"Don't be arrogant my sultan, Allah is greater than you!" an official salute that people would say to the sultans after Friday prayers in the Ottoman State.
When a sultan would enter a mosque, he would pass through crowds of people who had formed two lines on each side of the way he would traverse. These crowds would inevitably honor him with great ovations. With the purpose of protecting the sultan from being inflated by his ego, a team of guards used to remind him in a low voice: "Don't be arrogant my sultan, Allah is greater than you!"
A. Brayer, the French doctor who resided in Istanbul for many years, and who meticulously observed the social life of the Ottomans has the following to say:
"There is a dignity and majesty in the walk of the Ottoman, but at the same time, there is no pride, nor pomp. They always speak softly. You can never sense a dictatorial air in their gestures. And there is a sweetness and ease in their service."
And so this state of mind in the social life of the Ottomans could be found right throughout the entire community from the most ordinary individual to the Sultan. Thus from its beginnings to its destruction, the Sultans of the Ottoman State would, as they attended each Friday prayer, order their paid soldiers to call out to them: "Don't be arrogant my sultan, Allah is greater than you!" They had made this official warning a tradition..

- Medikamente Aller Art (Tableten, Säfte, Pflaster usw...)
- Medizinische Geräte Aller Art (Rollstühle, Blutmessgeräte, Zahnarzt Werkzeuge usw...)
- Pflege Artikel ( Seife, Shampoo, Waschmittel etc)
- Baby Artikel (Windel alle Größen, Feuchttücher, BabyMilch, BabyBrei, BabyPuder, Schnuller, Flaschen, BabyCreme uvm)
- Lebensmittel (bitte nur in Dosen oder ähnliche Stabile Verpackung, die nicht so schnell kaputt gehen, als kleiner Tip, auch die Syrische Kinder freuen sich sehr über Süßigkeiten
- Stromgeneratoren, Elektr. Heizkörper und ähnliche Sachen die ich vergessen habe zur erwähnen, von denen ihr denkt das diese in Syrien gebraucht werden, nehmen wir in sha Allah auch an.
Die Sachen werde ich insallah abholen und selbst hin fahren, am 21.12.2013 werde ich bei allen vorbei fahren.
Es sind sehr vertrauenswürdige Brüder, die fahren die Sachen immer persönlich vorbei (siehe Video)

Hallo,
Ich habe eine etwas ungewöhnliche frage, aber vielleicht ist hier ein Hobby-Koch unterwegs. Meine Freundin ist Deutsch-Türkin und ich Österreicher. Dieses Jahr wird sie wieder Gast bei meiner Familie sein und mit uns Weihnachten feiern.
Da ich meine Süße jedes Jahr mit einer anderen Spezialität der österreichischen Küche verwöhnen will, wollte ich dieses Jahr mal etwas mit Wild machen. Passt ja gut zur Winterzeit.
Also hab ich Hirschrouladen machen wollen. Nur dazu braucht man leider für die Füllung Schwinespeck, ohne diesen schmeckts leider langweilig und trocken. Ich hab in den letzten 3 Jahren unserer Beziehung eigentlich keine große Mühe gehabt Schweinefleisch durch anderes Fleisch zu ersetzen, wenn ich gkocht hab. Aber bei SPeck ist das nicht so leicht, weils doch durch das Fett als Geschmacksträger fungiert.
Kennt also jemand von euch Alternativen zu Schweinespeck, die ählich würzig geräuchert schmecken und sich hauchdünn aufschneiden lassen.
