#Pakistan: Over 22,500 #Thar families still without relief supplies. This does not make any sense when you realise that Pakistan is the third largest agricultural country in the world!
So questions should be asked what is the issue here? why is it that the people of Pakistan languish almost on the poverty line yet the resources of the country are plentiful not just to feed the people of Pakistan but neighbouring countries with ease.

Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilaya Jordan Campaign + Conference
Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilaya Jordan concludes a 1 month mass-campaign entitled: "وَمَنْ أَعْرَضَ عَنْ ذِكْرِي فَإِنَّ لَهُ مَعِيشَةً ضَنكًا" "And whoever turns away from my remembrance, indeed he will have a depressed/straitened life" It concluded this campaign with a conference held in the capital – Amman, in which two issues were highlighted: The 90th anniversary of the destruction of the Khilafah and the 3rd anniversary of the Syrian Revolution. Interview in English with media rep. from HT Jordan during conference: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HjJYLHkrM9Y As part of the campaign, the hizb conducted dozens of activities across Jordan that included: lectures & talks in the mosques, mass-street campaigns, Dawah stalls, and distribution of pamphlets & leaflets. The main objective of the campaign was to highlight that the primary reason for all the problems that the society faces, like poverty, corruption, and crime; is due to the absence of Shariah; and that the only way to guarantee a better life and to please Allah (sw) was through the implementation of the rules of Allah through the establishment of the Khilafah. With border tensions still flaring with #Afghanistan, #Pakistan is now embroiled in border tensions with #Iran.
On Wednesday Iran demanded "serious and swift action" by Pakistan to secure the release of abducted Iranian soldiers, threatening incursions on territory. The phenomenon of border tensions between Muslims is now common throughout the Muslim World, whether in South Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East or North Africa. And its origin is man-made kufr law, the Sykes-Picot agreement of 1916 which divided the Muslim Lands into nation states as a prelude to the complete 1924 abolition of the state for all Muslims the Caliphate.
It is this divide and rule policy that prevents the Muslims of all races and schools of thought from being one effective force against the real enemies, rather than bickering, squabbling and brawling amongst each other.
The Caliphate wherever it arises first, in Syria, Pakistan or any other place, will work to end this scourge on the Muslims of borders and national state. It is a non-nationalist, non-sectarian state which will be the leadership of all Muslims and it will work to practically unify all Muslim Lands as one state with one Ameer.
Thus the Khalifah will regard the current Muslim states as the subject of unification, for the Khilafah is a single state for all Muslims and the Ummah must hold the Khalifah for Islam's implementation. From the first hours of the re-establishment, the Khalifah will work to end the borders between Muslims, establishing a single armed forces, a single state treasury and a single citizenry for this vast and resource rich Ummah. And Hizb ut-Tahrir, the world's only global Islamic party working for the Khilafah will mobilize with full vigour to assist the Khalifah.

The Raheel-Nawaz regimes efforts to make Muslims accept the American presence in Pakistan and the region exposes the double standards of the masters of the regime, American. What America expects other nations to tolerate, it will never tolerate itself.
The "Monroe Doctrine" as it came to be known, was a policy of the United States introduced on December 2, 1823 during President James Monroe's seventh annual State of the Union Address to Congress. It stated that further efforts by European nations to colonize land or interfere with states in North or South America would be viewed as acts of aggression, requiring US intervention. Essentially, the United States was informing the powers of the Old World that the American continents were no longer open to European influence, and that any effort to extend European political hegemony into the New World would be considered by the United States "as dangerous to our peace and safety."
The United States would not interfere in European wars or internal affairs, and firmly expected Europe to stay out of American affairs. By the end of the nineteenth century, Monroe's declaration was seen as a defining moment in the foreign policy of the United States and one of its longest-standing tenets. American double standards are known around the world by its victims, from Latin America to south East Asia. It resented interference in its own affairs but has no problem in interfering in the affairs of others, in fact it views it as its right, by all means available to it.
As Pakistan knows too well, the means included political and military contact, intelligence assets such as the CIA and diplomatic facilities, the embassy and consulates.
So why should the Muslims tolerate this intolerable presence and interference?
Why is it not the right of Muslims to expect that the state sponsors a forced eviction of this unwanted presence, rather than leaving it to non-state actors?

