    اجريت في ايران للمرة الأولى عملية للعمود الفقري بطريقة التنظير.

    وقد جرت العملية في المستشفى العسكري التابع للجيش الايراني وبخبرات محلية .
    وقال الدكتور علي رضا بسطام بور متخصص عظام وجراحة العمود الفقري في تصريح للعالم الاثنين ان العملية التي اجريناها للعمود الفقري تتم لاول مرة في ايران عبر طريقة التنظير ودون الحاق اي اضرار بالعضلات المحيطة بالعمود الفقري .
    وتعتمد العملية على ادخال منظار على العمود الفقري عبر ايجاد شقوق في الجسد لايتجاوز طولها الثلاثة سنتيمترات لمنع حصول نزيف او اي مضاعفات اخرى .
    ويتم خلال العملية اجراء فصل للنخاع الشوكي مع المحافظة على ثبات الفقرات .
    وقال الدكتور بسطام بور في هذا المجال : ان هذه الطريقة قديمة ولكن الجديد في الامر هو عملية فصل النخاع الشوكي والذي يتم عبر الكاميرات التي ندخلها اضافة الى عملية تثبيت العمود الفقري .
    وتمتاز العملية بعدم الحاق الضرر بعضلات المحيطة بالظهر وان المريض يتماثل للشفاء بسرعة كبيرة حيث انه يستطيع الخروج من المستشفى ومزاولة حياته اليومية بعد يوم او يومين على اجراء العملية . ‬

    Syrian army kills scores of militants, Kurds move forward

    Scores of foreign-backed militants have been killed on the outskirts of Latakia and the capital Damascus by Syria army, Al-Alam correspondent reports.

    According to Al-Alam reporter, most of the killed armed militants were members of the al-Qaeda-linked al-Nusra Front group including explosive experts carrying out attacks among civilians and government forces.

    At least thirteen militants of al-Nusra Front were killed in clashes, the report added.

    Syria forces also killed another 28 militants including three explosive experts inside Latakia, destroying two vehicles with mounted machine guns.

    Syrian army has beefed up its operations against different armed groups on the outskirts of Damascus too.

    Elsewhere, after taking control of the strategic city of al-Yarobiyah, the Committees for the Protection of the Kurdish People (YPG) kicked off its third phase of military operation against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) and al-Nusra Front.

    Al-Yarobiyah is a town located on the outskirts of al-Hasakah province in the far north-east corner of Syria near the Iraq border.

    Capturing al-Yarobiyah overlooking Syria-Iraq international road gives Kurdish fighters upper hand in transportation and helping other Kurdish gunmen to break the siege.

    Nasrallah slams Riyadh for derailing Syria peace talks

    Saudi Arabia is seeking to derail the long-delayed Geneva II peace conference aimed at ending the conflict in Syria and is enraged over the Syrian government's gains, Hezbollah Secretary General says.

    Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah also slammed Saudi regime's meddling in the internal affairs of Lebanon and hindering the country's efforts to form a new government

    "The world has come to an understanding that a military solution [in Syria] is no longer valid and the only acceptable solution is a political one via an unconditional dialogue," Nasrallah said in a televised speech commemorating during the 25th anniversary of the establishment of al-Rassoul al-Azam Hospital.

    "But there is one country, ... the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and it is still very angry over the prospects of a political solution in Syria," he added.

    Nasrallah said the kingdom had exhausted all available means to force the collapse of President Bashar Assad's government, such as sending tens of thousands of fighters and spending an estimated $30 billion.

    "The fighting side did all it can to target the government and bring it down but failed to reach any results," he said.

    The prospects of a military solution subsided, Nasrallah said, in light of divisions within the Syrian opposition and the rebels, the Syrian army's recapture of several areas and the collapse of a possible US-led attack on the conflict-ridden country.

    "The stubbornness and insistence on [a military solution] will only lead to further fighting, casualties and destruction as well as repercussions on neighboring countries," Nasrallah said.

    He also advised Saudi Arabia not to pass up the opportunity for peace talks in Geneva II, noting that time was not on the opposition's side.

    "Given the current developments, it is best that you go forward with a political solution in Syria," he said.

