    Es war einmal ein Mann, welcher sich in der Wüste verlief.
    Es war sehr heiß und er fing an durstig zu werden. Deshalb suchte er eine Quelle oder zumindest eine Person, die ihm etwas Wasser geben könnte.
    Aber leider fand er weder Wasser noch irgendeinen Menschen.
    Er ging, weiter und weiter und sah dann aus der Ferne etwas ähnliches wie einen Krug und er freute sich sehr! Als er näher ranging und reinguckte, fand er da "nur" Diamanten und Gold.
    Glaubst du er hat sich gefreut? Keineswegs, er war traurig darüber..

    Moral der Geschichte: Manchmal denken wir, dass Luxus viel mehr wert ist, als das, was für zum Überleben brauchen.
    Das Wasser, welches wir jeden Tag zur Verfügung haben, wissen wir gar nicht zu schätzen.

    Mein Vater sagte weiter: Wissenschaftler haben festgestellt, dass die Erde so viel Gold besitzt, dass sie die Erde mit einer Sicht von 2-3 Meterhöhe überdecken könnte. Das Gold brauchen wir nicht, denn am Tage, da die Welt zerstört wird, wird das ganze Gold aus der Erde heraus kommen und keiner wird sich darum kümmern.

    Hizb ut-Tahrir leader detained in #Naryn #Kyrgyzstan

    Leader of local Hizb ut-Tahrir unit has been detained in Naryn town, the State National Security Committee reported.

    According to the intelligence agencies, a 39-year-old leader of one of the extremist organization's regional units, acting in Naryn province, as well as two other its members, have been arrested in course of investigation.

    As it was found out, the leader has regularly given secret Hizb ut-Tahrir classes to local residents and was arrested during one of them. A huge number of banned religious extremism literature and CDs has been confiscated.

    He was placed into detention center of Naryn.

    As it was reported, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 299 (fueling of racial, religious and inter-regional conflicts) of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.

    Investigation is ongoing.

    Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair considered in his weekly column in the newspaper, Mail on Sunday, on Sunday May 2nd commenting on the killing of the British soldier, Lee Rigby, that it proves that "there is a problem within Islam" and went on saying that "there is a problem within Islam – from the adherents of an ideology which is a strain within Islam. We have to put it on the table and be honest about it".

    The grim western hate has finally been unleashed, and the poison hate in their hearts has been announced, after years of the deceit of accusing Muslims of terrorism while trying to display good intentions by exonerating Islam. Now the masks of hypocrisy and fraud have shattered, and they declare it openly and shamelessly, by condemning Islam with descriptions of terrorism, intolerance, extremism, and radicalism, and that all the problems of the Earth are nothing but the outcome of the ideas and concepts of Islam!

    Is there any doubt now that this war is purely a Crusade?! After today, is there anyone hesitant or confused about that the West only shows the colors of malice and hatred toward Muslims out of hate towards Islam as a religion, belief and way of life?!

    All the West's attempts to distance the discussion about Islam, and place blame to a few Muslims that "do not represent Islam" as they claim, have failed. Instead today it is irrevocably evident that when the West accuses the Muslims or a group of Muslims of terrorism, that this accusation is made at nothing other than Islam. And with it fell all the calls for "coexistence of civilizations" and the culture of "interfaith dialogue", for there is nothing in the bag of the West except for poisoned hatred and buried resentment. Today it has become impossible to disguise or conceal, instead exposed the evil that was buried for many years.

    Tony Blair, the war criminal and killer of children in Iraq, has forgotten or tried to forget his soot blackened history, for he is responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of the innocent, most of them children, women and elderly, who were killed without evidence or suspicion, so where is the problem?! Is it Islam or your savage capitalism, and your barbaric imperialistic greed and filthy wars that covered the world in rivers of blood, with a pretext weaker than that of a spider's web?! Where are the weapons of mass destruction in Iraq?! Instead, you are the mass destruction, nothing but your culture, ideas and foul morals.

    The killing of innocent Muslims and non-Muslims, like the Muslim elder Sheikh of 70 years, Muhammad Salim in the British city of Birmingham, or the puncturing of a man's eye in front of the Central Mosque in London, and even the killing of the British Lee Rigby, is all blameworthy in Allah's religion. But this is not the issue; the issue is that you have declared, in the words of your other criminal leader, that this is a Crusade on Islam before Muslims.

