The sodomites and their lap dog media have their panties in a twist because someone said something they perceive as 'offensive!' This could cause all sorts of catastrophes; the stock market might crash or we might discover Justin Beiber really IS a boy! Oooooh the humanity… As I'm sure you've heard Phil Robertson, the star of A&E show Duck Dynasty, made the following comments during a recent interview with GQ Magazine: "We're Bible-thumpers who just happened to end up on television. You put in your article that the Robertson family really believes strongly that if the human race loved each other and they loved God, we would just be better off. We ought to just be repentant, turn to God, and let's get on with it, and everything will turn around." He continues, "Everything is blurred on what's right and what's wrong. Sin becomes fine." The interviewer asked him what he considered 'sinful.' Hang onto your hats here…it gets REALLY controversial. "Start with homosexual behavior and just morph out from there. Bestiality, sleeping around with this woman and that woman and that woman and those men. Don't be deceived. Neither the adulterers, the idolaters, the male prostitutes, the homosexual offenders, the greedy, the drunkards, the slanderers, the swindlers—they won't inherit the kingdom of God. Don't deceive yourself. It's not right." He sums up his thoughts: "We never, ever judge someone on who's going to heaven, hell. That's the Almighty's job. We just love 'em, give 'em the good news about Jesus—whether they're homosexuals, drunks, terrorists. We let God sort 'em out later, you see what I'm saying?" Arrrrrgggghh! The nerve! Hate speech, hate speech! How mean and full of slander! Stop the presses! GLAAD is upset! Heaven help us! Who is GLAAD, you ask? They are the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation and they are really, really just SO upset! *sigh* Excuse me, can you pass me a tissue? Thank you. *sniff* When are people just going to accept and love us for who we are? Oh, I'm not talking about gays. I'm talking about loving and accepting Christians, the MOST maligned group of people on the planet! Check it out. Here is what Wilson Cruz, Spokesman for this rabidly anti-Christian group, spewed about the benign statement by Mr. Robertson: "Phil and his family claim to be Christian, but Phil's lies about an entire community fly in the face of what true Christians believe. He clearly knows nothing about gay people of the majority of Louisianans—and Americans—who support legal recognition for loving and committed gay and lesbian couples. Phil's decision to push vile and extreme stereotypes is a stain on A&E and his sponsors who now need to re-examine their ties to someone with such public disdain for LGBT people and families." Let's all take a deep breath and look at these statements logically. GLAAD is against defamation. I'll assume they're referring to the defamation of homosexuals. What is the definition of 'defamation?' Webster's says to defame is to give a "false and malicious statement injurious to another's reputation." Hmm. Well, what does 'malicious' mean? Again, Webster's defines this as the "desire to harm others; ill will. Intent to commit an unlawful act or injure another without just cause or reason." OK. Let's see if there is anything in Mr. Robertson's statement that could be considered defamatory or malicious. He said he and his family believe, "if the human race loved each other and they loved God, we would just be better off. We ought to just be repentant, turn to God, and let's get on with it, and everything will turn around." Is there ANYTHING in that statement that could be construed to be defamatory against LGBT people? No. He didn't even mention LGBTs! Let's continue. He goes on to state that, "everything is blurred on what's right and