    Im Jemen hat es bei einem Drohnen-Angriff Tote und Verletzte gegeben.

    Nach Angaben von Sicherheitskräften wurden mindestens neun Männer getötet, die der Terrororganisation Al-Kaida angehören sollen. Auch Zivilisten sind demnach unter den Opfern. Es hieß, die islamistischen Kämpfer seien in der zentralen Provinz Baida unterwegs gewesen, als ihr Fahrzeug von dem unbemannten Flugzeug beschossen wurde. Nur die USA verfügen in dieser Region über Drohnen. - Nach einem ähnlichen Vorfall im Dezember hatte das jemenitische Parlament solche Angriffe untersagt. Die Regierung in Sanaa hält den Einsatz der Drohnen gegen Terroristen dagegen für notwendig.
