Cristiano Ronaldo soll als einziger sich am 22. März beim WM-Qualifikationsspiel zwischen Portugal und Israel geweigert haben sein Trikot mit den israelischen Fußballspielern zu tauschen. In der Kabin sagte er: "ich tausche meinen Trikot nicht mit Mördern"
Ronaldo sorgte in der Vergangenheit schon mehrmals als Freund des palästinensischen Volkes für Aufmerksamkeit.
Denn 2012 hat er 1,5 Mio. Euro für Kinder in Gaza gespendet.
Das Geld stammt aus der Auktion des „Goldenen Balls", den der portugiesische Superstar einer Wohltätigkeitsorganisation in Palästina gespendet hatte.
Er kann nicht nur exzellenten Fußball spielen, sondern hat auch ein Sinn für Gerechtigkeit.

Chomsky warns about growing threat of nuclear war in 2014
"These are issues that seriously threaten the possibility of decent human survival. One of them is the growing threat of environmental catastrophe, which we are racing towards as if we were determined to fall off a precipice, and the other is the threat of nuclear war, which has not declined, in fact it's very serious and in many respects is growing."
Renowned American linguist, philosopher and political commentator Noam Chomsky warns that the world is racing towards "environmental catastrophe" and "nuclear war" in 2014.
Answering a question in an interview with Salon.com about the contemporary issues which particularly concerns him, the scholar answered that there are two major problems from among a long list that are worth mentioning.
"These are issues that seriously threaten the possibility of decent human survival. One of them is the growing threat of environmental catastrophe, which we are racing towards as if we were determined to fall off a precipice, and the other is the threat of nuclear war, which has not declined, in fact it's very serious and in many respects is growing," Chomsky said.
He added that these threats are emanating from world's most power countries while indigenous societies are trying to avoid them.
"It's quite striking to see that those in the lead of trying to do something about this catastrophe are what we call "primitive" societies. The first nations in Canada, indigenous societies in central America, aboriginals in Australia. They've been on the forefront of trying to prevent the disaster that we're rushing towards."
"It's beyond irony that the richest most powerful countries in the world are racing towards disaster while the so-called primitive societies are the ones in the forefront of trying to avert it," he went on to add.
Talking about the scope and depth of US spying scandal, Chomsky said that he was not shocked by the revelations made by Edward Snowden, a former contractor to US National Security Agency (NSA) and CIA.
"Governments are power systems," Chomsky said.
"They are trying to sustain their power and domination over their populations and they will use what means are available to do this."
Referring to the US invasion of the Philippines about a century ago as an example, he noted that Washington used a sophisticated spying system to suppress any possible uprising by the nation.
"…right after the US invasion of the Philippines — a brutal invasion that killed a couple hundred thousand people — there was a problem for the US of pacification afterwards. What do you do to control the population to prevent another nationalist uprising? There's a very good study of this by Alfred McCoy, a Philippines scholar at University of Wisconsin, and what he shows is that the US used the most sophisticated technology of the day to develop a massive system of surveillance, control, disruption to undermine any potential opposition and to impose very tight controls on the population which lasted for a long time and in many ways the Philippines is still suffering from this."

Goal in Geneva 2 will be Syrian interests: Syria FM
Syrian Foreign Minister Walid al-Muallem says interests of the Syrian people will be the country's goal in the upcoming Geneva 2 conference on the ongoing crisis in the Arab country.
"Our political decisions are independent and based on the Syrian people's interests, which are sacred to us," Muallem said, adding, "If we set the interest of the Syrian people and the country as our goal, then we don't need settlements in the style of deals."
The foreign minister also said that the issue of combating terrorism will be proposed during the conference, stressing that combating terrorism will lead to a political solution to the crisis in the Middle Eastern country.
On November 25, the UN set January 22, 2014, as the date for the Geneva 2 talks.
The conference is scheduled to be held in Switzerland in two parts. On January 22, the opening session of the event will be in the Swiss city of Montreux and then it will be moved to the UN office in Geneva on January 24.
Syria has been gripped by deadly unrest since 2011. According to reports, Western powers and their regional allies -- especially Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey -- are supporting militants operating inside the country.
According to the United Nations, more than 100,000 people have been killed and millions displaced so far due to the turmoil in the country.
The UN also says more than four million other Syrians will be forced out of their homes in 2014 by the escalating conflict in the nation.
Two million Syrians are expected to take refuge outside the country while another 2.25 million are predicted to be internally displaced next year.

"Das Gebet in Gemeinschaft ist über zwanzigmal** mehr wert, als das Beten zu Hause oder im Geschäft. Es ist so: Wenn man sich sorgfältig wäscht und zur Moschee geht, nur mit der Absicht, das Gebet zu verrichten, dann wird er bis, er die Moschee erreicht, bei jedem Schritt um eine Stufe erhöht und er verliert eine seiner Sünden. Von dem Augenblick an, in dem er die Moschee betritt, wird er als Teilnehmer am Gebet betrachtet, auch während er noch auf den Beginn des Gebets wartet. Solange er an seinem Gebetsort verharrt, und weder jemandem schadet noch schlecht über jemanden redet, fahren die Engel damit fort, für seine Erlösung zu beten, und sie sagen: 'Oh Allah, sei ihm barmherzig! Oh Allah, vergib ihm! Oh Allah, nimm seine Reue an!'"

"Allah hat die guten und die schlechten Taten niedergeschrieben." Dann erklärte er dies: "Wer etwas Gutes beabsichtigt und es nicht durchführen konnte, dem hat Allah dies bei Sich als volle gute Tat angerechnet. Hat er es durchführen können, dann rechnet Allah ihm dies bei Sich als zehn gute Taten, bis zum siebenhundertfachen und bis zum vielfachen (davon), an. Und wer etwas Schlechtes beabsichtigt, es aber nicht durchgeführt hat, dem wird dies als vollendete gute Tat bei Allah, dem Erhabenen, angerechnet. Hat er diese schlechte Tat jedoch ausgeführt, so rechnet Allah ihm dies als eine einzige schlechte Tat an." (Al-Bukhari und Muslim)

Many like to waste time online, in private or even in public but they forget that there is always an observer who takes notes, we should always remember this.
The book that is being written is our story book and we are the authors of it, so write a good story that is full of obedience to the only one who is worthy to be obeyed (swt).
It is reported that Ya'lā b. 'Ubayd said, "We entered upon Ibn Sūqah, who said:
'O nephew, let me relate to you something that will hopefully benefit you; for it benefited me.
'Atā b. Abī Rabāh once said to us:'"
Those before you used to consider idle talk to be anything other than the Book of Allāh, or the enjoining of good, or the forbidding of evil, or speaking for the sake of your basic living needs.
Do you deny that there are recording angels appointed over you?
Sitting on your right and your left?
Never is a word said except there is an observer prepared to record?
Are you not afraid (ashamed) that your record of words and deeds be spread open only to discover that there is nothing of the hereafter in it?
