Militants Launch Chemical Attack on Homs Residential Areas

The foreign-backed militants fired mortar shells, containing poisonous chemical substances, on several residential areas in the city of Homs.
The terrorists attacked the cities of Al-Sabil and Al-Zahra districts in Homs with mortar rounds containing poisonous chlorine agent.
Chlorine gas, which was widely used during World War I, can be deadly.
In late August 2013, rebels and local residents in Ghouta in Damascus countryside accused Saudi Prince Bandar bin Sultan of providing chemical weapons to an al-Qaeda linked rebel group.
Interviews with people in Damascus and Ghouta, a suburb of the Syrian capital, where the humanitarian agency Doctors Without Borders said at least 355 people had died in late August from what it believed to be a neurotoxic agent, appear to indicate as much, Infowars.com said in a report written by Dale Gavlak and Yahya Ababneh.
From numerous interviews with doctors, Ghouta residents, rebel fighters and their families, a different picture emerges. Many believe that certain rebels received chemical weapons via the Saudi intelligence chief, Prince Bandar bin Sultan, and were responsible for carrying out the dealing gas attack.
"My son came to me two weeks ago asking what I thought the weapons were that he had been asked to carry," said Abu Abdel-Moneim, the father of a rebel fighting to unseat Assad, who lives in Ghouta.
Abdel-Moneim said his son and 12 other rebels were killed inside of a tunnel used to store weapons provided by a Saudi militant, known as Abu Ayesha, who was leading a fighting battalion. The father described the weapons as having a "tube-like structure" while others were like a "huge gas bottle."
Ghouta townspeople said the rebels were using mosques and private houses to sleep while storing their weapons in tunnels.
Abdel-Moneim said his son and the others died during the chemical weapons attack. That same day, the militant group Jabhat al-Nusra, which is linked to the al-Qaeda, announced that it would similarly attack civilians in the Assad regime's heartland of Latakia on Syria's western coast, in purported retaliation.
"They didn't tell us what these arms were or how to use them," complained a female fighter named 'K.' "We didn't know they were chemical weapons. We never imagined they were chemical weapons."
"When Saudi Prince Bandar gives such weapons to people, he must give them to those who know how to handle and use them," she warned. She, like other Syrians, do not want to use their full names for fear of retribution.
A well-known rebel leader in Ghouta named 'J' agreed. "Jabhat al-Nusra militants do not cooperate with other rebels, except with fighting on the ground. They do not share secret information. They merely used some ordinary rebels to carry and operate this material," he said.
"We were very curious about these arms. And unfortunately, some of the fighters handled the weapons improperly and set off the explosions," 'J' said.
Doctors who treated the chemical weapons attack victims cautioned interviewers to be careful about asking questions regarding who, exactly, was responsible for the deadly assault.
The humanitarian group Doctors Without Borders added that health workers aiding 3,600 patients also reported experiencing similar symptoms, including frothing at the mouth, respiratory distress, convulsions and blurry vision. The group has not been able to independently verify the information.
More than a dozen rebels interviewed reported that their salaries came from the Saudi government.

