| Blogtrottr <busybee@blogtrottr.com>: Aug 25 03:25PM +0100 Allah My Lifeツs Facebook-Pinnwand Allah My Lifeツs Facebook-Pinnwand بيان من نقابة أطباء مصر زميلي الطبيب زميلتي الطبيبة.. لقد طفح الكيل مما ألت إليه... http://www.facebook.com/In.Order.To.Enter.Paradise/posts/765230523540772 Aug 25th 2014, 13:41 بيان من نقابة أطباء مصر زميلي الطبيب زميلتي الطبيبة.. لقد طفح الكيل مما ألت إليه أوضاع الأطباء والصحة في مصر في ظل سياسات حكوميه تتسم بالتلاعب وعدم الالتزام بالقوانين ,فبعد شهور من صدور القانون 14 الغير مرضى أصلا لطموح الأطباء والعاملين بالصحة نفاجأ أن حتى هذا القانون الهزيل لا يصرف لكل الأطباء وسط مشاكل صرف مفتعله في شتى أنحاء الجمهورية أدت إلى نقص ما يتقاضاه الأطباء في بعض الأماكن والتخصصات, مثل نقص مستحقات المناطق النائية وأطباء الطوارئ. أما فيما يخص التعديلات على القانون 14 والتي اقرها مجلس الوزراء في 7 مايو الماضي والتي تعطى تحسينا طفيفا لعيوب القانون 14 والتي بناءا عليها تم تعليق إضراب الأطباء معتبرين إياها مسكن مؤقت لآلام مزمنة فوجئنا انه رغم إدراج تمويل التعديلات في ميزانية الصحة إلا أن رئيس الجمهورية لم يوقعها حتى الآن ، والحقيقة أن التزام الحكومة بالتزاماتها هو أساس الحفاظ علي هيبة الدولة ومصداقيتها. أما ميزانية الصحة فحدث ولا حرج فهي ميزانيه ضعيفة لا تلتزم بالاستحقاقات الدستورية ولا تبشر بإصلاح حقيقي للمنظومة الصحية, وحتى هذه الميزانية الضعيفة المخالفة لنص الدستور يرفض المسئولين في وزاره الصحة الإعلان عن تفاصيل إنفاقها وسط تعتيم شديد على بنودها يدعو إلى الريبة ويتناقض مرة أخري مع مواد الدستور التي تؤكد علي حق المواطن في إتاحة المعلومات. وسط كل ما سبق تدعوكم النقابة العامة لأطباء مصر للوقوف صفا واحدا كتفا بكتف مع باقي قطاعات المهن الطبية في وقفه احتجاجيه أمام دار الحكمة يوم الأحد القادم الساعة 12 ظهرا. معا سنسترد حقوقنا ليس فقط في اجر عادل ولكن في منظومة صحية تحترم أدميه الإنسان المصري 1 مصر-اسلامية You are receiving this email because you subscribed to this feed at https://blogtrottr.com If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe here: https://blogtrottr.com/unsubscribe/9pm/620hHF |
