| Blogtrottr <busybee@blogtrottr.com>: Aug 24 05:22PM +0100 Allah My Lifeツs Facebook-Pinnwand Allah My Lifeツs Facebook-Pinnwand خبير: وزارة الكهرباء فشلت في إعادة تشغيل المحطات المطلوب صيانتها صرح الخبير ال... https://www.facebook.com/In.Order.To.Enter.Paradise/photos/a.409517299112098.96201.409389595791535/764769550253536/?type=1 Aug 24th 2014, 15:50 خبير: وزارة الكهرباء فشلت في إعادة تشغيل المحطات المطلوب صيانتها صرح الخبير الاقتصادى مصطفى النشرتى، أن أى دولة بالعالم يكون لديها جهاز لتقدير الطاقة ليكون قادر على تقدير الاحتياجات الحالية لكل قطاعات الاقتصاد والمتاح وتقليل نسبة العجز. كما يستطيع التنبؤ فى الأجل المتوسط والآجل الطويل باحتياجات، وبناء على هذه الدراسات التخطيطية يتم تحديد حجم الطلب المتوقع على الكهرباء وحجم المعروض منها وتحديد المحطات اللازمة لسد العجز وتحديد المزيج الأمثل بين مصادر الطاقة من مائية ونووية وبترولية، وبالتالى يكون للدولة خطه استراتيجية للطاقة. وأكد النشرتى، أن مصر رغم وجود هذه الدراسات إلا أنها لم تتنبأ بحجم الأزمة وكانت الدراسات غير دقيقة ولم تتنبأ بحجم الاحتياجات من البترول والغاز الطبيعى المخصص لإنتاج الكهرباء، وبالتالى حصلت الأزمة، وعلى الرغم أن الأزمة تتمثل فى 3 آلاف ميجا وات حد أدنى و5 ألاف ميجا وات حد أقصى إلا أن وزارة الكهرباء فشلت فى إعادة تشغيل المحطات التى تحتاج إلى صيانة فى الوقت المناسب ولم تقوم بتنفيذ محطات جديدة لسد العجز فى فترة سابقة وترتب على ذلك، أن علاج الأزمة حاليًا يحتاج إلى من 6 شهور إلى سنة على الأقل بسبب قرب انتهاء فصل الصيف وتراجع دراجات الحرارة المرتفعة، بالتالى سيتم العزوف عن استخدام أجهزة التكييف فسيعود معدل الاستهلاك إلى المعدل الطبيعى. وطالب النشرتي في تصريحات صحفية وزارة الكهرباء، بسرعة تشغيل المحطات تحت الصيانة والانتهاء سريعًا من المحطات تحت الإنشاء وتخزين البترول المستورد لسد العجز فى الإنتاج المحلى وتخصيصه لمحطات الكهرباء والانتهاء من مشروع الربط الكهربائى مع السعودية لاستيراد الكهرباء فى أوقات الذروة، وبالتالى يمكن علاج أزمة الكهرباء، مؤكدا يجب أن ننتقل من دولة الفوضى إلى دولة المؤسسات. وتعاني مصر أزمة كهرباء غير مسبوقة حيث وصلت ساعات انقطع الكهرباء في بعض الأيام غلي19ساعه بالإضافه إلي وصولها يوميا بشكل ثابت بعدد المناطق إلي 7ساعات ويأتي هذا تزامنا مع رفع حكومة الانقلاب لأسعار الكهرباء بحجة سد عجز الموازنة . كما سبب قطع الكهرباء خسائر كبيرة للعديد من المصانع والمناطق التجارية وهو ما أكدته جمعية المستثمرين بمدينة القنطرة شرق بالإسماعيلية، في بيان لها إن استثمارات تقدر بقرابة 1,5 مليار جنية مهددة بالضياع بسبب الأزمات المستمرة التي تعاني منها المنطقة الصناعية بالمدينة جراء أزمات عبور قناة السويس وتوقف كوبري السلام وعمليات التفتيش علاوة على انقطاع الكهرباء يوميًا مما يكبد المصانع خسائر فادحة .22 مصر-اسلامية You are receiving this email because you subscribed to this feed at https://blogtrottr.com If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe here: https://blogtrottr.com/unsubscribe/9pm/620hHF |
