امریکی راج ختم کرو ، ایمبیسی اڈے بند کرو
حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان نے ملک بھر میں خطے سے امریکی راج کے خاتمے کے مطالبے کے حق میں مظاہرے کیے۔ ان مظاہروں میں سیکڑوں افراد نے شرکت کی۔ مظاہرین نے بینرز اور کتبے اٹھا رکھے تھے جن پر تحریر تھا: "دھماکے، بدامنی، عدم استحکام۔۔۔وجہ ہے امریکہ اور غدار حکمران۔۔۔۔واحد حل خلافت کا قیام"، "امریکی راج ختم کرو، ایمبیسی اڈے بند کرو"۔ مظاہرین نے ملک میں بڑھتے ہوئے امریکی اثرو نفوذ کے خلاف شدید غم و غصے کا اظہار کیا اور افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران سے مطالبہ کیا کہ ملک میں جاری فتنے کی اس جنگ سے نکلا جائے جسے امریکہ نے بھڑکایا ہے اور ایسا صرف اسی صورت میں ہوسکتا ہے جب آپ امریکی سفارت خانہ، قونصل خانوں، اڈوں اور ان کے انٹیلی جنس دفاتر کو بند اور امریکی سفارتی و فوجی اہلکاروں کو ملک بدر کریں۔
مظاہرین نے افواج پاکستان کے افسران سے یہ بھی مطالبہ کیا کہ وہ اللہ اور اس کے رسولﷺ سے کیے گئے اپنے عہد کو پورا کریں کہ وہ اس سرزمین اور اس کے باشندوں کی حفاظت کریں گے ۔ انھوں نے مخلص افسران سے یہ بھی مطالبہ کیا کہ وہ اس سرزمین پر امریکی راج کو مسلط کرنے والے سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کو ہٹا کر پاکستان میں خلافت کے قیام کے لیے حزب التحریر کو نصرۃ فراہم کریں کیونکہ خلافت کا قیام ایک انتہائی اہم اسلامی فریضہ ہے اور صرف خلافت کا قیام ہی ملک پر نافذ کفریہ سرمایہ دارانہ نظام اور امریکی اثرو نفوذ کا خاتمہ کرے گا۔
مظاہرے میں شریک لوگوں نے اس بات کا عہد کیا کہ وہ پاکستان سے امریکی راج کے خاتمے اور خلافت کے قیام تک اپنی پرامن سیاسی و فکری جدوجہد جاری رکھیں گے اور اس راہ میں آنے والی تکالیف کا سامنا صبر و استقامت کے ساتھ کریں گے۔

"Die meisten Leute - tatsächlich alle, außer diejenigen, die von Allah davor beschützt wurden - erwarten etwas anderes als die Wahrheit und sie erwarten das Schlimmste. Die meisten Leute meinen, dass sie ihrer Rechte beraubt werden, dass sie Pech haben, dass sie mehr verdienen als, was Allah ihnen gab und dies ist als ob sie sagen: 'Mein Herr hat mir Unrecht getan und mir das vorenthalten, was ich verdiene' und seine Seele bezeugt dies während seine Zunge es verleugnet und es ablehnt, dies laut auszusprechen. Und wenn du tief in die Seele irgendeines dieser Menschen schauen würdest und sein Inneres und sein Äußeres kennen lernen würdest würdest du es in ihm brennen sehen wie Feuer nach einer Explosion... #Yemen: The work for #Khilafah continues on the Prophetic Method despite attempts to distort it
The Al-Shaari' Newspaper, issued in Yemen, surprised us on Thursday 12/12/2013 in its 682nd issue with its bold title on the front page: "Confessions of the Suicidal Assassins of 'Urdi: A senior military source involved in the investigation says: 'One of them said they were soldiers of the Khilafah State and admitted that the equipment of the Hilux car with bombs took place in a village near the capital, where they rented a house."
As the news hinted at the involvement of some personalities in the car bomb attack: Does any of those leaders work to establish the Khilafah?! The pharmaceuticals consumed by the individual attacking the 'Urdi that were mentioned in the news as well, only mentioned the Algerian officer Al-Habib Suwaydeh. They do not mention any significant forensic evidence relied upon by the one who said that he is a "soldier of the Khilafah State" in killing the people inside the 'Urdi compound. How did he allow himself to consume pharmaceuticals causing the absence of the mind to conduct a cold-blooded murder?
