Syrie: appel de parlementaires PS et EELV à une aide militaire à la rébellion
Des parlementaires socialistes et écologistes, conduits par le député PS Philippe Baumel, insistent pour que la France apporte une aide militaire à la rébellion syrienne, ce que conteste un autre député PS, Gérard Bapt.
François Hollande avait indiqué le 19 septembre à Bamako que la France livrerait des armes à l'armée de libération de la Syrie (ASL) mais "dans un cadre contrôlé" et "élargi avec un ensemble de pays", pour éviter "que des armes puissent aller vers des jihadistes".
Dans un projet de tribune libre que s'est procurée dimanche l'AFP, Philippe Baumel, membre de la commission des Affaires étrangères de l'Assemblée nationale, estime que "nous ne saurions prétendre aider l?opposition syrienne sans lui permettre de défendre la population contre les chars, les roquettes, les avions. Assistance technique, aide à la conduite d?opération, fourniture de matériel: l?Armée syrienne libre doit avoir les moyens de consolider sa légitimité sur le terrain".
Une trentaine de parlementaires socialistes et écologistes ont déjà cosigné ce texte, selon son auteur, député de Saône-et-Loire.
"La perspective d?un contrôle international de ses armes chimiques est une avancée importante, mais elle ne doit pas nous faire oublier que la guerre fait rage en Syrie (...) Pour éviter que la Syrie ne s?enfonce dans un tête-à-tête entre un régime sanguinaire et une nébuleuse djihadiste, la France prône la seule option décente : le renforcement de l?opposition démocratique (...) Nous appelons à poursuivre et approfondir cette stratégie de soutien pour rendre enfin possible une solution politique", écrit M. Baumel.
"Opposition laïque, islamiste, marxiste, libérale : il ne nous appartient pas de définir les orientations d?une Syrie libre, mais d?aider les syriens qui se battent pour leur liberté", poursuit-il.
Dans une lettre à Philippe Baumel qu'il a communiquée à l'AFP, Gérard Bapt, président du groupe d'amitié France-Syrie à l'Assemblée nationale, s'est pour sa part déclaré "en désaccord avec l?option de livraison d?armes à l?ASL". En effet, écrit-il, l'ASL voit "certaines de ses composantes rejoindre le camp jihadiste dans leur non-reconnaissance de la légitimité et de la représentativité du Conseil National Syrien (CNS), et la volonté d?imposer la charia en Syrie".
Le député de Haute-Garonne affirme aussi le fait que seuls "des membres de l?opposition favorables à une intervention armée" participeront à un débat sur la Syrie organisé mardi par Philippe Baumel, dans les locaux de l'Assemblée nationale.
Deux des intervenants, ajoute-t-il, "semblent poser problème", en citant Qasem Saad Eldine "qui aurait une responsabilité dans l?exode des chrétiens d?Homs" et Yaihia Nanah, chef du Conseil provincial de la province libre d?Alep, conseil qui "rejette la représentativité du CNS".
Qassem Saad Eddine, originaire de la région de Homs, est un des porte-parole de l'ASL. Il est un ex-colonel de l?Armée de l?air qui a fait défection, et est resté à l?intérieur du pays. Il a créé en février 2012 le premier Conseil militaire de région, structure qui a ensuite été généralisée dans l'ensemble des gouvernorats.
Yaihia Nanah est le chef du conseil provincial de la province libre d'Alep, structure élue lors d'un scrutin organisé en Turquie en mars dernier.
Le débat de mardi, co-organisé avec l'universitaire Emmanuel Wallon, sera introduit par la présidente de la commission des Affaires étrangères, l'ancienne ministre Elisabeth Guigou (PS).

Assadsche Luftwaffe attackiert Schule in Syrien
Raka liegt 160 km östlich von Aleppo, der größten Stadt im Norden Syriens. Es ist - seit März - die einzige Provinzhauptstadt, die ganz unter der Kontrolle der Revolutionäre steht. Wenige Stunden vor der Bombardierung von Raka hatten Regime-Gegner mehrere Posten der Assads Milizen nördlich von Damaskus angegriffen. Dabei seien 19 assadsche Soldaten getötet worden, berichtete die Beobachtungsstelle.

