مئی 2011تک صرف امریکن زخمیوں کی کل تعداد 25,196 (اس میں دیگر نیٹو ممالک کے فوجی شامل نہیں ہیں)Anti War.com کے مطابق تقرئبا ایک لاکھ فوجی زخمی ہیں۔

اس کے علاوہ جنگ سے واپس چلے جانے والوں کا پیچھا شائد مظلوموں کی بد دعائیں نہیں چھوڑتیں۔اور وہ مکافات عمل کا شکار ہو کر رہتے ہیں۔تازہ ترین اعداد شمار کے مطابق ہر روز 18فوجی خودکشی کی کوشش کرتے ہیں۔2010 تک تقریبا 15000امریکن فوجی جو کہ جنگ سے واپس لوٹے ہیں،خودکشی اور مختلف حادثات میں اپنی جان گنوا چکے ہیں اور اس تعداد میں مسلسل اضافہ ہو رہا ہے۔یاد رہے کہ یہ تعداد میدان جنگ میں جان گنوانے والے فوجیوں سے دگنا ہے۔ اس میں 3000وہ فوجی شامل نہیں ہیں جو کہ میدان جنگ میں اپنی جان خود اپنے ھاتھوں لے چکے ہیں۔ سابقہ فوجیوں سے متعلقہ وزارت کے اعداد و شمار کے مطابق عراق اور افغانستان میں خدمات سرانجام دینے والے فوجیوں میں سے 58,000فوجی اپنی سماعت مکمل طور پر کھو چکے ہیں،اور 70,000ایسے ہیں جن کے کان بجتے رہتے ہیں۔ مختلف نفسیاتی اور دماغی الجھنوں) (PTSDکے شکار فوجیوں کی تعداد 3,000,00 تک جا پہنچی ہے۔ جس میں روز بروز اضافہ ہو رہا ہے۔
طالبان کے اعداد شمار کے مطابق:
اختصار کے پیش نظر صرف دو سال کی رپورٹس کے مطابق
2010 میں صلیبی ہلاکتوں کی تعداد 13,845
2011 میں صلیبی ہلاکتوں کی تعداد 11,656
اگر طالبان کے اعداد شمار پر یقین نہیں تو جو کفار نے خود قبول کئے ہیں وہ ملاحظہ فرماۓ

عرب بادشاہوں کے پاس زیادہ وقت نہیں رہا !!!
عرب بہاریہ کا پہلا مرحلہ مکمل ھوا ، کچے پکے انداز میں اسلامی جمہوری تحریکوں کو عوامی پذیرائی کے بدلے میں اقتدار تفویض ھوا ، لیکن روز اول سے ھی سازشیں جاری رھیں ،یہانتک کہ قاھر٥ میں اخوان کی حکومت کا سقوط ھوا ، تیونس میں برسر اقتدار اسلامی تحریک نے سیکیولرز کو خوش کرنے کی ساری کوششیں کرڈالی ( گزشتہ دنوں حزب اختلاف کے "حکم " پر بائیس گورنر بھی تبدیل کئے ) لیکن معاملہ بننے کے بجائے بگڑنے ، بلکہ یوں کہئے کہ "سدھرنے" جا رھا ھے ، اس صورتحال میں ڈرامائی تبدیلی شام کی وجہ سے پیدا ھوئی سعودی عرب شام میں بشار کا خاتمہ چاھتا ھے ( لیکن القاعد٥ کے ھاتھوں نہیں ، جبھی دھشتگرد قرار دیدیا ) اپنے زیر اثر جنگجو گروپوں کی مدد سے ، عرب مملکتوں نے اپنے تابوت میں پہلی کیل اسامہ بن لادن کو دھشتگرد قرار دیکر ٹھونکی تھی ،اخوان کو آخری سمجھیں، خیمے صریحا جدا ھوچکے مخبر ِ صادق صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے فرمان ِ عالیشان کے عین مطابق ، اسے آپ عرب بہاریہ کا خالص شروع ھونے والا دوسرا دور