اللہ تعالیٰ نے جگہ جگہ فرمایا !
اور جب انھیں کہا جاتا ہے کہ آؤ اس چیز کی طرف جو اللہ نے نازل کی ہے اور آؤ رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی طرف تو کہتے ہیں ہمیں تو وہی کچھ کافی ہے جس پر ہم نے آباؤ اجداد کو پایا ہے خواہ ان کے باپ دادا کچھ بھی نہ جانتے ہوں اور نہ ہی ہدایت پر ہوں ________ سورہ میدہ #١٠٤
اے شعیب علیہ السلام ! کیا تیری نماز تجھے یہی حکم دیتی ہے کہ ہم اپنے باپ دادا کے معبودوں کو چھوڑ دیں _________ سورہ ھود #٨٧
تم چاہتے ہو (اے رسولو ) کہ ہمیں ان (معبودوں ) کی عبادت سے روک دو جن کی عبادت ہمارے باپ دادا کرتے رہے __________سورہ ابراہیم # ١٠
ابراہیم علیہ السلام نے پوچھا : جب تم انہیں پکارتے ہو تو یہ تمھاری بات سنتے ہیں ؟ یا تمہیں نفع یا نقصان پہنچا سکتے ہیں ؟ وہ کہنے لگے نہیں بلکہ ہم نے اپنے باپ دادا کو ایسا کرتے پایا ________ سورہ الشعرا #آیت ٧٢ تا ٧٤

ایک شخص نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اندر آنے کی اجازت چاہی تو آپ نے فرمایا کہ اسے اجازت دے دو ، فلاں قبیلہ کا یہ برا آدمی ہے جب وہ شخص اندر آیا تو آپ نے اس کے ساتھ بڑی نرمی سے گفتگو کی ، میں نے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) ! آپ کو اس کے متعلق جو کچھ کہنا تھا وہ ارشاد فرمایا اور پھر اس کے ساتھ نرم گفتگو کی ۔ آپ نے فرمایا ، عائشہ ! وہ بدترین آدمی ہے جسے اس کی بدکلامی کے ڈر سے لوگ چھوڑ دیں Sahih al-Bukhari 6054
