دولة التمانين عشرين
وضع العالم الإيطالي الشهير "فيلفردو باريتو" الذي توفي في أوائل القرن المنصرم ما أُطلق عليه لاحقاً "قاعدة تَوزيع باريتو،" بعد أن تأمل حال الإيطاليين فوجد أن 20% من الشعب يمتلكون 80% من الأراضي، وهو ما هز إيمانه في نظام الحياة القائِموجعله يترك الهندسة ويتجه إلى الإقتصاد وعلوم المجتمع. لم يسلم باريتو من من يسمون "الصفوة" (Elite) الذي رأى أنهم كمشايخ السلطان ولكن على الطريقة الإيطالية.. فقد كان للصفوة إقتصاديون بارعون في تزييف الحقائق وإعطاء المسوغات لإطلاق يد الطبقة الحاكمة كي يكون لها السلطة المطلقة في توزيع الثروة والسيطرة على موارد البلاد.
مرت مصر بكثير من اللحظات التاريخية الفاصلة منذ محمد علي وحتى وقتنا هذا. لم يعرف المصريون تعريفاً واضحاً للعدالة الإجتماعية، حتى أنهم رضوا بالأمر الواقع وسلّموا أن البشر نوعان نوع ابن المحظوظة ونوع مكتوب عليه الشقا.. 80% من الشعب بيخدم 20 % من الشعب الأخر وأن 80 % من الخدمات الإنسانية الأساسية يحصل عليها 20% فقط من المواطنين.
ترسخت تلك الأفكار في ثقافة المجتمع المصري وظهرت تحولات فكرية وتربوية خطيرة. فلم يعد الكفاح موجه لضبط المعادلة من أجل الحصول على فرص متكافئة للجميع.. بل أصبح الشغل الشاغل للمواطن المصري كيف يدخل إلى عالم ال 20 و يترك ال 80... وإذا كان ورث مكانه في ال 20 فيكون التحدي كيف يحافظ على ذلك المكان.
تجد ذلك جليا في تلك الأم الصرية البسيطة التي تقرر أن تبيع الجاموسة اللي حيلتها عشان تدفع رشوة لأبنها البكري حتى يستطيع أن يدخل كليه الشرطة... مش عشان يدافع عن البلد.. أو يقبض على الحرامية .. لا... عشان ده هو البوابة لمجتمع ال 20.. فابنهَا الظابط حيكون هو الواسطة عشان تحصل على خدمات صحية أعلى ولن تضطر إلى الوقوف في الشمس الحارقة لساعات طويلة عشان تقبض معاش أو تخلص أي مصلحة حكومية.. لأنها ببساطة ستنتمي إلى فئة ال 20 %.
لن أنسى أبدا تلك الليلة التي جلست فيها مع أحد "الحقوقيين البارزين والمناضلين من أجل العدالة الإجتماعية" وتساوي الفرص، يحدثني عن حال البلد وكيفية الخروج من الأزمة، ثم إذا به يحكي لصديق أخر أنه والحمد لله استطاع أن يجيب "واسطة لفلان في القصر العيني عشان يدخلوه المستشفى بدري... وأن غير كدة كان زمانه مات!!" والحقيقة أن تلك الواسطة ببساطة تجاوزت عن نظام "الدور" أو "الأولوية" وسلبت حق مواطن آخر ليس لديه واسطة... وقد تكون سلبت حياته أيضا!!
شارك 80 % من المصريين في الثورة المصرية من أجل الحصول على امتيازات ال 20 % في المسكن والملبس والعلاج... بالرغم أن ال 20% هم من أشعل الثورة من أجل مزيد من الحريات والمطالبة بمحاكمات إلا أن80 % من الشعب لم يبالِ بتلك المطالب .. بل كان يرى أنها رفاهية ودلع من بتوع ال 20 %.. إن تلك الامتيازات تسمى عند قاعدة الثوار بالعدالة الإجتماعية.
كنت دائما أتعجب لماذا قاوم المصريون التغيير؟ لماذا تم الإعتداء على إضراب الإطباء الذي يطالب بزيادة الميزانية المخصصة لوزارة الصحة من أجل توفير خدمات صحية إنسانية بغض النظر عن الطبقة المجتمعية للمريض؟ مع العلم أن 80 % من الأطباء ليس لديهم مشكلة خدمات صحية... لأنهم بباسطة يتمتعون بامتيازات البالطو الأبيض من أول المرور من لجان الشرطة حتى إدخال مرضاهم القصر العيني. فهم لم يَرُوا غير ذلك السبيل من أجل الحصول على العيشة الكريمة.. وكأن هذا العالم لا يسع لنا جميعا وكأن الحصول على حقي يوجب الاعتداء على حقوق الأخرين.