what's wrong. Sin becomes fine." Hmm. Anything malicious in that statement? Nope. Then, GQ magazine BAITS Mr. Robertson by asking him what he considers 'sinful.' He answers honestly, and ends up paraphrasing Corinthians. "Start with homosexual behavior and just morph out from there. Bestiality, sleeping around with this woman and that woman and that woman and those men. Don't be deceived. Neither the adulterers, the idolaters, the male prostitutes, the homosexual offenders, the greedy, the drunkards, the slanderers, the swindlers—they won't inherit the kingdom of God. Don't deceive yourself. It's not right." Ah, THIS must be what GLAAD is foaming at the mouth about. Well, what of it? Mr. Robertson answered the question by stating what the Word of God says is sinful behavior. BEHAVIOR. You know…how people act. What they DO. Funny thing is, Mr. Robertson isn't stating his own self determined rules of morality. He's reporting what GOD's rules are. And THAT'S the problem, isn't it, GLAAD? That's the whole issue. What your hissy fit, temper tantrum boils down to is, you don't want to be reminded that your sodomite activities are a perversion of natural law. You carry within your heart the infantile attitude of "Don't tell me what to do! I'll do what I want!" It's a sinful arrogance against your Creator called REBELLION, and it's the oldest sin on the books; a desire to be your own god. Satan wanted the same thing. He got caught up in his own pride, desire for independence from God's rule, and wanted to be worshipped for the supposedly superior creature he was. What did it get him? He was sentenced to an eternity frying in the Lake of Fire. Is that really what YOU want? So far, Mr. Robertson has yet to defame anyone. But let's look at his final thought. He states, "We never, ever judge someone on who's going to heaven, hell. That's the Almighty's job. We just love 'em, give 'em the good news about Jesus—whether they're homosexuals, drunks, terrorists. We let God sort 'em out later, you see what I'm saying?" Gee. He said he doesn't judge whether someone is going to heaven or hell. That's God's job, and indeed it is. Mr. Robertson lives by the creed of loving people and telling them the gospel of Jesus Christ—that He came and took the death penalty we as sinners deserve. He rose again the third day to secure eternal life for us, and returned to the Father. Wow. How offensive THAT message is! A heavenly 'get-out-of-jail-free' card. Fact is, nothing in Mr. Robertson's words could possibly, not even in the most infinitesimal way, be considered defamatory or malicious. BUT, in the spirit of fair play, how about we look at what GLAAD said about Mr. Robertson, shall we? Oh my. Oh, this is embarrassing. Not good. Looks like it's GLAAD who is doing the malicious defaming. And with all the practice they've had over the years, they are DARN good at it! Check it out: They state Mr. Robertson and his family only "claim to be Christian." Are they really in a position to judge the Robertson family's hearts? Are they experts on what a 'Christian' is supposed to be like? They accuse him of speaking "lies about an entire community." I'll be danged if I can isolate any untruth in Robertson's statements! They maintain he "clearly knows nothing about gay people or the majority of Louisianans and Americans, who support legal recognition for loving and committed gay and lesbian couples." Well, that's a rather difficult statement to prove. What precisely about sodomites does he not know? Is he supposedly unfamiliar with the overwhelming opposition the majority of Americans have against changing the legal definition of 'marriage'; one that's existed since time began? Seems to me that GLAAD are the ones who know nothing about Louisianans and Americans. They accuse Robertson "pushing vile and extreme stereotypes." And what,