في كل دول العالم, الجيش عبارة عن مجندين من الشعب يخضعون لنظام تجنيد تقرره الدولة, ويخضعون في الوقت نفسه لقوانين الدولة, بمعنى أن اللص والقاتل والمتحرش وتاجر المخدرات يُعاقب وفقاً للقانون, وفي كل دول العالم لا ينال العسكري امتيازات تزيد عن الشخص العادي, بل أن العسكريين يخضعون بالكامل لسلطة المدنيين, لأن هذا هو الأصل, فالأصل في المجتمعات هو المدنية, وحتى بالنسبة للتكريم على مستوى الانجاز, فكل قيادات حرب اكتوبر مثلاً, قد ماتوا أو استشهدوا أو قتلوا في عهد السادات في حادث الطائرة الشهير الذي قتل فيه اهم عسكريين في مصر بينما بقى الفريق سعد الدين الشاذلي رحمة الله عليه منفياً بعيداً عن وطنه ليعود بعد عدة سنوات فيتم سجنه بتهم واهية وقال المخلوع نفسه وقتها, لو طلب مني العفو لعفوت عنه, التناقض هو أن نرى نفس القطيع الذي يردد ( تسلم الأيادي ) لجيش لم يعرف الحرب طوال 41 سنة لا يهتم اطلاقاً عندما يسمع عن تدهور الظروف المعيشية لاحد ابطال الحرب مثل عبد العاطي صائد الدبابات, القطيع نفسه, يكافح ليحصل على واسطة ليفلت من التجنيد ويتحدث مع اصدقاءه على القهوة عن الرشوة التي دفعها لاحد اللواءات ليزيل اسمه من كشوف التجنيد أو الهدية التي قدمها زميله للواء في المكان الفلاني ليقضي فترة تجنيده في المنزل, ثم تسمع نفس المغفل المتهرب من التجنيد يهلل لجيش لم تتعدى انجازاته سوى صناعة المكرونة, ويردد بمنتهى الجهل حديث موضوع أو ضعيف في احسن الاحوال ( خير اجناد الارض ) بينما هو دفع نقوداً لكي لا يكون من ( خير اجناد الارض ), السؤال اليس جنود فرعون الذين قال الله عنهم في القرآن ( خاطئين ) من ( خير اجناد الارض ) بحسب تعريفهم ؟ وما هي انجازات هذا الجيش غير مهاجمة المظاهرات وصناعة المكرونة ؟ سؤال آخر : هل عندما يؤدي شخص من المتظاهرين خدمته العسكرية, هل يصبح بعد ارتداءه للزي العسكري خير اجناد الارض بعد ان كان الاعلام يصفه بأنه ارهابي ؟ اليس عبود الزمر الذي اتهم في اغتيال السادات ضابطاً في المخابرات الحربية ؟ أي انه كان وفقاً لهذا المعيار من خير أجناد الأرض ؟ أي معايير هذه ؟؟ ما هذا التخلف والانحطاط الفكري ؟ هل كتب على أمتنا ان تعيش خلف التاريخ لمجرد ان الاعلام استنسخ قطعان من الماعز تردد ما يقولونه لهم دون تفكير ؟ وهل تتحمل مصر كل هذه الضريبة من الشهداء بسبب عرصخانجية الاعلام وخونة الجيش والقطيع التابع لهم بدون تفكير ؟؟ هذا القطيع هو من انتج العرص الذي لا يجيد تكوين جملة واحدة سليمة, الذي قال في احد تسريباته ان هتلر هو مثله الأعلى, مع أن هتلر لم يكن عسكرياً وقال عليه ( لا دا شركسي بتاع كله ) وهي جملة تكشف عن البيئة الثقافية المنحطة للعرص ولذلك دشن المصريون حملة #انتخبوا_العرص

Sheikh 'Abdul 'Aziz Al-Badri (Rahimuhullah)
Sheikh 'Abdul 'Aziz Al-Badri joined Hizb ut Tahrir to become an effective member in it until he was appointed as the leader of the of Hizb ut Tahrir in the Wilaayah of Al-Iraq. He was active calling to the thoughts of the Hizb related to the implementation of the Sharee'ah and the establishment of the Islamic Khilafah. He would right communiqués and leaflets from the Hizb and distributed them across Al-Iraq.
He was a Waa'izh and Khateeb who was bold and courageous when it came to speaking the Haqq and he was passionate in regards to the Islamic Da'wah. He performed Hajj to the House of Allah a number of times and he was a man who strove in Allah's way not fearing the Lawmah of the Laa'im (Blame of the blamers i.e. any consequences) and for this reason he was arrested on a number of occasions. He stood firmly against the communist influx that occurred in Iraq in the time of Abdul Karim Qasim who used to call himself 'The one and only leader'. So he addressed him and attacked him in lectures and Khutbahs and used to say about him: 'Cruel, moreover, and an illegitimate pretender ' (in reference to aayah 13 of Surah Al-Qalam) and he would say in his Khutbah: 'Na'oodhu Billahi min Sayyiaat Hukaaminaa' (We seek refuge in Allah from the evil deeds of our rulers).
His open challenge reached its highest extent when Abdul Karim Qasim executed a group from amongst the Army leaders including the Naazhim At-Tabaqjaliy and Rif'at Al-Haaj Sirriy amongst others. So the Sheikh roused the masses and led the protests that numbered more that forty thousand protesters, all of them were calling in unison for the downfall of Abdul Karim Qasim. He also issued a Fatwaa declaring that the communists, who were the supporters and helpers of Abdul Karim Qasim, to be outside of the fold of Islaam and he called for them to be struggled against. As a result it was only natural for the government to confine him to house arrest which lasted for one year from the 2nd of December 1959 to the 2nd of December 1960. The ban was then lifted from him however he did not quiet down and did not cease giving speeches and attacking the government in addition to calling the people against it. Orders were then given to stop him from his employment and was constrained once again to his house. He was then imprisoned again from the 8th of July 1961 until the 4th of December of the same year when a general pardon was given to political prisoners. Whilst he was in prison he was afflicted by great trials and much torture however he remained steadfast and patient and did not given in or accept any deals and tempting incentives that were offered to him.
His martyrdom (Rahimuhullah):
In the era of the President Ahmad Hassan Al-Bakr he was imprisoned once again, when he was kidnapped by the intelligence agency run by Saddam Hussein at night whilst he was returning back to his home. They took him to the Qasr An-Nihaayah prison and they tortured him severely, they cut off parts of his body and it is said that they cut off his tongue. He breathed his last breath whilst in prison and he passed away in Rabee' ul-Awwal in the year 1389 Hijri (June 1969). After seventeen days his executioners dumped his body in front of his house and informed his family that he had died from a heart attack whilst demanding that he be buried without any examination taking place. However the news spread and they carried his coffin to the Abu Hanifah Masjid and performed the Janaazah prayer over him. At this point his brother displayed hi brother to the crowds who had gathered so that they could witness the signs of torture that covered his whole body which included their spiteful tearing off of his beard.
He passed away and he had not even exceeded forty years of his life, a life that was full of suffering and affliction. He was a model and high example in respect to endurance and remaining patient and steadfast in the face of being tested. He was buried in the Khaizraan graveyard in AL-A'zhamiyah may Allah's mercy be upon him.

