Khomeini was a charlatan who was handed the throne of an ancient nation by foreign powers. He turned out to be more cruel and despotic than the Shah ever was in his 26-year rule.
Experts on Iran always wondered why the U.S. and other Western powers delivered arms to Iran in the 1980s if they considered the regime to be its enemy?
Why could Khomeini, a so called extremists according to the west, get asylum in the very west i.e. France, and on top of it flown from PARIS to TEHRAN to take over Iran. Could you ever imagine a western country giving shelter to an Islamist AND taking him with all security back to his country to to establish an Islamic state? Something IMPOSSIBLE! The west might be an enemy of Iran, but Iran and the west are enemies of the Muslims, the Ahl Al-Sunnah . Even IF Khomeini was sincere in his stance against America, the reality is that in practice he was pawn of the U.S. and British elite. Like all tyrants, he wanted power, blood and war.

Dies war etwas neues für das eroberte Land. Die persischen und byzantinischen Hauptleute waren sehr hard zum Volk gewesen Khalids Behandlung gewann die Herzen der Bevölkerung in dem Maße, wie sie ihre früheren Herren haßte.

S.Nasrallah:Saudis Operate Azzam Brigades, Our Presence in Syria Will be Praised

Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan NasrallahHezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah stated Tuesday that the Iranian nuclear deal has had significant implications, expressing beliefs that the first winners are the peoples of our region.
"There were regional and international parties during the past years, pushing towards war on Iran. This option is neither easy nor simple, because Iran is not a weak or isolated state. This option had serious implications on the region," Sayyed Nasrallah stated during a live interview on the local OTV channel.
"First implication was to delay the war on Iran," his eminence said, ruling out that the Zionist entity may strike the Iranian nuclear facilities without the American green light, while assuring that such a deal will not leave negative impacts on Lebanon or Syria.
Sayyed Nasrallah also pointed out that the Iran-P5+1 nuclear deal has devoted new reality of multi-polarization, where no single state is ruling the world anymore.
"Multi-polarization leadership in the world prevents international domination and dictatorship and gives margins for the third world countries," his eminence elaborated.
The U.S. Foreign Policy
Sayyed Nasrallah stated that there are huge turning points in the U.S. world policy, highlighting that even though the nuclear deal is interim, yet some people have rushed to say that it is a deal between the Valiye Faqih (Islamic Republic of Iran) and the great Satan (The United States).
"The US war on Iraq had doomed to failure. In Afghanistan, the U.S. reached a deadlock. In Lebanon and Gaza, the new Middle East also failed. They are failing so far in Syria. Iran has endured sanctions and they (the U.S.) were unable to topple the regime. On the contrary, the financial and economic situation in the U.S. and European countries is critical. Thus there is new U.S.-European situation," his eminence expressed.
Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan NasrallahJustifying the American sponsorship for the Iran-P5+1 deal, Sayyed Nasrallah said that the Americans do not want to engage in a war, and they are sick of wars. Therefore, a door for nuclear deal has been opened and an interim deal was set.
"Americans requested to tackle more files while negotiating the nuclear issue, while Iranians wanted to tackle the nuclear file only. Iranians have no interest in putting all files on table and they insisted on negotiating the nuclear case alone," his eminence said.
Hezbollah Secretary General indicated that Iran has stated for long that its political view towards the U.S. differs from that towards the Zionist entity, and that's why the Iranian position on Israel is definite and has not changed.
"Iranians were saying that when the Americans admitted our rights and be ready to give the peoples of the region theirs', we will be ready then for dialogue with them," Sayyed Nasrallah made it clear.
"There is a U.S. shift but the Iranian party still stands in place. It is too early to taclk about normalization between the two countries and there are a lot of pending files. I don't predict near normalization," he added.
Regarding the Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif's last visit to the Gulf states, Sayyed Nasrallah said that Iran hasn't cut relations with neighbor countries ever, but the problem lies with the other party, noting that the Iranian FM wants to reassure the Saudis that nothing has been agreed upon against their interests.
The Saudi Arabia:
Leader of the Lebanese Resistance of Hezbollah pointed out that Iran had sought to open doors with the Saudis, but all attempts doomed to failure and the Kingdom was closing all doors.
Sayyed Nasrallah revealed that a Pakistani initiative had been presented upon which Iran had agreed while the Saudis rejected it.
"Before the departure of Prince Nayef, Iranian security minister visited the Saudi Arabia and met him. The minister tried to create a mutual understanding, but the reaction was negative 100 per cent."
His eminence noted that since the beginning, the Saudi Arabia dealt with Iran as an enemy and Saddam Hussein's war on Iran was financed by the Saudis. Iraqi and Iranian peoples paid for that war as well as the Palestinian people and the Kuwaitis.
"Saudi war on Iran hasn't stopped since 1979. The Saudi party doesn't dare to launch direct war with anyone, but fights through proxies and pays for them in Syria, Iran, Iraq and Lebanon," he said.
Hezbollah leader highlighted that the problem between the Saudi Arabia and Iran is fundamental, noting that Prince Al-Walid Bin Talal's speech does not express the Sunni view. Saudis problem with Iran is not sectarian because they had problems with Egypt, Yemen and Syria before. Those countries do not adopt the Shiite sect.
"The Saudi Arabia does not accept any partner. It wants to make all Arab countries subordinate to it."
He also pointed out that "the Saudi intelligence is behind many of the bombings in Iraq, and operates some branches of al-Qaeda," expressing beliefs that the Abdullah Azzam Brigades are actually standing behind the bombing of the Iranian embassy in Beirut two weeks ago, revealing that Saudi Arabia supports such groups.
Hezbollah-Qatar Relations:
Hezbollah Secretary General revealed that he received a Qatari delegation several days ago, and that Qatar may review its position and strategy regarding the region, noting that it has also offered good initiative regarding the Lebanese kidnapped in Aazaz.
Sayyed Nasrallah stressed that Hezbollah hasn't cause a problem for anyone, stating that the party of Resistance has always called for a political solution in Syria, and that a line of communication remained always between Hezbollah and Qatar, but both parties were of different political views.
Describing the new Hezbollah-Qatar relation, Sayyed Nasrallah said that the Lebanese party expressed the military option in Syria is not useful, and toppling the current situation is also useless, calling all states that affect events in Syria to work for a political solution.
"This is how we started to talk with Qatar, then we moved on to disassociating Lebanon from problems," his eminence said.
Hezbollah-Turkey Relations:
"Our contacts with Turkey were not cut. Meetings with the Turkish ambassador to Lebanon were also held. Nothing new with our relations with Turks," Sayyed Nasrallah said.
However, his eminence expressed that following the Syrian developments, there has been a clear Turkish attempt to rearrange relations with Hezbollah because Turks think they have lost so much regarding their relations with Lebanon, President Bashar al-Assad and Iran, which were excellent before the Syrian crisis erupted.
"Now they are out of Syria, facing a great problem with Iraq, witnessing a cold and semi-break relation with Iran. The Turkish project in Syria has failed," he stressed, asking: "Where is Turkey now in Egypt and in the region?"
Iran in the Region:
Iran's ideological position on Israel will not change, and its position on the Resistance will not change as well. In the Palestinian file , Iran also will not abandon its stance," his eminence noted, expressing beliefs that there is no horizon for the settling the Palestinian-Israeli issue because negotiations have not reached yet the minimal rights of Palestinians.
"Iran is a major regional state. It is the most influential in the region today. It consults with us and sometimes it may adopt our right in full. This is not only related to Lebanon," Sayyed Nasrallah unfolded, adding that If March 14 bloc relation with Saudi Arabia was like our relation with Iran, Lebanon would be problem-free. Iran does not interfere in our domestic affairs. It does not order us to participate in the cabinet. What Iran wants in Lebanon is that people understand each other and Lebanon wouldn't be dragged into war.
"I wish the other party has a Valiye Faqih," he said.
Hezbollah in Syria:
Reviewing Hezbollah participation in the Syria, Hezbollah Secretary General stated that Hezbollah's position has been gradually evolved.
"When the Syrian events erupted, we kept silent for three weeks awaiting a clear view in order to know the nature of incidents. On the other side, when we were employing our good relations to avoid what happened, all Syrian opposition members, some Muslim Brotherhood leaders and some extremist parties threatened us even before we adopted our political position. Despite all that, we called for a political solution t avoid the military option," he said.
Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan NasrallahHis eminence revealed the main cause behind the paty's intervention in southern Syrian town of al-Qussayr on the border with Lebanon, stating that Hezbollah "hadn't any direct call with opposition figures, but with states that had connection with them. President Assad was ready for dialogue and reforms while many in the region said that the matter would end within two or three months and that there would be no need for dialogue."
"There were countries in the region working on toppling the Syrian regime militarily without being ready for dialogue. Events in Syria had developed but we didn't intervene militarily. We didn't intervene in towns resided by Lebanese in al-Qussayr when the Syrian army was still deployed there," he added.
However, when the army was forced to leave the area, residents called for Hezbollah help to defend their towns because the Lebanese government didn't care for the Lebanese citizens there and kept the borders open for smuggling weapons to al-Qussayr from North and West Lebanon.
"We went to al-Qussayr in a pre-emptive operation. If we didn't take the initiative, armed groups would storm the Lebanese border towns," he stated.
Sayyed Nasrallah stated that "demolishing the holy shrine of Sayyed Zeinab (as) by the militants would ignite sedition in the region," adding that Hezbollah had sent only 40 to 50 fighters to the area to help in defending the shrine, stressing that "our increase in Syria was logical and realistic."
His eminence pointed out that Hezbollah didn't deploy fighters in other areas, but the situation had evolved gradually, noting that "tens of Lebanese have been killed in fighting for the militants in Syria."
"We (Hezbollah) declare our martyrs. We were in need for announcing our intervention because we don't feel shame of martyrs, but we are proud of them," Sayyed Nasrallah said.
He also made clear that his photo with Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei was two years before Al-Qussayr combat, stressing that "Hezbollah didn't intervene in Syria according to an Iranian decision, but according to a self decision. What have been said about an Iranian demand for us to intervene is untrue."
His eminence pointed out that "if we abandoned our duty in al-Qussayr and Qalamoun, tens and hundreds of booby trapped cars would enter into Lebanon, and we had gone to Syria in order to avoid this thing," indicating that "the car which exploded in Lebanon had came from Yabrood through Arsal," wondering "what the future of Lebanon will be if Syria falls by armed groups?"
Sayyed Nasrallah also noted that "former Prime Minister Saad Hariri and MP Okaq Sakr are involved in sending fighters and weapons into Syria," stating: "Ask the other party what guarantees they will provide if the opposition wins?", adding that "the level of support in the Lebanese people to our intervention in Syria higher than the rate of support for resistance movements from 1982 to 1990."
"The day will come when we will be thanked for our intervention in Syria," Sayyed Nasrallah said.
His eminence said that "there are great exaggerations about Hezbollah intervention in Syria," explaining that "those who are fighting in Syria for the regime side are the Syrian army and the national defense forces formed from the people of the areas who are defending themselves," pointing out that "there isn't any Hezbollah fighter in the provinces of Daraa, Soweida', Qunitra, Deir Ezzor and the northern Aleppo.
"Our presence in Syria is limited in Damascus, Homs and the surrounding areas of Lebanon. We are located in al-Qussayr and Damascus.The Syrian army is carrying out the today's operations in Qalamoun along with the national defense forces."
Answering a question on the number of Hezbollah fighters deployed in Syria, Sayyed Nasrallah said that "some people in Lebanon say that 250 fighters of Hezbollah had been killed, and then some March 14 newspapers say that 600 fighters of Hezbollah killed in Ghota. These are their aspirations."