'Ilmunya hilang... Al-Ustadz 'Abdul Hakim bin Amir Abdat hafizhahullaahu ta'ala pernah berkata, "Orang yang 'alim (berilmu) jika mempunyai sikap hizby (ashobiyah) maka seakan-akan hilanglah 'ilmu yang ia miliki." Subhanallaah... Benarlah apa yang dikatakan oleh beliau hafizhahullaahu ta'ala apabila melihat pernyataan Prof. Dr. Quraisy Syihab (semoga Allaah memberikan petunjuk dan taufiq kepada beliau) yang mengeluarkan kata-kata kontroversial tentang ajaran Islam yang dibawa dan diajarkan oleh Rasulullah Muhammad 'alaihi shallaatu wa sallam, di antaranya : 1. Beliau (Quraisy Syihab) menyatakan bahwa jilbab itu tidak wajib, bahkan beliau rela berdusta dengan mengatakan ada 'ulamaa' yang menyatakan jilbab itu tidak wajib. Kemudian beliau pernah berkata, "Jilbab itu tidak wajib, jilbab itu adalah adat kebiasaan bangsa Arab." Dalam kesempatan lain beliau berkata, "Ada 'ulamaa' yang menyatakan jilbab adalah memakai pakaian terhormat." Sehingga dengan cara argumen tersebut beliau tidak mewajibkan jilbab bagi wanita muslimah. 2. Beliau (Quraisy Syihab) menyatakan akan halal (bolehnya merayakan) atau mengucapkan selamat Natal kepada kaum Nasrani. Dan disini saya ingin menanggapi pernyataan beliau, tentang kedua hal tersebut terlebih saya tekankan mengenai jilbab. Allaah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala berfirman : "Wahai Nabi! Katakanlah kepada istri-istrimu, anak-anak perempuanmu, dan istri-istri orang mukmin; 'Hendaklah mereka menutupkan jilbabnya ke seluruh tubuh mereka.' Yang demikian itu biar mereka lebih mudah untuk dikenali sehingga mereka tidak diganggu. Dan Allaah Mahapengampun lagi Mahapenyayang." (QS. Al-Ahzaab [33] : 59) Allaah 'Azza wa Jalla berfirman : "Dan katakanlah kepada para perempuan yang beriman agar mereka menjaga pandangannya, dan memelihara kemaluannya, dan jangan menampakkan perhiasan (auratnya), kecuali yang biasa terlihat. Dan hendaklah mereka menutupkan kain kerudung ke dadanya." (QS. An-Nuur [24] : 31) 'Aisyah radhiyallaahu ta'ala 'anha berkata, "Wanita-wanita Muhajirin, ketika turun ayat ini mereka merobek selimut mereka lalu mereka berkerudung dengannya." (Shahiih, HR. Al-Bukhari, no. 4759) Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sebelumnya mereka tidak berpakaian yang menutupi aurat-aurat mereka sehingga mereka menggunakan kain yang ada dalam rangka untuk mentaati ayat tersebut. Dari 'Aisyah radhiyallaahu ta'ala 'anha, ia berkata, "Bahwasanya Nabi shallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam bersabda kepada Asma' binti Abi Bakar radhiyallaahu ta'ala 'anhuma, 'Wahai Asma'! Sesungguhnya apabila seorang wanita telah haidh (sudah baligh), maka tidak boleh terlihat darinya kecuali ini dan ini.' Kemudian Rasulullah shallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam berisyarat ke wajah dan kedua telapak tangan beliau." (Shahiih, HR. Abu Dawud, no. 4104) Dari Ummu 'Athiyyah radhiyallaahu ta'ala 'anha, ia berkata, "Pada dua hari raya, kami diperintahkan untuk mengeluarkan wanita-wanita haid dan gadis-gadis pingitan untuk menghadiri jama'ah kaum muslimin dan do'a mereka. Tetapi wanita-wanita haid harus menjauhi tempat shalat mereka." Seorang wanita bertanya, "Wahai Rasulullah, seorang wanita di antara kami tidak memiliki jilbab (apakah boleh dia keluar)?" Beliau shallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam menjawab, "Hendaklah kawannya meminjamkan jilbabnya untuk dipakai wanita tersebut." (Shahiih, HR. Al-Bukhari, no. 351, dan Muslim, no. 890) Hadits Nabi shallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam dengan tegas dan jelas menerangkan bahwa wanita yang apabila telah baligh maka tidak boleh terlihat kecuali wajah dan telapak tangan sehingga tidak diragukan lagi bahwa hukum memakai jilbab adalah kewajiban bagi wanita muslimah, terlebih Nabi Muhammad shallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam telah mengancam bahwa kelak di akhir zaman akan ada wanita-wanita yang berpakaian namun hakikatnya ia telanjang. Dari Abu Hurairah radhiyallaahu ta'ala 'anhu, ia berkata, Rasulullah shallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam bersabda, "Ada dua golongan penghuni Neraka, yang belum pernah aku lihat, yaitu : 1. Suatu kaum yang memegang cambuk seperti ekor sapi. Mereka mencambuk manusia dengannya. 2. Dan wanita-wanita yang berpakaian tetapi telanjang, ia berjalan berlenggak-lenggok menggoyangkan (bahu dan punggungnya) dan rambutnya (disasak) seperti punuk unta yang condong. Mereka tidak akan masuk Surga dan tidak akan menahun aroma Surga (pada pertama kali), padahal sesungguhnya aroma Surga itu tercium sejauh perjalanan sekian dan sekian." (Shahiih, HR. Muslim, no. 2128, Ahmad II/356, 440, Ibnu Hibbaan, no. 7418, al-Baihaqi, II/234, no. 4972, 7414, dan al-Baghawi dalam Syarhus Sunnah, no. 2578, Silsilah al-Ahaadiits ash-Shahiihah, no. 1326) Dari 'Abdullah bin 'Umar radhiyallaahu ta'ala 'anhuma, ia berkata, Rasulullah shallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam bersabda, "Pada akhir ummatku nanti akan ada wanita-wanita yang berpakaian namun (hakikatnya) mereka telanjang. Di atas kepala mereka seperti punuk unta. Laknatlah mereka karena sebenarnya mereka itu wanita yang terlaknat." (Shahiih, HR. Ath-Thabrani dalam al-Mu'jamush Shaghiir, II/127 - 128) Kemudian bapak Quraisy Syihab menyatakan bahwa hakikat jilbab adalah memakai pakaian kehormatan meskipun auratnya tidak tertutup. Ada beberapa yang ingin saya sampaikan : Pertama, pakaian kehormatan tersebut maksudnya model seperti apa? Apakah pakaian kehormatan tersebut seperti yang dipakai para selebritis meskipun dengan pakaian bolong-bolong ala sundel bolong? Sebab mereka (para selebritis) meyakini bahwa itu adalah pakaian kehormatan bagi mereka. Kedua, dikatakan di atas bahwa menurut beliau ada sebagian 'ulamaa' yang menyatakan memakai jilbab tidak wajib. Maka siapakah 'ulamaa' tersebut, bukankah nash Al-Kitab dan As-Sunnah telah menunjukkan akan kewajiban menutup aurat bagi wanita yang telah baligh, lalu dibantah dengan pernyataan yang konon menurut beliau ada 'ulamaa' yang menyatakan jilbab itu tidak wajib. Imam Asy-Syafi'iy rahimahullaahu ta'ala berkata, "Kaum muslimin telah sepakat atas siapa saja yang telah jelas baginya Sunnah (hadits) Nabi shallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam maka tidak boleh baginya meninggalkan Sunnah (hadits) tersebut karena mengikuti perkataan seseorang." (I'laamul Muwaqqi'iin, II/282) Ada dua kemungkinan beliau berkata demikian, di antaranya : 1. Beliau berdusta atas nama para 'ulamaa' untuk membenarkan ucapannya yang menyatakan akan tidak wajib jilbab. 2. Beliau mengangkat 'ulamaa' sendiri yang tidak diakui keilmuannya oleh para 'ulamaa' sehingga 'ulamaa' tersebut mengeluarkan perkataan fantastis lagi kontroversial yang menyatakan jilbab itu tidak wajib. Dan mungkin model seperti inilah 'ulamaa' jahat yang mengajak kepada api Neraka. Dari Hudzaifah bin Al-Yaman radhiyalaahu ta'ala 'anhuma ia berkata, "Dahulu manusia bertanya kepada Rasulullah tentang hal-hal yang baik tapi aku bertanya kepada beliau tentang hal-hal yang buruk agar jangan sampai menimpaku." Aku bertanya, "Wahai Rasulullah, dahulu kami berada dalam keadaan jahiliyah dan kejelekan lalu Allaah mendatangkan kebaikan (dengan Islam) ini, apakah setelah kebaikan ini akan datang kejelekan?" Beliau shallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam berkata, "Ya." Aku bertanya, "Dan apakah setelah kejelekan ini akan datang kebaikan?" Beliau shallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam menjawab, "Ya, tetapi didalamnya ada asap." Aku bertanya, "Apa asapnya itu?" Beliau shallallaahu 'alaihi ya