| "Blogtrottr" <busybee@blogtrottr.com>: Jan 19 02:07AM Understand IslaMs Facebook-Pinnwand Understand IslaMs Facebook-Pinnwand روز قيامت جانوروں كا انجام بالآخر بيس برس كى عمر ميں ميرا بلا مر گيا، اور ميرى ب... http://www.facebook.com/understandislaam/posts/857294020996022 Jan 19th 2015, 01:45 روز قيامت جانوروں كا انجام بالآخر بيس برس كى عمر ميں ميرا بلا مر گيا، اور ميرى بھتيجياں اور بھانجياں مجھ سے سوال كرنے لگيں كہ كيا جانور جنت ميں داخل ہونگے؟ ليكن علم ميں نہ ہونے كى بنا ميں جواب نہ دے سكى. تو كيا جانور جنت ميں داخل ہونگے يا جہنم ميں؟ اگر ہم نے جانوروں كے ساتھ سختى كى تو اس كا كفارہ كيسے ادا كيا جاسكتا ہے، خاص كر جانور كے مرنے كے بعد ؟ الحمد للہ : سوال كى دو شقيں ہيں: پہلى شق: آخرت ميں جانوروں كا انجام اور ٹھكانا. اللہ سبحانہ وتعالى كا فرمان ہے: {اور جب وحشى جانوروں كو اكٹھا كيا جائے گا} التكوير ( 5 ) اور ايك مقام پر اللہ سبحانہ وتعالى نے فرمايا: {اور زمين ميں جتنے قسم كے چلنے والے جانور ہيں، اور اپنے پروں سے اڑنے والے جتنى قسم كے پرندے ہيں، ان ميں كوئى قسم ايسى نہيں جو تمہارى طرح گروہ نہ ہوں، ہم نے كتاب ميں كوئى چيز نہيں چھوڑى پھر سب اپنے پروردگار كے پاس جمع كيے جائيں گے}الانعام ( 38 ). ابن عباس رضى اللہ تعالى عنہما كہتے ہيں كہ ہر چيز جمع كى جائے گى حتى كہ مكھى بھى. اور روز قيامت ايك دوسرے سے قصاص بھى ليں گے، اس كى دليل مندرجہ ذيل حديث ميں ہے: ابو ہريرہ رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ بيان كرتے ہيں كہ رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا: " روز قيامت تم حقداروں كے حقوق ضرور ادا كرو گے، حتى كہ بغير سينگ والى بكرى سينگ والى بكرى سے قصاص لے گى" صحيح مسلم باب البر والصلۃ والآداب حديث نمبر ( 4679 ). اور ايك دوسرى حديث ميں ہے كہ: " اللہ سبحانہ وتعالى اپنى مخلوق جن وانس اور جانوروں كے ميں فيصلہ كرے گا، اور بلاشبہ روز قيامت بغير سينگ كے بكرى سينگ والى بكرى سے قصاص لے گى، حتى كہ جب كسى ايك كا دوسرے پر كوئى حق باقى نہيں بچے گا تو اللہ تعالى فرمائےگا: تم مٹى ہو جاؤ، تو اس وقت كافر يہ كہے گا: كاش ميں بھى مٹى ہو جاتا" علامہ البانى رحمہ اللہ تعالى نے اس حديث كو السلسلۃ الصحيحۃ حديث نمبر ( 1966 ) ميں صحيح قرار ديا ہے. ديكھيں: السلسلۃ الصحيحۃ ( 4 / 966 ). مسلمان شخص پر واجب ہے كہ وہ جانوروں كے ساتھ نرمى كا برتاؤ كرے اور انہيں تكليف نہ دے، اور حديث سے ثابت ہے كہ ايك عورت بلى كى بنا پر جہنم ميں چلى گئى. امام بخارى رحمہ اللہ تعالى نے ابن عمر رضى اللہ تعالى عنہما سے بيان كيا ہے كہ نبى صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا: " ايك عورت بلى كو باندھ كرركھنے كى وجہ سے آگ ميں چلى گئى، نہ تو اس نے اسے كھانے پينے كے ليے كچھ ديا، اور نہ ہى اسے چھوڑا كہ وہ زمين كے كيڑے وغيرہ كھا كر گزارا كر لے" صحيح بخارى بدء الخلق حديث نمبر ( 3071 ). اور اللہ تعالى