Syrian Foreign Minister: Talks in Geneva didn't lead to tangible outcomes because of non-seriousness of the other side

Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign and Expatriates Minister, Head of Syria's official delegation to Geneva 2 conference Walid al-Moallem said that talks with the coaltion delegation so-called "opposition" for this week in Geneva didn't lead to tangible outcomes.
Al-Moallem said, at a press conference in Geneva that was for two reasons the non-seriousness and non-ripeness of the other side and its threat of blowing up the meetings many times and stubbornness on one issue as if we come here for one hour to hand them over everything and return and this indicates the illusions they live.
He added that the second reason was the tense atmosphere through which the US wanted to cover Geneva meeting by its actual appearance and its flagrant intervention in the meeting affairs were also reasons that made the talks don't lead to tangible outcomes.
Al-Moallem added that the official delegation came to Geneva open to everything and agreed on discussing anything, but the other side seems didn't read Geneva 1 communique and has been programmed for one item.
He said that those who took the decision in the US to arm "the moderate opposition" are sitting in the Moon, and they know that there is no moderate opposition, but terrorist organizations which destroy infrastructure in Syria and kill innocents, and if the US considers those as moderate, so our congratulations to it.
Al-Moallem affirmed that the official delegation worked to find a ground to which all Syrians and residents of the world don't disagree, this ground was based on combating terrorism, but, unfortunately they rejected it, and here comes the question; are they Syrians or can they be partners in building Syria's future.
He rejected the double standard policy of the US which support Iraq in its war against the so-called the Islamic State in Iraq and Sham/, while it supports this organization and arm it in addition to / Jabhat al-Nusra / to kill the Syrians wondering that this is not understandable.
Al-Moallem said that he told Brahimi that the latter should ask the US Secretary of State John Kerry to affirm his commitment to the political solution, not the military one, and to his efforts to create suitable atmospheres to have the dialogue succeed in Geneva.
He affirmed that it is difficult to determine Syria's future with a little movement calling itself / opposition /, referring to the national opposition in Syria that should be invited to have the dialogue more comprehensive, hoping dialogue be among a broader spectrum of the Syrian people.
Al-Moallem said that the Syrian government will seek to move the dialogue to Syria because constructive dialogue is conducted under the umbrella of the Homeland.
Al-Moallem noted that all accusations against Syria were not weird as the misleading media outlets are known for their role in the bloodshed in Syria. He responded to these accusations by saying "Would you like us to defend our people through sending SMS messages to those killers".
Al-Moallem stressed that the official delegation to Geneva came with the burdens and demands of the Syrian people, including combating terrorism, but the other side was completely isolated from what is going on in Syria.
"The statement on combating terrorism is included in Geneva Communique and who reads it finds a text in which every paragraph of it stresses the necessity of prevailing stability and calm to pave the ground for a political solution; unfortunately, neither the US nor the supporters of those created positive atmosphere that helps making progress in dialogue," al-Moallem added.
He pointed out that he met Brahimi before the beginning of dialogue and he told him that it is difficult to decide the future of Syria with a group that represents a small movement and calls itself "opposition" as there is also a national opposition in the homeland that was not invited.
Al-Moallem explained that for the dialogue to be more comprehensive, a wider group of opposition and civil society organizations should be invited to it so that it becomes constructive and everyone feels that they are participating shaping the future.
Al-Moallem said that Brahimi responded to this by saying that it is the responsibility of the two countries which organized the initiative, adding that "I answered that it is also the responsibility of the UN Secretary-General."
He said that most of the opposition wondered why it was not invited, adding that the Syrian official delegation still hopes and insists on dialogue with the broader spectrum of the Syrian people because when this spectrum attends then the constructive dialogue can be moved into Syria.
He added that the Syrian official delegation represents the interests of the Syrian people, adding that if the delegation finds that returning to Geneva is the demand of the Syrian people, then the delegation will return, adding that when a decision is made in this regard, Brahimi will be told.
Al-Moallem added that the Syrian official delegation is returning to Syria to inform the Syrians of what has happened in Geneva, hailing the awareness of the Syrian people who stressed its support to the Syrian official delegation.
He highlighted that the official delegation expressed readiness to discuss all of Geneva1 communique, adding that the aforementioned communique did not tackle the presidency post and no one can speak on behalf of the Syrians on this issue as Syria's future is determined only by Syrians.