    Your explicit hostility and insult should be a call to the Muslims of the world to reinforce us, and join their hands with the members of Hizb ut Tahrir, and their Ameer, the eminent scholar and sincere leader Ata bin Khalil Abu Rashta, to rescue the world from the brutality of the West with the establishment of the Khilafah, for there is no defender of Islam and its people, or savior from the ills of the Earth and pains of humanity except Islam, with its purity and righteousness and justice, even if Blair, Bush and all the Disbelievers hate it.

    Hizb ut Tahrir East Africa Successfully Holds Two Economic Conferences in Mombasa

    In the spirit of commemorating the blessed month of Rajab, Hizb ut Tahrir East Africa successfully held two economic conferences in Mombasa. The first one was held on Saturday 01/06/2013 at the Islamic Center hall and the second was held on Sunday 02/06/2013 in Kisauni Estate outside Barakaat Mosque.

    At the Islamic Center conference, two topics were discussed i.e. the Capitalist economic system and its failure and the Islamic economic system and its success. At this conference, Hizb ut Tahrir / East Africa media representative Shabani Mwalimu held a press conference with journalists who attended the conference. Also, those who attended had an opportunity to view a special documentary video prepared by Hizb ut Tahrir / East Africa of how poverty has affected the Kenyan society. As for the Kisauni conference, speakers highlighted major events in the blessed month of Rajab among them being the fall of the Khilafah state, economic stagnation and events after the general elections in Kenya. Also, a special documentary video on Ash-sham (Syria) was shown.

    In summary, the two conferences are among the activities in the month of Rajab that were intended by Hizb ut Tahrir / East Africa to show the Islamic society the need for Africa including Kenya to liberate itself from the evil Capitalist ideology with its policies that suppresses many. It was also intended to remind Muslims of their obligation of working to call only for the Islamic ideology with its economic system that will be implemented by the Khilafah state which is expected to be established soon Allah Taala willing.

    "It is a monstrous utterance which has issued from their mouths. What they say is nothing but a lie." (Al-Kahf, 18:5)

    In recent weeks residents of Russia have not only witnessed but rather have become victims of an anti-Islamic propaganda campaign that was carried out in the media at the security forces' request. Intelligence venom against Islam and Muslims showered from most of the central TV channels (Channel One, the program "Sunday Time" of 26.05.2013; Russian TV channel, "News of the Week" of 19.05.2013, TVC, "In the middle of the action" of 19.05.2013) they were echoed by the well-known persons of different levels, government officials and even the military, the obligation of whom is the defense of the country not internal politics. As an example, on 22 May 2013 according to the Interfax News Agency, Army General Anatoliy Kulikov said at SPC "Islamism and National Security of Russia" the following: "Today all of the threats most realistic for Russia is a radical political Islam, or Islamism, which announced jihad in our country." This action was aimed at convincing the people of Russia of the danger of Islam and its followers.

    The focus of the provoking information attack was made to discredit Hizb ut Tahrir. There appeared dozens of false publications in the last few days. The purpose of these publications is to convince the Russian society that Hizb ut Tahrir is a terrorist organization whose members are engaged in acts of terrorism.

    Here are just a few of them to show the deceitful propaganda against Hizb ut Tahrir.

    • 17 May 2013: Regnum News Agency reported citing the Interior Ministry in the Sakhalin region: "The staff of the FSB Russia, Sakhalin Region and the Interior Ministry in the Sakhalin region detained person, who was probably one of the leaders of the extremist organization of Sakhalin cell of Hizb ut Tahrir. Security officials said the detainee had a Makarov pistol and 16 ammunitions and two grenades "F-1".

    There is still no information about the detainee in Sakhalin, but even if we assume that he has anything to do with Hizb ut Tahrir, so the party is not engaged in forcible actions so that its members had ammunitions and weapons, and it's clear!

    • 29 May 2013: Interfax News Agency reported, citing a senior assistant regional SU TFR, about the completion of the investigation against five residents of Tatarstan, who according to investigators planned to commit a terrorist act. However, describing the details of the criminal case, a senior police officer stated that the accused leader of Muslims is at the same time a supporter of the party Hizb ut Tahrir and the organization At-Takfir Wal-Hijra. Although for anyone who is even slightly acquainted with Islamic movements is obvious that one can not simultaneously be a member of these two different organizations, for the Hizb does not accept force actions as a method.

    • 28 May 2013: ITAR-TASS quoting the Chief Directorate Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Volga District reported about the arrest of three members of the party Hizb ut Tahrir who were about to commit a terrorist act. It should be recalled that on 29 November 2012, the Russian media reported about the arrest of three members of Hizb, who allegedly prepared the attack. And in fact the security forces then planted several conventional ammunitions to the ordinary migrant workers who had nothing to Hizb and then announced them to be party members.

