Shāykh Kāshī (la) überliefert über ihn: "Er war ein Weintrinker, jedoch überlieferte er die Hadithe so wie er sie auch hörte." [Rijāl Al-Kāshī s.90; Mujām Rijāl-Hadith 11/160]
2 – Muhammān ibn Abī Abbād
Al-Khoī (der Raucher) sagte über ihn: "Er wurde bekannt das er ein Weintrinker und Hadithüberlieferer ist." [Mujām Rijāl-Hadith 15/278]
3 – Abdullāh ibn Abī Yafūr
Dieser Weintrinkender war genau so ein wertvoller Überlieferer der Schiīten. Es wird berichtet, dass Abu Abdullāh (Jāfar as-Sādiq) sagte: "Eine Person – Ibn Abī Yafūr – es gab niemanden außer ihn der meine Worte akzeptiert hatte und mir gegenüber gehorsam war." [Rijāl Kāshī 1/467]

Eines Tages Stritten sich zwei junge Männer, als einer der beiden, eine Waffe gegen den anderen richtete. Der andere flehte um sein Leben und kauerte auf dem Boden. Er sagte, "Bitte töte mich nicht", darauf sagte der mit der Waffe, "Wieso wer wird das denn schon herausfinden?", "Siehst du dieses Gras, bei ALLAH das wird gegen dich bezeugen, dass du mich getötet hast" antwortete ihm der auf dem Boden. So erschoss er ihn und Lächelte über seine Aussage.
Einige Jahre später, heiratete der Mörder und begab sich mit seiner Frau zur Ernte. Dann sah er dieses Gras und musste Lächeln. Als seine Frau das sah, war sie neugierig und fragte, "Warum Lächelst du denn so, hast du was entdeckt?". "Nein, rief er ihr zu, und nickte mit dem Kopf..". Seine Frau ließ der Gedanke einfach nicht los, was da wohl war. So drängte sie ihn, "Bei Allah, du wirst mir sagen, was dich zum Lächeln gebracht hat..". Er zögerte und sagte schließlich,"Na gut, aber was ich dir jetzt sage, darfst du keinem Erzählen"...Sie nickte...
Er fing an zu Erzählen, wie er dieses Gras sah und sich an einem Mann erinnerte den er vor Jahren tötete, und dieser Mann, schwor, dass dieses Gras eines Tages ihn Verraten würde. Seine Frau, stand mit offenem Mund starr vor ihm und schwieg.... Am nächsten Tag, ging sie zur Polizei und berichtete ihnen von der Geschichte. Bei seiner Verhaftung fragte der Mörder, worum es geht. Der Polizist antwortete ihm, das Gras hat dich verraten....

Shaykh Muqbil über das befolgen einer Aussage ohne Beweis
Die Frage: Es ist bei vielen der Jugendlichen verbreitet das sie sich an die Gelehrten und einige Personen hängen, ohne deren Beweise zu kennen. So haben sie angefangen an der Aussage eines Gelehrten festzuhalten ohne einen Beweis. Und hierauf entwickelte sich eine Fitnah unter vielen der Jugendlichen welche sie vom erlernen des Wissens der Shari´ah abhält. Was ist also ihre Nasiha gegenüber ihnen und welche es ihnen gleich tun?
Die Antwort: Meine Ratschlag ist, das wir die Gelehrten in einer Weise lieben, welche der Shari´ah entspricht, und ihnen auf keinen Fall ohne Beweise folgen (Taqleed),:
"Folgt dem was euch von eurem Herrn herabgesandt wurde und folgt ausser diesem keinen awliyaa, wie wenig ihr doch bedenkend seid"
Und in der Zeit der Sahaabah gab es keinen "Bakryy" und auch keinen "Umaryy" mit der Bedeutung, das er alle Aussagen von Abu Bakr annimmt und ihm Blind folgt ohne Beweis oder die Aussagen von Umar und ihnen blind Folgt ohne Beweis, Und auch keinen "Uthmaanyy" wenn man Uthmaanyy hört meint man damit das er Uthmaan liebt und das er besser ist als Alyy (Ahl as Sunnah haben Ikhtilaaf wer vorzüglicher ist Uthmaan oder Alyy jedoch keinen Ikhtilaaf in der reihenfolge der Khiraafah) , und damit ist nicht gemeint das er ihm (Uthmaan) in jeder Sache blind folgt. Und Allah Subhanahu wa Ta´ala sagt:
"Und was euch der Gesandte gab das nehmt und was er euch verboten hat davon haltet euch fern "
Und wir sind in diesem Lande, dem Land des Tauhiid, dem Land der Sunnah und es steht uns nicht zu den Menschen eine schlechte Gewohnheit einzuführen, und das wir dem So und So ohne Beweise folgen. Aber wir lesen ihre Bücher und ziehen unseren Nutzen aus ihrem Verständnis und möge Allah ihnen gute entlohnung dafür geben. Und sie selbst waren nicht zudrieden damit das ihnen jemand Blind folgt ohne Beweise