Al-Moallem said that "We will report to President Bashar al-Assad on what happened in Geneva. His Excellency will discuss with us and the cabinet and we will reach a consensus on that."
Answering a question on the dispute with the other side on the interpretation of the Geneva communique, al-Moallem said that Geneva1 communique was set in the absence of the Syrian people, adding that there are still differences on interpreting of some points between the USA and Russia.
On the issue of the transitional body in the coming stage and whether there is Russian pressures on Syria in this regards, Al-Moallem said that the transitional body is in the heart of the Geneva communique but it is in the 8th , not the first, article of this communique, adding that "We have never said that we will not discuss this article. We are a country with constitution, leadership, government and institutions and we are ready to discuss this article but first we must know the identity of the other side and whether it is Syrian or not".
Al-Moallem noted that all accusations against Syria were not unexpected as the misleading media outlets are known for their role in the bloodshed in Syria. He responded to these accusations by saying "Would you like us to defend our people through sending short messages to those killers?"
On the allegations of the coalition that a civil war is taking place in Syria, al-Moallem said that those persons are not linked to the events on the ground at all, adding that it is normal to those who stay at five-star hotels outside the country to be detached from reality, calling on them to go to Raqqa, Aleppo countryside or old city of Homs.
On a question regarding the priority of discussions in terms of the Geneva communique, al-Moallem said that the basis of dialogue is the first Geneva communiqué because the invitation to the conference is based on it, adding that "We said we are ready to discuss all the articles of the communiqué without hesitation, but when we see that the simplest priorities, which all the Syrians agree upon, are rejected by the other side, then we should stop and ask ourselves how could those people be partners in building the future of Syria?"
On delivering humanitarian aid to the old city of Homs, al-Moallem said that huge efforts are being exerted by the UN Resident Representative in Damascus and Homs Governor, adding that the Resident Representative had communicated with the armed groups before the Syrian official delegation came to Geneva and there were three attempts to evacuate civilians from the old city, and the Red Cross has failed in doing so because a leader of an armed group said that he will open fire at the humanitarian convoys if they enter the area because he did not want the entry of humanitarian aid but rather he wanted to exit the area with his weapons along with the civilians as to move to another town, adding that "We have documented what has happened to whoever wants to know."
Al-Moallem added that the Syrian government is ready to evacuate the civilians, whether women or children, noting that whoever want to surrender himself and his weapons to the authorities will be welcomed and released, but moving the battle from one area to another is unacceptable and preposterous.
Al-Moallem asserted that the Syrian government will not delay in assisting every Syrian in need, pointing out that the government has a response plan with a budget of around SYP 40 billion with a Higher Relief Committee chaired by the Social Affairs Minister, in addition to the work by the Health Minister in the field of polio vaccines and providing medicine in cooperation with UNICEF.
Responding to a question by SANA's delegate to Geneva on whether the coalition delegation made any commitments regarding the flow of terrorists from Turkey and Saudi Arabia to Syria, al-Moallem said "we sensed that this delegation and the ones behind it can't influence anyone on the ground… they said that they contacted the gunmen in Homs old city, and later we were surprised that one of those gunmen's leaders began threatening and disavowing this coalition, therefore the word "commitment" is too big for them."
On whether the Syrian official delegation sensed any reliable signs from the coalition delegation indicating it can contact, control or commit groups like the Islamic State in Iraq and al-Sham, Jabhat al-Nusra or the Islamic Front to anything, al-Moallem said this is bigger than the coalition, as he read a statement two days ago on these groups' websites in which they disavowed the coalition and state that their goal is to establish an "Islamic caliphate state" and destroy Syria, adding "they can't even influence a group of five armed squads in Homs old city… and if they had influence, then that's a problem as well."
On whether Syria presented documents to the UN on some Arab and regional countries' support for terrorists, al-Moallem said that Syria provided more than 450 documented letters to the UN, with Syria's Representative at the UN Dr. Bashar al-Jaafari presenting such letters on daily basis to the Security Council and UN Secretary-General, regretting that the Security Council remains unbalanced.
On whether al-Moallem sent a message via Brahimi to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and US State Secretary John Kerry, al-Moallem said he told Brahimi that his duty is to tell Kerry to affirm his commitment to a political solution, not a military solution, and that Kerry should work to create a suitable atmosphere for the success of dialogue in Geneva.
"We cannot accept double standards. The US support Iraq in its war against the Islamic State in Iraq and al-Sham, and we're comfortable about that, but at the same time, the US arms along with Jabhet al-Nusra it in Syria to kill Syrians, which isn't understandable," he said.