sallam menjawab, "Suatu kaum yang membuat ajaran bukan dari ajaranku (bid'ah), dan menunjukkan (manusia) kepada selain sunnahku (petunjukku). Engkau akan mengenal mereka dan engkau akan memungkirinya." Aku bertanya, "Apakah setelah kebaikan ini akan datang kejelekan lagi?" Beliau shallallaahu 'alaihi ya sallam menjawab, "Ya, (akan muncul) para dai-dai yang menyeru ke Neraka Jahannam. Barangsiapa yang menerima seruan mereka, maka merekapun akan menjerumuskan ke dalam Neraka." Aku bertanya, "Ya Rasulullah, sebutkan ciri-ciri mereka kepada kami?" Beliau shallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam menjawab, "Mereka dari kulit-kulit (golongan) kita, dan berbicara dengan bahasa kita." Aku bertanya, "Apa yang anda perintahkan kepadaku jika aku temui keadaan seperti ini." Beliau shallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam menjawab, "Pegang erat-erat jama'ah kaum muslimin dan imam mereka." Aku bertanya, "Bagaimana jika tidak imam dan jama'ah kaum muslimin?" Beliau shallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam menjawab, "Tinggalkan semua kelompok-kelompok sempalan itu, walaupun kau menggigit akar pohon hingga ajal mendatangimu." (Shahiih, HR. Al-Bukhari, VI/615 - 616, dan XIII/35, Fat-hul Baari, Muslim, XII/235 - 236, Ahmad, V/391, 399, al-Baghowi dalam Syarhus Sunnah, XIV/14, dan Ibnu Majah, no. 2979) Itulah 'ulamaa' su'u (jahat) yang telah dikhabarkan oleh Rasulullah shallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam bahwa kelak akan muncul para da'i, ustadz, kyai, habib atau 'ulamaa' yang mengajak kepada kesesatan yang melawan Allaah dan Rasul-Nya Muhammad shallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Demi Allaah, inilah yang paling ditakutkan oleh Rasulullah shallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam bahwa kelak akan ada da'i, ustadz, kyai, habib atau 'ulamaa' yang mengajak kepada kesesatan. Dan tidaklah yang diucapkan oleh Quraisy Syihab seperti yang dikatakan oleh orang-orang JIL (Jaringan Iblis Laknatullaah). Sungguh ma'ruf (diketahui) bahwa hukum perintah menunjukkan wajib kecuali datang nash atau dalil yang membelokkannya menjadi tidak wajib. Allaah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala berfirman : "Ikutilah apa yang diturunkan kepadamu dari Rabb-mu dan janganlah kamu mengikuti pemimpin-pemimpin selain-Nya, amat sedikitlah kamu mengambil pelajaran (daripadanya)." (QS. Al-A'raaf [7] : 3) Allaah 'Azza wa Jalla berfirman : "Dan apa yang diberikan Rasul kepadamu, maka terimalah. Dan apa yang dilarangnya bagimu, maka tinggalkanlah, dan bertakwalah kepada Allaah. Sesungguhnya Allaah amat keras hukuman-Nya." (QS. Al-Hasyr [59] : 7) Al-Hafizh Ibnu Katsir rahimahullaahu ta'ala ketika menafsirkan ayat di atas berkata, "Hendaknya berhati-hati orang yang menyelisihi syari'at Rasulullah shallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam secara lahir dan batin, mereka akan ditimpa fitnah di dalam hatinya berupa kekufuran, kemunafiqkan dan bid'ah, atau ditimpa dengan fitnah di dunia dengan dibunuh, diberi hukuman hadd, dipenjara atau yang lainnya." (Tafsir Ibnu Katsir, VI/89 - 90) Dari Abu Hurairah radhiyallaahu ta'ala 'anhu, ia berkata, Rasulullah shallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam bersabda, "Apa saja yang aku larang terhadap kalian, maka jauhilah. Dan apa saja yang aku perintahkan kepada kalian, maka kerjakanlah semampu kalian. Sesungguhnya yang membinasakan ummat sebelum kalian karena banyak bertanya (yang tidak bermanfaat) dan menyelisihi (perintah) Nabi-Nabi mereka." (Shahiih, HR. Proceedings related to terror masterminds Yasin Bhatkal and Abdul Karim Tunda in 2013 hogged the limelight in Delhi courts which brought down the curtains in the Batla House encounter case by giving life term to a suspected terrorist of Indian Mujahideen (IM) module.
