`A´ischa, Gattin des Propheten, Allahs Wohlgefallen auf ihr, berichtete: An den Tagen, an denen es ein starker Wind wehte, und sich der Himmel bewölkte, war ein Ausdruck des Unbehagen auf dem Gesicht des Gesandten Allahs, Allahs Segen und Heil auf ihm, zu erkennen. Und er pflegte hin und her zu gehen. Regnete es, so wurde er froh, und das Unbehagen wich von ihm. Als ich ihn nach dem Grund (seines Unbehagen) fragte, sagte er: Ich befürchtete, es wäre eine Strafe gewesen, die Allah über meine Ummah (Gemeinschaft) hätte hereinbrechen lassen. Er pflegte auch folgendes zu sagen, wenn er es regnen sah: O Allah, lass es eine Gnade sein!

Der Schaytaan hat keine Macht über aufrichtige Menschen
Schaykhu-l-Islaam Ibn Taymiyah (verst. 728) – rahimahu Allaah – sagte:
Wie Allaah sagteِ
"Er hat gewiß keine Macht über diejenigen, die glauben und sich auf ihren Herrn verlassen. Seine Macht erstreckt sich nur über diejenigen, die ihn zum Schutzherrn nehmen und die ihn (Allah) beigesellen."
[Suurah 16:99-100]
Und als der Schaytaan sagte:
"Er sagte: "Mein Herr, darum, daß Du mich in Verirrung hast fallen lassen, werde ich ihnen ganz gewiß auf der Erde (das Böse) ausschmücken und sie ganz gewiß allesamt in Verirrung fallen lassen,"
[Suurah 15:39]
Allaah – ta'aalaa – sagte:
über Meine Diener hast du keine Macht, außer wer dir von den Verirrten folgt." Und die Hölle ist wahrlich ihrer aller Verabredung(sort). Sie hat sieben Tore, und jedem Tor wird ein Teil von ihnen zugewiesen."
[Suurah 15:42-44]
Daher hat der Schaytaan keine Gewalt über die Menschen mit Aufrichtigkeit und Al-Iemaan.

Seit rund zehn Jahren werden regelmäßig unbemannte Flugkörper, sogenannte Drohnen, zur Tötung von Menschen benutzt, hauptsächlich von den USA. Am Freitag wurde das Thema zum ersten Mal von der Vollversammlung der Vereinten Nationen diskutiert. Übertönt von dem geräuschvollen Theater um Kanzlerin Angela Merkels abgehörtes Handy blieb die menschenrechtlich sehr viel wichtigere Debatte um die ferngesteuerten Mordmaschinen in den deutschen Medien fast unbeachtet.
Gegenwärtig sind es jedoch nur drei Länder, die bewaffnete Drohnen für Tötungsoperationen einsetzen: neben den Vereinigten Staaten, in sehr viel geringerem Umfang, auch Großbritannien und Israel. Während sich die ersten beiden grundsätzlich bereit erklärt haben, mit den UN-Berichterstattern zu kooperieren, lehnt Israel ausdrücklich jede Zusammenarbeit ab.
Nach einem Besuch in Pakistan hatte Emmerson schon im März konstatiert, daß es nach Angaben der pakistanischen Regierung seit 2004 mindestens 330 Drohnenangriffe gegeben habe. Dabei seien mindestens 2200 Menschen, darunter 400 »Zivilisten«, getötet und weitere 600 verletzt worden. Die Attacken seien »eine Quelle der Radikalisierung zum gewalttätigen Extremismus unter jüngeren männlichen Paschtunen« und trügen so zur »Verewigung des Kreislaufs der Gewalt« bei.