نحتاج إلى عشرات السنوات كي نواجه دولة التمانين عشرين ولكن قبل ذلك علينا أن نصارح أنفسنا ونعترف بأخطاء الماضي... لم يخلُ توك شو منذ إندلاع الثورة من ثائر أو ناشط أو حقوقي يتجاهل أو يسفه المطالب الأساسية للمواطن المصري..الذي يعاني في المستشفيات الحكومية ويسكن في بيوت غير آدمية ويتقاضى الفتات مقابل خدمة من يتقاضون الملايين. وشاركنا جميعاً بشكل أو بآخر في جر الناس إلى معارك أرستقراطية وفرضنا الوصاية الفكرية عليهم تارة باسم الدين وتارة باسم الوطنية... لم يُبالِ 80 % من المواطنين بالدستور ولا بالبرلمان ولا بالرئيس ومع ذلك فقد قاموا بالمشاركة في الانتخابات المذكورة، مدفوعين برغبة حقيقية في القضاء على الإرهاب حيناً، وفي دخول الجنّة، جنّة ال 20% أحياناً أكثر.

Palestinian Authority and Jewish Entity raid Husan and Arrest Members of Hizb ut Tahrir who opposed corrupt activities targeting school children
Last night the Palestinian Authority's disgraceful security agency raided the town of Husan located in Area C according to the disastrous Oslo Accords, which prohibits the Palestinian Authority from entering it without prior authorization including reasons that satisfy the Jewish coordination officer, and carried out a campaign of arrests, raids and searches of the homes of members of Hizb ut Tahrir.
This campaign of raids comes after members of Hizb ut Tahrir and the elders and residents of Husan objected to the suspicious activity of one of the organizations in a male secondary school on Saturday 8/3/2014. This organization brought around ten adolescent girls to the school, to carry out an activity seeking by which to spread its poisons in a deliberate atmosphere of mixing of the genders, a matter which all the people of Husan objected to, and this confirms the role of the Palestinian Authority, and the Governor of Bethlehem Abdel Fattah Himayl, in protecting and caring for the activities and agendas of corruption of the Western funded charities and organizations foreign to the culture of the Ummah.
The security agency arrested a member of Hizb ut Tahrir and an elder of Husan, sixty year old Mr. Ali Hamamra, and two of his sons and assaulted some of his relatives and a number of pedestrians and neighbors that flocked to the targeted homes to denounce the Palestinian Authority agency's brutality and disregard for the sanctity of homes, and during their exit of the village one of their cars ran over a boy of 13 years, whom the people took to the hospital, in a repugnant scene resembling the methods of the Jewish occupation forces positioned at the entrance of the town awaiting the brutal Palestinian Authority forces to return them to Bethlehem.
This campaign of raids comes after members of Hizb ut Tahrir and the elders and residents of Husan objected to the suspicious activity of one of the organizations in a male secondary school on Saturday 8/3/2014. This organization brought around ten adolescent girls to the school, to carry out an activity seeking by which to spread its poisons in a deliberate atmosphere of mixing of the genders, a matter which all the people of Husan objected to, and this confirms the role of the Palestinian Authority, and the Governor of Bethlehem Abdel Fattah Himayl, in protecting and caring for the activities and agendas of corruption of the Western funded charities and organizations foreign to the culture of the Ummah.

These practices of the Palestinian Authority and what its constituents uttered of insults, some of which were against the Divine, evoked severe outrage from the people of Husan, who confronted it like they used to confront raids of the occupation and called out formidable words of rejection at the intruders.
The Palestinian Authority time and again proved its alienation from the Ummah and its culture and proves its bias with the enemies of the Ummah even if at the expense of the flagrant corrupt organizations to manipulate the minds of the youth. This method is not far from the Palestinian Authority, whose primary efforts are to maintain the security of the occupying forces. The stench of its scandals fills the noses and the media with disputes of accusations of plots and assassinations between high officials.
Let the Palestinian Authority and those behind it know that this barbaric behaviour will increase its exposure and collapse. The determination of the people of Palestine and at their forefront the members of Hizb ut Tahrir to move forward with enjoining what is good and forbidding what is evil and continuing to confront every corrupt and corrupting participant attempting to tinker with the minds of the sons of the Muslims will intensify.
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُحَادُّونَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ أُولَـٰئِكَ فِي الْأَذَلِّينَ كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَأَغْلِبَنَّ أَنَا وَرُسُلِي ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ
