ما هو الأفضل: رفع اليدين أو عدم رفعهما في صلاة الجنازة؟
Frage: Was ist besser: Das Heben der Hände oder das nicht-Heben (während des Takbir) beim Totengebet (Janazaah)?
الصواب أن رفع اليدين في تكبيرة الجنازة سنة في كل التكبيرات، كما جاء ذلك صريحاً عن ابن عمر ، ومثل هذا من الأمور التوقيفية التي لا تكون إلا عن نص، بل جاء عن النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام أنه كان يرفع يديه في كل تكبيرة.
Antwort: Das Richtige ist, dass das Heben der Hände während des Takbir vom Janazaah-Gebet Sunnah in jedem der Takbiraat ist. Genau so, wie es in der klaren Überlieferung von Ibn 'Umar überliefert worden ist. Und solche tawqifi-Angelegenheiten (d. h. Angelegenheiten, die auf verlässlichen Berichten basieren müssen und können nicht dem ijtihaad unterliegen) können nur anhand eines Text bestimmt werden. Tatsächlich ist es über den Propheten (عليه الصلاة والسلام) überliefert worden, dass er seine Hände bei jedem Takbir hob.
وقال أيضاً رحمه الله: " القول الصحيح أنه يرفع يديه في كل تكبيرة؛ لأنه صح عن عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما ، وأما قول بعضهم : إنه في تكبيرة الإحرام فقط، فهذا قول لبعض أهل العلم، ولكن الصحيح أنه في كل تكبيرة
Ibn al-'Uthaymin sagt in einer anderen Stelle seiner Fatawa: Die richtige Ansicht ist, dass er seine Hände bei jedem Takbir heben sollte, denn dies wurde einem authentischen Bericht über Abdullaah bin 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) überliefert. Was die Aussage einiger betrifft, dass (die Hände) nur beim Takbir al-Ihraam (gehoben werden), so ist diese die Aussage von einigen der Leute des Wissens (Gelehrten). Jedoch ist die Meinung richtig, dass es bei jedem Takbir gehoben wird.

Syria to give UN 228 Saudi ID cards belonging to killed militants
The Syrian Foreign and Expatriates Ministry has criticized Saudi Arabia over lack of genuine measures to stop instigation of terrorism in Syria.
On Saturday, in two letters addressed to United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and President of UN Security Council Sylvie Lucas on Saudi Arabia's subversive role in Syria, the ministry referred to a raft of counter-terrorism legislations issued by the Saudi regime in a make-believe attempt to convince the international community of its involvement in a counter-terrorism drive.
Saudi Arabia thinks that its USD 100 million contribution to finance the United Nations Counter-Terrorism Center will absolve it of legal and ethical responsibility for the loss of thousands of lives, and will cover up millions of dollars it pumped to support terrorist groups in Syria and elsewhere in the world, read the letters.
The letters indicated that "combating terrorism requires that words match actions, i.e. that legislations are issued and put into force. Consequently, the Saudi regime by not taking real measures to stop instigation of terrorism and deter the fitna-mongers (plotters) who issued calls for Jihad in Syria and elsewhere in the world in answer to the call of al-Qaeda leader, Ayman al-Zawaheri in October 2013 reveal these laws to be grossly lacking credibility."
Saudi Arabia continues to spread Wahabi thought which underpins the crimes committed by radical militants in Syria where the danger lies, the Syrian ministry pointed out.
"The evil triggered by Wahabi thought had not remained confined to Syria but boomeranged on all strata of Saudi society,'' the letters added. "It is therefore not odd that thousands of Saudis, including university professors, doctors, engineers and employees have embraced the al-Qaeda-linked Wahabi thought due to the regime's efforts to foster it in the society."
Blinded by mass media and social networks oversupplied with Wahabi indoctrination, those people have abandoned their families, lives and future to come to Syria to kill with impunity, said the ministry.
The ministry said that Syria will supply the United Nations Security Council and the relevant counter-terrorism committees with the IDs of 228 Saudi terrorists who got killed in Syria.
The letters dismissed Saudi vows to punish those involved in combat operations in Syria upon their return as "cheap media propaganda" that ought to be replaced by real measures.
A recent British defense study showed that about 100,000 militants, fragmented into 1,000 groups, are fighting in Syria against the government and people. Syria has been gripped by deadly unrest since 2011.

