| "Blogtrottr" <busybee@blogtrottr.com>: Jan 09 08:04AM Weg der Salafs Facebook-Pinnwand Weg der Salafs Facebook-Pinnwand ✔️العلامة أحمد بن يحيى النجمي 。 رحمه الله。 【 من أحكام يوم... http://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=626931100751956&id=317452381699831 Jan 9th 2015, 08:01 ✔️العلامة أحمد بن يحيى النجمي 。 رحمه الله。 【 من أحكام يوم الجمعة 】 [ ١٣٨ ] عن أبي هريرة - رضي الله عنه - : أنَّ رسول الله ﷺ قال : (( مَنْ اغْتَسَلَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ غُسْلَ الْجَنَابَةِ ثُمَّ رَاحَ في السَّاعَةِ الأُولَىٰ فَكَأَنَّمَا قَرَّبَ بَدَنَةً ، وَمَنْ رَاحَ فِي السَّاعَةِ الثَّانِيَةِ فَكَأَنَّمَا قَرَّبَ بَقَرَةً ، وَمَنْ رَاحَ فِي السَّاعَةِ الثَّالِثَةِ فَكَأَنَّمَا قَرَّبَ كَبْشًا أَقْرَنَ ، وَمَنْ رَاحَ فِي السَّاعَةِ الرَّابِعَةِ فَكَأَنَّمَا قَرَّبَ دَجَاجَةً ، وَمَنْ رَاحَ فِي السَّاعَةِ الْخَامِسَةِ فَكَأَنَّمَا قَرَّبَ بَيْضَةً ، فَإِذَا خَرَجَ الْإِمَامُ حَضَرَتْ الْمَلَائِكَةُ يَسْتَمِعُونَ الذِّكْرَ )) . 【 الشرح 】 ✺ موضوع الحديث : فضيلة التبكير إلى الجمعة . ✺ المفردات : { راح } : هو الذهاب في وقت الرواح ، وهو بعد الزوال ، وقد يطلق ويراد به مجرد الذهاب . { بدنة } : هي الواحدة من الإبل . { بقرة } : هي الواحدة من البقر ،أي : كأنَّما أهداها لتنحر في مكة . { كبشاً أقرن } : أي : له قرون . { قَرَّبَ } : معناها إمَّا أن يكون المقصود منه أهدىٰ أو تصدق . ✺ المعنى الإجمالي : أخبر النبي ﷺ عن تفاوت الناس في السَّعي إلى الجمعة بحسب التبكير ، وأخبر أنَّ كُلَّ قوم اشتركوا في ساعة فلهم الفضل المذكور ، وأنَّ هذه الساعات تنتهي بجلوس الإمام على المنبر . وأنَّ الملائكة الموكلون بكتابة الناس على حسب حالهم في التَّقدم والتأخر يطوون صحفهم إذا خرج الإمام . ✺ فقه الحديث : ❶ - يُؤخذ من هذا الحديث تأكيد الغُسل يوم الجمعة ، وأنَّ هذه الفضيلة لا تنال إلاَّ بذلك ؛ لقوله ﷺ :(( من اغتسل يوم الجمعة ، ثم راح ... )) إلخ. ❷ - يُؤخذ من قوله : ( يوم الجمعة ) أي: من اغتسل يوم الجمعة ، ثم راح ؛ أنَّ الغُسل شُرِعَ للرَّواح إلى الجمعة ، ولم يُشرع لليوم ؛ خلافاً للظَّاهرية القائلين بأنَّ الغُسل شُرِع لليوم لا للصلاة ، وعندهم لو اغتسل بعد صلاة الجمعة جاز . ❸ - يُؤخذ منه استحباب التبكير للجمعة ، وأنَّ فيه فضل عظيم . ❹ - اختُلِفَ في التبكير ما هو : هل هو الذهاب من أول وقت الرَّواح إلى الجمعة ، أو هو الذهاب من بعد طلوع الشمس ؟ وفي هذا خلاف مَبنِي على الخلاف في الساعات . ❺ - اخُتلِف في الساعات ما هي ؟ هل هي الساعات التوقيتية التي ينقسم فيها اليوم إلى اثنتي عشرة ساعة ، أو هي أجزاء زمانية ينقسم فيها وقت الرَّواح إلى خمس ساعات ؟ * ذهب إلى الأول الظاهرية ، وذهب إلى الثاني الجمهور . - فالظاهرية يقولون : التبكير يكون من أول النهار . - والجمهور يقولون : التبكير يكون من أول وقت الرَّواح . • ومذهب الجمهور هو الأصح . ❻ - يُؤخذ من الحديث أنَّ وقت الجمعة هو وقت الزوال ؛ لهذه الأدلة الصحيحة " راح " و " المُهَجِّر " وما أشبه ذلك ؛ لأنَّ هذه الكلمات لا تُقال غالباً إلاَّ في وقت الزوال وما يُقاربه . ❼ - يُؤخذ منه فضيلة المُبَكِّر ، وأنَّه كمن أهدى بدنة ، ثم ما بعده على الترتيب . ❽ - يُؤخذ منه أنَّ المشتركين في كل ساعة ثوابهم سواء حسب ظاهر الحديث . ❾ - أنَّ هذه الساعات تنتهي بجلوس الإمام على المنبر ؛ لقوله ﷺ :( فإذا خرج الإمام حضرت الملائكة يستمعون الذكر ) . ⓪❶ - أنَّ الملائكة يستمعون الذكر بعد أن يطووا صحفهم . ❶❶ - أنَّ من جاء بعد جلوس الإمام على المنبر ؛ فلا فضل له . ❷❶ - أنَّ البيضة تقرب ، وتكتب في العمل إذا كانت في سبيل خير ، وأنَّه لا يُستهان بشيء من أعمال الخير والشر ، كيف لا وقد قال الله تعالى : ﴿ فَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ خَيْرًا يَرَهُ ⑦ وَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ شَرًّا يَرَهُ ﴾ . تأسيس الأحكام ج٣ / ص: ٣٥-٣٩ You are receiving this email because you subscribed to this feed at https://blogtrottr.com If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe here: https://blogtrottr.com/unsubscribe/gt/FKCSH6 |
