Scheikh ibn `Uthaymīn (möge Allāh ihm barmherzig sein) sagte: „Das Tadeln der Zeit besteht aus drei Arten:
1. Eine bloße Aussage, ohne Unzufriedenheit auszudrücken. Das ist erlaubt. Man kann beispielsweise sagen: „Die Hitze (oder Kälte) ist heute unerträglich" oder etwas Ähnliches. Das ist so, weil die Taten anhand der Absichten beurteilt werden und solche Worte sind lediglich eine Aussage. Ein weiteres Beispiel sind die Worte Lūts (ungefähre Bedeutung): „… Das ist ein drangsalvoller Tag." (11:77).
2. Das Tadeln der Zeit so, als ob sie die Ursache wäre und als ob sie die Dinge ändern könnte oder entscheiden würde, was gut und was schlecht ist. Das ist großer Schirk, weil es der Glaube ist, es gäbe einen anderen Schöpfer als Allāh und dadurch Ereignisse etwas anderem als Allāh zugerechnet werden. Jeder, der glaubt, dass es einen anderen Schöpfer als Allāh gibt, ist ein Ungläubiger (Kāfir), ebenso wie derjenige, der glaubt, es gäbe einen anderen Gott neben Allāh, der es verdient, angebetet zu werden.
3. Das Tadeln der Zeit ohne die Überzeugung zu haben, sie sei die Ursache, sondern die Person glaubt, dass Allāh der Grund ist. Doch sie schimpft über die Zeit, weil das Unerwünschte innerhalb des zeitlichen Rahmens stattfindet. Das ist harām, obwohl es keinen Schirk darstellt, und es ist eine närrische Denkweise und ein Irregehen in religiöser Hinsicht. Denn faktisch ist diese Beschimpfung der Zeit auf Allāh, den Erhabenen, anzuwenden, da Dieser, erhaben und gepriesen ist Er, die Kontrolle über die Zeit hat und entscheidet, was innerhalb der gesetzten Zeit an Gutem oder Schlechtem geschieht. Die Zeit ist also nicht die Ursache und dieses Tadeln begründet keinen Kufr, da es kein direktes Tadeln Allāhs ist, erhaben ist Er."

#Homs, 23-01-2014: Father Francis, a Catholic priest in the besieged and devastated city of Homs, is risking his life to speak out against the regime siege of large parts of the city, reminding the world that Syria's Christians are being persecuted and starved alongside their Muslim brothers and sisters by the brutal Assad regime.
"I am Father Francis, speaking to you from the historic centre of Homs. I represent the Christian community in the area.
We - Christians and Muslims in the area - are living in extremely harsh conditions and suffering many deprivations, including hunger.
There is nothing more difficult to see than parents take to the streets searching for food for their children. The people are suffering immensely from hunger and lack of medical care and any specialist doctors. For a long time, the people have endured excruciating pain with an unmatched perseverance and patience, but the situation cannot continue this way!
The people need massive aid and want a solution to our problems that have now plagued us for a year and seven months.
Would you think that the international community would do something while we starve or that it would remain silent? I say that it is impossible for the international community to see us all together in these condition and to do nothing.
I do not accept that we will starve! I do not accept that we will drown in this sea of man-made hunger and be submerged beneath the waves of death.
We love life, we want to live; we don't want to sink in this sea of pain and suffering!

Der Hilferuf eines Priesters aus Homs
Vater Francis, ein katholischer Priester in der belagerten und zerstörten Stadt Homs, riskiert sein Leben und kritisiert das Assad-Regime wegen der Belagerung von großen Teilen der Stadt. Er will die Welt daran erinnern, dass Syriens Christen vom brutalen Assad-Regime verfolgt werden und zusammen mit ihren muslimischen Brüdern und Schwestern verhungern.
"Ich bin Vater Francis und spreche zu Ihnen aus der Altstadt von Homs. Ich vertrete die christliche Gemeinde in der Gegend. Wir, Christen und Muslime im belagerten Homs, leben unter extrem harten Bedingungen und leiden unter den Entbehrungen und Hunger. Es gibt nichts traurigeres, als zu sehen wie Eltern auf den Straßen nach Nahrung für ihre Kinder suchen. Die Menschen leiden immens an Hunger und mangelnder medizinischer Versorgung. Die Menschen leiden unerträglich und ertragen das Leid mit einer unvergleichlichen Ausdauer und Geduld, aber die Situation kann nicht so weitergehen! Die Menschen brauchen dringend Hilfe und ein Ende dieses Zustands unter dem sie nun seit einem Jahr und sieben Monate ausharren. Würden Sie denken, dass die internationale Gemeinschaft etwas tut , während wir verhungern oder dass es besser wäre still bleiben? Ich sage, dass es für die internationale Gemeinschaft unmöglich ist, uns alle zusammen in diesem Zustand zu sehen und nichts zu tun. Ich akzeptiere nicht, dass wir verhungern! Ich kann nicht akzeptieren, dass wir in diesem Meer von Menschen ertrinken und durch erzwungenen Hunger in den Wogen des Todes versinken. Wir lieben das Leben, wir wollen leben, wir wollen nicht in diesem Meer von Schmerz und Leid versinken. Danke."

AFTER JUMUAH SALAH.
As all of the world's nations convene at the Geneva II summit in Switzerland to discuss the future of Syria, Muslims around the world too should respond to what is essentially a meeting to prevent the rise of the Khilafah (pan-Islamic State).
The world has indeed been divided into two camps: the camp of disbelief (kufr) and the camp of belief (eemaan), and the Geneva II summit is a desperate attempt by the camp of disbelief to put out the light of Islam.
The war in Syria has played a crucial role in exposing the great traitors of Islam. Apostate governments such as Saudi Arabia and Qatar have shown their ugly faces by openly financing so-called Islamic militia to overthrow the tyrannical government of Syria, and ensure that whoever succeeds does not upset the status quo in the region.
On the other hand, we have also seen the burning hatred of the Shia raafidah, particularly those from Iran and Lebanon who have showed no mercy to sunni Muslims.
From whatever angle one looks at the situation there can be no doubt that practising Muslims in the region are in desperate need of our support to establish a pure Islamic government i.e. Khilafah (Islamic State).
The West, with America at the helm, are now clutching at straws to implement yet another American state in Muslim land, however Muslims all over the world must rise to make it absolutely clear that we will not tolerate anything except an Islamic State based solely on the Quran and Sunnah.
We urge all Muslims to support our demonstration on Friday, 24th January 2014 outside the regents park central mosque, to condemn the Geneva II summit and the evil plots of the disbelievers against Islam and Muslims