He also stressed that "none of Hezbollah fighters has been kidnapped in Syria, but bodies of the martyrs have been captured and we will not leave them," pointing out that "since the beginning of the events in Syria, number of martyrs did not reach 200 as they pretend according to the nature of the battle," expressing belief that "the threat fell," and that Hezbollah has martyrs less than the number his eminence was expecting.
Sayyed Nasrallah said he expects that other in this period major shift will occur in more than one area, but these attempts will fail, as happened in Ghota," adding that "someone is working to disable the Geneva II Conference."
Lebanon:
Sayyed Nasrallah recalled that Hezbollah was the first to condemn the bombings of Tripoli, stating that on that day he was you sadder than the days of Ruwais and Bir al-Abed blasts, because it was clear that someone wants to drag the country into sedition."
Regarding the security situation in the northern Lebanese city of Tripoli, his eminence said that "what was reported on Mufti of Tripoli and the North Sheikh Malek Al-Shaa'r on the relationship between the gunmen with the security services is true", pointing out that "we know that the Directorate General of Internal Security Forces, and over the years, is paying money to armed groups and moving ammunition by cars of internal security forces during the last few years," adding that "the solution is that the state must hold the security situation in Tripoli and form a crisis cell. Tripoli and the North need dialogue and all the parties must meet."
Touching on the political scene in Lebanon, Sayyed Nasrallah pointed out that political choices and options of March 8 bloc are gaining, while that of March 14 are losing. We do not have a larger project for Lebanon, but we support a real partnership in Lebanon and with the participation of everyone."
His eminence made clear that Hezbollah believes in the Lebanese entity, calling upon Resistance lovers and audience to make no reaction in streets if anyone imitate him.
"If anyone has an objection, let us object judicially," he said, hoping that no one will insult us or insult others.

Salat tahajud adalah shalat sunnat yang dikerjakan di malam hari setelah terjaga dari tidur.Shalat tahajud juga termasuk shalat Mu'akad (salah satu yang dikuatkan oleh syara').Sholat Tahajud dikerjakan sedikitnya dua Raka'at dan sebanyak banyak nya tidak terbatas. MENGIKUTI MANHAJ SALAF DALAM SEMUA HAL Dengan Nama Allaah yang Maha Pengasih lagi Maha Penyayang Dalam memahami Islam, dalam bentuk apapun, baik masalah ibadah, syari'ah, mu'amalah; terutama masalah aqidah, harus mengikuti sebagaimana ulama-ulama Salaf memahaminya. Sebagai contoh dalam memahami al Qur`an dan al Hadits, kita tidak boleh lepas dari pemahaman ulama-ulama Salaf. Mengapa harus mengikuti para salaf? Karena para sahabat, tabi'in, tabi'ut-tabi'in, mereka adalah yang paling memahami tentang Islam seperti yang diajarkan oleh Rasulullah Shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Begitu pula kita harus mengikuti imam-imam Ahlus Sunnah, karena mereka sangat memahami tentang Islam. Apa yang difatwakan mereka adalah untuk kebaikan bagi kaum Muslimin. Memang, para imam-imam tersebut tidak ma'shum, tetapi, mereka itu adalah mujtahid. Sedangkan ciri Ahlus Sunnah, di antaranya ialah mengikuti para ulama dalam memahami dalil, terutama masalah fitnah yang dimunculkan oleh firqah-firqah. Sebagai contoh, yaitu Khawarij dan Syi'ah. Khawarij, mereka salah dalam memahami ayat : ﻭَﻣَﻦ ﻟَّﻢْ ﻳَﺤْﻜُﻢ ﺑِﻤَﺎ ﺃَﻧﺰَﻝَ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻓَﺄُﻭﻟَٰﺌِﻚَ ﻫُﻢُ ﺍﻟْﻜَﺎﻓِﺮُﻭﻥَ Barangsiapa yang tidak memutuskan menurut apa yang diturunkan Allah, maka mereka itu adalah orang-oang yang kafir. [al Maidah/5 : 44]. Kelompok Khawarij tidak rela terhadap apa yang dilakukan oleh Khalifah Ali Radhiyallahu 'anhu kepada Mu'awiyah Radhiyallahu 'anhu, dan akhirnya mereka mengkafirkan Ali Radhiyallahu 'anhu. Setelah itu, muncullah kelompok yang mengatasnamakan pendukung Ali Radhiyallahu 'anhu yang dipimpin oleh 'Abdullah bin Saba`, seorang Yahudi yang kemudian menyatakan masuk Islam, dan pada akhirnya nanti sebagai bibit pertama munculnya Syi'ah. Tokoh ini sangat berlebihan dalam mencintai Ali Radhiyallahu 'anhu. Dia menyatakan, bahwa berdasarkan wasiat dari Rasul Shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam, katanya, Ali Radhiyallahu 'anhu lebih berhak menjadi khalifah. Bahkan Syi'ah sampai mengangkat Ali sebagai ilah (sesembahan). Kedua firqah ini muncul pada zaman Khalifah Ali Radhiyallahu 'anhu. Firqah lain yang juga muncul, yaitu Qadariyah dan Murjiah. Firqah Qadariyah sendiri telah ada sejak zaman Rasul Shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Dalam kitab Syarah Ushul I'tiqad Ahli Sunnah, karya Al Lalika'i (I/35-36) disebutkan, Abu Hurairah Radhiyallahu 'anhu berkata : Orang-orag musyrik Quraisy mendatangi Nabi Shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Mereka mendebat Nabi Shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam dalam masalah qadar, maka turunlah firman Allah Azza wa Jalla. ﺇِﻥَّ ﺍﻟْﻤُﺠْﺮِﻣِﻴﻦَ ﻓِﻲ ﺿَﻠَﺎﻝٍ ﻭَﺳُﻌُﺮٍ [Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang berdosa berada dalam kesesatan (di dunia) dan dalam neraka - al Qamar/54 ayat 47-]. Disebutkan dalam al Lalika'i, halaman 36, ketika terjadi perdebatan di antara para sahabat dalam masalah qadar, dan didengar oleh Rasulullah Shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam, maka beliau Shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam memarahi dan melarang mereka untuk mengulang-ulang pembicaraan tersebut. Dalam riwayat Muslim, dari Yahya bin Ya'mar, sesungguhnya ia berkata : "Orang yang pertama kali berbicara tentang al qadr di Basrah adalah, Ma'bad al Juhani". Madzhab Qadariyah berpandangan, bahwa Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala tidak mentaqdirkan sesuatu dan Dia tidak mengetahuinya. Menurut paham sesat Qadariyah, Allah mengetahui setelah suatu kejadian itu terjadi. Dari pemahaman ini, berarti ada dua kesimpulan. Pertama, ingkar terhadap ilmu Allah sebelum sesuatu itu terjadi. Kedua, berarti hamba itu terjadi dengan sendirinya, bukan dari Allah. [Lihat al Lalika'i, 1/36-37]. Sedangkan Murjiah, mereka mempunyai pandangan, apabila seseorang yang beriman, melakukan dosa maka dosanya itu tidak mempengaruhi keimanannya. Sebagaimana orang kafir, sekalipun melakukan ketaatan, akan tetapi ketaatan itu tidak mempengaruhi kekufurannya. Mereka menyangka, iman itu hanya pembenaran di dalam hati saja. [Syarah Aqidah Washithiyah, Harrasy, hlm. 188] Jadi, pada zaman pertengahan Khalifah Ali Radhiyallahu 'anhu, telah muncul bid'ah-bid'ah Khawarij, Murjiah, Qadariyah, Syi'ah. Prolog Dahulu, di masa dua Syaikh, yaitu Ahmad Yassin dan ar Rantisi (semoga Allah menyayangi mereka), berita dari Palestina yang sampai kepada kita adalah, "Sebuah roket telah ditembakkan ke wilayah Sedirot, dan Brigade al Qassam menyatakan bertanggung jawab atasnya…", "Sebuah operasi istisyhad telah terjadi di sebuah kafe di Talabeeb dan al Qassam menyatakan bertanggung jawab atasnya…". Akan tapi, kini berita yang kita dengar adalah, "Brigade al Qassam telah membunuh sejumlah Mujahidin dari kelompok Islam Jihadis setelah mengepung Masjid Ribat di perempatan jalan Zaitoon di Gaza[1]", "Brigade al Qassam membunuh 10 orang, di antaranya terdapat anak-anak dari kelompok Jaisyul Islam yang ber-afiliasi kepada al Qaidah di Gaza[2]", "Brigade al Qassam menyerang orang-orang yang tengah beribadah di Masjid Ibnu Taimiyah yang berafiliasi pada al Qaidah dengan roket dan sniper yang menyebabkan 125 korban tewas dan luka-luka", "al Qassam mengepung rumah seorang Syaikh Mujahid terkemuka, Dr. Abdul Latif Musa yang dikenal dengan sebutan Abu Nuur al Maqdisi, meluluhlantakkan rumahnya[3], mengisolasi tempat kejadian dan melarang para jurnalis mengambil foto atau mendapatkan informasi dari tempat itu". Organisasi Hamas kini telah bertindak tidak berbeda dengan perilaku rezim-rezim Arab lainnya dalam membungkam serta melenyapkan kalangan oposisi, rival, atau para pengkritiknya, ketimbang berlomba dan mengungguli mereka dalam fastabiqul khairat. Citra Yang Hancur Hamas telah berjuang selama bertahun-tahun menjadikan dirinya sebagai organisasi yang kuat, solid, dan memiliki reputasi luas, serta menggunakan nama dan reputasi legendarisnya itu untuk mendukung berbagai propaganda, mulai dari propaganda yang direkayasa secara teknis dan ilmiyah, untuk memotong setiap langkah musuh atau kritik atau rivalnya yang dianggap mengganggu manuver dan perjalanannya[4]. Akan tapi, kini, setelah peristiwa penyerangan Masjid Ibnu Taimiyah, seluruh propaganda itu sepertinya akan berbalik menghancurkan berkeping-keping imej ideal yang telah membuat jutaan orang bersimpati padanya selama lebih dari dua dekade ini. Dan tak lama, Hamas secara berangsur-angsur akan kehilangan keseimbangan yang telah ia ciptakan selama ini melalui berbagai amaliyat dan popularitas media, dan atas dasar keseimbangan ini pula (awalnya) Hamas menyandarkan dirinya ketika ia melancarkan serangan terhadap Masjid Ibnu Taimiyah dan Syaikh Abdul Latif Musa rahimahullah. Hamas juga begitu yakin terhadap kekuatan yang dimilikinya, meliputi tentara terlatih dan perlengkapan perang Brigade al Qassam yang awalnya dipersiapkan untuk menghadapi kekuatan penjajah –Israel-, namun kini malah diarahkan untuk berkonfrontasi dengan segenap elemen yang juga aktif memerangi penjajah –Israel-. Hamas pun cenderung memanfaatkan kekuatan yang dahulu diwarisi dari Muhammad Dahlan (segenap mantan tentara bekas anak buah Muhammad Dahlan, Kepala Keamanan Pemerintah Otoritas Palestina semenjak zaman Yasir Arafat hingga Mahmoud Abbas .—pent), juga segenap kesatuan polisi yang pernah dilatih oleh Intelijen Mesir. Kesatuan polisi tersebut kini menjadi unit polisi di Gaza, dan bersama tentara bekas milisi Dahlan, membentuk kesatuan eksekutif di dalam gerakan Hamas, semenjak Juni 2007. Apa yang telah dilakukan Hamas dalam peristiwa Masjid Ibnu Taimiyah, serta serangkaian argumen yang disampaikannya sebagai 'pembenaran' atas aksinya itu menuai tanda tanya. Pada saat ketika anggota al Qassam mengepung masjid dan menempatkan para snipernya di atap-atap rumah, Ismail Haniyah –Perdana Menteri Otoritas Palestina dari Hamas- pada hari yang sama dalam kesempatannya ber-khutbah jumat yang ia sampaikan di sebuah masjid, berulang kali ia sampaikan penolakan dan penyangkalannya tentang keberadaan Mujahidin asing di Gaza atau para pejuang al Qaidah atau siapa saja yang sejalan dengan ideologi atau manhajnya. Pernyataan ini dipahami oleh banyak pihak sebagai sebuah deklarasi (implisit) dari rencana untuk melenyapkan (baca: membunuh) siapapun yang memiliki koneksi dengan proyek Jihad Global. Komentar Haniyah dilontarkan sebagai penyangkalannya atas klaim beberapa jurnalis di daerah pendudukan yang menyatakan bahwa puluhan pejuang 'asing' telah menyelundup masuk di Jalur Gaza pada tahun-tahun terakhir ini, dan bahwa al Qaidah semakin dekat untuk menguasai wilayah Gaza. Lalu terungkap fakta, bahwa di antara mereka yang terbunuh dalam peristiwa Masjid Ibnu Taimiyah terdapat Abu Abdullah al Muhajir –seorang Mujahid berkebangsaan Syiria, yang awalnya adalah pelatih militer Brigade al Qassam, dan kemudian ia mendirikan Jundu Ansharullah-. Di hari Jumat itu, Haniyah muncul ke tengah publik –dalam khutbah jumat- untuk menyampaikan pembenaran atas aksi pembantaian tersebut, dengan menyatakan bahwa mereka yang berada di dalam Masjid Ibnu Taimiyah, beserta Syaikh Abu Nuur –rahimahullah- adalah orang-orang bughot yang mengkafirkan pemerintahan Hamas (kaum khawarij-takfiri.