    Syria has been gripped by deadly unrest since 2011. Reports indicate that the Western powers and their regional allies -- especially Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey -- are supporting the militants operating inside the country.

    According to the United Nations, more than 100,000 people have been killed and millions displaced in the violence.

    Syrian Army regained control of the ancient town of Sadad after days of intensive fighting with militants from al-Nusra terrorist group. army

    Around two thousand militants from the Al-Qaeda-linked al-Nusra Front stormed and occupied the ancient town of Sadad, 60 kilometers (37 mi) South of Homs, nearly a month ago and besieged its fifteen thousand residents to use them as human shields against the Syrian army, Al-Alam reported.

    The militant groups who were driven out of Sadad were from the same groups that raided Syria's ancient Christian town of Maalula in Northeast of Damascus a couple of months ago.

    Terrorists had taken Sadad to turn it into their stronghold for the al-Qalamoun war which both sides are getting ready for, an army member said.
    Clashes between the army and militants in some Western and Northern parts of the town are still going on.
    Sadad is a very old town and probably the one mentioned in the Old Testament under the name Zedad, translated as Sedada.
    It is located on the edge of the desert and the community has remained predominantly Syria Orthodox. Aramaic is still spoken there.

    Terrorists Killed, Injured in Several Areas in Damascus Countryside

    The Syrian army carried out an operation against armed terrorist groups' dens near al-Amal Hospital and to the north of Dawar al-Shawaya in Yabroud city in Damascus Countryside.
    A military source told SANA that many terrorists were killed during the operation including Ahmad Anka, a terrorist group leader.
    The source added that army units also destroyed several cars loaded with weapons and ammunition to the west of Jaba'adin and to the north of al-Nabek, killing or injuring all the terrorists.

    In a different context, a lawmaker was kidnapped by extremist militants during clashes with members of his family in Syria's eastern province of Deir Ezzor, a monitoring group reported Monday.
    Militants from the Ahrar al-Sham rebel group and extremists from the Al-Qaeda-affiliated Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) abducted MP Mohanna Faisal al-Fayyad on Sunday evening, the opposing UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.

    Lavrov: Threats of Opposition Groups against Syria Talks 'Outrageous'

    Russian Foreign Minister Sergey LavrovRussian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov described on Monday as "outrageous" a threat by powerful rebel groups in Syria against those who attend peace talks on the conflict backed by Moscow and Washington.

    "It is outrageous that some of these extremist, terrorist organizations fighting government forces in Syria are starting to make threats," Lavrov said in televised comments.

    "The threats are directed at those who have the courage to attend the proposed Geneva conference being offered by Russia and the United States with the entire world's support," he added.

    Nineteen extremist groups fighting to topple Assad issued a statement on Sunday saying the proposed conference "is not, nor will it ever be our people's choice or our revolution's demand."

    They went on to say that anyone who attends such talks would be committing "treason" and "would have to answer for it before our courts."
    The Geneva conference was proposed jointly by Lavrov and US Secretary of State John Kerry in May but has since been repeatedly delayed.

    United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon is still to name a formal date for the proposed meeting despite comments from some Syrian and Arab nation officials suggesting the talks could be held late next month.

    Lavrov said the Islamist commanders' threats implied that Russian "diplomatic representative offices and diplomats (working) in foreign countries would be legitimate targets" of assassination and other attacks.

    "This is all outrageous and unacceptable. And all of this, in the end, rests on the conscience of those who finance and arm these opposition groups," Russia's top diplomat said.

    dan Dialah yang memiliki 'Arsy Yang Agung..
    Amin Ya Rabbal 'alamin..

    Nach Imām Aḥmad wird von Anas berichtet, wie der Gesandte Allāhs, Ṣall Allāhu ʿalayhi wa sallam, sagte:

    ,,Es reicht, über die 4 Frauen der Welt zu wissen: Maryam, die Tochter ʿImrāns, Āsiya, die Frau des Pharao, Ḫadīğa, die Tochter Ḫuwaylids, und Fāṭima, die Tochter Muḥammads, des Gesandten Allāhs."
