda dengan tangan. Meskipun tangan mungkin saja berserikat dengan lisan dalam tulisan. Dan pengaruhnya sungguh sangat besar. Dalam hal ini, dikecualikan berdasarkan syariat: memukul dengan tangan untuk menegakkan hukuman, member hukuman/ pelajaran terhadap seorang muslim yang berhak mendapatkannya, dan pengungkapan dengan lisan yang bukan berupa ucapan. Tambahan: termasuk dalam hal ini adalah seseorang menjulurkan lidahnya dalam rangka mengolok-olok. Juga tentang disebutkannya tangan, bukan anggota badan lainnya. Tambahan: Termasuk dalam hal ini adalah tangan secara makna seperti menguasai hak orang lain dengan cara yang tidak dibenarkan. Dengan menjaga lisan dari ketergelinciran, balasan dari Allah kepada hamba-Nya bias diraih, yaitu dengan Dia memperbaiki amalannya dan mengampuni dosa-dosanya. Allah berfirman: يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَقُولُوا قَوْلًا سَدِيدًا () يُصْلِحْ لَكُمْ أَعْمَالَكُمْ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ ۗ وَمَن يُطِعِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ فَازَ فَوْزًا عَظِيمًا "Hai orang-orang yang beriman, bertaqwalah kalian kepada Allah dan katakanlah perkataan yang benar, niscaya Allah memperbaiki bagi kalian amalan-amalan kalian dan mengampuni bagi kalian dosa-dosa kalian. Dan barangsiapa menaati Allah dan Rasul-Nya, maka sesungguhnya ia telah mendapat kemenangan yang besar." (Al-ahzab: 70-71) Tentang firman-Nya (Perkataan yang benar), Al-'Imad Ibnu Katsir berkata: "Maksudnya: jalan yang lurus, tidak ada kebengkokan dan penyimpangan. Dia berjanji bahwa jika mereka melakukan hal itu, mereka akan diberi balasan yaitu Dia memperbaiki amal-amal mereka. Maksudnya Dia memberikan taufik kepada mereka untuk melakukan amalan shalih, dan mengampuni dosa-dosa mereka yang telah lalu.     Sayings of Prophet Muhammed (Peace be upon him) Allah - Proper name of God in Arabic. Allah is the Creator and the Universal God. Hadith -Sayings of Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him) 'Peace be upon him' - Muslims mention this phrase after mentioning the name of Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him). This is done to honor and respect the Prophet. Each saying has three components: Narrator – Person who heard these sayings directly from Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him) – found at the beginning of the hadith. The actual words of the Prophet (written in blue). Collector of these sayings – appears in brackets at the end of the hadith. Repentance Ibn 'Abbas and Anas bin Malik (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: Messenger of Allah, Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him) said, "If a son of Adam were to own a valley full of gold, he would desire to have two. Nothing can fill his mouth except the earth (of the grave). Allah turns with mercy to him who turns to Him in repentance". [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]. Patience Abu Sa`id and Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Never a believer is stricken with a discomfort, an illness, an anxiety, a grief or mental worry or even the pricking of a thorn but Allah will expiate his sins on account of his patience". [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]. Truthfulness Abdullah bin Mas`ud (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Truth leads to piety and piety leads to Jannah. A man persists in speaking the truth till he is enrolled with Allah as a truthful. Falsehood leads to vice and vice leads to the Fire (Hell), and a person persists on telling lies until he is enrolled as a liar".' [Agreed upon]. Business Transactions Hakim bin Hizam (May Allah be pleased with him) reported that: Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Both parties in a business transaction have a right to annul it so long as they have not separated; and if they tell the truth and make everything clear to each other (i.e., the seller and the buyer speak the truth, the seller with regard to what is purchased, and the buyer with regard to the money) they will be blessed in their transaction, but if they conceal anything and lie, the blessing on their transaction will be eliminated.'' [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]. Good Conduct `Abdullah bin Busr Al-Aslami (May Allah be pleased with him) said: Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "The best of people is one whose life is long and his conduct is good". [At-Tirmidhi]. Comment: Longevity of life is a blessing, provided it is accompanied by Faith and good deeds; otherwise, the longer life one has, the greater will be the number of sins. Such a long life is disastrous. Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:"The Messenger of Allah, Prophet Muhammed, peace be upon him, was the best of all the people in behavior". [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]. Desiring Good for others Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "No one of you becomes a true believer until he likes for his brother what he likes for himself". [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]. Jihad – Best type Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri (May Allah bepleased with him) reported: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "The best type of Jihad (striving in the way of Allah) is speaking a true word in the presence of a tyrant ruler.'' [Abu Dawud and At-Tirmidhi]. Trust Abu Hurairah (May Allah bepleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "There are three signs of a hypocrite: When he speaks, he lies; when he makes a promise, he breaks it; and when he is trusted, he betrays his trust." [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]. Charity – Different types Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "On every joint of man, there is charity, on every day when the sun rises: doing justice between two men is charity, and assisting a man to ride an animal or to load his luggage on it is charity; and a good word is charity, every step which one takes towards (the mosque for) Salat(prayer) is charity, and removing harmful things from the way is charity". [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]. Orphans Sahl bin Sa`d (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "I will be like this in Jannah with the person who takes care of an orphan". Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) raised his forefinger and middle finger by way of 　illustration. [Al-Bukhari]. Abu ShuraihKhuwailid bin `Amr Al-Khuza`i (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "O Allah, I declare inviolable the rights of two weak ones: the orphans and women". [An-Nasa'i]. Women Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "The believers who show the most perfect Faith are those who have the best behaviour, and the best of you are those who are the best to their wives". [At-Tirmidhi]. Family Thauban bin Bujdud (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "The most excellent dinar is one that a person spends on his family, and the dinar which he spends on his riding-animal in the way of Allah (in Jihad), and the dinar he spends on his companions in the way of Allah". [Muslim]. Note: Dinar = Currency (money) in some Muslim countries, similar to dollars ($) in USA. Neighbors Ibn `Umar and `Aishah (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "Jibril(Gabriel) kept recommending treating neighbors with kindness until I thought he would assign a share of inheritance". [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]. Abu Dharr (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (PBUH) commanded me thus, "O Abu Dharr! Whenever you prepare a broth, put plenty of water in it, and give some of it to your neighbors". [Muslim]. Parents `Abdullah bin Mas`ud (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: I asked the Prophet (peace be upon him) , "Which of the deeds is loved most by Allah?'' Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "Salat(prayer) at its proper time.'' I asked, ``What next?'' He (peace be upon him) replied, ``Kindness to parents.'' I asked, ``What