–pent) dan membahayakan negara Palestina[5]. Pernyataan Haniyah inipun terbantahkan, berdasarkan manhaj dan kenyataan operasi lapangan –yang memperlihatkan bahwa memang benar Mujahidin internasional telah sampai di Gaza-, juga oleh khutbah yang disampaikan oleh Syaikh Abu Nuur al Maqdisi yang harus beliau tebus dengan ke-syahid-an –insyaAllah-. (Dalam khutbahnya) Syaikh Abu Nuur menggambarkan Hamas terbagi menjadi dua generasi. Generasi pertama telah banyak yang telah menjadi syuhada –insyaAllah- "dan Allah muliakan mereka". Sementara generasi kedua adalah yang ada sekarang ini dan mereka "bercampur baur (antara mereka yang jujur maupun tidak) dalam berbagai hal (manhaj, pemahaman, dll) tercampur bersama mereka", dan mereka –Pemerintahan Hamas– "jika mereka menerapkan Syariat Islam di Gaza maka saya (maksudnya Abu Nuur) akan menjadi prajurit dan pembelanya"[6]. Serangan Hamas terhadap Masjid Ibnu Taimiyah telah mengungkapkan kepada khalayak ramai di luar Palestina –untuk pertama kali– bahwa isu utama dari pertikaian berdarah ini adalah karena Hamas 'tidak memberlakukan Syariat Islam'[7], dan mereka berdalih tengah berusaha menerapkannya secara bertahap. Insiden Masjid Ibnu Taimiyah juga mengungkapkan hal-hal yang selama ini ditutupi, salah satunya adalah, di antara korban yang tewas dari pejuang Jundu Ansharallah dan termasuk dalam barisan mereka, beberapa tentara pelaku amaliyah istisyhadiyah yang awalnya bergabung dengan Brigade al Qassam, sayap militer Hamas, –bahkan salah seorang pemimpinnya adalah salah satu kemenakan Dr. Musa Abu Marzuq, wakil presiden dari biro politik Hamas[8]. Apa yang terjadi di Masjid Ibnu Taimiyah merupakan rangkaian dari kampanye besar lagi berkelanjutan yang menurut pertimbangan Hamas perlu untuk dilakukan, dalam kaitannya untuk mengantisipasi pelanggaran/penerobosan keamanan yang dilakukan oleh 'komponen-komponen asing', yang kebanyakan mereka adalah dari kalangan yang menganut manhaj Salafiyyah Jihadiyyah di Gaza serta para pendukung gerakan Jihad Global yang berada di bawah arahan/kepemimpinan al Qaidah. Kampanye besar ini dilancarkan setelah diadakannya pertemuan di Mesir antara pejabat intelijen Inggris, para pimpinan intelijen (keamanan nasional) Mesir, serta segenap pemimpin Hamas yang dipimpin oleh Mahmud az Zahhar dan pimpinan al Qassam yang tak disebutkan namanya di media-media outlet.[9] Hamas kemudian mengiringi berbagai insiden tersebut dengan melancarkan propaganda media. Setelah membunuh orang-orang yang beribadah di Masjid Ibnu Taimiyah, Syaikh Abu Nuur al Maqdisi disalahkan dengan tuduhan memiliki sakit mental, atau menganut manhaj yang sesat, dan bahwa ia adalah seorang takfiri. Dan untuk mendukung berbagai klaim propaganda tersebut serta mengarahkan opini publik, mereka menuduh Syaikh Abu Nuur sebagai pihak yang bertanggung jawab atas berbagai kejahatan yang terjadi di Gaza beberapa waktu sebelumnya, seperti peledakan kafe-kafe internet dan menargetkan sekolah-sekolah Kristen, serta perayaan-perayaan pernikahan yang isinya bercampur baur.[10] Hamas menuduh Abu Nuur adalah agen aparat keamanan dari Abu Mazin (Mahmoud Abbas) di Ramallah[11] dan tuduhan ini telah berkali-kali dibantah oleh Jundu Ansharullah. Beberapa insiden yang dimasukkan ke dalam daftar tuduhan Hamas sebenarnya terjadi jauh sebelum Jundu Ansharallah didirikan, seperti peristiwa pemboman di depan rumah pemimpin Hamas, Marwan Abu Raas.[12] Berbagai penjelasan Hamas tentang kejadian itu –yang kemudian diadopsi oleh berbagai media outlet baik yang diterbitkan oleh para pendukungnya atau rivalnya– bahwa target operasi kali ini adalah mereka yang memiliki hubungan dengan jaringan 'terorisme' global, telah memperlihatkan bahwa Hamas tengah menghancurkan citra-nya yang (dahulu) memukau di depan opini publik dunia Islam. Nasib Hamas mungkin makin mendekati nasib berbagai kepemimpinan Jihad maupun pribadi-pribadi yang dahulu begitu mendapat tempat terhormat di Dunia Islam seperti sosok pemimpin Jihad (dahulunya) yang legendaries, Abdur Rabbi Rasul Sayyaf, yang kini namanya tenggelam karena lebih memilih untuk bergabung dengan pihak penjajah salibis Amerika dan menjadi anggota parlemen di bawah rezim pemerintahan boneka Hamid Karzai beserta para pendukungnya di Afghanistan. Dan inilah yang ditakuti Hamas, terungkapnya wajah buruk dari citra yang selama ini tertanam di hati segenap Dunia Islam. Bisa jadi nasib Hamas makin mendekati nasib yang pernah dialami oleh al Mahakim al Islamiyah di Somalia. Awalnya al Mahakim mendapat dukungan dan sambutan luas dari publik di Dunia Islam, serta proyek-proyek perjuangan mereka begitu dipuji dan diharapkan. Hingga akhirnya al Mahakim berusaha meraih dukungan negara-negara Eropa dan Amerika –dan itupun memang terjadi, negara-negara Eropa dan Amerika bersedia membantunya, melatih para tentaranya- hingga pemimpinnya Syaikh Syarif Ahmad lebih memilih meminta bantuan tentara kristen Ethiopia dan negara-negara Barat lainnya untuk menggempur saudaranya sendiri, Harakah Syabab al Mujahidin, dikarenakan Syabab ber-afiliasi dengan al Qaidah, sehingga dimasukkan ke dalam daftar organisasi teroris global. Sebuah poling di al Jazeera memperlihatkan bahwa lebih dari 42% responden tidak mendukung Hamas dalam aksi yang dilakukannya terhadap Jundu Ansharullah. Dan jumlah persentase itu menggambarkan lebih dari sekitar 42 ribu partisipan, dari total jumlah partisipan yang berjumlah sebanyak 87 ribu. Sementara lebih dari 42 ribu partisipan itu menyatakan menolak aksi Hamas, padahal mereka telah mendengarkan berbagai narasi dari channel al Jazeera –di mana dalam peristiwa ini , seluruh narasi di al Jazeera dimonopoli oleh Hamas, ini sesuatu yang melanggar prinsip 'keseimbangan pemberitaan' yang merupakan salah satu etika jurnalistik, karena narasi dari pihak korban sama sekali tidak ditampilkan. Poling ini meng-indikasi-kan, bahwa hampir separuh partisipan tidak setuju dengan aksi Hamas, dan mereka tidak mem-percayai narasi yang ditampilkan di channel al Jazeera. Poling tersebut ternyata juga mengungkapkan fakta bahwa berbagai klaim dan dalih yang direkayasa Hamas terhadap Jundu Ansharullah beserta Syaikh Abu Nuur sama sekali tidak dapat diterima oleh penduduk Gaza, khususnya mereka yang kehilangan putra-putra mereka dalam insiden itu, entah itu korban yang tewas, luka-luka, ditahan, atau hilang dan tidak kembali.[13] Sosok Abu Nuur al Maqdisi yang sangat akrab bagi mereka, yang kenyataannya adalah seseorang yang baik, yang hidup di tengah-tengah rakyatnya, senantiasa mengembalikan seluruh permasalah kepada Syariat Islam, sangat santun dan senantiasa membantu orang yang membutuhkan, khususnya kepada Jihad dan Mujahidin. Rakyat Gaza juga sangat mengenal para pemuda anggota Jundu Ansharullah, karena banyak di antara mereka dahulunya adalah anggota dari al Qassam. Moderatisasi dan Ekstrimisme Insiden Masjid Ibnu Taimiyah di Rafah terjadi ketika Hamas tengah mengkampanyekan dirinya sebagai gerakan moderat dan mendeklarasikan bahwa dirinya dengan al Qaidah adalah dua kutub yang berbeda, dan hampir semua pimpinan Hamas –khususnya yang sering muncul sebagai juru bicara di media– menekankan berkali-kali bahwa mereka bukanlah al Qaidah dan mereka sama sekali tak mempunyai keterkaitan dengan aktivitas-aktivitas terorisme. Muhammad Abu Tair –salah satu anggota parlemen Palestina dari Hamas, menulis di News Week tentang loby politik Hamas di al Quds setelah kemenangan Hamas pada pemilu 2006 bahwa, "Kami tidak berniat menerapkan Syariat Islam, dan kami bukan bagian dari organisasi al Qaidah".[14] Meskipun Hamas mengklaim bahwa kehadiran al Qaidah di Gaza telah membuat organisasi Hamas dimusuhi oleh seluruh dunia, dan bahwa Hamas adalah organisasi yang cinta damai serta bersungguh-sungguh untuk tunduk di bawah arahan dan hukum-hukum internasional, janganlah dilupakan, bahwa Hamas-lah sesungguhnya yang 'bertanggung jawab' atas perpanjangan isolasi atas Gaza selama lebih dari 3 tahun dan bukan al Qaidah. Ketika selama 3 minggu, Gaza diluluhlantakkan dengan bom fosfor putih antara Desember 2008 hingga pertengahan Januari 2009, adalah Hamas yang melontarkan 7 buah roket ke wilayah Israel dan bukan al Qaidah atau siapa saja yang menjadi pendukungnya di Gaza. Dalam peristiwa memilukan itu, 1300 rakyat Gaza syahid –insya Allah- dan 7000 ribu lainnya terluka, akibat serangan brutal Zionis yang menggunakan senjata terlarang, bom fosfor putih namanya. Ide tentang moderatisasi dan ekstrimisme dipublikasikan oleh intelijen Amerika dan Israel semenjak 10 tahun terakhir, dan kemudian diadopsi oleh beberapa gerakan Islam untuk melepaskan dirinya dari tuduhan terorisme, setelah Bush mendeklarasikan ideologi fasisnya dalam pidato politik nasionalnya setelah tragedi 11 September, "Siapa yang tidak bersama kami adalah lawan kami". Ide tentang terorisme dan ekstrimisme telah diimplementasikan "berdasarkan hukum-hukum internasional yang dihormati Hamas" pada tahun 1994 setelah konferensi Sharam asy Syaikh yang menghasilkan agenda perang melawan terorisme –sementara pada saat itu al Qaidah belum menjadi embrio, dan dunia lebih mengenal aksi 'terorisme' Hamas– ketika ia melancarkan serangan bom pada sebuah stasiun bis yang penuh dengan orang Zionis di Tal Abeeb, membunuh sekurangnya 40 orang Israel. Lingkar-lingkar studi strategis Amerika dan Zionis menganalisis indikasi sebagai ukuran proses moderatisasi: yakni sejauh mana suatu organisasi menerima Demokrasi dan konsep Hak Asasi Manusia (yang berdasarkan nilai-nilai Barat) dalam praktek keyakinannya dan kehidupan pribadinya, sejauh mana organisasi tidak memandang permasalahan perpindahan agama (murtad dari agama) atau orientasi seksual yang bebas, sejauh mana organisasi tersebut mau menerima dan menerapkan tradisi serta standar dari Barat, sejauh mana organisasi menerima persamaan hak perempuan dan kesetaraan gender, atau sejauh mana sebuah organisasi mau memperjuangkan hak-hak kaum minoritas agar dapat setara dengan mayoritas.