die Feinde Allahs erniedrigt verfliegen.

Allah haelt Versprechen und hilft seinen Lieben.
Die Liebe der Ummah zu Dir ist entflammt,
der Islam er wird siegen der Kuffr verbannt.
Boden der Ehre ich widme Dir Verse,
die Fluegel der Engel bedecken die Erde.
Der Gesandte Allahs hat uns dies Prophezeit,
und der Sieg Oh Al Sham er ist nicht mehr weit.
Wir rufen Allah, Al Aziz Du bist gross,
schicke uns bald den Sieg solange suchen wir Trost.
Das Gebet und Dua sind Waffen gegen Kuffar,

This morning a woman dropped her bank card at the bus stop while she rushed after her bus, whilst another middle aged sister wearing hijab/jilbab noticed this and called after the woman having picked up the card. Upon realising that the woman couldn't hear her, she began to run after the bus whilst on-lookers watched. This sister made it her duty to return the possession of another being. She could have easily left it there or if it was anyone else, they may have taken it. But she felt that it was her responsibility that it be returned to its owner.
People watched and stared, anyone would feel awkward running in public, more so with hijab etc on but she did it. And no doubt that left an impression on the woman who did in the end get given her card. Not only on the woman, but those who were watching.
For them to see a Muslimah go out of her way to do something with the best interests of a complete stranger at heart, must have had an effect and Allaah knows it.
It was an act of selflessness, and through her actions maybe Allaah will guide someone.
Today we have become so selfish, although one of the best qualities of a Muslim should infact be selflessness. To do things without seeking reward from people. To put others first and to worry less about yourself. We've lost this beautiful quality which the prophet SalAllaahu alayhi wa Sallam, the companions and the pious people have. It's a quality which we need to bring back in to ourselves.
We need to be like this sister and give dawah to the disbelievers, less with speech and more with action.
A scholar once said: "The believer says less and does more. The hypocrite says more and does less."
Let us ponder over that InshaaAllaah.♡