ﻭﻻﻳﻈﻠﻤﻪ ، ﻭﻻ ﻳﻐﺸﻪ ، ﻭﻻ ﻳﺨﻮﻧﻪ ، ﻭﻻ ﻳﺨﺬﻟﻪ ، ﻭﻻ ﻳﻐﺘﺎﺑﻪ ، ﻭﻻ ﻳﻜﺬﺑﻪ ، ﻭﻻ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ ﻟﻪ ﺍُﻑّ ، ﻓﺈﺫﺍ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻟﻪ : ﺍُﻑ ، ﻓﻠﻴﺲ ﺑﻴﻨﻬﻤﺎ ﻭﻻﻳﺔ ، ﻭ
ﺇﺫﺍ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻟﻪ : ﺃﻧﺖ ( ﻋﻠﻲ ﻋﺪﻭ ) ﻓﻘﺪ ﻛﻔّﺮ ﺃﺣﺪﻫﻤﺎ ﺻﺎﺣﺒﻪ ، ﻭﺇﺫﺍ ﺍﺗّﻬﻤﻪ ﺍﻧﻤﺎﺙ ﺍﻻﻳﻤﺎﻥ ﻓﻰ ﻗﻠﺒﻪ ﻛﻤﺎ ﻳﻨﻤﺎﺙ ﺍﻟﻤﻠﺢ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺎﺀ.
ﻭﻣﻦ ﺃﻃﻌﻢ ﻣﺄﻣﻨﺎً ﻛﺎﻥ ﺃﻓﻀﻞ ﻣﻦ ﻋﺘﻖ ﺭﻗﺒﺔ ، ﻭﻣﻦ ﺳﻘﻰ ﻣﺆﻣﻨﺎً ﻣﻦ ﻇﻤﺄ ﺳﻘﺎﻩ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺮﺣﻴﻖ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺘﻮﻡ ،
ﻭﻣﻦ ﻛﺴﺎ ﻣﺆﻣﻨﺎً ﻣﻦ ﻋﺮﻱ ﻛﺴﺎﻩ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺳﻨﺪﺱ ﻭ ﺣﺮﻳﺮﺍﻟﺠﻨّﺔ ،
ﻭﻣﻦ ﺃﻗﺮﺽ ﻣﺆﻣﻨﺎً ﻗﺮﺿﺎً ﻳﺮﻳﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻭﺟﻪ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﺰّ ﻭﺟﻞّ ﺣﺴﺐ ﻟﻪ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺣﺴﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﺼﺪﻗﺔ ﺣﻴﻦ ﻳﺆﺩﻳﻪ ﺇﻟﻴﻪ ، ﻭﻣﻦ ﻓﺮﺝ ﻋﻦ ﻣﺆﻣﻦ ﻛﺮﺑﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻛﺮﺏ ﺍﻟﺪﻧﻴﺎ ﻓﺮﺝ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻨﻪ ﻛﺮﺑﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻛﺮﺏ ﺍﻵﺧﺮﺓ ،

ﻭﺍّﻧّﻤﺎ ﺍﻟﻤﺆﻣﻦ ﺑﻤﻨﺰﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﻕ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺠﺴﺪ ( ﻓﺈﺫﺍ ﺳﻘﻄﺖ ﺗﺪﺍﻋﻰ ﻟﻬﺎ ﺳﺎﺋﺮﺍﻟﺠﺴﺪ ) .

Was können meine Feinde mir bloß antuen? In meiner Brust hab ich beides; meinen Himmel als auch meinen Garten. Wenn ich reise sind sie bei mir, nie mich verlassend. Die Gefangenschaft ist eine Gelegenheit mit meinem Herrn alleine zu sein
(Das Gedenken an Allah).
Und Wenn sie mich verbannen kann ich über die Schöpfung Allahs nachdenken. Falls sie mich töten bin ich Shahid.