Naveed Butt, the well known and widely respected Official Spokesman for Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilayah of Pakistan, continues to be held in abduction by the thugs of the regime, since he was first seized on 11 May 2012, almost two years ago. Naveed's tireless exposure of the colonialist conspiracies against the Muslims and clear presentation of how the ruling by the Deen of Islam will provide Khair for the Muslim World and beyond it, was greatly resented by traitors within the political and military leadership. So these tyrants mobilized to silence Naveed, in blind obedience to the policies of their colonialist masters, who fight the call for the Khilafah wherever it is likely to arise, from Syria to Uzbekistan. Thus, these oppressors added to their many crimes against Islam, by chasing Naveed here and there, until their thugs seized him before the eyes of his small children. And until today, not only do they confine Naveed to their dungeons, they undertake a campaign of persecution against the shabaab of Hizb ut Tahrir. Indeed, the extent of their resentment is such that they send their thugs to chase after the shabaab, wherever they stand to address the people by speech or by the distribution of leaflets, even if it were for a little while!
O Muslims of Pakistan!
Regret and despair is not for Naveed, inshaaAllah, for he is treading the path well worn by those who preceded him in calling to Khair and bearing hardships in the way, from amongst the Prophets (as), the Companions (ra) and those who follow them in Righteousness. Even the long separation from the family is not a cause of regret and despair, for it is the promise of Allah (swt) that the good will be brought together with their families, not for the short span of this life, but forever in Jannah, a blessed reunion with no end. Allah (swt) said,
((جَنَّـتُ عَدْنٍ يَدْخُلُونَهَا وَمَنْ صَلَحَ مِنْ ءَابَائِهِمْ وَأَزْوَجِهِمْ وَذُرِّيَّاتِهِمْ وَالمَلَـئِكَةُ يَدْخُلُونَ عَلَيْهِمْ مِّن كُلِّ بَابٍ))
"Gardens of perpetual bliss: they shall enter there, as well as the righteous among their fathers, their spouses, and their offspring." [Surah ar-Ra`d: 23]. Nor is the oppression that those who call for Islam are facing a cause of regret and despair, for it is a confirmation that inshaaAllah the victory draws near. Indeed testing is the fire within which the Iman in Allah (swt) is forged and the pleasure of Allah (swt), His Help and His Victory is truly earned. For Allah (swt) said,
أَمْ حَسِبْتُمْ أَن تَدْخُلُواْ الْجَنَّةَ وَلَمَّا يَأْتِكُم مَّثَلُ الَّذِينَ خَلَوْاْ مِن قَبْلِكُم مَّسَّتْهُمُ الْبَأْسَآءُ وَالضَّرَّآءُ وَزُلْزِلُواْ حَتَّى يَقُولَ الرَّسُولُ َالَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مَعَهُ مَتَى نَصْرُ اللَّهِ أَلاَ إِنَّ نَصْرَ اللَّهِ قَرِيبٌ
"Or think you that you will enter Paradise without such (trials) as came to those who passed away before you They were afflicted with severe poverty and ailments and were so shaken that even the Messenger and those who believed along with him said, "When (will come) the help of Allah'' Yes! Certainly, the help of Allah is near!" [Surah Al Baqarah 2:214].
Yes indeed, regret and despair is never for the one who performs his duty before Allah (swt), raising the word of truth before the tyrant. Rather regret and dispair is for the tyrants themselves who persecute the callers to Islam rather then heed their call. Allah (swt) says,
((إِنَّ الَّذِينَ فَتَنُوا الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَتُوبُوا فَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ الْحَرِيقِ)) "Those who persecute the Believers, men and women, and do not turn in repentance, will have the Penalty of Hell: They will have the Penalty of the Burning Fire." [Surah Al-Buruj 85:10]. And regret and despair are both for those who issue the commands of oppression, as well as those thugs who are their limbs, eyes and ears in the execution of those commands, blindly obeying those who disobey Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw). Allah (swt) said,
((وَقَالُوا رَبَّنَا إِنَّا أَطَعْنَا سَادَتَنَا وَكُبَرَاءَنَا فَأَضَلُّونَا السَّبِيلَ )) "And they will say: Our Lord! Verily we obeyed our chiefs and our great ones, and they misled us from the (Right) Way" [Surah Al-Ahzab 33:67]
O Armed Forces of Pakistan!