کہہ سکتے ھیں ، یہ مرحلہ نہ اتنا سیدھا ھے نہ اُتنا ساد٥ جتنا کہ نظر آرھا ھے ، سعودی عرب ، امارات وغیر٥ ایک طرف ھیں ترکی و قطر دوسری جانب ،آل سعود شام پر امریکہ ایران دوستی سے بھی خاصے چِڑے ھوئے ھیں ، لیکن عالمی سیاست میں صرف مفاد کو دیکھا جاتا ھے ، دوستی کو نہیں اگر دوستی ھی معیار ھوتی تو چین ، بھارت کا سب سے بڑا تجارتی دوست نہ ھوتا!!!! اس سارے معاملے اھم ترین کردار ان گروھوں کا ھے جو عرب دنیا میں بندوق کے زریعے تبدیلی لانا چاھتے ھیں اور اسامہ بن لادن سے فکری تعلق رکھتے ھیں ، یہ عسکری گرو٥ لیبیاء ، مصر ، شام اور عراق میں مضبوط تر ھوتے جارھے ھیں ، اور سعودی عرب و کویت جیسے ممالک میں موثر حمایت رکھتے ھیں ، شاید سعودی عرب کی تاریخ میں پہلی بار مفتی اعظم جیسی قابل احترام شخصیت کے فتوے کو اتنے مضحکہ خیز انداز میں لیا جارھا ھے ، بدلتے رُتوں کے اشارے بتارھے ھیں کہ بادشاھوں کے پاس زیاد٥ وقت نہیں رھا ، عوام کے دلوں کے اصل حکمران یعنی کہ "اجنبی" محلات کی بلند فصیلوں تک پہنچا چاھتے ھیں ، بس بصارت و بصیرت درکار ھے انہیں دیکھنے کے واسطے!!!!!!!!!!

ھمارے معاشرے میں اب والدین بچوں کی تربیت پر زور نہیں دیتے۔ آج کل جو بچہ اچھا ڈانس کرتا ھے, اچھا گانا گاتا ھے, عجیب اوٹ پٹانگ کپڑے پہنتا ھے، بالوں کے بے ھودہ اور گندے قسم کے سٹائل بناتا ھے, وہ امی ابو کی آنکھ کا تارا ھوتا ھے, فیملی میں اسے ماڈرن کہا جاتا ھے, دوستوں میں وہ ھیرو ھوتا/ھوتی ھے۔
مگر آج یہ نہیں سوچا جاتا, کہ ھماری نوجوان نسل کس طرف جا رھی ھے۔ گرل فرینڈ بوائے فرینڈ کا کلچر ھمارے معاشرے میں عام ھو گيا ھے۔ لڑکے خوشی سے بتاتے ھیں, کہ ھماری اتنی گرل فرینڈز ھیں, اور لڑکیاں بھی بڑی خوشی سے ایک سے ذیادہ سے لڑکوں کو بے وقوف بنا کر فخر کرتی ھیں۔ بھاگ کر چھپ کر شادی کا رواج عام ھوتا جا رھا ھے۔ ایسے معاشرے سے آپ کیا توقع کر سکتے ھیں, گآلم گلوچ تو عام سی بات ھے, اس معاشرے میں۔ دلیل کی بنیاد سنی سنائی بات ھوتی ھے۔ مطالعہ اور معلومات کا فقدان ھو گیا ھے۔ مغرب اپنا کلچر اپنی ثقاقت ھمارے خاندانی اور معاشرتی سسٹم میں داخل کرنا چاھتا تھا, اور وہ پوری طرح کامیاب ھو چکا ھے۔
دوسری طرف میڈیا کا اس میں سب سے بڑا اور اھم کردار ھے۔ وہ اسلام کو سیکولرزم کے ساتھ مکس کر کے پیش کرتا ھے۔ اب اسلام صرف ھمارا ذاتی مسئلہ بن گیا ھے۔ ھم کسی قومی، ملی یا گورنمنٹ کے فورم پر اسلام کی بات نہیں کر سکتے۔ اور اگر کریں گے، تو انتہا پسند، طالبان، دھشت گرد اور پتہ نہیں کیا کیا کہلائے جائیں گے۔ ھمیں سوچنا ھو گا۔ ھمیں سوچنا ھو گا !!!

