    Ibn Kathir, sowie andere Gelehrte und Salaf, sagten über den Vers "...und diejenigen die unter euch Befehlsgewalt besitzen...", dass damit die Fiqh- (Recht) Gelehrten gemeint sind. Das heißt das man den Rechtsgelehrten folgt, denn sie haben das Wissen sich ihre eigenen Meinungen zu bilden. Wir sind nicht in der Lage uns unsere Meinungen selber zu bilden, da uns der nötige vielseitige Wissensstand fehlt. Wir sind sind nicht in der Lage die Sunnah auszufiltern und nach eigenem Verständnis zu interpretieren.