    So security officials confused the media with their lies, even the major news agencies differed in the description of events. For example, ITAR-TASS reported a new arrest, mentioning that "the defendants were followed from last November". In turn the Interfax News Agency reported only about the success of the investigation: "The investigation department of the MOI in the Volga Federal District in the investigation of the criminal case against members of the Nizhny Novgorod cell of Hizb ut Tahrir found evidence of premeditation to commit acts of terrorism" adding that "it was reported previously about the arrest of the leader and three active participants of Hizb ut Tahrir in November 2012". The Russian newspaper reported another version of events, citing the words of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on the Volga Federal District Vasiliy Kucheraka: "Today's arrest of the three members of the terrorist organization took place during the first quarter of this year and we reported about it only just now because of investigational reasons". On 31 May 2013: Channel Five aired a TV report about the detention of the members of Hizb ut Tahrir not only in Nizhny Novgorod, but also in Kazan and now as an aim of a terrorist attack was not only named the Nizhny Novgorod region, but the Volga region as a whole.

    And it is just a small part of what has been published by the media in recent years to discredit the party of Hizb ut Tahrir. All messages are reduced to one: "Party members of Hizb ut Tahrir are organizing terrorist acts in Russia and recruiting people for this".

    Special Services misinform the people through the media and form the so-called "right" public opinion, that they are not accused of excessive brutality against members of Hizb ut Tahrir. After all everybody knows that Hizb ut Tahrir do not use force methods and use political activities and adheres to political method in achieving its goals and on the territory of Russia it just educates Muslims.

    On 28 May 2013: profile commission under the Government of the Russian Federation approved a bill aimed at "creating the legal conditions to neutralize the destructive activities of religious organizations in the country." That is, all these lies and campaign to discredit Hizb ut Tahrir in the best traditions of the Soviet era is the creation of an enabling environment for the adoption of the bill for increasing the punishment for extremist articles that security officials have lobbied for a long time. The bill provides much more sanctions on a number of articles, including Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - on which criminal cases against members of Hizb were most often fabricated.

    Frage (Nr. 9304):

    Wie lautet das Urteil über die Rezitation der al-Fatihah für Verstorbene sowie das Überlassen der Belohnung dafür an die Verstorbenen?

    Antwort:

    Alles Lob gebührt Allah.

    Es gibt keinen Beweis (Dalil) für die Rezitation der al-Fatihah oder eines anderen Teils des Qur'ans und die Überlassung der Belohnung dafür an den Verstorbenen. Wir sollten so etwas nicht tun, denn es wurde nicht vom Propheten (Allahs Frieden und Segen seien mit ihm) oder seinen Gefährten (möge Allah mit ihnen zufrieden sein) überliefert. Es ist empfohlen, für die toten Muslime Du`a zu sprechen und in ihrem Namen an die Armen und Bedürftigen zu spenden. Auf diese Weise kann sich der Mensch Allah annähern und Ihn darum bitten, den Lohn dafür seinem Vater, seiner Mutter oder einer anderen Person zu überlassen, seien sie lebendig oder tot. Der Prophet (Allahs Frieden und Segen seien mit ihm) sagte: „Wenn ein Mensch stirbt, finden all seine Taten ein Ende abgesehen von dreien: eine andauernde Spende (Sadaqah jariyah), nützliches Wissen und ein rechtschaffenes Kind, das für ihn betet."

    Und es wurde berichtet, dass ein Mann zum Propheten (Allahs Frieden und Segen seien mit ihm) sagte: „Oh Gesandter Allahs, meine Mutter ist gestorben und hat kein Testament hinterlassen. Ich denke, wenn sie etwas festgelegt hätte, dann hätte sie gespendet. Wird sie belohnt, wenn ich in ihrem Namen spende?" Er antwortete: „Ja." (sahih – übereinstimmend angenommen)

    Dasselbe gilt für Hajj und `Umrah im Namen eines Verstorbenen und wenn seine Schulden beglichen werden. All diese Handlungen werden ihm nutzen, wie durch einen sahih Dalil überliefert wurde. Doch wenn der Fragesteller sich darauf bezieht, die Familie des Verstorbenen freundlich zu behandeln, indem er ihr Geld oder Lebensmittel gibt, so ist nichts Falsches daran, wenn sie arm ist.