نے ايك بدكار عورت كو اس ليے بخش ديا كہ اس نے ايك كتے سے حسن سلوك كيا تھا. امام بخارى رحمہ اللہ تعالى نے ہى روايت بيان كى ہے كہ: ابو ہريرہ رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ بيان كرتے ہيں كہ رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا: " ايك كتا كنويں كے ارد گرد گھوم رہا تھا، قريب تھا كہ اسے پياس مار ڈالتى كہ اچانك بنى اسرائيل كى ايك بدكار عورت نے اسے ديكھ ليا اور اپنا موزا اتار كر اسے پانى پلايا تو اللہ تعالى نے اسے بخش ديا" صحيح بخارى كتاب الانبياء حديث نمبر ( 3208 ). جس كسى سے بھى كسى جانور كو اذيت اور تكليف پہنچے تو وہ اللہ تعالى سے اس كى توبہ و استغفار كرے، كيونكہ جانوروں كے پروردگار نے ہميں جانوروں كے ساتھ اچھا برتاؤ كرنے كا مكلف بنايا ہے، ( ليكن اگر جو جانور ضررساں اور نقصان دہ ہو ). واللہ اعلم . | "Blogtrottr" <busybee@blogtrottr.com>: Jan 19 01:08AM Understand IslaMs Facebook-Pinnwand Understand IslaMs Facebook-Pinnwand نشانہ بازى كے ليے حيوانات كو ھدف بنانا جائز نہيں - عبد اللہ بن عمر رضى اللہ تع... http://www.facebook.com/understandislaam/posts/857292987662792 Jan 19th 2015, 00:45 نشانہ بازى كے ليے حيوانات كو ھدف بنانا جائز نہيں - عبد اللہ بن عمر رضى اللہ تعالى بيان كرتے ہيں كہ رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا: " ايك عورت كو بلى كى بنا پر عذاب كا سامنا كرنا پڑا،اس نے بلى كو باندھ ديا حتى كہ وہ مر گئى تو اس كى بنا پر وہ عورت آگ ميں داخل ہوگئى، اس عورت نے جب اسے باندھ ركھا تھا تونہ اسے كھانا پانى ديا اور نہ ہى اسے چھوڑا كہ وہ زمين كے كيڑے وغيرہ كھا كر گزارا كرتى" صحيح بخارى حديث نمبر ( 2236 ) صحيح مسلم حديث نمبر ( 2242 ) امام نووى رحمہ اللہ تعالى كہتے ہيں: حديث سے يہى ظاہر ہوتا ہے كہ وہ عورت اس معصيت كى بنا پر آگ ميں داخل ہوئى. 2 - ابن عمر رضى اللہ تعالى عنہما بيان كرتے ہيں كہ وہ ايك دن يحيى بن سعيد كے پاس گئے تو بنو يحيى كے غلاموں ميں سے ايك نے مرغى كو باندھ كر پھينكا ہوا تھا، تو ابن عمر رضى اللہ تعالى عنہما اس مرغى كے پاس گئے اور اسے كھول ديا، پھر اس مرغى اور غلام كو ساتھ لے كر آئے اور كہنے لگے: اپنے اس غلام كو ڈانٹو، اس نے اس پرندے كو قتل كرنے كے ليے باندھ ركھا تھا، كيونكہ ميں نے نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم سے سنا كہ آپ نے جانور وغيرہ كو باندھ كر قتل كرنے سے منع فرمايا" صحيح بخارى حديث نمبر ( 5195 ) صحيح مسلم حديث نمبر ( 1958 ) اور مسلم شريف كے لفظ يہ ہيں كہ: " رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے ايسا كرنے والے پر لعنت فرمائى" تصبر كا معنى ہے كہ: جانور كو باندھ كر بطور ٹارگٹ استعمال كيا جائے. 3 - ايك حديث ميں ہے كہ: ابن عباس رضى اللہ تعالى عنہما بيان كرتے ہيں كہ رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا: " جس چيز ميں بھى روح ہو اسے ٹارگٹ مت بناؤ" صحيح مسلم