Special Focus on Hijab One of the favorite tricks of the hadith rejectors is to announce that it is not obligatory for the Muslim woman to cover her hair. Surah an-Nur ayah 31 says in part, "Tell the faithful women...to extend their KHUMUR to cover their bosoms". The word "khumur" is the plural of "khimar". According to the hadith rejectors the meaning of "khimar" is simply "a covering" because the root KHAMARA means "to cover". Thus, they say, the Quran here only tells the women to extend a covering over their bosoms. They say that the Quran does not mention the covering of the head. Is this true? Because of the importance of hijab, it is worth exploring this issue in depth. The hijab of the Muslim woman has been set out in two verses of the Quran, Surah an-Nur ayah 31 and Surah al-Ahzab ayah 59. The list of commands contained in these verses is as follows: 1) Lower the gaze (24:31) 2) Guard the private parts (24:31) 3) Not display their beauty "except what is apparent of it" (24:31) 4) Extend the khimar to cover the bosom (24:31) 5) Not display their beauty beyond "what is apparent of it" except to the people listed in 24:31 6) Not stamp their feet so as to reveal hidden beauty (24:31) 7) Draw the jilbab close around them when abroad (33:59) What does "except what is apparent" mean? This is one of the passages in the Quran that is not clear in meaning (see Surah Ali Imran ayah 7). This is one of the passages in the Quran that the Prophet (sAas) needs to explain. And Surah an-Nahl ayah 44 (see above) tells us that the Prophet will explain the Quran. The Prophet's explanation of "what is apparent" is the face and the hands (to see dalils for this claim, go to Opinions of scholars in favor of displaying the face and hands). Therefore, following what the Prophet (sAas) has explained of the Quran, we can re-write the list this way: 1) Lower the gaze (24:31) 2) Guard the private parts (24:31) 3) Not display their beauty except their faces and hands (24:31) 4) Extend the khimar to cover the bosom (24:31) 5) Not display their beauty beyond the face and hands except to the people listed in 24:31 6) Not stamp their feet so as to reveal hidden beauty (24:31) 7) Draw the jilbab close around them when abroad (33:59) Now, it is very clear. If a woman must conceal all of her beauty except her face and hands, she must necessarily be concealing her hair. Even if "not to display their beauty except what is apparent" were the only text in the verse, yet as the Prophet (sAas) has explained the meaning of the Quran, a woman would still have to cover everything but her face and hands. We can also look at the meaning of the word "khimar". The word "khimar" comes from the root KHAMARA meaning "to cover". However, the particular form "khimar" may have a more specific meaning. Let's look at what it is: 1) In the Arabic of the Prophet (sAas), the word "khimar" referred to a HEADCOVERING. This can be seen in the hadiths in which the Prophet (sAas) wiped his wet hands over his khimar and his socks, from which the scholars have derived that it is halal to wipe wet hands over the

Ist es mir erlaubt, den Nicht-Muslimen auf ihre Neujahrsgrüße mit den Worten „Ihnen auch" zu antworten?
Antwort:
Alles Lob gebührt Allah.
Es ist nicht erlaubt, den Kuffār zu Weihnachten, Neujahr oder irgendeinem ihrer anderen Feste zu gratulieren, und es ist nicht erlaubt, ihnen zu antworten, wenn sie uns zu diesen Gelegenheiten grüßen, denn es sind keine Feste, die zu unserer Religion gehören und das Erwidern ihrer Grüße ist eine Bestätigung und Anerkennung für sie. Der Muslim sollte stolz auf seine Religion und ihre Gesetze sein und er sollte sich darum bemühen, andere zur Religion Allahs, gepriesen sei Er und erhaben, einzuladen und sie darüber zu informieren.
Scheikh ibn `Uthaymīn (möge Allah ihm barmherzig sein) wurde über den Rechtsspruch bezüglich des Beglückwünschens der Kuffār anlässlich des Weihnachtsfestes befragt und wie man darauf reagieren sollte, wenn sie uns zu dieser Gelegenheit grüßen. Ist es erlaubt, zu den Feiern zu gehen, die sie abhalten?
