Wer am Tag aktiv und munter sein will, der möge Folgendes beachten: • Nach dem Aufwachen Allâh loben und preisen; • Teilwaschung vollziehen; • Gebet verrichten. Abû Hurayrah berichtete, dass der Prophet Muhammad ﷺ sagte: "يَعْقِدُ الشَّيْطَانُ عَلَى قَافِيَةِ رَأْسِ أَحَدِكُمْ إِذَا هُوَ نَامَ ثَلاثَ عُقَدٍ يَضْرِبُ مَكَانَ كُلِّ عُقْدَةٍ عَلَيْكَ لَيْلٌ طَوِيلٌ فَارْقُدْ فَإِنْ اسْتَيْقَظَ فَذَكَرَ اللَّهَ انْحَلَّتْ عُقْدَةٌ فَإِنْ تَوَضَّأَ انْحَلَّتْ عُقْدَةٌ فَإِنْ صَلَّى انْحَلَّتْ عُقَدُهُ فَأَصْبَحَ نَشِيطًا طَيِّبَ النَّفْسِ وَإِلا أَصْبَحَ خَبِيثَ النَّفْسِ كَسْلانَ" Die Bedeutung lautet: Wenn einer von euch schläft, bindet Satan über seinen Hinterkopf drei Knoten, indem er jeden Knoten mit den Worten schließt: "Dir steht eine lange Nacht bevor, so versinke im Schlaf." Wenn er aber aufsteht und Allah preist, so löst sich ein Knoten, wenn er die Teilwaschung vollzieht, löst sich ein weiterer Knoten, und wenn er betet, löst sich noch ein Knoten. (Überliefert von al-Bukhâriyy und Muslim) Aus diesem Hadîth geht also hervor, dass sich die Person, die diese drei Angelegenheiten (Dhikr/Teilwaschung/Gebet) ausführt, morgens munter und glückselig fühlen wird, anderenfalls wird sie sich missbehaglich und faul fühlen. O Allâh, bewahre uns vor dem Übel des Teufels und seiner Anhänger.