Saudi-US Relations: "Storms of the Desert"
Dr. Ahmad Malli
The Saudi foreign policy is mostly labeled with its dependence on "cautious alertness" and by its nature, it tends to adopt mysteriousness and vagueness, as Saudi diplomacy usually resorts to secrecy and avoiding confrontation, hence it is very close to equivocation and far from directness.
The Saudi leadership believes that this method is the safest in dealing with its direct regional surrounding which is occupied with conflicts and very far from stability. This is why it has always settled for opening the way for its long-term ally, the United States, to take the initiatives and follow up its agenda in the Middle East under Saudi agreement in most of the cases.
In fact, the Saudi-American relations were established during World War II, and on the 18th of February, 1943, US President Roosevelt announced that "defending Saudi Arabia is vital to the defense of the United States", while the US oil companies have paved the way for the establishment of these relations ten years before Roosevelt announced about them, when "Standard Oil of California" company gained the franchise for drilling for oil in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Followers of Washington-Riyadh relations agree on considering that the meeting between US President Roosevelt and Saudi King Abdul Aziz bin Saud on the cruiser "Quincy" during his return from Yalta Summit (February 1945) with Stalin and Churchill established the bases for a strategic deal based on guaranteeing the flow of Saudi oil to the United States and its allies in return for Washington's protection of the Saudi regime.
US and Saudi flagsFor the past 70 years, the equation of protection in return for oil with fine prices was implemented. Even though these relations faced some disagreements and tensions, but these cases were not essential. According to Diplomat and former US Ambassador to Riyadh during the first Gulf war, Chas Freeman (1989-1992), who was also known for his strong ties with US foreign policy institutions, he said:"In the past, we've been able to rely on them (Saudis) at a minimum not to oppose US policy, and most often to support it..."
However, these days this harmony no longer exists in the same form and it seems more shaky. Lately, loud complaints by significant Saudi officials were heard because the interests of the strong alliance between the two countries have become at stake. This urged US Secretary of State, John Kerry, to make an urgent visit to Riyadh in November where he met with King Abdullah, Foreign Minister Saud Al-Fayssal, and a number of Saudi officials; but it is doubtful that Kerry had succeeded in putting a limit to this deterioration in the relations between the two countries.
David Ignatius wrote in Washington Post about the crackup in the Saudi-US relations, considering that "it has been on this way for more than two years, like a slow-motion car wreck..." - this includes some exaggeration - however, US researchers go far beyond that as they consider that the state the relations between the two countries have reached is the result of a long path of mutual disappointment, which has started with the end of the cold war and included some harsh stops for both parts. "September 11" was one stop for the Americans, while the Iraq invasion in 2003 and its results - according to the Saudis - like the handover of power there by the George Bush Administration to the Shiite majority, was most likely the greatest strategic relapse for the kingdom in the past decades.
Undoubtedly, Riyadh was not pleased with the Bush Administration's adoption of the call for spreading democracy in the Middle East, as this tackles a sensitive issue for the Saudis. Yet, this call got wide US promotion specially after the "September 11", and by that aversion between the two allies started increasing.
On the regional clash in the east, Iran was the opponent which the Saudis tried to limit its power and put an end to its expansion in a region which they consider of direct closeness. In Lebanon, the Saudis supported "March 14" alliance to win the parliamentary elections for two consecutive times (2005 and 2009), and their prime concern was to suppress "Hezbollah", Iran's ally which took advantage of the Lebanese balances to win the right of "Veto" in the Lebanese government after Doha agreement. Later, "March 14" alliance found itself outside the government which was formed by Prime Minister Najib Miqati. In Iraq, despite all Saudi efforts, they failed to impose their choice of appointing Iyad Allawi as Prime Minister, even though his bloc in the Iraqi parliament was the biggest one. However, his opponent Nouri Al-Maliki, who is close to Tehran, is still in his position since the 2010 elections.
In the Palestinian field, King Abdullah sponsored "Mecca agreement" between "Fatah" and "Hamas", and one of the goals of this agreement was to keep "Hamas" away from Iranian influence. However, the agreement fell within months, after "Hamas" took over power in the Gaza Strip, which made it more attached to its relation with Iran.
All these attempts failed on the regional level. The Saudis have been facing failure since around eight years, while Iran was succeeding, according to US expert on Gulf and Arabian Peninsula Affairs, Gregory Gause.
