Musik ist nicht erlaubt bzw Musik mit Instrumenten begleitet auch wenn der Inhalt daran nicht haram ist, es ist trotzdem wegen den Instrumenten haram. Nasheed sind erlaubt.
Musik hat grossen einfluss auf das Charakter, es wirkt auch manipulativ, hör mal die ganze zeit liebes-lieder und stelle fest wie du dich fühlst, hör mal die ganze zeit gangstarap und stelle fest wie du dich fühlst dein zustand ist und mach das gleiche mal mit hard-rock oder sonst was. Musik kann jemanden schnell zu unzucht oder haram führen, es kann jemand schnell in die irre leiten und jemanden von Allahs weg ablenken. Im heiligen Quran steht in der 31. Sure im Aya 6:
"Und unter den Menschen gibt es solche, die leeres Gerede vorziehen, um (Menschen) ohne Wissen von Allahs Weg hinweg in die Irre zu führen, und um damit Spott zu treiben. Solchen (Menschen) harrt eine schmähliche Strafe." Mit leeres gerede ist hier musik/frevelhaftes vergnügen gemeint.

Ein Mann buchte eine Reise nach Tunesien. Der Flug wurde storniert, der Veranstalter bot einen alternativen Reisezeitraum an. Der Kunde stornierte daraufhin die Reise und forderte Entschädigung.
Wird eine Reise vom Veranstalter um vier Tage nach hinten verlegt, darf der Urlauber sie kostenlos stornieren. Außerdem hat er Anspruch auf eine Entschädigung wegen entgangener Urlaubsfreuden, wenn der Veranstalter ihm keine gleichwertige Ersatzreise anbieten kann, entschied das Amtsgericht Köln (Az.: 142 C 210/12).
In dem Fall hatte ein Vater für sich und seinen Sohn eine Reise nach Tunesien vom 13. bis 27. Juni gebucht. Einige Wochen vor dem Abflug teilte der Veranstalter mit, dass der Flug storniert wurde, und bot den alternativen Reisezeitraum vom 17. Juni bis 1. Juli an.
Die Kunden stornierten die Reise, weil sie teilweise außerhalb der Schulferien lag. Sie forderten deshalb eine Entschädigung wegen entgangener Urlaubsfreuden.
Das Gericht gab ihnen Recht. Den Klägern stehe eine Entschädigung zu. Der Veranstalter sei Schuld daran, dass die Reise nicht stattfand, da der vertraglich vereinbarte Reisezeitraum nicht mehr sichergestellt werden konnte.
Hätte ihm der Veranstalter eine gleichwertige Reise angeboten, hätten Vater und Sohn nicht zurücktreten dürfen. Das Ersatzangebot in diesem Fall sei jedoch nicht gleichwertig gewesen, da der Reisezeitraum über das Ende der Pfingstferien hinausreichte.