The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم in working to establish a state that governs by Islam did not strike with a sword nor did he throw an arrow. The best proof of that is when the Ansar pledged to him in the Second Bayah of Aqaba in Mecca and asked his permission to fight the Mushrikeen from Quraish by saying: "By the One who sent you, if you wish, we shall draw out against the people of Mina tomorrow with our swords!" The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم answered:
«لم نؤمر بذلك، ولكن ارجعوا إلى رحالكم»
"We have not been ordered to do so, so return to your camps." As reported by Ibn Ishaaq.
Fighting is not the method for the establishment of the State, and the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم has not established his State with murder and assassinations, although he and his companions owned the ability to do so.
The Western countries, America and Europe, went mad when they came to know that there are sons from the Muslims working diligently, day and night, to establish the Khilafah State, and that within the Islamic Ummah there is a public opinion in favor of it. These states have no more possibilities left but to distort the image of the Khilafah State in the minds of the Muslims.
The Western countries have been followed in their distortion by a number of Muslims. This is what we witness today of linking between the attack on the compound of the Ministry of Defence in 'Urdi and the Khilafah State in the news report by the Al-Shaari' Newspaper on its front page.
The Khilafah State is the Muslims' political entity, the system of governance in Islam, and its establishment from anew is an obligation upon the necks of the Muslims after the Western countries themselves – back then under British lead – managed its destruction in 1924, tearing the Muslim lands apart and bringing them under their control.
The only Shar'i way to establish the Khilafah State after its abolishment, to rule by Islam in all aspects of life, "political, economic, social, matters of foreign policy, education and others" is the method of the Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم, when he worked to establish a state ruling by Islam in al-Madina al-Munawarah, taking three stages:
1. Creating the block that works for the establishment of the rule of Islam, as well as raising their awareness over the provisions and ideas of Islam, and restricting them therein.
2. Conducting intellectual struggle to demonstrate the ideas of Islam and prove the falsity of other ideas, in addition to the political struggle by exposing the projects of the Western countries in the Muslim lands to make the Muslims see them with their own eyes and thus causing them failure. And finally requesting Nusrah (material support) from the people of influence and power.
3. The stage of receiving power, as did the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم, when the tribes of Aws and Khazraj gave him the victory to rule with Islam.
Hizb ut Tahrir follows the method of the Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم to establish the Khilafah State since its inception in 1953 at the hands of the eminent scholar and competent politician Taqi ad-Din an-Nabhani, and after him Abdul-Qadeem Zallum – Allah's mercy upon both of them – and still its current Ameer Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah is doing so, Allah bless him. Today Hizb ut Tahrir works in more than forty countries around the world, including Yemen, to raise awareness among the sons of the Muslim Ummah of the ideas and provisions of Islam and their implementation in reality. It fights an intellectual battle with the Western countries to expel their ideas and laws. It reveals their plans in the Muslim countries, so that the Muslim Ummah enables it to take over power and establish the Khilafah State, based on public opinion emanating from general awareness. This is the method of the Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم which will return the governance by Islam within the Khilafah State to resume the Islamic way of life that disappeared from the earth more than ninety years ago.
It is time for the establishment of the Khilafah State after a long absence. The Western states will not benefit from distorting its image, and they will have no other chance but to deal with it as a fait accompli.

"They want to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah will perfect His light, although the disbelievers dislike it."

As the news hinted at the involvement of some personalities in the car bomb attack: Does any of those leaders work to establish the Khilafah?! The pharmaceuticals consumed by the individual attacking the 'Urdi that were mentioned in the news as well, only mentioned the Algerian officer Al-Habib Suwaydeh. They do not mention any significant forensic evidence relied upon by the one who said that he is a "soldier of the Khilafah State" in killing the people inside the 'Urdi compound. How did he allow himself to consume pharmaceuticals causing the absence of the mind to conduct a cold-blooded murder?