Following the "Arab Spring" developments at the beginning of 2011 which changed the balance of power in the region, the Saudis did not hide their rage, and their focus was on Egypt more than Tunisia, for the fall of Moubarak was an irreparable loss for the Saudis who considered that his regime had a certain weight which they needed to balance power with the rising Iran.
The gap was expanding more between Riyadh and Obama Administration. The Saudis had serious reasons for their concern from this administration, as in their opinion, it miscalculated the dangers of the "Arab Spring" and its outcomes. Moreover, it does not take into consideration their (Saudi's) benefits when dealing with the developments. The Saudis can never imagine that the destiny of the Bahraini King "Al Khalifa" would be similar to that of Moubarak, because any possible political change in Bahrain would be a loss for Saudi Arabia in the face of Iran; not to mention its direct repercussions on the Shiites in the eastern part of the country who will revolt against Al Saud if the revolution in Bahrain succeeded.
Based on that, the Saudi leadership did not accept the modest US criticisms to the Bahraini authorities' oppression of the peaceful protests by the Shiite majority under Saudi support. The Saudis also felt frustrated from the stances of Obama Administration and found them to be an additional evidence that this administration did not take into consideration the particularity of Bahrain for Saudi Arabia due to its closeness, as it falls only 25 kilometers away from the eastern region.
Meanwhile, the post Moubarak era did not come out with any agreement between the Saudis and the US on Egypt. Instead, the two parts found themselves standing in two opposite locations to the extent that "Stratfor for Intelligence Studies" group put the variance between the two countries on the Egyptian crisis in the context of the Kingdom's deviation from the US policies and the historical track.
Riyadh was surprised with Obama Administration's support to the "Muslim Brotherhood" after the fall of Moubarak and considered it a great sin because of this group's threat to the Saudi Monarchy in case it reached power. This threat is on one hand due to the existence of some radical forces inside the kingdom that support the "Muslim Brotherhood", and on another hand because the "Muslim Brotherhood's" rule in Egypt is a challenge for the Saudis because they present Islam in a different form. On this point, former official at the National Security Council, Denis Ross considered that "Saudi Arabia has two major enemies in the region, they are: The Muslim Brotherhood and Iran".
Therefore, it wasn't surprising that Riyadh and its Gulf state allies stood firmly in support of the temporal Egyptian caretaker government, and when Washington cancelled the military maneuvers with Cairo after Mursi's ouster and cancelled its 1.3 million dollar military aid, the Saudis and their Gulf allies rushed to present a 12 times as much amount aid for Egypt.
Only in Syria, from all the "Arab Spring" countries, where the peaceful protests supported and approved by Riyadh. However, this contradicted with Saudi scholars' Fatwas which prohibited demonstrations and were widely promoted on Saudi media to delegitimize any public movements whether inside the kingdom or outside it, like Bahrain, Yemen, Egypt, and Tunisia, under the claim that these demonstrations cause riot and sabotage public and private properties.
With the transformation of the peaceful protests in Syria to a military insurgence, the kingdom was in the lead of supporting this choice and adopted clearly the call to topple Assad's regime militarily.
It is not hard to know the secret behind the Saudi interest to work with all its power against the regime in Syria. The Saudi leadership had seen that the developments in the country were a historic opportunity to compensate for its consecutive losses during the past decade, specifically what it considered a strategic loss in Iraq for the benefit of Iran. Moreover, it saw that making a change in Syria would turn the regional equation, and Iran would then lose an important fulcrum which would affect its connection with "Hezbollah" in Lebanon and the resistance movements in Palestine. Additionally and most importantly in the Saudi calculations is that they will not be alone in confronting the Assad regime, but rather a number of regional and western countries, on top of which is the United States, will be on their side; not to mention that a Saudi lineup in such a confrontation would trigger the fanaticism of a large group inside Saudi Arabia which will stand by the Saudi ruling family under sectarian slogans: "Supporting the Sunni majority in Syria against the rule of the Alawi minority." This reached the extent that Sheikh Saleh Al-Luhaidan, former Head of the Supreme Judicial Council and the current Advisor at the Royal Bureau, announced (not to say issued a Fatwa) at the beginning of the Syrian protests that it is legitimate to kill third of the Syrian people (nearly eight million) to save the two thirds.