[15] Studi tersebut merumuskan beberapa poin untuk membedakan (memisahkan) mana organisasi yang moderat dan mana yang ekstrem. Persoalan disini bukan parti atau badan institusi.. tetapi individu berkaitan seharusnya menghormati agama lain..jika agama islam mengajar menghormati agama lain tanpa paksaan kenapa mereka tidak boleh melakukan yang sama terhadap agama lain? PEMILIHAN PEMIMPIN DALAM ISLAM Dalam sistem pemerintahan apapun eksistensi seorang pemimpin dan proses pemilihannya adalah bagian yang sangat penting dan menarik untuk disoroti. Dalam sistem demokrasi misalnya, untuk memilih seorang pemimpin yang akan menakodai bangsa ini selama periode lima tahun ke depan diperlukan persiapan yang sangat lama dan biaya hingga puluhan triliun rupiah. Setali tiga uang dengan sistem pemerintahan Islam. Keberadaan seorang pemimpin menjadi sangat urgen dan wajib adanya. Bahkan dalam hadits Rasulullah yang diriwayatkan oleh Abu Daud dan Abu Hurairah dinyaatakan bahwa, jika ada tiga orang bepergian, hendaknya mereka mengangkat salah seorang dari mereka menjadi pemimpin. Dari hadits tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa jika dalam perkara bepergian (safar) saja telah diwajibkan memilih pemimpin, apatah lagi dalam perkara memilih pemimpin dalam tatanan kenegaraan, tentu hal ini menjadi lebih wajib lagi. Begitulah mafhum muwafaqah yang bisa ditarik. Namun bukan berarti manusia berhak menentukan sendiri metode penagangkatan pemimpin. Allah melalui Rasul-Nya telah memberikan contoh bagaimana cara memilih pemimpin dalam sistem Islam. Dan satu-satunya metode yang diakui oleh Islam dalam mengangkat kepala negara adalah dengan baiat. Dari baiat ini akan diperoleh seorang pemimpin (khalifah) yang akan merangkul dan menyatukan seluruh kaum muslimin, dibawah pemerintahannya. Menyatukan seluruh kaum muslimin di dunia dengan segala keberagamannya dalam bingkai institusi negara (khilafah Islamiyah) memang adalah impian yang ideal dan tak mudah untuk diwujudkan. Apalagi jika disuguhkan kondisi masyarakat saat ini yang masih jauh dari nilai-nilai Islam. Realitas inilah yang mungkin menghadirkan banyak tanya dan keraguan dalam diri kaum muslimin. Namun perlu diingat dalam perspektif syariat Islam kondisi masyarakat bukanlah dasar untuk menentukan status hukum suatu perkara. Bagaimana pun kondisinya Al-Quran dan Sunah Rasulullah tatap harus dijadikan sebagai pijakan baku. Ibarat suatu kampung dimana sebagaian besar warganya tidak melaksanakan shalat, bukan berarti hukum shalat berubah menjadi tidak wajib karena melihat realitas warganya. Shalat akan tetap menjadi amalan wajib bagaimanapun kondisi suatu daerah. Singkatnya ralitaslah yang harus diubah agar sesuai dengan syariat Islam, bukan sebaliknya. Sama halnya dengan penegakan khilafah Islamiyah dan pembaitan seorang khalifah sebagai pemimpin kaum muslimin seluruh dunia. Memang jika melihat realitas saat ini umat belum siap untuk membaiat seorang khalifah. Namun ini bukanlah dalil yang dijadikan dalih untuk tidak membaiat seorang khalifah dan pasrah dengan kondisi yang ada. Apalagi sampai menganggap penegakan khilafah adalah sesuatu yang utopis (mustahil). Disinilah urgensi untuk semakin menggencarkan aktivitas dakwah, sehingga umat mampu mengangkat pemimpin sesuai tuntunan syariat. Baiat adalah akad sukarela antara rakyat orang yang dipercaya untuk menjadi kepala negara yang akan memerintah mereka berdasarkan hukum-hukum Allah. Karena itu bisa dikatakan baiat adalah satu-satunya metode pengangkatan kepala negara dalam sistem Islam. Allah swt melalui lisan Rasulullah telah mewajibkan kepada kaum muslimin agar dipundaknya terdapat baiat. Bahkan Rasulullah menyifati orang yang mati namun dipundaknya tidak ada baiat, seperti orang yang mati dalam keadaan jahiliyah. Wajibnya membaiat seorang khalifah tak bisa dibantah lagi. Ijma' sahabat secara jelas telah menunjukkan hal itu. Saat Rasulullah wafat, para sahabat menunda penguburan jenazah Beliau. Rasulullah wafat pada waktu dhuha hari senin dan baru dikebumikan pada Selasa malam (malam Rabu) setelah Abu Bakar dibaiat sebagai khalifah pengganti Rasulullah. Mereka lebih menyibukkan diri untuk membaiat seorang khalifah. Padahal menyegerakan pemakaman jenazah adalah wajib namun ternyata mereka menganggap membaiat seorang khalifah jauh lebih penting. Dari kisah ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kaum muslimin hanya diberi jeda selama dua hari untuk membaiat seorang khalifah. Coba bayangkan sudah berapa lama kaum muslimin tidak membaiat seorang khalifah semenjak runtuhnya kekhilafahan di Turki pada tahun 1924. Syariat Islam adalah aturan yang begitu sempurna. Ketika umat Islam diwajibkan mengangkat seorang khliafah, maka syariat Islam juga telah menentukan baiat sebagai satu-satunya metode pengangkatan khlaifah. Kedudukan baiat sebgai metode pengangkatan khalifah sudah ditetapkan berdasarkan baiat kaum muslimin kepada Rasulullah saw di Madinah dan berdasarkan perintah Beliau kepada kita untuk mebaiat seorang imam/khalifah. Saat di Madinah baiat kaum muslimin kepada Rasulullah saw sesungguhnya bukanlah baiat atas kenabian. Karena tak perlu diragukan lagi bahwa tak ada satu pun sahabat Rasulullah pada saat itu yang meragukan kenabian Beliau. Jadi baiat itu bukanlah ditujukan untuk membenarkan kenabian Beliau, melainkan sebagai pengakuan atas kapasitas Rasulullah sebagai penguasa/pemimpin negara dan bukan sebagai nabi dan rasul. Sebab pangakuan atas kenabian dan kerasulan adalah perkara iman bukan masalah baiat. Disinilah terlihat begitu erat korelasi antara baiat dan terpilihnya pemimpin dalam pemerintahan Islam. Lalu bagaimana tata cara pembaiatan seseorang untuk menjadi khalifah? Bukankah dalam sejarah Islam, banyak sekali model pengalihan kekuasaan? Memang prosedur praktis yang bisa menyempurnakan pengangkatan khalifah menggunakan prosedur teknis yang berbeda-beda, namun semuanya masih dalam koridor baiat. Jika ditelaah dari sirah sahabat ada dua jenis baiat yaitu baiat in'iqad dan baiat ta'at. Baiat in'iqad adalah baiat yang menunjukkan legalitas orang yang dibaiat sebagai khliafah yang akan menjadi pemilik kekuasaan dan dia berhak ditaati, ditolong dan wajib diikuti selama tidak bertentangan dengan Al-Quran dan Sunnah. Baiat ta'at adalah baiat kaum mulsimin terhadap khalifah terpilih dengan memberikan ketaatan kepadanya. Baiat ta'at ini bukanlah dimaksudkan untuk mengangkat khalifah karena khlaifah sudah ada. Pendapat ini didasarkan pada ijma sahabat. Misalnya pada saat pembaiatan Abu Bakar menjadi khliafah pertama penggati Rasulullah. Abu Bakar diangkat oleh sebagian sahabat, sebagai representasi dari semua sahabat, baik dari kalangan Muhajirin maupun Anshar. Pembaitan tersebut dilakukan di Saqifah dan keesokan harinya kaum muslimin dikumpulkan di masjid, kemudian Abu Bakar berbicara di atas mimbar. Namun sebelum Abu Bakar berbicara, Umar mendahuli pembicaraan dengan mengatakan, "Sesungguhnya Allah telah mengumpulkan urusan kalian kepada pundak orang terbaik di antara kalian. Dia Sahabat yang berdua bersama Rasul di gua. Berdirilah kalian, baiatlah dia." Pada saat itu kaum muslimin yang hadir langsung membaiat Abu Bakar setalah pembaiatan di Saqifah. Pembaiatan Abu Bakar di Saqifah oleh beberapa sahabat adalah baiat in'iqad, sedangkan pembaiatan kaum muslimin di masjid adalah baiat ta'at. Hal ini pun terjadi pada khalifah setelahnya. Metode ini memberikan gambaran dan penegasan tentang keridhaan rakyat kepada khalifah. Walaupun dalam prakteknya terdapat beragam teknis pelaksanaan, namun substansi dasarnya tetap sama yaitu baiat yang mana di dalamnya terdapat baiat in'iqad dan baiat ta'at. Bagaimanapun teknis pelaksanaannya yang jelas khalifah dibaiat oleh rakyat untuk melaksanakan hukum Allah, sehingga rakyat wajib taat dan patuh kepada khalifah. Begitupun seorang khalifah, menduduki tampuk pimpinan bukan karena terdorong motif ekonomi, namun semata-mata hanya untuk melaksanakan perintah Allah. Sehingga khalifah benar-benar akan menjadi pengembala untuk rakyatnya. Sekali lagi perbedaan teknis pelaksanaan bukanlah masalah, asal tetap dalam mekanisme baiat. Inilah perbedaan mendasar pemilihan ala demokrasi dan pemilihan Islam. Dalam sistem demokrasi saat ini, kita memilih pemimpin namun tidak ada yang bisa menjamin sosok pemimpin yang kita pilih nantinya akan menerapkan hukum-hukum Allah. EDL Mission Statement (3) The world is a dangerous place to live in; not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don't do anything about it. – Albert Einstein, refugee from Nazi Germany People have been asking what the EDL is all about, what does it want to achieve, how will it achieve those things? Well now the English Defence League has a Mission Statement…… (1) HUMAN RIGHTS: Protecting And Promoting Human Rights The English Defence League (EDL) is a human rights organisation that was founded in the wake of the shocking actions of a small group of Muslim extremists who, at a homecoming parade in Luton, openly mocked the sacrifices of our service personnel without any fear of censure. Although these actions were certainly those of a minority, we believe that they reflect other forms of religiously-inspired intolerance and barbarity that are thriving amongst certain sections of the Muslim population in Britain: including, but not limited to, the denigration and oppression of women, the molestation of young children, the committing of so-called honour killings, homophobia, anti-Semitism, and continued support for those responsible for terrorist atrocities. Whilst we must always protect against the unjust assumption that all Muslims are complicit in or somehow responsible for these crimes, we must not be afraid to speak freely about these issues. This is why the EDL will continue to work to protect the inalienable rights of all people to protest against radical Islam's encroachment into the lives of non-Muslims. We also recognise that Muslims themselves are frequently the main victims of some Islamic traditions and practices. The Government should protect the individual human rights of members of British Muslims. It should ensure that they can openly criticise Islamic orthodoxy, challenge Islamic leaders without fear of retribution, receive full equality before the law (including equal rights for Muslim women), and leave Islam if they see fit, without fear of censure. British Muslims should be able to safely demand reform of their religion, in order to make it more relevant to the needs of the modern world and more respectful of other groups in society. It is important that they completely reject the views of those who believe that Islam should be taken in its 'original', 7th century form, because these interpretations are the antithesis of Western democracy. The onus should be on British Muslims to overcome the problems that blight their religion and achieve nothing short of an Islamic reformation. In line with this, we should do all that we can to empower those who are willing to take this path. We must also ensure that they do not fear reprisals from those who, in line with these 7th century interpretations, would force sharia law upon them. The EDL calls upon the Government to repeal legislation that prevents effective freedom of speech, for freedom of speech is essential if the human rights abuses that sometimes manifest themselves around Islam are to be stopped. We believe that the proponents of radical Islam have a stranglehold on British Muslims. These radicals dominate Muslim organisations, remain key figures in British mosques, and are steadily increasing their influence. Radical Islam keeps British Muslims fearful and isolated, especially the women that it encases in the Burqa. It misrepresents their views, stifles freedom of expression, and indoctrinates their children, whilst continually doing a discredit to those who do wish to peacefully co-exist with their fellow Britons. (2) DEMOCRACY AND THE RULE OF LAW: Promoting Democracy And The Rule Of Law By Opposing Sharia The European Court of Human Rights has declared that 'sharia is incompatible with the fundamental principles of democracy'. Despite this, there are still those who are more than willing to accommodate