Religionsfreiheit: Hat Angola den Islam verboten?
Offenbar wird alles, was mit dem Islam zu tun hat, in Angola für illegal erklärt. Muslime haben in dem Land schon immer ein hartes Leben gehabt. Doch nun sollen sie offiziell verfolgt werden.

Nach unbestätigten Meldungen soll die Regierung Angolas den Islam mit sofortiger Wirkung für „illegal" erklärt haben.
Der Islam sei keine Religion, sondern eine „Sekte".
Zudem soll es zum Abriss von Moscheen im Land kommen. Doch neben dem Islam sollen noch weitere 194 weitere Religions-Gemeinschaften verboten worden sein. „Das ist das endgültige Ende des islamischen Einflusses in unserem Land", zitiert International Business Times Angolas Präsident Jose Eduardo dos Santos aus der Zeitung Osun Defence daily.
Die Zerstörung von Moscheen soll schon im Oktober begonnen haben. Davon sollen insbesondere die Muslime in der Hauptstadt Luanda betroffen gewesen sein, berichtet Haberturk.
Doch ein anonymer Sprecher Botschaft Angolas in Washington D.C. sagte den International Business Times per Telefon, dass die Meldung eine Lüge sei. Es gebe kein Verbot von Religionen in Angola. Der Staat mische sich nicht in die Religion ein.
Alex Vines von der britischen Denkfabrik Chatham House sagt hingegen, dass die Meldungen der Wahrheit entsprechen. Er sei selbst Augenzeuge eines Moschee-Abrisses gewesen, sagte er den International Business Times.
In Angola leben 20,4 Millionen Menschen, die in 59 ethnische Gruppen unterteilt sind, berichtet Joshua Project. Etwa 92,4 Prozent sind Christen, 5,7 Prozent gehören ethnischen Religionen an und nur ein Prozent sind Muslime.Demzufolge leben 240.000 Muslime in Angola. Die Anzahl der Angehörigen der ethnischen Religionen liegt bei 1,16 Millionen.
Reiches Land, arme Leute
Angola war in den vergangenen Tagen aufgrund seines Disputs mit Portugal in die Schlagzeilen geraten. Präsident dos Santos hatte die „strategische Partnerschaft" mit Portugal einseitig gekündigt. Portugal ist die ehemalige Kolonialmacht Angolas. Doch Angola möchte von nun an seinen Schwerpunkt auf gute Beziehungen mit China legen.
„Wir wissen, dass einige portugiesische Unternehmen bereits Schwierigkeiten haben, neue Verträge unter Dach und Fach zu bringen", zitiert euronews.com den angolanischen Ökonomen Manuel Alves da Rocha.
Angola ist reich an Diamanten und Erdöl. Das Land ist der zweitgrößte Ölproduzent der Region nach Nigeria. 75 Prozent der Staatseinnahmen kommen aus dem Verkauf von Erdöl, schreibt Export-Analyst Claire Schaffnit-Chatterjee in einem Artikel auf dem Internetportal Export Manager.„Zudem ist das Land der achtgrößte Förderer von Rohdiamanten und besitzt hohe, noch ungenutzte Kupfer-, Eisenerz-, Gold-, Phosphat- und Uranreserven", schreibt Schaffnit-Chatterjee weiter.
Doch die Bevölkerung lebt weitgehend in Armut.

Ehrlich gesagt finde ich das eine Frechheit, die Gotteshäuser anderer Religionen zu zerstören und diese Religionen komplett zu verbieten. Vor allem ein Land wie Angola sollte mal aufm Teppich bleiben. İn euere Kefere-Land ist nicht der İslam mit Gewalt gekommen, sondern dad Christentum. Naja, Heuchelei sind wir schon gewohnt. Es ist nichts neues für uns.
Zwar kann man nicht das Volk für diese Maßnahme verurteilen, aber den Präsidenten, der so schmierig ist, wie sein Gel in seinem Haar.
İch fordere jeden Muslim auf, falls er Kontakt zu den Muslimen in Angola finden sollte, das man versucht sie in einen anderen islamischen Land zu befördern.
Sie müssen auf jeden Fall Hijra von dort machen. Die können ihre Religion nicht mehr ausüben. Das geht nicht.

A classical statement of the Prophet (pbuh) regarding understanding the Qur'aan. Al-Qaeda behind Iran Embassy attack: Berri
The suicide terrorist attacks targeting the Iranian Embassy in Beirut were conducted by al-Qaeda-linked militants, Lebanese Parliament Speaker says.
In a joint press conference with Iran Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani in Tehran on Monday, Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri offered his condolences to the Iranian nation and said all Lebanese groups have condemned the terrorist attack.
Commenting on Iran's nuclear deal with the sextet of world powers, Berri said that Tehran achieved a nuclear victory through prudence.
Larijani said he had discussed bilateral ties and sensitive regional developments with his Lebanese counterpart. He also stressed that Iran can establish strong relations in the region.
On Saturday, Lebanese authorities identified a Palestinian national who lived in southern Lebanon, as the second bomber responsible for attacking Iranian Embassy.
On Friday, Lebanese national Mouin Abu Daher was named as one of the bombers who targeted the Iranian Embassy. He was from the southern port city of Sidon. Abu Daher was identified through DNA tests on his father, Adnan.
Abu Daher was said to be a follower of Salafi Sheikh Ahmed al-Assir, whose supporters fought with Lebanese army for two days in June after blocking themselves at a mosque in the city of Sidon.
The two blasts outside Iran's diplomatic mission in the southern neighborhood of Janah in Beirut left at least 25 people dead, including six Iranian nationals, and wounded over 150 others on Tuesday.
According to reports, the first explosion took place when a bomber blew his explosives near the gate of the embassy, and the second blast happened just meters away when a car bomb went off.
An al-Qaeda-linked group, Abdullah Azzam Brigades, has claimed responsibility for the twin bombings.
Following the attacks, the United Nations Security Council and the UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon issued statements and "strongly condemned" the blasts.

UK: Israel should avoid undermining Iran deal
Britain's Foreign Secretary William Hague says Israel should avoid taking any action that would undermine the interim nuclear agreement reached between Iran and world powers.
Urging world leaders to give the interim deal a chance, Hague said it was important to try to understand those who opposed the agreement. But he urged Israel and others to confine their criticism to rhetoric.
"We would discourage anybody in the world, including Israel, from taking any steps that would undermine this agreement and we will make that very clear to all concerned," Hague told parliament.
Hague added that he had not seen any sign that any country opposed to the agreement would try to disrupt it "in any practical way". But he said Britain would be "on its guard".
He was speaking after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday denounced the nuclear deal as an "historic mistake". Netanyahu is sending his national security adviser to Washington for talks about the agreement.
Hague told parliament he hoped a comprehensive nuclear agreement with Tehran could be reached within a year.