The Saudi leadership found in President Obama's threat against Assad regime over the nuclear attack on Damascus suburbs (last August) the perfect opportunity for a direct American military involvement to topple the regime in Syria. It put a lot of hope on the level President Obama could reach, and the Saudi frustration and bitterness was as far when the Americans and Russians reached an agreement that commits the Syrian regime to get rid of its nuclear arsenal.
Here is where the Saudi loss seemed double, as the nuclear agreement did not only form a lifeline for the Syrian regime from a US strike, but it also made it an international partner, as it was regarded as the local side which will supervise the implementation of the agreement after the grip was tightened around it in the previous phase of the conflict and it was abandoned by many western and regional countries who put President Bashar Al-Assad's withdrawal as the first condition for finding a solution for the Syrian crisis.
After announcing about reaching the Geneva agreement (November 24) on the Iranian nuclear file between P5+1 states and Iran, the Saudi frustration towards Obama Administration reached its utmost. This was not merely related to signing the agreement but to the way it was reached, as it was prepared under complete secrecy by launching side negotiations between the US envoys and their Iranian counterparts through several rounds that lasted eight months before finally signing the agreement in Geneva.
What might have also enraged the Saudi leadership and added to its bitterness was that it found itself like a betrayed husband, as the secret negotiation process between the Americans and the Iranians took place behind their backs. What was more infuriating was that the negotiations were held nearby, specifically in Oman. This country is considered their partner as it is a founding member of the Gulf Cooperation Council. Despite that , neither the US ally nor the Gulf partner bothered to inform the Saudis about the negotiations, they were rather treated like all the other countries.

Iran Will not Allow West to Interfere in its Domestic Affairs
Deputy Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Brigadier General Masoud Jazayeri said here on Monday that Iran would not allow West to interfere in its domestic affairs.
Touching on various meetings of visiting EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton in Tehran, Jazayeri asserted that such behaviors are clear violation of diplomatic norms and would pave the way for the future interferences of the West in Iranˈs domestic affairs.
Ashton is better to think about the womenˈs rights in the EU countries, he added.
Ashton arrived in the Iranian capital Saturday evening at the invitation of Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif. This is her first visit to Tehran since 2008.

US requests Iran's cooperation in Levinson case
US Secretary of State John Kerry has asked for Iran's cooperation with the United States in establishing the fate of a "retired FBI agent" who went missing in southern Iran in 2007.
"We respectfully ask the government of Iran to work cooperatively with us on the investigation into his disappearance, so we can ensure his safe return," Kerry said in a statement.
Kerry's statement marked the seventh anniversary of Robert Levinson's disappearance during a visit to Iran's southern Kish Island in the Persian Gulf in March 2007.
The US official further said, "Robert Levinson disappeared seven years ago from Kish Island, Iran, during a business trip," adding, "Given Mr. Levinson's health, age, and length of time in captivity, we mark this anniversary with a special sense of urgency."
The United States has always insisted that Levinson was a private citizen who had traveled to Kish on private business.
However, more than six years after Levinson's disappearance, the Associated Press revealed in December 2013 that the retired FBI agent had been recruited by the US spy agency CIA to run unauthorized espionage operations.
According to the AP, the CIA paid USD 2.5 million to Levinson's family in a bid to pre-empt a revealing lawsuit. Washington slammed the AP's revelation and called the New York-based wire service "highly irresponsible."
The Islamic Republic has announced time and again that it is not holding Levinson, and that his whereabouts are not known.
In December 2013, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif reaffirmed that the retired FBI agent is not incarcerated in the country, adding that if Iran finds any trace of him, it will then discuss his return.
In 2011, former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said Washington believed Levinson was "being held somewhere in southwest Asia."

A new footage posted on the Internet shows the notorious terrorist group of Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) behead a Christian youth with a sword for deserting prayers.
Before carrying out the execution, one of the terrorists accuses the victim of drinking and quitting prayers, threatening others of the same fate.
Syria is now the world's foremost terrorist training ground, with as many as 10,000 foreigners fighting to overthrow the Syrian government, US intelligence sources say.