sharia norms, and who believe that sharia can operate in partnership with our existing traditions and customs. In reality, sharia cannot operate fully as anything other than a complete alternative to our existing legal, political, and social systems. It is a revolution that this country does not want, and one that it must resist. Sharia is most definitely a threat to our democracy. The operation of Islamic courts, the often unreasonable demand that Islam is given more respect than it is due, and the stealthy incursion of halal meat into the food industry, all demonstrate that sharia is already creeping into our lives. Resentment is already beginning to grow, and could create dangerous divisions if nothing is done. The primacy of British courts must be maintained and defended, fair criticism of religious and political ideologies must be permitted, and consumers must be provided with the information necessary to avoid halal produce should they wish. Restaurants and fast food chains that do offer halal options should offer non-halal alternatives as well, in order to show respect for other people's religions, customs, and possible concerns about animal welfare issues (surrounding ritual slaughter). No one should be made to consume halal produce unwittingly, so it must always be labeled – in supermarkets, in restaurants, in schools, and in hospitals – wherever it is available. Free choice in these matters is, after all, a fundamental human right for everybody, not just the Muslim community. Sharia law makes a fundamental distinction between Muslims and non-Muslims, and the EDL will never allow this sort of iniquitous apartheid to take root in our country. The EDL will therefore oppose sharia appeasement in all its forms, and will actively work to eradicate the sharia-compliant behaviours that are already being adopted, and enforced, in our society. (3) PUBLIC EDUCATION: Ensuring That The Public Get A Balanced Picture Of Islam A central part of the EDL's mission is public education. The British political and media establishment have, for a long time, been presenting a very sanitised and therefore inaccurate view of Islam, shaped by the needs of policy-makers rather than the needs of the public. This has acted as a barrier to informed policy-making and made finding the solution to real problems impossible. In pursuing this self-defeating and destructive policy, the Government has effectively been acting as the propaganda arm of the Muslim Brotherhood. Whether or not is aware of the predicament that it has put itself in, it has so far failed to honestly admit its failures. We are committed to a campaign of public education to ensure that all aspects of Islam that impact on our society can debated in an open and honest way. Demonisation of Muslims, or of Islam's critics, adds nothing to the debate. We believe that only by looking at all the facts can society be most effectively and humanly governed. If there are aspects of Muslim tradition that encourage the activities of Islamic radicals and criminals then these need to be properly addressed without fear of accusations of racism, xenophobia, or the even the disingenuous term 'Islamophobia'. The public must be provided with a more realistic and less sanitised view of Islam that allows it to ensure that decision-makers are held to account for their policy-making choices, choices that affect the harmony and security of the nation. The EDL promotes the understanding of Islam and the implications for non-Muslims forced to live alongside it. Islam is not just a religious system, but a political and social ideology that seeks to dominate all non-believers and impose a harsh legal system that rejects democratic accountability and human rights. It runs counter to all that we hold dear within our British liberal democracy, and it must be prepared to change, to conform to secular, liberal ideals and laws, and to contribute to social harmony, rather than causing divisions. (4) RESPECTING TRADITION: Promoting The Traditions And Culture Of England While At The Same Time Being Open To Embrace The Best That Other Cultures Can Offer The EDL believes that English Culture has the right to exist and prosper in England. We recognise that culture is not static, that over time changes take place naturally, and that other cultures make contributions that make our shared culture stronger and more vibrant. However, this does not give license to policy-makers to deliberately undermine our culture and impose non-English cultures on the English people in their own land. If people migrate to this country then they should be expected to respect our culture, its laws, and its traditions, and not expect their own cultures to be promoted by agencies of the state. The best of their cultures will be absorbed naturally and we will all be united by the enhanced culture that results. The onus should always be on foreign cultures to adapt and integrate. If said cultures promote anti-democratic ideas and refuse to accept the authority of our nation's laws, then the host nation should not be bowing to these ideas in the name of 'cultural sensitivity'. Law enforcement personnel must be able to enforce the rule of law thoroughly without prejudice or fear. Everyone, after all, is supposed to be equal in the eyes of the law. The EDL is therefore keen to draw its support from people of all races, all faiths, all political persuasions, and all lifestyle choices. Under its umbrella, all people in England, whatever their background, or origin, can stand united in a desire to stop the imposition of the rules of Islam on non-believers. In order to ensure the continuity of our culture and its institutions, the EDL stands opposed to the creeping Islamisation of our country, because intimately related to the spread of Islamic religion is the political desire to implement an undemocratic alternative to our cherished way of life: the sharia. Our armed forces stand up and risk their lives every day in order to protect our culture and democratic way of life. "Who is better in speech than one who calls to Allah, does righteous deeds and says indeed I am among the Muslims." Surah Fussilat, (41): 33 Indeed giving dawah is a noble duty which should be done. A summary of the Prophet's PBUH life in Makkah and the conditions of Arabs before Islam will be mentioned INSHAA'A ALLAH. Challenges faced by the Prophet PBUH as well as its affects will be discussed INSHAA'A ALLAH. Skills needed in a da'ee and how the Seerah shaped the da'ee's duty will also be discussed INSHAA'A ALLAH. Contemporary issues will be pointed out INSHAA'A ALLAH. First the definitions of dawah and da'ee will be clarified INSHAA'A ALLAH. Philips explains that the 'term da'wah is derived from the verb دعا da'aa which means "to call; to invite; and to supplicate' [p. 1]. Da'ee is the one who calls/supplicates or invites. In regards to a servant and his Master, dawah means supplication/call as in the following verse, ۖ أُجِيبُ دَعۡوَةَ ٱلدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ ۖ I respond to the invocations of the supplicant when he calls on Me [Quran, Surah Al Baqarah ayah 186]. When a person is giving dawah to others, it means that they are inviting or 'conveying or calling people to the message of Islaam' [Philips p. 1]. The best example of a da'ee is Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. Our beloved Prophet S.A.W., Muhammad S.A.W. bin Abdullah bin Abdul-Muttalib bin Hashim, was born in Makkah in the Year of the Elephant which was about 571 C.E. His father died before he was born. The blessed orphan was eventually taken under the care of his second milk mother Halima bint Abi Dhuaib who enjoyed his company for six years. Halima took Muhammad S.A.W. back to his mother Aminah after his heart was cleanse with zamzam by Angel Jabril which frightened Muhammad's foster siblings. It was not long until his mother died and he S.A.W. was taken under the loving custody of his grandfather Abdul-Muttalib for just two years. When the latter died, Muhammad S.A.W. was looked after by his uncle Abu Talib. Muhammad S.A.W. was known for his maturity, chastity, kind heart, wisdom, and honesty [Al-Mubarakpuri]. Khadija R.A. bint Khwailid offered him a job and he S.A.W. accepted it and so business boomed. At the age of 25, he S.A.W. took Khadija R.A. as his loving, noble wife who bore six of his children. Muhammad S.A.W. avoided the practices of his people and would isolate himself in the Hira cave for reflection. After a series of true dreams, he S.A.W. received the first revelation in that very cave at age 40. Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. faced many obstacles in giving dawah to the Pagan Arabs. The Arabs once had practiced the pure deen of Prophet Ibrahim PBUH until paganism was begun by a man named Amr bin Luhai who brought an idol called Hubal from Syria to the Kab'a so his people can worship it and thus all kinds of idols like Manat, Al-Lat, and Al-Uzzah was initiated into the peninsula, though the folks claimed to have Ibrahim's religion [Al-Mubarakpuri p. 16]. The Pagans worshipped idols in different ways; they made sacrifices for it, tawaf around it, sanctified certain things, made some animals forbidden to use for idol's sake, and even made dua to it believing it can intercede with ALLAH and bring them closer to Him [Al-Mubarakpuri p. 16-17]. Other practices of Pagan Arabs included castings of arrows for decision-making, trust in soothsayers and astrologers, and belief in superstitions i.e. motion of animals signals which way people should go [Al-Mubarakpuri p. 17-18]. The Pagan Arabs had a few practices of Ibrahim's religion like tawaf around the Kab'a but had innovate other practices like mandating pilgrims to either buy Quraish uniform or circumambulate in nudity [Al-Mubarakpuri p. 18]. Some people in the peninsula practiced Judaism and Christianity; some of their history is mentioned in the Quran, like the people of the ditch and the companions of the elephant [Al-Mubarakpuri p. 18]. Social life in that society wasn't any less unwholesome. Common practices among Pagans Arabs included burying female infants, women prostitution in varieties of ways, deep love for ones tribe, adultery, and injustice to wives [Al-Mubarakpuri]. Such were the type of people which Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. had to give dawah to. For over a decade, Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. struggled to give dawah to the people of Makkah. Although he S.A.W. was known as the Trustworthy, the Quraish men who had power rejected the message and abuse him verbally and physically. The Prophet's own uncle Abu Lahab sided with the Pagans and said to his nephew PBUH to perish just for trying to warn the Makkans [Al-Mubarakpuri]. Abu Lahab even made his sons divorce the daughters of the Prophet S.A.W. and Abu Lahab would throw stones at the Prophet S.A.W. [[Al-Mubarakpuri]. Yet the Prophet S.A.W. was never rude to anyone including his enemies. In fact, when he S.A.W. invited some people to dinner for dawah, he S.A.W. even invited Abu Lahab. The Prophet S.A.W. was mistreated by Quraish in many ways; he was choked, dirty fetus of she-camel was put on his neck during prostration, he