    Ich fragte den Gesandten Allahs, Allahs Segen und Heil auf ihm: Welche Tat ist am besten? Da sagte er: Das Gebet zur rechten Zeit. Ich fragte weiter: Und welche Tat danach? Er erwiderte: Dann die Güte zu den Eltern! Ich fragte wieder: Und welche Tat danach? Er sagte: Der kampf auf dem Wege Allahs. Da hörte ich damit auf, ihm weitere Fragen zu stellen, nur aus dem Grunde, dass ich ihn dadurch nicht anstrengen wollte.

    Meine Verlobte lebt im Ausland. Ich werde voraussichtlich erst in 5 Monaten heiraten. Darf ich im Beisein ihres Maĥrams mit ihr regelmäßig (viel) telefonieren und was darf ich mit ihr bereden?



    Antwort:

    Alles Lob gebührt Allah. Und Lob und Heil seien auf seinen Gesandten.

    Scheich Ibn 'Uthaimīn, möge Allah mit ihm gnädig sein, hat gesagt: „Wenn beide eingewilligt haben und die Verlobung stattgefunden hat, dann darf er auch nicht mehr mit ihr sprechen. Ende dieses Themas. Einige Verlobte telefonieren mit ihrer Verlobten und reden mit ihr Stundenlang. Und wenn du zu ihm sagst, dass dies nicht erlaubt sei, da diese Frau für ihn immer noch eine fremde Frau ist, dann sagt er: „Ich möchte herausfinden, wie gebildet sie ist." Du willst herausfinden, wie gebildet sie ist? Du hast dich doch mit ihr bereits verlobt und hast sie akzeptiert? Es ist egal, wie gebildet sie ist. Wenn du das herausfinden willst, dann heirate sie und sprich mit ihr dann, worüber du möchtest. Doch, dass du mit ihr sprichst, obwohl sie für dich immer noch eine fremde Frau darstellt, da du sie ja noch nicht geheiratet hast, so ist die nicht erlaubt.

    Viele Menschen wurden mit dieser Sache (von Allah) geprüft. Du siehst dann, dass er sie anruft und mit ihr spricht. Sie telefonieren dann die ganze Nacht über, so dass dadurch so viel Zeit verloren geht. Wir warnen eindringlich davor." [al-Liqā` asch-Schahrī, Nr.28, Frage 3].

    Er sagte auch: „Die Verlobte stellt für den Verlobten immer noch eine fremde Frau dar. Für ihn besteht zwischen ihr und einer Frau, mit der er nicht verlobt ist, keinen Unterschied. Dies gilt solange, bis er sie heiratet."



    Und Allah weiß es am besten.

    Disaat sebagian wanita di dunia ini dibayar untuk telanjang (demi mendapatkan sedikit uang/materi), saudari muslimah kita di Prancis justru harus membayar untuk bisa menutup tubuhnya.

    Die führenden Kommandeure und Generäle der ganzen 43 großen Bataillone und Brigaden haben sich zu einer Armee unter einer Führung zusammengeschlossen!
    Dies ist inshaAllah ein großer Schritt in Richtung Assads Hinrichtung und somit ein großer Schritt zur Gründung von Khilafah!

    "The situation now is that Turkey is dead and will never rise again, because we have destroyed its moral strength, the Khilafah and Islam." Lord Curzon, British Foreign Minister, in front of the House of Commonsafter the Lausanne Treaty of July 24th, 1924.

    The learned scholars were fully aware of the necessity of maintaining the authority of Islam with the Khaleef in position of rule implementing Islam...

    "The knots of Islam will be broken one by one until everyone of them is undone. The first to be undone will be the knot of ruling and the last will be the knot of Salah" (Musnad of Imam Ahmed)

    'Umar ibn al-Khattab (r.a.) said, "Laa Islam bi laa Jamaa'ati wa laa jamaa'ati bi laa Imaarah, wa laa Imaaratu bi laa sam'on wa taa'ah". "There is no Islam without a community, and there is no community without a leadership, and there is no authoruty without hearing and obeying".

    Ibn Taymiyyah (rh.a.) said, "Yajib an yo'rafa anna wilayata amr in-naasi min a'thami waajibaat id-Deen, Bal laa qiyaamu li-Deen illa bihaa".

    "It is obligatory to know that the office in charge of commanding over the people (ie: the Khilafah post) is one of the greatest obligations of the Deen. In fact, their is no establishment of the Deen except by it....this is the opinion of the salaf, such as al-Fadl ibn 'Iyaad, Ahmed ibn Hanbal and others". (Siyaasah Shariyyah - chapter: 'The obligation of adherence to the leadership'.)

    The Issue of takfir is very delicate and time consuming. It is ironic that the biggest scholars were the ones who were very careful when calling a muslim astray or a kafir.

    Second, there are legal shar'i consequences to consider when declaring someone a Kafir:

    1. If he is married, his wife is considered divorced immediatly after the Qadi issues the verdict.

    2. According to most madhahib his muslim family cannot inherit from him.

    3. He should not be washed nor burried in a muslim cemetery.

    This should suffice that the legal consequences are bigger than we might think. We should also keep in mind that it can be a disaster for the unity even within the family.

    A brother narrated that two brothers came to talk about the issue of tawheed and shirk. These two brothers said: "I don't think that anyone here is muslim except us two".

    The brother then said: They forgot about their own wives who were sitting outside in the car waiting".

    In the end the best naseeha when someone calls you a mushrik or Kafir for no apparent is given by Ibn Umar (ra).

    From `Ubayd Allah ibn `Umar, from Nafi`, "A man said to Ibn `Umar: "I have a neighbor who bears witness against me that I commit shirk." He replied: "Say: 'La Ilaha illAllah,' you will make him a liar."