Cheney: Obama Should Consider Some Military Options
Former Vice President Dick Cheney criticized President BarackCheney Obama on Sunday, saying he failed to consider military options while trying to handle the Ukrainian crisis.
"No military," Cheney said on CBS's "Face The Nation." "He seems to operate that way most of the time. There are military options that don't involve putting troops on the ground in Crimea. We could go back and reinstate the missile defense program that was taken out that was originally going to go in Poland, Czech Republic. Obama took it out to appease [Russian President Vladimir] Putin. We can do joint training exercises with Poland. We can offer military assistance and equipment to the Ukrainians themselves."
Cheney has been a blistering critic of the president, particularly on foreign policy issues, since leaving the vice presidency in 2009. Last March, the Obama administration announced the cancellation of a final stage of a European missile defense program that would've been based partially in Poland, saying the equipment was needed in Alaska to help prevent attacks from North Korea.

Iraq suicide bombing death toll rises to 50
A suicide bombing at a crowded checkpoint south of the Iraqi capital killed 50 people and wounded more than 150, police and a doctor said Monday, raising the toll from the day before.
The bomber detonated an explosives-rigged vehicle during rush hour on Sunday, the first day of the working week in Iraq, at a checkpoint at the northern entrance to the city of Hilla.
Among the dead were five policemen and two state television employees. The blast also left 153 others wounded, according to the sources, who spoke on condition of anonymity.
An interior ministry statement said the bomber had used an explosives-rigged tanker truck in the attack.
Provincial police chief Major General Abbas Abouzaid was moved to police headquarters in Baghdad in the aftermath of the bombing, and was replaced by Major General Riyadh al-Khaikani, a police spokesman said.
Iraq has been hit by a year-long surge in violence that has been mainly caused by foreign backed terrorist groups.
More than 170 people have been killed so far this month and upwards of 1,850 since the beginning of the year, according to AFP figures based on security and medical sources.

ISIL rebuffs peace offers, threaten to 'smash skulls' of traitors
The radical group of Islamic State of Iraq and Levant in Syria has threatened rival al-Nusra Front and Islamic Front, both extremist militant groups, has denounced any effort aimed at ending infighting between these groups who are all fighting to topple the Syrian government.
ISIL spokesman, Abu Mohamed Adnani, released a recorded message in which it said all plans seeking to end problems between ISIL and other groups are actually aimed at expelling the group from the Syria war.
Adnani slammed recent accusations against ISIL and said the al-Nusra Front is the 'Traitor Front', after it replaced ISIL for al-Qaeda chief Aymen Zawahiri who said their main representative in Syria is al-Nusra.
He also slammed the Saudi-backed Islamic Front which entered the Syria war later than al-Nusra and ISIL and said it was a play-toy at the hands of Al Saud royal family and called it the 'Losers Front'.
Infighting between Syria militant groups have been going on for months now, which caused several of their leaders to call for reconciliation.
Al-Nusra Front is a strong militant force on the ground in Syria, supported by the US-backed Syrian opposition as a strong ally and at the same time announced by the US as a terrorist group.
ISIL was formed from al-Qaeda's Islamic State of Iraq which was involved largely in Iraq deadly unrest since the US-led war in the Arab country, but as the Syrian war developed, the group extended its aimed territories and changed its name to the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant which included Syria.
Both groups were allied with the so-called Free Syrian Army in their extensive war in Syria which has been going on for nearly three years and has killed some 140,000 people.
The Islamic Front, is a Salafist organization which was formed on 22 November 2013, which is supported by Saudi Arabia and says it has no ties with the Syrian National Council of the opposition side.
Despite the fact that all three groups share same radical beliefs, same as al-Qaeda, they have been fighting each other which is mostly seen to be because of power struggles.
On February 25, head of the al-Nusra Front, Abu Mohammad al-Golani, set a five-day deadline for ISIL to stop fighting others or suffer consequences.
Adnani said the proposals were all plots to expel ISIL, which he described as an "impossible" thing to do and threatened that anyone who tried to do so, "we will smash their skulls and rip out their stomachs".
Syria sank into war in 2011 when pro-reform protests turned into a massive insurgency following the intervention of Western and regional states.
The unrest, which took in terrorist groups from across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, has transpired as one of the bloodiest conflicts in recent history.