was almost spat on, and he was called names like liar, insane, possessed by jinn, soothsayer etc [Al-Mubarakpuri]. However, he S.A.W. remained patient and steadfast, put his trust in ALLAH and kept spreading the message. The Quraish tried to negotiate with the Prophet S.A.W. by offering him power, wealth etc to make him quit giving dawah and tried to make him compromise Islam [Al-Mubarakpuri]. But he S.A.W. never compromised Islam and he S.A.W. had complete certainty in Islam. When Abu Talib was dying, the Prophet S.A.W. tried to convince his uncle to accept Islam, but the latter refused [Al-Mubarakpuri]. Of course the Prophet S.A.W. was sad, but he was reminded that guidance is from ALLAH [Al-Mubarakpuri]. The Prophet S.A.W. went to give dawah to the folks in Taif, but they aggressively denied him [Al-Mubarakpuri]. However he was optimistic and he didn't curse them because he hoped that their descendants will accept Islam [Al-Mubarakpuri]. The challenges that our beloved one S.A.W. faced didn't make him abandon the duty of giving dawah, rather he S.A.W. continued in doing so and thus his beautiful characteristics became apparent. In order to be a da'ee, one must have certain characteristics just like how job positions require certain skills. Philips stated that the da'ee must possess the characteristics of knowledge, kindness, wisdom, patience, and morality [p. 11-14]. Philips [p. 11] explained that ALLAH Almighty told his Prophet to say …I invite to Allah with certain knowledge… [Surah Yusuf ayah 108] and that seeking knowledge is mandatory on every Muslim base on the Prophet's instructions. Muslims shouldn't be like the Christians who preach what they don't understand. Philips [p. 12] cited Ibid [no. 6274] that the Messenger of Allah S.A.W. was reported by his wife, 'Aa'ishah R.A. to have said, "Whenever gentleness is in a thing it beautifies it and whenever it is withdrawn from something it defaces''. Many are the stories about how people treated an ignorant person with harshness which pushed the person further into darkness. Wisdom is a must in dawah. A da'ee may speak to elders in one way and to the youth in another way. The da'ee explains 'in the language of the one whom he is calling' [Philips p. 12 cited Sh. Ibn Baaz Words of Advice Regarding Da'wah, p. 66]. Patience is another noble character needed in a da'ee. Yasir Qadhi said our duty is 'to convey, not to convert'. ALLAH guides whomsoever He wishes to guide. Good manners are also needed. Aboo Hurayrah R.A. quoted the Prophet S.A.W. as saying, "The believer whose faith is most complete is he whose character is best''. Sheikh Karim Abu Zaid said 'if you see someone with bad manners, then there's something wrong with his [understanding of] religion'. The deen and good character goes hand in hand, as seen in the wonderful Seerah. A da'ee cannot do the job correctly without following the footprints of the Messenger of ALLAH S.a.w. ALLAH said, "Indeed you have in the Messenger of Allah a beautiful example..." (Surah al-Ahzab, 33 :21). So when a da'ee is in a situation, he should look at how the Prophet S.A.W responded to such situation. In the Hira cave the Prophet S.A.W. reflected and As-sibaa'ie [p. 53] said it was 'a means of purifying himself'. A da'ee mustn't forget to do self-reflection and must constantly try to purify his heart. The fact that the Prophet S.A.W. rejected to compromise Islam and refused to quit dawah shows a da'ee should never stop spreading the message, 'no matter how many people gang up on him' [As-Sibaa'ie p. 55]. The Prophet S.A.W. started giving dawah first to his household, so the da'ee cannot neglect advising his family [As-Sibaa'ie p. 55]. The Prophet S.A.W. went on Mt Safa and got the Quraish's attention to declare the message [Al-Mubarakpuri]. This shows that the da'ee should get the attention and the consent of the one being called before giving dawah. Abu Talib died as a mushrik, even though he was informed by the best da'ee PBUH. A da'ee must bear in mind that guidance is not in the hands of man. As-Sibaa'ie [p. 61] explained that when the Prophet S.A.W. was rejected by the people of Taif he S.A.W. called upon ALLAH for help and was concerned about pleasing ALLAH, not the people; this is how a da'ee should be. The framework of dawah is found in the Quran and Sunnah enabling the da'ee INSHAA'A ALLAH to tackle any challenge thrown by enviers and ignorant folks. In the 21st century the media, politicians, and those like them puts up challenges against Islam which every da'ee should be aware of. Philips mentioned some like: the Islamic women dress code being described as oppressive, polygamy, 'division of inheritance', how animals are slaughtered, wife 'beating', chopping off head/hands, punishment for zina, and the false label of terrorism. Da'ee must clear out the misconceptions and wipe away the propagandas. Of course most, if not all of their claims are hypocritical. Another issue is regarding youth, even Muslims, who sadly thinks Islam has too many haram things and no fun. Da'ee should know how to respond to the claims calmly. To recap, dear Muslims, a da'ee must have knowledge about his deen. He must follow the Sunnah in giving dawah and must obtain noble characteristics like patience, gentleness etc. A da'ee should be aware of the criticism and know how to respond. Most importantly, the da'ee must have pure sincerity i.e. should give dawah for ALLAH'S sake only. Although no human can be great da'ee exactly like our beloved Prophet Muhammad S.A.W., one can try his or her best to spread the beautiful message of LA ILAHA ILA ALLAH, MUHAMMADAN RASOOLU-LLAH. Sheikh. Waleed Abdulhakeem On a 7 hour flight, Allah planned that I sit next to a Christian missionary from South Korea, so we started chatting and took the opportunity to learn about each other's work and the challenges we go through. Here is a summary of my observations and my thoughts between brackets: 1- He left his world job behind to dedicate himself to Jesus, and he seemed so sincere by making that choice (Knowing how to read facial expressions and body language is important to read people) 2- Despite preaching for many years, he did not know much about Christianity beyond the basics, but he preached from a script that he was taught, and that script was successful most of the time! (That's the importance of Daawa training!) 3- They focus on small towns, because people are more accepting. (How many years have I been saying this? We tend to focus on big cities where people have higher resistance to religion.) 4- The concept of backing up every belief by evidence from the bible doesn't exist. He mostly quotes historic Christian clergy, and when I countered those beliefs from the bible itself, he paused and got confused. (It made me feel blessed of how we learned to back everything up with evidence from Quran & Sunnah, which we take for granted) 5- He has an airline pass where he could travel for free as many times, and his cost of living is fully paid by missionary organizations (makes me wonder where are the wealthy Muslims and our airlines to cover the callers to Allah, and why there isn't a single organization doing that!). 6- He has never met someone who is knowledgeable about Islam, so he was thrilled as he has a curious mind to learn about the truth (Sometimes we refrain from giving Daawa to clergymen or religious people from other religions thinking they are the last people who want to learn about Islam. It is usually the opposite!) Overall, he was very respectful and he cared so much about the problems of our world, that I found we agree on about 80% of things we spoke about! (declining morality, justice, atheism, poverty, modesty, etc) It is only that 20% which makes all the difference, but we can only learn by talking to each other respectfully and exchanging contrasting thoughts, so I pray that Allah guides him and other honest clergymen! Beras 1/2 kilo buat 6 bungkus jadi 3 kilo boleh jamu saudara mara dan kawan 2. Air Mineral sangat penting 3. Rice Cooker dan cerek sebab kadang ada bekalan letrik dan kalau ada gas cooker lagi bagus 4. Sardin ikan daging atau ayam kacang dalam tin dan mee segera paling mudah hanya air panas sahaja 5. Tin susu, milo kopi teh oats gula garam minyak sikit 6. Biskot dan makanan ringan sikit 7. Pinggan mangkuk sudu garpu tuala kain sarong dan duit kecil 8. Lampu picit, bateri, lilin, pemetik api dan mancis, pisau kecil beg plastik dan baju hujan 9. Kelambu sleeping bed kain cadar atau tarpaulin untuk kemudahan tidor dan ubat nyamuk 10. Ubat panadol ubat batuk selsema minyak angin 11. Jangan lupa mengambil dokumen penting seperti sijil sekolah anak surat beranak, kad pengenalan dan surat nikah 12. Al-Quran dan kitab agama dan buku cerita untuk anak anak 13. Power bank dan charger handphone dan laptop untuk mudah komunikasi kalau ada wayar socket plug panjang lagi bagus 14. Matikan elektrik di main plug dan cuba letak peti sejuk tv dan lain barang elektronik di tempat tinggi selamat dan tutup tingkap dan kunci pintu rumah 15. Kereta motosikal cuba bawa tempat tertinggi untuk selamat banjir 16. Buat tertib dengan jiran jiran untuk ronda kawasan rumah untuk jaga keselamatan 17. Sampai di pusat pemindahan terus daftar dan ikut peraturan di sana - buat kumpulan dan lantik beberapa wakil untuk berurusan dengan pihak bertanggungjawab 18. Di pusat pemindahan banjir buat tertib kawalan 24 jam takut ada kecurian, gangguan seksual dan bahaya binatang buaya ular dan anjing liar 19. Perhatian kepada ibubapa supaya menjaga anak anak dan elak main kawasan banjir 20. Jaga aurat diri kita dan isteri dan anak anak terutamanya anak perempuan 21. Kaum wanita di nasihatkan tidor berkumpulan dan pakai seluar panjang takut kain sarong terlondeh dan kena jaga aurat selalu 22. Jaga solat berjemaah walaupun kita berada di pusat pemindahan dan berdoa dan berzikir ingat kepada ALLAH swt dan mintak pertolongan dari ALLAH swt 23. Kita kena redha dengan musibbah banjir sebagai satu ujian keimanan atau pun mengkiffarahkan dosa dosa kita atau memang dah jadi rezeki dan bersangka baik kepada ALLAH swt dan beristighfar banyak banyak dan bertaubat dan beramal soleh supaya bantuan ALLAH swt sampai cepat.

Saya sedang meneliti biografi politik YB Dr Afif Bahardin, dari usia persekolahannya sehinggalah beliau di menara gading setepatnya di UiTM. Sejurus tamat pengajian MBBS pada tahun 2009, beliau menyertai PKR. Pada tahun 2013, beliau dipiih sbg calon PKR untuk bertanding bagi DUN Seberang Jaya, nasib menyebelahinya, beliau berjaya merangkul DUN tersebut dan dilantik sebagai Exco Kerajaan Negeri. Dalam masa tidak sampai 5 tahun, beliau sudah mencapai kemuncak karier politiknya (pada saya) sedangkan PAS P.Pinang sejak era 1980-an masih gagal untuk melayakkan diri ke kerusi Exco Kerajaan Negeri pasca PRU 2008 sehingga sekarang walhal Pakatan Rakyat mentadbir negeri Pulau Pinang sudah melebihi 1 penggal. Patut wajar PAS perlu malu dengan YB Dr Afif Bahardin, dengan usia sebegini muda sudah merasai kerusi empuk Exco Kerajaan Negeri dan wakil rakyat PAS pula sekadar menjadi tukang takbir dan tukang kipas dalam pada masa yang sama DAP dan PKR sedang bersenang lenang di Menara KOMTAR. Malang berganda untuk PAS. Takziah.