On the coalition delegation's rejection of the statement that condemns terrorism because, according to the coalition, it doesn't condemn Hezbollah, al-Moallem noted that the statement in question does not even include name, stressing that Syria condemns terrorism in general, but Hezbollah is a group of resistant youths who defend their country preemptively, pointing out to the terrorist attacks which took place in the southern suburb of Beirut because of Syrian terrorists who crossed the borders.
Answering a question by SANA's delegate to Geneva on the Syrian official delegation's evaluation of the coalition delegation, al-Moallem said "Sometimes, to protect one's own country, one has to deal with things even if he's not convinced with them, so we were patient during this week and we were serious, but we also were aware that we were talking to them and to those who stand behind them, and we say to those who stand behind them that if they want a political solution, then we are ready."
On the proposal for security arrangements in Aleppo submitted to Lavrov during al-Moallem's visit to Moscow, the Foreign Minister said that Lavrov suggested local initiatives to reduce fighting and proposed beginning in Aleppo, so Syria presented a full proposal based on gunmen withdrawing from Aleppo city's neighborhoods, replacing them with policemen, bringing in food and medicine convoys, and returning services committees and offices to work, then Lavrov asked if he could propose this to the Americans, and Syria agreed and said that if this experiment is successful, it can be applied in other cities, concluding "so far, we didn't receive any answer."

Iran does not bother with the sectarian aspect if this contradicts its national interests. Azerbaijan at the end of 1989 sought its liberation from the Soviet Union and people destroyed the borders with Iran in order to unify with it, bringing about massacres during the beginning of 1990 at the hands of the Russian aggressors who had entered Baku to prevent the establishment of a system not following their lead, and to help their old communist agents into power.
However Iran did not help the people of Azerbaijan in the face of this Russian attack that violated the rights of the Muslims who sought freedom from the Russian yoke and the clutches of the communists; as a matter of fact, the majority of Azerbaijan's Muslim population follow Iran's official Madhab. Iran did not help Azerbaijan in the face of the Armenians who were sponsored by the Russians in the occupation of 20% of Azerbaijan during 1994 and displaced more than one million Azerbaijanis from their land.
This tragic situation is still in existence. Indeed, Iran has developed its relations with Armenia at the expense of Azerbaijan! Not only that, but Iran has supported factions that have nothing to do with Islam, such as the faction of Michel Aoun or secular movements like the movement of Nabih Berri and others in Lebanon of those marching on the path paved for them by America.

Die glücklichste Frau der Welt, wer das wohl ist??? Vielleicht die Frau des reichsten Mannes der Welt, weil Reichtum immer auch Glückseligkeit bedeutet??? Nein, gewiss nicht, die glücklichste Frau der Welt kann man sogar sein wenn man auf einem Berg in einer kleinen Hütte lebt....die Glücklichste Frau der Welt kann jede von uns sein, Bedingung dafür ist es, einfach auf die wirklich wichtigen Dinge im Leben zu achten. Die glücklichste Frau der Welt kannst auch DU werden inschallah. Hier eine kleine Anleitung um die glücklichste Frau der Welt zu werden:
Eine frohe Botschaft vom besten Menschen der Welt an DICH persönlich liebe Schwester!! Eine frohe Botschaft vom Propheten unserer Ummah Muhammad Ibn Abdillah:
„Wenn eine Frau ihre fünf betet, ihren Monat fastet, ihre Scham hütet und ihrem Mann gehorcht, dann wird zu ihr gesagt werden: Betrete das Paradies durch welches Tor du möchtest" (Ibn Hibban! Albany stufte diesen Hadith als Sahih ein)
·Sei barmherzig zu den Schwachen und du wirst glücklich, gebe den Armen und du wirst geheilt werden und trage keinen Hass mit dir und du wirst tugendhaft sein....
·Denke nicht das diese Welt für irgendeinen Menschen perfekt oder vollkommen ist, denn es gibt keinen auf dieser ganzen Welt der alles hat was er sich wünscht oder vom Prüfungen und Schlechtem verschont wird.....
·Wehe dir von Sünden, denn sie sind Gründe für Trauer, Ärger und Katastrophen......