The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم in working to establish a state that governs by Islam did not strike with a sword nor did he throw an arrow. The best proof of that is when the Ansar pledged to him in the Second Bayah of Aqaba in Mecca and asked his permission to fight the Mushrikeen from Quraish by saying: "By the One who sent you, if you wish, we shall draw out against the people of Mina tomorrow with our swords!" The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم answered:
«لم نؤمر بذلك، ولكن ارجعوا إلى رحالكم»
"We have not been ordered to do so, so return to your camps." As reported by Ibn Ishaaq.
Fighting is not the method for the establishment of the State, and the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم has not established his State with murder and assassinations, although he and his companions owned the ability to do so.
The Western countries, America and Europe, went mad when they came to know that there are sons from the Muslims working diligently, day and night, to establish the Khilafah State, and that within the Islamic Ummah there is a public opinion in favor of it. These states have no more possibilities left but to distort the image of the Khilafah State in the minds of the Muslims.
The Western countries have been followed in their distortion by a number of Muslims. This is what we witness today of linking between the attack on the compound of the Ministry of Defence in 'Urdi and the Khilafah State in the news report by the Al-Shaari' Newspaper on its front page.
The Khilafah State is the Muslims' political entity, the system of governance in Islam, and its establishment from anew is an obligation upon the necks of the Muslims after the Western countries themselves – back then under British lead – managed its destruction in 1924, tearing the Muslim lands apart and bringing them under their control.
The only Shar'i way to establish the Khilafah State after its abolishment, to rule by Islam in all aspects of life, "political, economic, social, matters of foreign policy, education and others" is the method of the Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم, when he worked to establish a state ruling by Islam in al-Madina al-Munawarah, taking three stages:
1. Creating the block that works for the establishment of the rule of Islam, as well as raising their awareness over the provisions and ideas of Islam, and restricting them therein.
2. Conducting intellectual struggle to demonstrate the ideas of Islam and prove the falsity of other ideas, in addition to the political struggle by exposing the projects of the Western countries in the Muslim lands to make the Muslims see them with their own eyes and thus causing them failure. And finally requesting Nusrah (material support) from the people of influence and power.
3. The stage of receiving power, as did the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم, when the tribes of Aws and Khazraj gave him the victory to rule with Islam.
Hizb ut Tahrir follows the method of the Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم to establish the Khilafah State since its inception in 1953 at the hands of the eminent scholar and competent politician Taqi ad-Din an-Nabhani, and after him Abdul-Qadeem Zallum – Allah's mercy upon both of them – and still its current Ameer Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah is doing so, Allah bless him. Today Hizb ut Tahrir works in more than forty countries around the world, including Yemen, to raise awareness among the sons of the Muslim Ummah of the ideas and provisions of Islam and their implementation in reality. It fights an intellectual battle with the Western countries to expel their ideas and laws. It reveals their plans in the Muslim countries, so that the Muslim Ummah enables it to take over power and establish the Khilafah State, based on public opinion emanating from general awareness. This is the method of the Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم which will return the governance by Islam within the Khilafah State to resume the Islamic way of life that disappeared from the earth more than ninety years ago.
It is time for the establishment of the Khilafah State after a long absence. The Western states will not benefit from distorting its image, and they will have no other chance but to deal with it as a fait accompli.
يُرِيدُونَ لِيُطْفِؤُوا نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَاللَّهُ مُتِمُّ نُورِهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ
"They want to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah will perfect His light, although the disbelievers dislike it."
(As-Saff: 8)

The region was struck by severe weather conditions, bringing with it a wave of tragedies that struck everyone. The harshest was against our people, the Muslims in Syria, whether it was internally being in their homes, or were displaced and deprived of what can shield them from the harm of this weather. This was in addition to the miserable regime's bombings, raids and dropping of explosive barrels on civilians and killing children in particular to drive people to despair and surrender, and especially since the Geneva II Conference is at the doorstep which the United States insists upon, and Jarba and the National Coalition traitors are calling for it, and the criminal Syrian regime is pushing for it. It is a continuous international collusion against the Muslims in Syria, devoid of any sense of the meaning of humanity, and even taking advantage of the natural conditions to achieve its political objectives. Whereas the displaced from our people abroad, who are abandoned by neighbouring governments that they resorted to for refuge, these governments declined to offer the lowest means of care for them before the storm, then how will it be afterwards?! The basis of these neighbouring countries in dealing with the Syrians (refugees) is for two reasons: internal, which is the fear that they turn into a permanent state; therefore they overlook the humanitarian situation in dealing with them, and this is replaced by political calculations. And externally, as these countries are involved in the American scheme which aims to drive people to despair and surrender to its solution, that will come via Geneva II, each in its own way.