Kifo Cha Abu Jahal Katika Vita Vya Badr. Badr ni jina la mji ulio kiasi cha kilomita mia na hamsini mbali na mji wa Madiynah, na mahali hapo hapakuwa na chochote isipokuwa bonde tu na kisima kilichokuwa milki ya mtu mmoja aitwae Badr, na kwa ajili hiyo mahala hapo pakaitwa 'Badr'. Kwa vile vita hivyo vilipiganwa mahali hapo, ndiyo maana vikaitwa vita vya Badr. Vita hivyo vilitokea asubuhi ya siku ya Ijumaa, Ramadhani ya kumi na saba mwaka wa pili baada ya Hijra (baada ya Mtume (Swalla Allaahu 'alayhi wa aalihi wa sallam) kuhamia Madiynah). Haya ni mapambano ya pekee ambayo Malaika walishiriki, akiwemo Jibriyl ('Alayhis Salaam). Baadhi ya Maswaahabah walisema: "Siku hiyo tulikuwa tukiona vichwa vikikatika tu na kuruka huku na kule, hatujuwi nani anayevikata". Kafari: Abu Jahal alipoona majeshi yake yanaanza kurudi nyuma akawa anapiga kelele huku akisema: "Wasikutisheni hao, msiogope kwa kuwa 'Utbah na Al-Waliid wameuliwa, leo hatuondoki hapa mpaka turudi nao Makkah tukiwa tumewafunga kamba wote hawa". Anasema 'Abdur-Rahmaan bin Auf kuwa nilipokuwa nimesimama vitani nikageuka kutizama kuliani kwangi na kushotoni kwangu nikidhania watakuwepo watu wazima ili tusaidiane vita vikipamba moto. Lakini nikavunjika moyo nilipowaona watoto wadogo wawili wamesimama mmoja kushotoni pangu na mwengine kuliani pangu. Nikasema moyoni mwangu: "Leo sina pa kuegemea". Yule mtoto aliye kuliani pangu akaniomba niiname apate kuniuliza ili yule mwenzake asisikie. Akaniuliza: Ami! Yupi kati yao Abu Jahal?" Nikamuuliza: Ewe mwana wa ndugu yangu, unamtakia nini Abu Jahal?" Akanijibu: Nimesikia kuwa anamtukana Mtume wa Allaah, WaLlaahi nikimuona basi sitomwacha, lazima nitamuuwa" Yule mtoto aliye kushotoni pangu akaniuliza vile vile kama mwenzake, na nikamjibu kama mwenzake na akasema yale yale aliyosema mwenzake. Nilipomuona Abu Jahal nikawaambia: Yule rafiki yenu mnayemtafuta" Wakamkimbilia na panga zao, wakamvamia na kumpiga kwa mapanga mpaka wakamuuwa. Mara baada ya kumuuwa wakakimbia mpaka kwa Mtume (Swalla Allaahu 'alayhi wa aalihi wa sallam) na kumpa habari njema hizo. Mtume (Swalla Allaahu 'alayhi wa aalihi wa sallam) akawauliza: ((Yupi kati yenu aliyemuuwa?)) Kila mmoja akasema: Mimi ndiye niliyemuuwa". Mtume (Swalla Allaahu 'alayhi wa aalihi wa sallam) akawaambia: (Hebu nione panga zenu. Baada ya kuzitizama akasema: Kweli, nyote mmeshirikiana katika kumuuwa. Kisha akasema: "Allaahu laa ilaaha illa huwa" mara tatu. Kisha akasema: "Alhamdu lillaahi lladhiy swadaka wa'adahu, wa naswara 'abdahu, wa hazama l-ahazaaba wah–dahu". Katika vita hivi waliuliwa Makuraysh sabiini, na wengine sabiini walitekwa, na katika waliouliwa alikuwemo Firauni wa Umma huu – Abu Jahal na 'Utbah bin Rabia na mwanawe Al-Waliyd na nduguye Shaiba na wengi wengineo. Na miongoni mwa mateka alikuwemo Al-'Abbaas – Ami yake Mtume (Swalla Allaahu 'alayhi wa aalihi wa sallam) na 'Aqiyl bin Abi Twaalib, na Nawfal bin Al-Haarith, na Umayya bin Khalaf na wengi wengineo. soal: apakah sah hukum shlat jum'at bila rukun khutbahnya cukup dan ahli jum'atnya cukup tapi dalam satu kampung ada dua mesjid... jawab: Bisa jadi dua duanya sah kalo terjadi dua jama'ah jum'at didlm 1 desa itu di sebabkan oleh ozor. Maka kalo tidak ada ozor, maka yg sah adalah yang imam mesjid mana yg duluan takbir,it yg sah. Yg telat ga sah.

"Bila aku mati kelak, minta kesediaan Hamka untuk menjadi imam shalat jenazahku." Di sepetak ruang. Di sudut lorong-lorong gelap, berkelok, tak tahu di mana ujungnya. Ruangan itu tak kalah gelap. Hanya cahaya dari balik jendela kecil di atas sana yang lariknya menembus, membelai debu-debu beterbangan, menyapa lembaran kertas yang menumpuk. Lembaran yang begitu rapi. Lembaran yang ia tulis, selama dua tahun 4 bulan. Di balik jeruji, di pinggiran Sukabumi. Atas tuduhan makar, kezaliman rezim tiran tak berdasar. Haji Abdul Malik Karim Amrullah, karib disapa Buya Hamka. Kalam suci Ilahi, dengan tekun, ia ulang hafalannya. Mengeja ayat demi ayat. Merenungkan satu per satu maknanya, hingga khatam, seluruhnya tergenapi. Ada haru membiru. Ada tangis berlapis senyum bahagia, di sana. Allah terasa begitu dekat. Seperti Ibnu Taimiyyah dulu kala. Berteman secarik kertas, berikut tinta dan pena. Tempat menorehkan tulisan hasil perenunangan. Berjilid-jilid karya keluar dari balik jeruji. Orang-orang berdatangan, meminta fatwa. Dari balik jeruji besi itu, dalam gelap ia menjawab. Jadilah berjilid-jilid Majmu Fatawa di sana. Tak ada rasa takut sama sekali. Bahwa penjara baginya, adalah surga. Malam harinya diisi dengan berdiri, rukuk, sujud. Sungguh, tak ada yang terpenjara di sana. Jiwanya merdeka. Tak ada yang terkekang di sana. Tangannya lincah menulis pesan penuh makna. Alam pikirnya mengembara, merenungi KemahaanNya. Atau seperti laiknya sahabat seperjuangan di belahan bumi lain, Mesir, Sayyid Quthb. Rezim tiran tak mampu membungkam alam pikirnya, meski jasad terpenjara. Bertemankan lembaran kertas, juga pena. Lahirlah karya monumental Tafsir Fii Dzilal Al Quran. Buya Hamka, nyaris serupa. Tafsir Al Quran 30 Juz yang kelak dinamakan Tafsir Al Azhar ia rampungkan, ditemani dinginnya jeruji besi, di masa kepemimpinan Soekarno. Rezim berganti, orde lama berganti rezim yang dinamai orde baru. Tak disangka, Buya Hamka bisa menghirup udara bebas. Hamka dan Soekarno Setelah bebas dari penjara, Hamka tak tahu kabar Soekarno, penguasa yang memenjarakannya kala itu. Ingatannya melompat ke masa ke belakang. Saat ia tanpa tedeng aling-aling mengritik pemerintahan yang akan memaksakan penerapan sistem demokrasi terpimpin. "..Trias Politica sudah kabur di Indonesia….Demokrasi terpimpin adalah totaliterisme…Front Nasional adalah partai Negara…" teriak Hamka menggema di Gedung Konstituante tahun 1959, ketika memajukan Islam sebagai dasar Negara Indonesia dalam sidang perumusan dasar Negara. Tak lama, Konstituante dibubarkan oleh Soekarno. Masyumi (Majelis Syuro Muslimin Indonesia), partai temapat bernaung Buya Hamka pun dibubarkan paksa. Para pimpinannya ditangkap, dijebloskan ke balik jeruji. Perbedaan pandangan politik Hamka yang dikenal Islamis, dengan Soekarno yang seorang sekularis, kian menajam dengan penangkapan dan pemenjaraan rival-rival politiknya. Meski begitu, tak ada sumpah serapah yang keluar dari seorang Buya Hamka kepada sang pemimpin kala itu. Saat dijemput paksa untuk langsung dijebloskan ke penjara tanpa proses pengadilan, Hamka hanya pasrah, bertawakkal kepada Allah Azza wa Jalla. Pun setelah bebas, tak ada dendam di sana. Tak ada rasa ingin membalas, menuntut, atau melakukan tindakan membela diri. Padahal, ketika itu, buku-buku karangan Buya dilarang beredar oleh pemerintah. Tak ada rasa kesal di sana. Tak ada mengeluh, atau umpatan. Semua ia serahkan kepada Allah, sebaik-baik penolong. Justru, demikian besar keinginan Hamka untuk bersua Soekarno. Mengucap syukur, karenanya, ia bisa menyelesaikan Tafsir Al Azhar dari balik penjara. Karenanya, ia bisa begitu dekat dengan Allah. Karenanya, jalan hidupnya begitu indah, walau penuh ragam ujian. Soekarno, dimanakah sekarang ia berada? Tak tahu..Begitu rindu, Hamka ingin bertemu dengannya. Tak ada marah dari seorang Buya. Telah lama..telah lama sekali, kalaupun Soekarno mengucap maaf, telah lama hatinya membuka pintu maaf selebar-lebarnya. Bahkan, ada syukur di sana. Tapi dimana? Di mana Soekarno sekarang? Ingin sekali Buya bertemu dengannya. Pertanyaannya terjawab, namun bukan jawaban biasa. 16 Juni 1970, Ajudan Soeharto, Mayjen Soeryo datang menemui Hamka di Kebayoran, membawa secarik kertas. Sebuah pesan — bisa dibilang pesan terakhir — dari Soekarno. Dipandangnya lamat-lamat kertas itu, lalu dibaca pelan-pelan. "Bila aku mati kelak, minta kesediaan Hamka untuk menjadi imam shalat jenazahku." Mata begitu bening, seperti halnya kaca membaca tulisan ini. Sebuah pesan, dari seorang mantan pucuk pimpinan negeri. Dimana? Dimana Soekarno sekarang? Begitu rindu ingin bertemu dengannya. Mayjen Soeryo berkata, "Ia..Bapak Soekarno telah wafat di RSPAD. Sekarang jenazahnya telah di bawa ke Wisma Yoso." Mata ini semkin berkaca-kaca. Tak sempat..rindu ini berbalas. Hamka hanya dapat bertemu dengan sosok yang jasadnya sudah terbujur kaku. Ingin rasanya, air mata itu mengalir, namun dirinya harus tegar. Ia kecup sang Proklamator, dengan doa, ia mohonkan ampun atas dosa-dosa sang mantan penguasa, dosa orang yang memasukkannya ke penjara. Kini, di hadapannya, terbujur jasad Soekarno. Sungguh, kematian itu begitu dekat. Dengan takbir, ia mulai memimpin shalat jenazah. Untuk memenuhi keinginan terakhir Soekarno. Mungkin, ini isyarat permohonan maaf Soekarno pada Hamka. Well now the English Defence League has a Mission Statement…… (1) HUMAN RIGHTS: Protecting And Promoting Human Rights The English Defence League (EDL) is a human rights organisation that was founded in the wake of the shocking actions of a small group of Muslim extremists who, at a homecoming parade in Luton, openly mocked the sacrifices of our service personnel without any fear of censure. Although these actions were certainly those of a minority, we believe that they reflect other forms of religiously-inspired intolerance and barbarity that are thriving amongst certain sections of the Muslim population in Britain: including, but not limited to, the denigration and oppression of women, the molestation of young children, the committing of so-called honour killings, homophobia, anti-Semitism, and continued support for those responsible for terrorist atrocities. Whilst we must always protect against the unjust assumption that all Muslims are complicit in or somehow responsible for these crimes, we must not be afraid to speak freely about these issues. This is why the EDL will continue to work to protect the inalienable rights of all people to protest against radical Islam's encroachment into the lives of non-Muslims. We also recognise that Muslims themselves are frequently the main victims of some Islamic traditions and practices. The Government should protect the individual human rights of members of British Muslims. It should ensure that they can openly criticise Islamic orthodoxy, challenge Islamic leaders without fear of retribution, receive full equality before the law (including equal rights for Muslim women), and leave Islam if they see fit, without fear of censure. British Muslims should be able to safely demand reform of their religion, in order to make it more