The abduction and persecution of the callers to Islam is but one oppression committed today, by traitors within the military and political leadership. Indeed they have committed all manner of oppression to the highest level, leaving the country exposed to its enemies and its people languishing in hardship and poverty. And whilst this oppression, this obedience to our enemies and this flagrant implementation of kufr, continues, we will always be afflicted by humiliation, despair, grave affliction and punishment. Allah (swt) says,
وَاتَّقُوا فِتْنَةً لاَ تُصِيبَنَّ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا مِنْكُمْ خَاصَّةً وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ "And fear the Fitnah (affliction and trial) which affects not in particular (only) those of you who oppress (but it will afflict everyone) and know that Allah is Severe in punishment." [Surah al-Anfaal: 25]. RasulAllah (saw) said, إنَّ النَّاسَ إَذا رَأوُا الظَّالِمَ فَلمْ يَأْخُذُوا عَلى يَدَيْهِ أوْشَكَ أن يَعُمَّهُمُ اللَّهُ بعِقَاب "If the people witness an oppressor and they do not take him by his hands (to prevent him) then they are close to Allah covering them all with punishment." [Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi, ibn Majah].
The fact that this oppression continues today is wholly upon you, for you in the eyes of Islam are the people of Nussrah, Material Support, who are capable to end the kufr rule and restore the Islamic ruling. Indeed, it is through approaching your predecessors from amongst the men of arms that RasulAllah (saw) stripped the kufr rule of its physical support that it depended upon for its survival. He (saw) sought the strong, discerning material capability in detail, asking » «وهل عند قومك منعة؟ "Do your people have strength?" and rejecting those too weak to secure Islam from its enemies. Thus he met many tribes including; Banu Kalb, Banu Hanifah, Banu Amr bin Sa'asah, Banu Kinda and Banu Shaiban. He (saw) persisted in this methodology patiently until Allah granted success in the matter of Nussrah, with the Ansar (ra), a small but sincere and brave group from within the men of war. And so Nussrah for Islam as a rule was secured by the methodology of the Prophethood, transforming the torn and divided Yathrib into a powerful beacon for Islam, Madinah Al-Manawwarah.
O Armed Forces of Pakistan!
Men like Naveed are neither a surprise nor an exception, for this soil is fertile for acts of bravery fuelled by Iman. Since we first embraced Islam during the era of the Khilafah Rashida, we as Muslims have bled and toiled for Islam. We were victorious over the forces of kufr, ruling by Islam for hundreds of years such that the Indian Subcontinent became the envy of the entire world. We irrigated this soil with our blood, to fearlessly resist the kufr British Raj for over two hundred years. We forced the evacuation of the British troops such that they never dared to return again, so that Pakistan could be established in the name of Islam. During the partition of Muslim India, we laid down our lives in hundreds of thousands, not counting our martyrs, for the pleasure of Allah (swt).
Until today Islam runs in our veins, it is our cause and we live for its sake. And today, right now in this moment, the methodology of the Prophethood for establishing Islam demands Nussrah from its people, which is each and every one of you. So, beware of losing your own Hereafter for the sake of the worldly gains of the oath-breakers that pollute the ranks of our leadership from the Raheel-Sharif regime! Secure the return of the Khilafah on the Methodology of the Prophethood by granting the Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir under its Ameer the eminent jurist and statesman, Sheikh Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah. Those who have yet to come forward, must do so now, for the work for the Khilafah is near its end and not at its beginning. So come forwards, knowing that no harm can befall us without the permission of Allah (swt) and that the Believer fears none but Allah (swt).
Allah (swt) said, ((أَتَخْشَوْنَهُمْ فَاللَّهُ أَحَقُّ أَنْ تَخْشَوْهُ إِنْ كُنتُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ))
"Do you fear them, Allah is more worthy to be fearful of, if you are Believers." [Surah At-Tawba 9:13]