    Bis heute ist unsere Mutter der Gläubigen 'Aischa vor ihren Verunglimpfungen nicht bewahrt, obwohl Allah sie im Qur'an von den Verleumdungen der Lügner freigesprochen hat. Er hat hierfür Verse in der Sura an-Nur herabgesandt, welche in den Gebetsnischen der Muslime bis zum Jüngsten Tag rezitieren werden. Trotz alledem gibt es immer noch Menschen, welche sie beschimpfen. Was wird dann wohl 'Aischa am Jüngsten Tag zustehen ?

    Ein gewaltiger Anteil von guten Taten wird zunichte gehen und der Schimpfende wird am Jüngsten Tag bankrott sein. Er hat sich der Verleumdung und Verfluchung der Gefährten des Propheten (sallahu 'alayhi wa sallam) gewidmet. Einige Menschen stehen morgens auf und gehen abends zu Bett und beschimpfen und verfluchen die Gefährten des Gesandten Allah (sallahu 'alayhi wa sallam).

    Obwohl doch rasulAllah (sallahu 'alayhi wa sallam) über die Angelegenheit der Gläubigen im Allgemeinen sagte:
    Der Gläubige schimpft nicht und flucht nicht. Er ist nicht unverschämt und widerlich." (Bukhari - al-adab al-mufrad)

    Dann kommt eine Gruppe von Erniedrigten und suchen sich die Elite der Ummah aus und die Beste unter ihr, um sie zu verfluchen.

    Wie wird sein Zustand am Jüngsten Tag sein, wenn er auf Allah, den Mächtigen und Erhabenen, treffen wird ?

    Wir suchen Zuflucht bei Allah vor der Erniedrigung.

    Ich bin eine junge Frau im Alter von 25 Jahren. Von der Zeit, als ich jung war, bis zum 21. Lebensjahr habe ich weder gefastet noch gebetet, weil ich faul war. Meine Eltern rieten mir zu fasten und zu beten, aber ich hörte nicht auf sie. Was muss ich jetzt, wo Allâh mich rechtgeleitet hat und ich faste und meine Vergangenheit bereue, tun?

    Antwort:

    Alles Lob gebührt Allâh.
    Die Reue tilgt alles, was vorher war. Sie müssen bereuen, was Sie getan haben, sich vornehmen, es nie wieder zu tun, in Ihrer Anbetung aufrichtig sein, viele nâfil Taten der Anbetung verrichten, wie das Beten von nâfil Gebeten in der Nacht und am Tag, freiwilliges Fasten, Qur'ân lesen und Du'â' machen. Allâh akzeptiert die Reue Seiner Diener und vergibt ihnen ihre schlechten Taten.

    Können Sie mir bitte sagen, ob es erlaubt ist, zum Zahnarzt zu gehen, wenn man fastet? Denn ich benötige eine Zahnbehandlung, die sehr wichtig ist. Wie ist meine Situation, wenn ich faste (Ramadân) und etwas unabsichtlich in meine Kehle gelangt?

    Sheikh 'Abd al-'Azîz ibn Bâz (möge Allâh barmherzig mit ihm sein) wurde gefragt:
    Wenn jemand unter Zahnschmerzen leidet und zum Zahnarzt geht, der die Zähne reinigt oder eine Füllung einsetzt oder einen seiner Zähne zieht, beeinflusst dies sein Fasten? Wenn der Zahnarzt ihm eine Spritze gibt, um seinen Zahn zu betäuben, beeinflusst dies
    sein Fasten?

    Er antwortete:

    Die in dieser Frage erwähnten Dinge haben keine Auswirkung auf die Gültigkeit des Fastens und sie sind erlaubt. Aber er muss aufpassen, dass er keine Medizin oder Blut herunterschluckt. Ebenso hat die erwähnte Betäubungsspritze keinen Einfluss auf die Gültigkeit des Fastens, da es keine Nahrung oder Getränk ist, und das Grundprinzip ist, dass sein Fasten gültig ist. (Ajwabah Muhimmah tata'allaq bi Arkân der Al-Islam). Wenn Sie am Abend zum Zahnarzt gehen können, so ist dies vorzuziehen.

    Und Allâh weiß es am besten.

    Wer hundert mal am Tag diese Dua aufsagt, der bekommt soviel Belohnung, als ob er 10 Sklaven freigelassen hätte, 100 gute Taten werden ihm gutgeschrieben und 100 schlechte Taten gestrichen und er hat Schutz vor dem Teufel an diesem Tag bis zum Abend und niemand bekommt etwas besseres, außer dem, der mehr getan hat.