relevant to the needs of the modern world and more respectful of other groups in society. It is important that they completely reject the views of those who believe that Islam should be taken in its 'original', 7th century form, because these interpretations are the antithesis of Western democracy. The onus should be on British Muslims to overcome the problems that blight their religion and achieve nothing short of an Islamic reformation. In line with this, we should do all that we can to empower those who are willing to take this path. We must also ensure that they do not fear reprisals from those who, in line with these 7th century interpretations, would force sharia law upon them. The EDL calls upon the Government to repeal legislation that prevents effective freedom of speech, for freedom of speech is essential if the human rights abuses that sometimes manifest themselves around Islam are to be stopped. We believe that the proponents of radical Islam have a stranglehold on British Muslims. These radicals dominate Muslim organisations, remain key figures in British mosques, and are steadily increasing their influence. Radical Islam keeps British Muslims fearful and isolated, especially the women that it encases in the Burqa. It misrepresents their views, stifles freedom of expression, and indoctrinates their children, whilst continually doing a discredit to those who do wish to peacefully co-exist with their fellow Britons. (2) DEMOCRACY AND THE RULE OF LAW: Promoting Democracy And The Rule Of Law By Opposing Sharia The European Court of Human Rights has declared that 'sharia is incompatible with the fundamental principles of democracy'. Despite this, there are still those who are more than willing to accommodate sharia norms, and who believe that sharia can operate in partnership with our existing traditions and customs. In reality, sharia cannot operate fully as anything other than a complete alternative to our existing legal, political, and social systems. It is a revolution that this country does not want, and one that it must resist. Sharia is most definitely a threat to our democracy. The operation of Islamic courts, the often unreasonable demand that Islam is given more respect than it is due, and the stealthy incursion of halal meat into the food industry, all demonstrate that sharia is already creeping into our lives. Resentment is already beginning to grow, and could create dangerous divisions if nothing is done. The primacy of British courts must be maintained and defended, fair criticism of religious and political ideologies must be permitted, and consumers must be provided with the information necessary to avoid halal produce should they wish. Restaurants and fast food chains that do offer halal options should offer non-halal alternatives as well, in order to show respect for other people's religions, customs, and possible concerns about animal welfare issues (surrounding ritual slaughter). Gründe für die Todesstrafe im Islam Q: Ich würde gerne die Gründe, Begründungen und Umstände für die Durchführung der Todesstrafe im Islam wissen. A: Aller Dank gebührt Allah Die Todesstrafe kommt bei jemandem zur Anwendung, wenn er eine der folgenden Bedingungen erfüllt: 1 – Der Abtrünnige. Der Abtrünnige ist jemand der ungläubig wurde, nachdem er ein Muslim war, weil der Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) sagte: „Wer auch immer seine Religion wechselt, tötet ihn." Überliefert bei al-Bukhaari, 6524. 2 – Der Ehebrecher. Die Strafe in diesem Fall ist die Steinigung. Al-muhsan oder die verheiratete Person hier bedeutet, jemand der geheiratet hat und mit seiner Frau vaginalen Geschlechtsverkehr hatte, in einer legitimierten Ehe in der beide frei sind, mental gesund und erwachsen. Wenn ein verheirateter Mann oder eine verheiratete Frau Ehebruch begeht werden sie zu Tode gesteinigt, weil der Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) sagte:" Lernt von mir. Allah gibt ihnen einen Ausweg. Wenn eine unverheiratete Person Unzucht mit einer unverheirateten Person begeht, (ist die Strafe) einhundert Peitschenhiebe und ein Jahr Verbannung. Wenn eine verheiratete Person mit einer anderen verheirateten Person Unzucht begeht, (ist die Strafe) einhundert Peitschenhiebe und Steinigung. Überliefert bei Muslim, 1690 Und al-Bukhaari (2725) und Muslim (1698) überlieferten von Abu Hurayrah und Zayd ibn Khaalid al-Juhani (möge Allah mit ihnen zufrieden sein), dass sie sagten: "Zwei Männer von den Beduinen kamen zu dem Gesandten Allahs (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) und sagten: 'Oh Gesandter Allahs, ich bitte dich inständig bei Allah mich gemäß dem Buch von Allah zu richten.' Der andere der Gegner im Streit – der schlauer war – sagte: 'Ja, richte zwischen uns mit dem Buch von Allah und gib mir die Erlaubnis als erster zu sprechen.' Der Gesandte Allahs (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) sagte: 'Sprich.' Er sagte, „mein Sohn war bei diesem Mann angestellt und beging mit seiner Ehefrau Unzucht. Mir wurde gesagt, dass die Strafe für meinen Sohn Steinigung wäre, aber dass er für einhundert Schafe und ihren Nachwuchs frei gekauft werden könnte. Ich fragte die Leute des Wissens und sie sagten mir, die Strafe für meinen Sohn wären einhundert Peitschenhiebe und ein Jahr Exil und die Frau würde gesteinigt werden. Der Gesandte Allahs (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) sagte: „ Bei Dem, in Dessen Hand mein Leben ist, ich werde zwischen euch gemäß dem Buch von Allah richten. Der Sprössling und die Schafe werden zurückgegeben (d.h. Es gibt keinen Freikauf) und deinem Sohn werden hundert Peitschenhiebe gegeben und er muss für ein Jahr ins Exil gehen. Oh Unays[einer der Sahaba] gehe morgen zu dieser Frau und wenn sie (diese Straftat) zu gibt, dann steinige sie. ' Also ging er am nächsten Tag zu ihr und sie gab es zu und der Gesandte Allahs saws stellte den Befehl aus sie zu steinigen. 3 – Der Mörder (jemand der vorsätzlich tötet). Er muss als Vergeltung (qisaas) getötet werden, außer die nächsten Angehörigen erlassen es ihm oder akzeptieren Diyah (Blutgeld), denn Allah sagt: (in der ungefähren Bedeutung): {2.178. O ihr, die ihr glaubt! Es ist euch die Wiedervergeltung vorgeschrieben für die Getöteten: der Freie für den Freien, der Sklave für den Sklaven, das Weibliche für das Weibliche. Doch wenn jemandem von seinem Bruder etwas vergeben wird, so soll der Vollzug auf geziemende Art und die Leistung ihm gegenüber auf wohltätige Weise geschehen. Dies ist eine Erleichterung von eurem Herrn und eine Barmherzigkeit. Wer nun von jetzt an (die Gesetze) übertritt, dem wird eine schmerzliche Strafe zuteil sein.} {2.179. In der Wiedervergeltung ist Leben für euch, o ihr, die ihr einsichtig seid! Vielleicht werdet ihr (Allah) fürchten.} Und der Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) sagte: „Es ist nicht erlaubt das Blut eines Muslims zu vergießen, der bezeugt, dass es keinen Gott außer Allah gibt und ich der Gesandte Allahs bin, außer in drei Fällen: einem Ehebrecher, eine Seele für eine Seele oder jemand, der die Religion verlässt und sich von der Jama'ah trennt." Überliefert bei al-Bukhaari, 6484; Muslim, 1676. 4 – Banditen, d.h. al.muhaarib, derjenige der Krieg gegen Allah und seinen Gesandten saws führt. Allah sagt: (in der ungefähren Bedeutung) {5.33.Der Lohn derer, die gegen Allah und Seinen Gesandten Krieg führen und Verderben im Lande zu erregen trachten, soll sein, dass sie getötet oder gekreuzigt werden oder dass ihnen Hände und Füße wechselweise abgeschlagen werden oder dass sie aus dem Lande vertrieben werden. Das wird für sie eine Schmach in dieser Welt sein, und im Jenseits wird ihnen eine schwere Strafe zuteil.} 5 – Spione. Der Spion ist derjenige, der die Muslime ausspioniert und Informationen an Feinde übermittelt. Der Beweis dafür ist ein Bericht der bei al-Bukhaari (3007) und Muslim (2494) überliefert ist, in dem Haatib ibn Abi Balta'ah zu einigen Mushrikin von Makkah schrieb und ihnen einige Informationen über den Gesandten Allahs (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) mitteilte. Der Gesandte Allahs (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) sagte: „ Oh Haatib, was soll dies?" er sagte: „ Oh Gesandter Allahs, verurteile mich nicht vorschnell. Ich war ein Mann, der enge Verbindungen mit den Quraish hatte, aber ich bin nicht mit ihnen verwandt, während die anderen Muhajirien mit dir ihre Verwandten in Makkah hatten, welche ihre Familien und ihren Besitz beschützen. So wollte ich durch diesen Gefallen, das Fehlen der Blutsverwandtschaft wettmachen, damit sie somit vielleicht meine Familie beschützen. Ich habe dies nicht aus Unglauben oder Apostasie getan, noch weil ich Kuffr dem Islam bevorzuge." Der Gesandte Allahs (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) sagte: „ Er hat die Wahrheit gesprochen." Umar r sagte, „ Oh Gesandter Allahs! Lass mich den Kopf diese Heuchlers abschlagen!" Der Gesandte Allahs (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) sagte: „ Er war anwesend in der Schlacht von Badr, und du weißt es nicht, vielleicht schaute Allah auf die Leute von Badr und sagte, 'Macht was immer ihr wollt, da ich euch vergeben habe.'" Der Punkt in diesem Hadith ist , dass der Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) mit Umar r übereinstimmte, dass Haatib es verdient hatte für diese Tat exekutiert zu werden, aber der Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) sagte ihm, dass es einen Grund gibt, warum er nicht getötet werden sollte, da einer der Leute von Badr war. Ibn al-Qayyim sagte in Zaad al-Ma'aad (2/115) bezüglich des Hadithes von Haatib ibn Abi Balta'ah: Dieser Hadith wurde von denen als Beweis genannt, die nicht denken, dass der muslimische Spion getötet werden sollte, so wie al-Shaafa'i, Ahmad and Abu Haneefah (möge Allah gnädig mit ihnen sein). Und er wurde von denen als Beweis angeführt, welche denken, dass der Spion getötet werden sollte, so wie Maalik und Ibn 'Aqeel von den Gefährten von Ahmad, und anderen. A: Aller Dank gebührt Allah Die Todesstrafe kommt bei jemandem zur Anwendung, wenn er eine der folgenden Bedingungen erfüllt: 1 – Der Abtrünnige. Der Abtrünnige ist jemand der ungläubig wurde, nachdem er ein Muslim war, weil der Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) sagte: „Wer auch immer seine Religion wechselt, tötet ihn."
