Wenn man Schmerz im Körper fühlt
Lege deine Hand auf die Körperstelle, die schmerzt, und sage:
3 mal : "Bismillah"
(Im Namen Allahs)
und dann 7 mal : "A'uudhu billahi wa qudratihi min scharri ma ajidu wa uhaadhir."
(Ich suche Zuflucht bei Allah und Seiner Allmacht vor dem Schlechten welches ich fühle und fürchte.)
حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، وَحَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالاَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعُ بْنُ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَاصِ الثَّقَفِيِّ، أَنَّهُ شَكَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَجَعًا يَجِدُهُ فِي جَسَدِهِ مُنْذُ أَسْلَمَ . فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " ضَعْ يَدَكَ عَلَى الَّذِي تَأَلَّمَ مِنْ جَسَدِكَ وَقُلْ بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ . ثَلاَثًا . وَقُلْ سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ

"Women feel twice as much pressure to look good as men do, a new study has shown. A detailed look into the body confidence of 2,000 men and women also documented a dramatic overall rise in appearance-related anxiety.
Two thirds of the women polled felt under too much pressure to look good, citing a rise in 'perfect-looking' women in the media setting unrealistic standards. The research, which was commissioned by Benenden Health, who also say the pressure is growing for men too. Men now spend over three hours a week on average stressing over their body shape.
"Our research shows that body hang-ups can have an effect on people of all shapes, sizes and genders - whether it relates to weight, body shape or clothing, both men and women can feel at times under pressure to live up to 'expectation,' said Helen of Benenden Health.
"By comparing yourself to unrealistic ideals about what is 'perfect' you can put yourself under pressure to meet idealistic expectations and consequently suffer stress and anxiety which can have a negative impact on your health and well-being."
It's clear from these figures that both sexes are affected by similar concerns about the way they look," Helen added. As the research shows, feeling under pressure about your appearance is not in any way a purely 'female' domain - men are becoming increasingly concerned about their own body image and this is causing them more worry than ever before.""

The article discusses how both men and women feel anxious about their looks stating this is hugely impacted by the 'perfect' image the media portrays for all.
The contradiction in all of this is understanding a bigger problem than just the anxiety at hand, it is to understand that a whole industry lives off making people think they need to look a certain way. And industry that only truly cares about making money.
Alhamdhulillah for how Islam views a persons 'image'.
The prophet (saw) said: "Verily, Allah does not look at your appearance or wealth, but rather He looks at your hearts and actions."

There are many other examples from the Sahabah of youth, men and women, who were leaders for Islam.Mus'ab ibn 'Umayr was only 24 years old and was sent by the Messenger of Allah to Madinah to spread Islam,'A'isha the wife of the Messenger of Allah , Asma bint Abu Bakr – the daughter of Abu Bakr Siddiq , al-Zubayr ibn Awwam who was only 12 when he embraced Islam, Sa'd ibn Abi-Waqqas who was 17,'Usamah ibn Zaid who was only 17 when he led the senior Sahabah like Abu Bakr and 'Umar as the Amir of an army ofJihad, and Ja'far ibn Abi Talib who at the age of 20 was able to stand in the court of king Negus of Abyssinia and eloquently represent and defend the Muslims. However we should realise that the great personalities from amongst the youth continued even after the time ofthe Sahabah.
Imam Shafi'i, one of the greatest scholars of this Ummah, memorised the Qur'an when he was 7, and was a mujtahid, a scholar, with the ability to derive solutions from the Qur'an and the Sunnah at the age of
Today it is difficult for people to imagine going to a 14 year old to ask him about Islamic law. Tariq ibn Ziyad conqueror of Spain and Muhammad al-Fateh, the conqueror of Constantinople (modern day Istanbul) were young men.

man kann die Suren nicht einfach so übersetzten, wie Sie diese hier geschrieben, man muss den Koran richtig verstehen und das können nur wirklich Gelehrte, die sich mit dem Koran auseinander gesetzt haben. Denn die direkte Übersetzung wie hier ist sonst zweideutig und falsch zu verstehen, was zwar auch Ihr Grund ist, anderen Unwissenden falsches zu zeigen.

mich würde es noch interessieren, wer hat dir dieses falsche Wissen gegeben?
Hattest du mal einen Glauben, der dich verletzt, oder verlssen hat?
Oder glaubst du nur an das, was du siehst, oder im Portomonai hast?
Warum so ein Hass gegen den Islam, oder auch Hass gegen andere Religionen?