FSA com'dr gets salary from a country he wishes not to name
An ongoing trend of Syrian militants leaving the so-called Free Syrian Army and joining 'better-funded' radical groups was reversed in January, with another country's intelligence coming to help them in their war to topple the Syrian government, a new report suggests.
"The Free Syrian army commander," writes the Los Angeles Times in a report, who saw some 2,000 of his crew joining better-funded radical groups, saw things changed "in February when an intelligence operative from a country he refuses to name handed him an envelope full of cash — salaries for his remaining combatants."
"It's a good amount of money; I can keep my fighters," the commander said, as scented smoke from his arghileh [water pipe] obscured a scar across his face, the product of a battle in Syria, just 16 miles north of this drab Jordanian town.
The report says, Syrian opposition's so-called "southern front" has become the focus of a reinvigorated US-backed initiative to bolster faltering militants now losing ground in their three-year battle to overthrow Syrian President Bashar Assad.
Syria has long been insisting that the ongoing conflict in the country is a foreign-charged war rather than a revolution or uprising.
There are many foreign militants in the country and one of the main allies of the US-backed FSA is al-Qaeda's al-Nusra Front, a radical group which has been involved in extremist acts of violence in the war.
The LA Times says with the recent peace talks stalled, "It is here that US officials and their Persian Gulf allies, notably Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, are recalibrating their approach in what many view as a last chance to turn around the civil war that has begun to tilt heavily in favor of Assad."
But recent infighting between numerous fractions of armed groups in Syria which the FSA has failed to bring together, is making things hard for Washington to pursue that policy.
"The foreign powers are hoping to re-energize what remains of the US-backed Free Syrian Army as a 'moderate' alternative to extremists with such groups as Al Qaeda-affiliated Al Nusra Front," the report says.
It adds "the cash-stuffed envelopes meant to secure the loyalty of rebel fighters are an essential component of the embryonic southern campaign, according to interviews in Jordan with opposition commanders."
Though cash has begun to flow, southern commanders say they have yet to witness a significant influx of armaments, especially the portable anti-aircraft missiles that militants in the north have long sought to counter Syrian army's air power.
This hasn't been given to them by their foreign supporters for fears of the weapons falling into the hands of extremists who could target civilian airliners.
A recent British defense study showed that about 100,000 militants, fragmented into 1,000 groups, are fighting in Syria against the government and people.
The extracts of the study by defense consultancy, IHS Jane's, were published on September 16.
IHS Jane's estimates that some 10,000 militants are fighting for groups affiliated with al-Qaeda and the rest fight for different militant groups.

2 more Ukrainian cities want to join Russia like Crimea
Thousands of people have poured to the streets in at least two major Eastern Ukrainian cities, calling for a referendum like the one held in the Crimean region to secede from Ukraine and join Russia.
Protesters in Kharkiv demanded a vote on the fate of the northeastern Ukrainian city, chanting "Referendum" and "Russia".
They also rallied to remember those killed in clashes between far-right demonstrators and pro-Russian protesters on March 15.
In Donetsk, the protesters took to the streets to show their support for Russia, calling for a referendum similar to the one held in Crimea last week.
They also demanded the resignation of the industrial city's governor, who has been appointed by what they call the illegitimate pro-West leaders in Kiev.
Furthermore, the pro-Russia demonstrators urged authorities to immediately release their leader, Pavel Gubarev, who has been detained by Ukrainian security forces.
Donetsk is situated close to the Russian border and is considered as a stronghold of ousted Ukrainian president, Viktor Yanukovych. The city council has refused to recognize Ukraine's new government and called for a referendum on the region's status.
Crimea declared independence from Ukraine and formally applied to become part of the Russian Federation, following a referendum on March 16, in which 96.8 percent of Crimeans voted for union with Russia, with a turnout of 83.1 percent.
On March 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed into law documents that officially made the Black Sea Peninsula part of the Russian territory despite condemnation from the West and the new Ukrainian government.
Ukraine has been gripped by a political crisis since November 2013, after Yanukovych refrained from signing an Association Agreement with the European Union in favor of closer ties with Moscow.

Gewiß, im Gedenken Allahs finden die Herzen Ruhe!
(Quran 13: 28)
Die Aufrichtigkeit wird von Allah geliebt und sie ist wie
eine reinigende Seife für das Herz. Und es gibt keine Tat, die dem
Herzen eine solche Freude bereitet oder eine größere Belohnung
beschert, als wie das Gedenken Allahs.
Das Gedenken Allahs ist Sein Paradies auf Erden und jeder,
der es nicht betritt, wird das Paradies des Jenseits nicht betreten.
Das Gedenken ist nicht nur ein sicherer Zufluchtsort vor den
Problemen und Sorgen dieser Welt, sondern es ist auch der kurze
und einfache Weg zum Erreichen des endgültigen Erfolges. Lies
die verschiedenen offenbarten Texte, die sich auf das Gedenken
Allahs beziehen, und du wirst seinen Nutzen zu schätzen wissen!
Wenn du Allahs gedenkst, werden die Wolken der Sorgen
und der Angst vertrieben, und die Probleme so groß wie Berge
werden beseitigt.
Wir sollten nicht überrascht sein, wenn wir hören, dass
Leute, die Allahs gedenken, in Frieden leben. Es überrascht aber
wirklich, dass es der Nachlässige und Unbedachte zu überleben
schafft, ohne Seiner zu gedenken.
Im Verhältnis zu deinem Gedenken an Allah wird dein Herz
heiter und fröhlich sein. Das Gedenken an Ihn verdeutlicht die
Bedeutung der völligen Abhängigkeit von Ihm. Man ersucht Hilfe
von Ihm, man hat gute Gedanken über Ihn und erwartet den
Erfolg von Ihm. Wahrlich, Er ist nah, wenn man ihn bittet. Er hört,
wenn Er gerufen wird, und Er antwortet, wenn Er angefleht wird.
Verbeuge dich daher vor Ihm und bitte Ihn aufrichtig! Wiederhole
Seine schönen, gepriesenen Namen und erwähne Ihn ehrebietig
(wie es eines Gottesdienstes geziemt), wenn du alleine bist!
Lobpreise Ihn, flehe Ihn an und bitte Ihn um Vergebung! Du wirst
dann - so Allah will - Glückseligkeit, Frieden und Erleuchtung
finden.

Hamas PM warns Israel of dire consequences if attacked Gaza
Gaza's Hamas Premier Ismail Haniya warned Israel on Sunday it would pay dearly if it heeded its foreign minister's call to reoccupy the Palestinian enclave to try to halt rocket attacks.
"We tell the enemy and (Foreign Minister Avigdor) Lieberman who is threatening to reoccupy Gaza that the time for your threats is over," Haniya told a rally in Gaza City.
"Any aggression or crime or stupidity you commit will cost you a very high price."
On March 12, during a two-day flare-up in which Gaza militants fired at least 60 rockets into Israel and the Israelis responded with dozens of air strikes, Lieberman said Israel would have no choice but to reoccupy Gaza, from which it withdrew all troops and settlers in summer 2005.
"There is no alternative to a full reoccupation of the entire Gaza Strip," he told Channel 2 television.
Speaking to around 40,000 supporters at a public rally marking 10 years since an Israeli air strike killed Hamas spiritual leader Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, Haniya warned Israel that Gaza militants had "far more capabilities than you imagine".
He also restated his Islamic movement's opposition to peace talks between Israel and the West Bank-based Palestinian Authority of president Mahmud Abbas.
"Stop negotiating with the enemy," he told the PA. "We will not recognise Israel."
The memorial rally for Yassin -- the wheelchair-bound co-founder of Hamas killed on March 22, 2004 -- took place under the watchful eyes of hundreds of Hamas policemen who closed off streets around the central Al-Sarraya square and took up positions on rooftops.
Senior Islamic Jihad officials and members of smaller groups attended the event but Abbas's Fatah, Hamas's bitter rival, stayed away.
The Ezzedine al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas's military wing, sent threatening text messages to Israelis and foreign reporters in Israel on Saturday, the anniversary of Yassin's killing.
"If Gaza will be attacked the life of the Zionists will be hell" and "In the next war all the Land of Palestine will return," some read.
"Al Qassam has chosen you to be the next Shalit," another message stated, referring to Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit, who was abducted and held in Gaza for five years until Hamas freed him in exchange for more than 1,000 Palestinian prisoners.
The email account of an Israeli security affairs newsletter, Israel Defence, was hacked and an email posted on Yassin's killing. "We don't forget the blood of our sheikh, We swear again to take revenge, and this time by taking off the head of your leaders," it said.