Sündigt eine Person, wenn sie eines der oben erwähnten Dinge tut, ohne es aber zu beabsichtigen, sondern nur, weil sie freundlich sein möchte oder weil sie schüchtern ist oder aus Verlegenheit oder einem anderen Grund? Ist es erlaubt, sie darin zu imitieren?
Er antwortete: „Die Kuffār zum Weihnachtsfest oder einem ihrer anderen religiösen Feiertage zu beglückwünschen ist harām gemäß dem Konsens der Gelehrten, wie von ibn al-Qayyim in seinem Buch Ahkām Ahl al-Dhimmah bestätigt wurde, wo er sagt: `Den Kuffār zu ihren Zeremonien, die nur ihnen zugeordnet werden, zu gratulieren, ist harām gemäß dem Konsens, wie das Gratulieren zu ihren Festivitäten und Fastentagen, indem man sagt „Ein frohes Fest" oder „Fröhliche Feiertage" u. Ä. Wenn derjenige, der dies sagt, vor dem Kufr errettet wurde, so ist es dennoch verboten. Es ist so, als ob man jemandem gratulieren würde, der sich vor dem Kreuz niederwirft oder der etwas noch Schlimmeres tut. Es ist eine ebenso große Sünde, als wenn man jemandem gratuliert, der Wein trinkt oder jemanden umbringt oder der unerlaubten sexuellen Verkehr hat usw. Viele derjenigen, die keinen Respekt vor ihrer Religion haben, verfallen in diesen Fehler; sie erkennen nicht die Anstößigkeit ihrer Handlungen. Wer auch immer einem anderen zu dessen Ungehorsam, Bid`ah oder Kufr beglückwünscht, setzt sich selbst dem Zorn Allahs aus."
Das Gratulieren der Kuffār zu ihren religiösen Feierlichkeiten ist harām, wie es von ibn al-Qayyim beschrieben wurde, denn es beinhaltet, dass jemand ihre Rituale des Kufr akzeptiert oder billigt, selbst wenn er diese Dinge nicht für sich selbst annehmen würde. Doch der Muslim sollte die Rituale des Kufr nicht akzeptieren oder jemandem dazu gratulieren, denn Allah akzeptiert nichts davon, wie Er sagt (ungefähre Bedeutung):
„Wenn ihr ungläubig seid, so ist Allah eurer unbedürftig, obgleich Er mit dem Unglauben für Seine Diener nicht zufrieden ist. Wenn ihr aber dankbar seid (indem ihr Gläubige seid), ist Er damit zufrieden für euch. …" (39:7)
„… Heute habe Ich euch eure Religion vervollkommnet und Meine Gunst an euch vollendet, und Ich bin mit dem Islam als Religion für euch zufrieden. …" (5:3).
Daher ist es verboten, ihnen zu gratulieren, seien es nun Arbeitskollegen oder andere.
Wenn sie uns anlässlich ihrer Feste beglückwünschen, dann sollten wir nicht antworten, denn es sind nicht unsere Feste und es sind keine Feste, die für Allah akzeptabel sind. Diese Feierlichkeiten sind Neuerungen in ihren Religionen und selbst diejenigen, die früher vorgeschrieben waren, wurden durch die Religion des Islams abrogiert, mit der Allah Muhammad (Allahs Frieden und Segen seien auf ihm) zur gesamten Menschheit entsandte. Allah sagt (ungefähre Bedeutung): „Wer aber als Religion etwas anderes als den Islam begehrt, so wird es von ihm nicht angenommen werden, und im Jenseits wird er zu den Verlierern gehören." (3:85).
Es ist für einen Muslim harām, Einladungen zu diesen Gelegenheiten anzunehmen, denn dies ist noch schlimmer als das Gratulieren, da es eine direkte Teilnahme an ihren Festivitäten bedeutet.