The #Khilafah is the only solution to deal with the expensive and disrupted electricity supply
Minister of State for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali on Sunday 13 April said the maximum hours of load-shedding in the country will not exceed eight hours. "I can assure you today that from now on the maximum schedule of electricity load shedding in the whole country will not cross eight hours," the minister said.
The Minister is misleading the people and diverting their attention from the real cause of costly and shortage stricken electricity. It is through democracy's implementation of capitalism, the government is responsible for Pakistan's electricity crisis. The present capitalist system ensures that through privatization a few private owners, foreign and local, fully benefit from electricity resources whilst the public faces hardship. Privatization raises electricity prices so that the private owners can profit in their business. As an example the World Bank has closely overseen rises in electricity charges, which surged between 2000 & 2004 and continue to rise such that people are paying as much for electricity in the winter as they used to in the peak of summer before massive privatization took hold.
So, whilst private owners amass huge wealth by owning electricity resources, the rest of society is stricken by increasingly un-affordable energy prices. In addition, regarding the electricity shortages, the government itself fell into debt to these private interests to the order of billions of Rupees and continues to be in danger of falling into large debts. Then the private interests reduced production of electricity because they were not paid what they were due and were not able to maintain profits.
Only Islam will end the capitalist economy which is the cause of the expensive and disrupted electricity supply. As a system Islam ensures the distribution of wealth and one of its mechanisms is the public ownership of electricity resources as well as coal, oil and gas. As such these resources are neither owned by the state nor individuals.
Instead, the state administers this resource to ensure that its benefit is used for all the citizens, regardless of race, color, school of thought and religion. The Khilafah will abolish taxes upon power and fuel which have further greatly inflated their prices. It will charge only to cover their production and distribution costs, if needed, and any profit from sales to non-hostile non-Muslim states will be put to use for taking care of public needs.

It is Western Freedoms that Wreck Society
The Foreign Office sharply reacted on Thursday 18 April 2014 to Britain's 'Annual Human Rights and Democracy Report' that marked Pakistan as a country of concern and rejected the criticism as unacceptable. The report said that there was a risk that human rights standards in Pakistan could deteriorate during 2014 and flagged a number of reasons for its concern, including lack of progress on setting up national human rights commission and non-implementation of recommendations agreed with the UN Human Rights Council for preventing violence against minorities. The regime's stance is weak because it accepts Western human rights as a standard and only contests whether Pakistan is following them. However, the ideological Islamic Khilafah state will challenge the basis for these Western human rights that are being put up as a standard for the world.
America and the West calls for and strives to force Muslims to adopt is "human rights". Many Muslims are attracted to this slogan because of the oppression, torture, and persecution they suffer from their rulers. However, the origin of these Western human rights is the Capitalist ideology's view of the nature of man, this principle conceives man as inherently good and not bad, and that any evil that is committed by man is a result of restricting his will. For this reason, the Capitalists call for freeing mans will in order to express his good nature. From this perspective, the concept of "freedom" emanated and became the most prominent idea in the Capitalist ideology.
However, these "freedoms" have lowered human-beings below the level of the animals. Personal freedom has "freed" man from his responsibility to marry woman, secure her maintenance and share in the upbringing of children, leading to armies of unmarried women who are forced to work, as well as raise their children by themselves. Freedom of ownership has "freed" a small band of capitalists to usurp the public property such as oil and gas, allowing them to amass huge fortunes at the expense of society, contributing to an immense concentration of wealth in the hands of a few. Freedom of expression has "freed" tongues to abuse the Prophets (may peace be upon them all) and ridiculing of the entire concept of revelation, to the point that most of the Western people live on this earth, without any serious consideration for the Hereafter. And these are just some of the ills that freedom have unleashed upon Western society, so why must we as Muslims, believers of the true revealed Deen of Islam, accept these standards for ourselves?
In the coming Khilafah state, the Muslims will present practically a sublime standard for the entire world, as they did for over a thousand years. By implementing the limits that Allah SWT has prescribed, Islam will again practically preserve the mind, belief, honour, property and race of all humankind.