O Muslims in Syria: We all have the right to ask: Why all this cruel international conspiracy against us? Which almost does not exclude any country?! The simplest of thinking indicates that there is fear, even panic, within the enemies of Allah from the return of the Khilafah State, particularly from Syria; therefore America leads the entire international community in order to fight with it to prevent its return. The enemies of Allah and enemies of the Deen from the rulers of the Muslims have joined them, and the members of National Coalition who are quick in attacking the Islamic situation in Syria, describing it as "Takfiriyah" (i.e. branding anyone who disagrees with it as a Kafir) because the calls for Khilafah echo throughout. And they describe their people as "Takfirriyoon" - adopting America's expression themselves.
O Muslims in Syria: The price which has been presented so far is exorbitantly expensive, but it is extremely cheap if the product is to establish the Islamic Khilafah state in this life, and its product in the Afterlife is Paradise. Victory will be for us for one reason, that Allah is with us, and that victory is but an hour's patience; that will soon expire, but at this time we must follow the example of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم in his method to establish Islamic State. Hizb ut Tahrir reminds the people of power in Syria to give their support for the establishment of the rule of Allah, just as the Ansar in Medina gave their support to the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم and the result was the establishment of the first Islamic State. Allah Ta'ala says:
وَأَنَّ هَذَا صِرَاطِي مُسْتَقِيمًا فَاتَّبِعُوهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا السُّبُلَ فَتَفَرَّقَ بِكُمْ عَنْ سَبِيلِهِ ذَلِكُمْ وَصَّاكُمْ بِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ
"This is My Path and it is straight, so follow it. Do not follow other ways or you will become cut off from His Way. That is what He instructs you to do, so that hopefully you will have taqwa."

ان میں دو چشمے بہہ رہے ہیں (۵۰) تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلاؤ گے؟ (۵۱) ان میں سب میوے دو دو قسم کے ہیں (۵۲) تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلاؤ گے؟ (۵۳) (اہل جنت) ایسے بچھونوں پر جن کے استرا طلس کے ہیں تکیہ لگائے ہوئے ہوں گے۔ اور دونوں باغوں کے میوے قریب (جھک رہے) ہیں (۵۴) تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلاؤ گے؟ (۵۵) ان میں نیچی نگاہ والی عورتیں ہیں جن کو اہل جنت سے پہلے نہ کسی انسان نے ہاتھ لگایا اور نہ کسی جن نے (۵۶) تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلاؤ گے؟ (۵۷) گویا وہ یاقوت اور مرجان ہیں (۵۸) تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلاؤ گے؟ (۵۹) نیکی کا بدلہ نیکی کے سوا کچھ نہیں ہے (۶۰) تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلاؤ گے؟ (۶۱) اور ان باغوں کے علاوہ دو باغ اور ہیں (۶۲) تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلاؤ گے؟ (۶۳) دونوں خوب گہرے سبز (۶۴) تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلاؤ گے؟ (۶۵) ان میں دو چشمے ابل رہے ہیں (۶۶) تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلاؤ گے؟ (۶۷) ان میں میوے اور کھجوریں اور انار ہیں (۶۸) تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلاؤ گے؟ (۶۹) ان میں نیک سیرت (اور) خوبصورت عورتیں ہیں (۷۰) تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلاؤ گے؟ (۷۱) (وہ) حوریں (ہیں جو) خیموں میں مستور (ہیں) (۷۲) تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلاؤ گے؟ (۷۳) ان کو اہل جنت سے پہلے نہ کسی انسان نے ہاتھ لگایا اور نہ کسی جن نے (۷۴) تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلاؤ گے؟ (۷۵) سبز قالینوں اور نفیس مسندوں پر تکیہ لگائے بیٹھے ہوں گے (۷۶) تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلاؤ گے؟ (۷۷) (اے محمدﷺ) تمہارا پروردگار جو صاحب جلال وعظمت ہے اس کا نام بڑا بابرکت ہے (۷۸)