·Deine guten Taten füllen dein Leben mit Glückseligkeit denn Allah s.t. sagt:
„Dem, der recht handelt - ob Mann oder Frau - und gläubig ist, werden Wir gewiss ein gutes Leben gewähren; und Wir werden gewiss solchen (Leuten) ihren Lohn nach der besten ihrer Taten bemessen." Surat Nahl Ayat 97

·Dein Medikament liegt im Buche Allahs .s.t und der Sunnah des Propheten s.a.s. Deine Ruhe liegt im Glauben (Imaan), die Freude deiner Augen im Gebet, der Frieden deines Herzens in der Überzeugung, deine Innere Ruhe in der Zufriedenheit mit dem was Allah s.t. dir gegeben hat, die Schönheit deines Gesichts im Lächeln, der Schutz deiner Würde und Ehre im Hijab und deine Beruhigung im Dhikr (gedenken an Allah).....
·Der erste Schritt zur Glückseligkeit ist das Fajr Gebet. So beginne deinen Tag mit dem Fajr Gebet....
·Trage die Kleidung der Gottesfurcht, damit du zu den glücklichsten Frauen der Welt gehörst.....
·Wahrlich, Vergebung ist besser als Rache, Taten sind besser als zuviel Freizeit, die Zufriedenheit ist besser als Geld und die Gesundheit besser als Reichtum.....
·Der Schlüssel der Meere sind Schiffe, der Schlüssel der Erde sind Wege, der Schlüssel des Himmels ist das Bittgebet (Dua) und das kontrollieren der Begierden ist der Schlüssel zum Paradies Allah s.t. sagt:
„Wer aber das Stehen vor seinem Herrn gefürchtet hatte und die eigene Seele von niedrem Gelüst abhielt - so wird das Paradies sicherlich (seine) Herberge sein." Surat An-Nazi3at 40-41
·Das Geheimnis der Glückseligkeit und des Erfolgs ist „La haula wa la quata illa
billah" Sprich so oft es geht diese Worte und verjage damit Ursachen des Ärgers und der Trauer.....
·Deine Wohnung ist ein Geheimnis deiner Glückseligkeit, denn Allah s.t sagt: „Und bleibt in euren Häusern und prunkt nicht wie in den Zeiten der Dschahiliya [...]" Surat Al-Ahzab Ayat 33 In deiner Wohnung liegt der Geschmack der Glückseligkeit, in ihr gibst du Acht auf deine Ehre und deine Schamhaftigkeit....
·Das Weiterbilden in deiner Religion ist eine Glückseligkeit, der Prophet sagte: „Wem Allah s,t Gutes will, den lässt er wissend in der Religion sein"
·Wisse, dass diejenigen die über dich lästern, dir Hasanat schenken und deine schlechten Taten auslöschen, dies ist eine Ni3ma Subhanallah....
·Ein Traum ist manchmal Glückseligkeit und Güte ist die Creme de la Creme, das beste vom besten.....
·Hüte dich davor den Ungläubigen oder Männern ähnlich zu sein (Kleidung, Verhalten etc)......
·Sei bescheiden im Leben und gütig im Geben, schau immer auf diejenigen die in weltlichen Dingen weniger haben als du......
·Das um Verzeihung bitten bei Allah (Istighfar) ist ein Grund für ein glückliches Leben. Allah s.t. sagt:
„und ich sagte: »Sucht Vergebung bei eurem Herrn; denn Er ist Allvergebend. Er wird Regen für euch in Fülle hernieder senden" Sura Nuuh 10-11
·Das Gedenken an Allah s.t. zieht Freude an, beruhigt das Herz und verleiht innere Ruhe. Allah s.t sagt:
„Es sind jene, die glauben und deren Herzen Trost finden im Gedenken an Allah. Wahrlich, im Gedenken Allahs werden die Herzen ruhig."
·Das Bittgebet ist ein Garten im Herzen und das Paradies auf Erden.....
Oh Allah s.t. lass uns zu den Glücklichen im Diesseits und Jenseits gehören!

Mutiger Elfjähriger rettet Hund das Leben
Dieser Junge namens Jean Fernandes sah, wie der Hund Mel auf einer vielbefahrenen Straße von einem Auto angefahren wurde.
Ohne zu zögern rannte Jean in den entgegenkommenden Verkehr, umklammerte den kleinen Welpen und brachte ihn in Sicherheit.
Jeans Mutter sagte, er habe eine ganz besondere Beziehung zu Tieren. Er rette oft Lebewesen, die er findet – die, die ausgesetzt oder misshandelt wurden.
Gesten, die die Welt verändern.