حديث نمبر ( 1957 ). حديث ميں استعمال شدہ لفظ" غرض " كا معنى ھدف ہے. امام نووى رحمہ اللہ تعالى كہتے ہيں: قولہ: " رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ نے جانوروں كو باندھ كر قتل كرنے سے منع فرمايا" اورايك روايت ميں ہے: " جس چيز ميں بھى روح ہو اسے ٹارگٹ مت بناؤ" علماء كرام كا كہنا ہے كہ: صبر البھائم: يہ ہے كہ جانور كو زندہ باندھنا تا كہ اسے نشانہ بنا كر قتل كيا جائے، اور يہى معنى ان الفاظ كا ہے: " جس چيز ميں روح ہے اسے ٹارگٹ مت بناؤ" يعنى: زندہ حيوان كو ھدف نہ بناؤ جس طرح چمڑہ وغيرہ كا ھدف اور ٹارگٹ بنايا جاتا ہے، اور اس حديث ميں وارد ہونے نھى تحريم كے ليے ہے، اور اسى ليے اس كے بعد والى ابن عمر رضى اللہ تعالى عنہما كى روايت ميں نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا: " جس نے بھى ايسا كيا اللہ تعالى اس پر لعنت كرے" اور اس ليے بھى كہ يہ حيوان كے اذيت اور تعذيب كا باعث، اور اسے تلف اور ضائع كرنے، اور اس كى ماليت كو ضائع كرنے، اور اگر وہ جانور ذبح ہونے والا ہوتو اسے ذبح كرنے سے رہ جانے كا باعث ہے، اور اگر وہ ذبح كرنے والے جانور ميں سے نہ ہو تو اس كا نفع ضائع كرنے كا سبب ہے. ديكھيں: شرح مسلم للنووى ( 13 / 108 ). اس ليے آپ پر اس عمل سے سچى توبہ و استغفار كرنا واجب ہے، اور زيادہ سے زيادہ نيكياں كريں تا كہ اللہ تعالى آپ كےگناہ معاف كردے. اللہ تعالى ہى سيدھے راہ كى راہنمائى كرنے والا ہے. واللہ اعلم . | "Blogtrottr" <busybee@blogtrottr.com>: Jan 19 01:08AM Understand IslaMs Facebook-Pinnwand Understand IslaMs Facebook-Pinnwand رشتہ داروں كے انتظار ميں ميت كے دفن ميں كتنى تاخير كى جا سكتى ہے كيا رشتہ داروں... http://www.facebook.com/understandislaam/posts/857290817663009 Jan 19th 2015, 00:21 رشتہ داروں كے انتظار ميں ميت كے دفن ميں كتنى تاخير كى جا سكتى ہے كيا رشتہ داروں كے مطالبہ كى بنا پر دوسرے شہروں سے رشتہ داروں كے آنے تك ميت كے دفن ميں تاخير كرنى جائز ہے ؟ الحمد للہ : ميت كے دفن ميں تاخير كرنى جائز نہيں، ليكن ضرورت كى بنا پر يعنى تجھيز و تكفين كى ضروريات پورى كرنے يا رشتہ داروں اور پڑوسيوں كے آنے كے انتظار ميں تاخير كى جا سكتى ہے، ليكن شرط يہ ہے كہ يہ تاخير عرف سے زيادہ لمبى نہ ہو، كيونكہ رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم كا فرمان ہے: " جنازہ كے ساتھ جلدى كرو" اسے امام مالك نے روايت كيا ہے، اور مسند احمد ( 2 / 240 ) اور صحيح بخارى ( 2 / 87 - 88 ). اور اس كے ليے ماتم اور قناتيں وغيرہ لگانا جائز نہيں، جسے تعزيت وغيرہ كا نام ديا جاتا ہے، اور جو شخص نماز جنازہ ميں شريك نہ ہو سكا ہو وہ اس كى قبر پر نماز جنازہ ادا كرسكتا ہے، اگر وہ اسى شہر ميں، اور قبر پر نماز جنازہ دو ماہ تك ادا كيا جا سكتا ہے، كيونكہ رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے ام سعد رضى اللہ تعالى عنہا كى قبر پر دفن كرنے كے ايك ماہ بعد نماز جنازہ ادا كى تھى .