The State Bank warned on Friday 28th March that despite some positive economic indicators fiscal deficit could be in the range of 6 to 7 per cent of GDP for the current financial year, even if the country received the coalition support fund and proceeds from 3G licence before July.
From time to time the regime issues statement to emphasize that Pakistan will collapse without foreign loans. This is a feeble stance, of a beggar holding out his hat for scraps. In reality, the poverty of the Muslim countries is an artificial poverty caused by the negligence of those occupying the seats of governance and the sources of decision makers.
The wealth of the Ummah and its public property, such as its abundant energy resources, is squandered or privatized to benefit a thin slice of the society. Instead of public property being distributed to the Ummah which is their right, it settles in the pockets of the rulers and those whom they bribe for support, in their internal and external bank accounts, both secretly and publicly. Then the country is tied to the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund through America's poison called aid, which is the means for Western colonialist nations to exert influence and control in our lands.
This is the cause of poverty in the Muslim countries, although they are abundant with wealth bestowed by Allah SWT far-exceeding its need, if only properly placed within the framework as disclosed by the Allah, the All-knowing.

A much awaited standing committee report on a controversial bill
seeking to tighten terrorism prosecution came to the National Assembly on Wednesday 2 April 2014, indicating the government will press its house majority into action after a consensus remained elusive. Such anti-terrorist laws are subject to the political bias of America and are imposed through her agents in the Muslim World. Since the 1970s, America has generated national and international public opinion according to her viewpoint of what constitutes terrorism. She has consistently exploited violent actions aimed at civilian targets for her own ends, whether these actions came from political or military movements not linked to America, or from movements connected to the intelligence services of America, such as the CIA supervised Raymond Davis network in Pakistan.
Since the United States has identified Islam as her greatest enemy
after the fall of communism, the Islamic countries are now seen as
strategic areas in which she will use the anti-terrorism law in order
to increase her influence and keep them under control. This is why we will find many Islamic movements that labelled as terrorist by the United States. Even political parties and movements that do not use material actions to realise their objectives are not exempt from this label. Thus the United States considers the activity of any movement, party or state calling for the return of Islam as a terrorist action breaching international law. With this justification, and by compelling those nations who have adopted the anti-terrorism legislation, she is able to mobilise the forces of these nations under her leadership to strike these movements, parties or states.
It is incumbent on those Muslims working for the re-establishment of the Khilafah, or supporting its re-establishment, from the media and others, to expose the reality of this law to Islamic and global public opinion. They must also expose the reality of US policy which works to dominate the world through this law, and that she is the real perpetrator of many of the bombings and explosions worldwide that have been attributed to Muslim individuals, groups or states.

After stabilising for a brief spell, mainly due to the large influx of dollar loans, whose interest based repayments will cripple the economy further soon, the consumer prices on an average rose 8.5% in March 2014 compared to the same month a year ago. And this is whilst the government prepares to announce a third phase of increase in gas and electricity tariffs to further break the backs of the people.
The Consumer Price Index (CPI)-based inflation increased 8.53% in March, driven by higher prices of food items, according to figures released by the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS) on Tuesday 1 April 2014.
Food inflation swelled 9.3% compared to the same month a year ago and 7.6% in February, according to the PBS. Prices of household kitchen items like tomatoes, potatoes, eggs and fresh fruits rose significantly, with a maximum increase of 93% in potato rates.
Islam has mandated that the currency of the state is backed by precious metal wealth, ending the root cause of inflation.
RasulAllah SAW commanded the Muslims to mint Gold Dinars, weighing 4.25g, and Silver Dirhams, weighing 2.975g, as the currency of the state. This is why the Khilafah enjoyed stable prices for over a thousand years.
Today the Khilafah will employ exchange of commodities, such as copper, and foreign exchange for gold and silver and will be mindful of net outgoing of gold and silver during international trade, though the Muslim World is self-sufficient in most matters.
Moreover, re-establishing gold and silver in international trade will end the unfair disadvantage that America has by imposing the dollar on international trade.

#Pakistan's capitalist system itself is the cause of privatization of the Ummah's assets
On Friday 4 April, Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari criticised the government for its policy of privatisation. "In the name of privatization the government is planning on selling of the nations assets," he lamented. "The people of Pakistan will never sell of their assets." However, this is the pot calling the kettle black. In reality privatization is not the policy of any single government in the current capitalist system, but of all governments who come to rule in this kufr system.
The rampant privatization of state and public property is one of the pillars of the capitalist system, initiated in Pakistan by the colonialists and slavishly implemented by the Musharraf-Aziz government, then the Kayani-Zardari regime and now the Raheel-Nawaz regime. The colonialists are so greedy for the Ummah's resources in Pakistan that they have made sure successive governments maintain a separate ministry for privatization! The ministry of privatization has put a number of Pakistan's strategic assets on the privatization list like PSO, PTCL, OGDCL, SNGPL, SSGPL, Pak oil field etc. and this list is growing day by day.
The privatization drive does not care for the fact that many of the assets are public properties, of immense benefit and need for the entire society. Properties such as oil, gas and electricity interests once privatized raise immense profits for private parties, but at a terrible cost to society at wide, as people are faced with ever rising costs to line the pockets of the private owners. Any government that arises in this kufr system will continue with privatization of the Ummah's public properties.
The only solution is to abolish the kufr system and establish the Khilafah in its place. Islam will end the capitalist economy and establish an Islamic one. As a system Islam ensures the distribution of wealth and one of its mechanisms is the public ownership of electricity resources as well as coal, oil and gas. As such these resources are neither owned by the state nor individuals. Instead, the state administers this resource to ensure that its benefit is used for all the citizens, regardless of race, color, school of thought and religion.
The Khilafah will abolish taxes upon power and fuel which have further greatly inflated their prices. It will charge only to cover their production and distribution costs, if needed, and any profit from sales to non-hostile non-Muslim states will be put to use for taking care of the public's needs. Islam's electricity policy will contribute to a massive industrialization of Pakistan, supervised by the Khilafah.

#Syria: What is the value of the Quran to our rulers?
Surely the value lies in not the reading or reciting of it though that is a rewardable action but by application of it and the sunnah, both encompassed within a constitution.
Thus if they do not value the Quran how can we expect them to value life itself?
The Khilafah is the need of the time.
