_▂▃▅▇█ ھارٹ اٹیک اور گرم پانی █▇▅▃▂_
ایک بہت اچھی تحریر جسے پڑھنے میں صرف دو منٹ لگیں گے۔ دوستو چینی اور جاپانی لوگ اپنے کھانے کے ساتھ ٹھنڈا پانی پینے کی بجائے نیم گرم پانی پیتے ھیں۔ اس وجہ سے وھاں دل کی بیماریاں نہ ھونے کے برابر ھیں۔ شاید اب وقت آ چکا ھے، کہ ھم بھی کھانے کے ساتھ ٹھنڈا پانی پینے کی بجائے نیم گرم پانی پینا شروع کر دیں۔ بلاشبہ کھانے کے ساتھ ٹھنڈا پانی پینا اچھا لگتا ھے، لیکن ٹھنڈا پانی پینے سے کھانے میں موجود چکنائی جم جاتی ھے، جسکی وجہ سے کھانا ھضم کرنے کا عمل سُست ھو جاتا ھے۔ اور جب یہ چکنائی جسم میں موجود ایسڈ کے ساتھ ملن کے بعد intestine کے ساتھ جم جاتی ھے۔ اور پھر آخر کار ھارٹ اٹیک یا سرطان کی صورت اختیار کر لیتی ھے۔ لہذا کھانے کے ساتھ گرم پانی اور سوپ پینا بہتر ھے۔
ھارٹ اٹیک کی عام علامات
سب سے پہلے یہ بات یاد رکھیں کہ ضروری نہیں کہ ہر ھارٹ اٹیک کی علامت بائیں بازو میں درد ھو، جبڑے میں شدید درد بھی ہارٹ اٹیک کی ایک علامت ھے۔ کبھی کبھار ایسا بھی ھوتا ھے، ھارٹ اٹیک کے وقت سینے میں بالکل بھی درد نہ ھو۔ متلی اور بہت زیادہ پسینہ بہنا بھی عام علامات ھیں۔ 60 فیصد لوگوں کو سوتے ھوئے ھارٹ اٹیک ھوت جاتا ھے اور پھر وہ کبھی نہیں جاگتے۔ جبڑے میں درد کی وجہ سے انسان گہری سے گہری نیند سے بھی بیدار ھو جاتا ھے۔ اس لئے ھمیشہ خیال رکھیں، کیونکہ آپ کو جتنی زیادہ معلومات ھونگی، ھارٹ اٹیک کے بعد بچ جانے کے چانسز اتنے ھی زیادہ ھوں گے۔ اس بات کو جتنا زیادہ پھیلا سکتے ھیں پھیلائیں۔ کیا معلوم آپکی پہھلائی ھوئی معلومات کی بنا پہ کسی کی جان بچ جائے !!!

بعد تسعة أيام مرهقة .. خمسة منها صعود وثلاثة نزول ، منعزل بشكل شبه كامل عن العالم ، بفضل من الله تمكنت من صعود قمة جبل #كالاباتار بارتفاع خمسة آلالف وخمسمائة وخمسة وأربعين متر ، و #مخيم_ايفرست ضمن سلسلة جبال #الهيملايا ، ورفع علم بلادي #سوريا ، وإن كان هنالك إهداء في مثل هذه الحالات فأهدي هذا الجهد إلى والديّ العزيزين ، وإلى أخواني وأخواتي ، إلى كل من صرخ ضد #الاسد ونظامه ، إلى كل شهيدة وشهيد ، إلى أم الشهيد إلى زوجة الشهيد ، إلى أخت الشهيد ، إلى زوج الشهيدة ، إلى أخ الشهيدة ، إلى أب الشهيدة ، إلى كل أسير وأسيرة يصرخ أن حرروني ، إلى كل محاصر و إلى كل نازح .. إلى كل من ترك حياته وانبرى للداخل ليساعد الثورة .. إلى كل مرابط على الثغور ، إلى كل من يداوي الجرحى ، إلى ملائكة الرحمن أساطير الحرية ، إلى أصدقائي وحبايبي ، وإلى زميل المغامرة / محمد الشيخ .. وإلى مجموعة #نداء_الياسمين الرائعة . إليكم جميعاً أهديكم هذا الجهد .

Wir müssen immer geduldig sein. Denn Allah ist mit den Geduldigen. Viele fragen: Wann bekomme ich eine tugendhafte Frau? Wann bekomme ich dies und jenes? Wir müssen geduldig sein und dann wird uns Allah belohnen. Nur Allah weiß den Zeitpunkt. Seid standhaft und geduldig und ihr werdet in sha Allah belohnt. Ich weiß selber ,dass es vor allem im Bezug auf den Partner , den man sich wünscht , schwierig ist , aber wer geduldig auf Allah vertraut bekommt , so Allah will , etwas besseres!
Möge Allah uns zu den Geduldigen und Standhaften machen!

Wird eine Person für das Lesen des Qur'an belohnt, obwohl sie dessen Bedeutung nicht versteht?
Antwort:
Der heilige Qur'an ist gesegnet, wie Allah (Erhaben ist Er) sagt (ungefähre Bedeutung): "(Dies ist) ein gesegnetes Buch, das Wir zu dir hinabgesandt haben, damit sie über seine Ayah nachsinnen und damit diejenigen bedenken, die Verstand besitzen." (Sura Sad, Ayah 29)
Dem Menschen ist es also vorgeschrieben ihn zu lesen, ob er dessen Bedeutung versteht oder nicht. Aber der Mu'min, der nach ihm handelt, sollte ihn nicht lesen ohne die Bedeutung zu verstehen. Wenn eine Person beispielsweise Medizin lernen will und die Bücher der Medizin studiert, kann er davon nicht profitieren solange er deren Bedeutungen nicht kennt und sie ihm nicht erklärt werden; vielmehr wird er sehr eifrig sein deren Bedeutungen zu verstehen damit er sie ausführen kann. Warum denkst du also, dass jemand das Buch Allahs (Erhaben und Verherrlicht ist Er) lesen sollte, welches eine Heilung für das, was sich in den Herzen befindet und Ermahnung für die Menschen ist, ohne über dessen Bedeutungen nachzusinnen und sie zu verstehen? Aus diesem Grund haben die Gefährten (radiAllahu anhum) nach zehn Versen nicht weitergemacht, ohne sie (die Verse) und das Wissen, das sie beinhalten zu lernen und wie man nach ihnen handeln muss. Also haben sie den Qur'an, das Wissen und die Handlungen alle zusammen gelernt.
Eine Person wird für das Lesen des Qur'an belohnt, ob sie dessen Bedeutungen versteht oder nicht; sie sollte aber eifrig sein, dessen Bedeutungen zu verstehen und diese von einem Gelehrten lernen, dessen Wissen vertrauenswürdig ist. Wenn sie keinen Zugang zu einem Gelehrten hat, der ihr die Bedeutungen lehren kann, darf sie sich an einen vertrauenswürdigen Tafsir wenden, wie der Tafsir ibn Jarir, Tafsir ibn Kathir und andere, die auf den Tafsir achten, der auf den von den Sahaba und den Tabi'in (radiAllahu anhum) überlieferten Berichten basiert.