Ebenso ist es den Muslimen verboten, die Kuffār zu imitieren, indem sie selber Partys zu solchen Anlässen veranstalten, Geschenke austauschen, Süßigkeiten verteilen, sich Urlaub nehmen etc., denn der Prophet (Allahs Frieden und Segen seien auf ihm) sagte: „Wer ein Volk nachahmt, ist einer von ihnen." Scheikh al-Islam ibn Taymiyah sagte in seinem Buch Iqtidā` al-Sirāt al-Mustaqīm Mukhālifat Ashāb al-Jahīm: „Sie hinsichtlich ihrer Feste nachzuahmen bedeutet, dass jemand mit ihrem falschen Glauben und ihren irrigen Praktiken einverstanden ist und ihnen die Hoffnung vermittelt, dass sie die Möglichkeit haben, die Schwachen zu erniedrigen und in die Irre zu führen." (Majmū` Fatāwa al-Scheikh ibn `Uthaymīn #3/44).
Und Allah weiß es am besten.

Bidah ist weit verbreitet. Alle Feiertage der Kuffar sind haram, d. h. freiwillig an diesen Feiertagen teilzunehmen, die Kuffar zu gratulieren, Geschenke zu machen bzw. die Kuffar sonstwie freiwillig / bewusst nachzumachen. Der Prophet Mohammed (s.a.w.s.) sagte im folgenden Hadith:
"Wer auch immer ein Volk nachahmt, ist einer von ihnen."
[Abu Dawūd #4031; auch überliefert in Ahmad; von al-Albāni in Irwa' al-Ghalīl, 5/109, als sahīh eingestuft]

Nach Sure 1:7 (-> Al- Fatiha; bei den fünf täglichen Gebeten) sind die Christen irregegangen, nach Sure 5:73 sind sie Ungläubige und in der Sure 3:85 offenbarte Allah:
"Wer aber als Religion etwas anderes als den Islam begehrt, so wird es von ihm nicht angenommen werden, und im Jenseits wird er zu den Verlierern gehören."
Allah sagt im Koran, daß die Christen irregegangen sind und die DITIB gratuliert ihnen ? Auch die Sure 2:120 ist (nicht nur bei dieser Sachlage) eine Warnung:
"Weder die Juden noch die Christen werden mit dir zufrieden sein, bis du ihrem Glaubensbekenntnis folgst. Sag: Gewiß, Allahs Rechtleitung ist die (wahre) Rechtleitung. Wenn du jedoch ihren Neigungen folgst nach dem, was dir an Wissen zugekommen ist, so wirst du vor Allah weder Schutzherrn noch Helfer haben."
Soviel zu "Gesegnete Weihnachten" seitens der DITIB, auch wenn der Tannenbaum und der Weihnachtsmann überhaupt nichts mit der Geburt des Propheten Jesus (a.s.) zu tun haben können, weil solche Elemente die Christen früher aus dem Heidentum übernommen hatten (Stichwort: Schirk-Vermischung). um höchstwahrscheinlich die damaligen europäischen Heiden zu "integrieren". Kommt nicht der Zorn von Allah über die Ungläubigen an ihren Feiertagen ? Was der DITIB- Artikel bezüglich der verwiesenen "christlichen Gebete" betrifft, d. h. das sogenannte "Vater unser", so sind diese im Sinne der Verse 72-74 der Sure 5 eindeutiger Schirk und zwar im Zusammenhang mit der von Menschen ausgedachten "Trinität". So eine "Trinitätsgötzenkonstruktion" kann aber nicht einmal einen simplen Härtetest standhalten ohne abzustürzen. Sogar die Christen müssen bei Diskussionen selbst ihrem "Trinitätsgötzen" immer wieder mit Scheinargumenten "nachhelfen" (!), um solche Abstürze notdürftig zu verhindern, was aber trotzdem nicht so recht gelingen will, ohne daß sich noch weitere (oder mehrere) Widersprüche ergeben, welche erst recht über die Unvollkommenheit dieser Phantasiefigur entsprechend Auskunft geben.

Heute bekamen wir die Nachricht von ULLI der den Islam angenommen hat. Begrüßt euren neuen Bruder im Islam und macht Duaá für ihn.
Er schrieb folgende Zeilen:
