    Ruling on a Muslim describing another as stupid or a fool - Imam 'Abdul-Aziz bin Baz

    Q: What is the ruling on a Muslim who describes his brother as being stupid or a fool? What is the ruling on describing a group of people as being weak in Iman (Faith/belief), and what if they really are?

    A: It is prescribed for the Mu'min (believer) to address his Muslim brothers with good words and with their names. When he wants to advise them, he should do so in the nicest manner that is most likely to be accepted and to maintain Islamic brotherhood. Allah (Glorified be He) says: The believers, men and women, are Auliyâ' (helpers, supporters, friends, protectors) of one another Auliyâ' is the opposite of enemy. The Auliyâ' address brothers in a way that they like and do not detest. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Righteousness is a good attitude. (Related by Muslim in his Sahih (authentic) Book of Hadith) He (peace be upon him) also said: You will not be agreeable to people by means of money. Rather, you will be agreeable to them by means of wide smile on your faces and good conduct. (Related by Abu Ya`ly and graded as Sahih by Al-Hakim).

    He (peace be upon him) said: "The Mu'min is not one given to cursing, slandering, obscenity or abusiveness." Related by Al-Tirmidhy and Al-Hakim classed it as Sahah. Indeed, his Sanad (chain of narrators) is reliable.

    هل تعود الشام كما كانت دون خلافة وخليفة؟!

    أفاد تقرير لوكالة الأمم المتحدة لإغاثة وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين (الأونروا) أن اقتصاد سوريا سوف يستغرق عقوداً لاسترداد تكلفة الحرب "حتى لو توقف الصراع الآن ونما الناتج المحلي الإجمالي بمعدل 5% سنويا" فإن ذلك "سيستغرق الاقتصاد السوري 30 عاما للعودة إلى المستوى الذي كان عليه في عام 2010".

    إن ما قدمه شهداء الشام من تضحيات لا يقدر بثمن ولا يمكن تعويضه إلا في حالة واحدة ألا وهي أن تحكم الشام من جديد بعدل الإسلام عبر دولة أمرنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أن يكون نظام الحكم فيها نظام الخلافة، لأنه وحده من سيعيد الشام إلى ما كانت عليه، ليس أيام طاغية الشام كلب أمريكا، بل أيام ازدهار دمشق يوم كانت عاصمةً للخلافة الإسلامية، يوم كان للمسلمين دولة وخليفة يسوسهم ويرعى شؤونهم بعدل الإسلام ورحمته لا بظلم النظام الرأسمالي العفن وظلمته. ووحده الخليفة من سيصلح الدمار الذي خلفه إجرام الطاغية، ووحده من سيعيد للأطفال بسمتهم، ووحده من سينتقم من كل فاجر آذى عباد الله ونهب خيرات البلاد واستباح الأعراض والحرمات.

    ومن كان يظن غير ذلك فهو واهم واهم.

    فإلى نسف طاغية الشام ندعو المخلصين لنحكم من جديد بعدل الإسلام وعزته، ويومئذ يفرح المؤمنون بنصر الله، وما عدا ذلك، فثقوا تماماً أننا سنبقى في ضياع وإلى ضياع.

    ‫كيف كانت خطب الجمعة قبل الثورة؟
    في ظهيرة يوم حار, في يوم الجمعة من عام 1998 وفي معسكر التدريب الجامعي بالقرب من مطار الضمير,
    كنت جالسا على سريري استمع للراديو الذي كان مع احد الاصدقاء, كان يبث الراديو خطبة لأحدهم, من اذاعة دمشق
    كانت الخطبة في معظمها عن حزب البعث وانجازاته وعن القيادة الحكيمة لحافظ الاسد مستشهدا بأقواله وافعاله وفي نهاية الخطبة دعا الخطيب لحافظ الاسد بطل الصمود والتصدي بطول العمر والصحة,
    ولم اعلم انها خطبة صلاة الجمعة الا بعد ان قال الخطيب: وأقم الصلاة!!
    هكذا كان الاسلام في #سوريا ايام حكم النصيريين.

    Dans le même temps d'autres médias communautaires, assez influents, se sont mis à table pour continuer l'exercice de ciblage entamé par « Havre de Savoir« . L'un en critiquant explicitement notre campagne sous le masque de la neutralité journalistique et l'autre en relayant la vidéo d'un guignol, ne possédant ni culture islamique ni éthique, rempli d'insultes et de calomnies à notre encontre.

    Ce dernier[5] ne mérite même pas qu'on commente leur vidéo répugnante où l'auteur enchaîne insultes et propos farfelus sans aucune analyse de fond. Mais le plus désolant ici, est que non seulement ce site (islamique) prétend trouver cette vidéo « cohérente » mais il use également de propos implicites pour définir notre démarche (« new manhaj« , « prendre des avis religieux pour alibi« …), qu'est-ce qui peut définir donc le mieux ce procédé que le mot « lâcheté » ?

    Peur de nous citer explicitement, peur de produire – eux-mêmes – une réplique sérieuse et argumentée (au lieu de relayer une vidéo « gag »), peur d'entrer – publiquement et directement – en confrontation idéologique avec notre structure. Ainsi pour parer à ces peurs, et éviter de se salir les mains, rien de tel que le partage d'éléments extérieurs (non c'est pas moi, c'est lui !) et rien de plus pratique que d'utiliser des propos vagues et implicites pour parer aux accusations. Tout ceci formulé sous la forme mielleuse d'une prétendue réconciliation soralienne entre « associations islamiques » . Cela s'apparenterait presque à de la lâcheté… N'est ce pas islam&info ?

    L'article se termine par un passage qui illustre parfaitement l'opposition qui caractérise la fronde des médias communautaires contre notre campagne. Il précise donc : « C'est oublier que ne pas voter est aussi un droit, plus encore quand elle fondée par la conviction. En face, la démarche d'Anâ-Muslim ne saurait convaincre pour son sectarisme qui ne dit pas son nom« .

    En effet le site affirme que le fait de s'abstenir de voter est un droit tolérable lorsqu'il est fondé sur une conviction purement profane (le mot « conviction » renvoie ici vers un article plaidoyer pour l'abstention avec des arguments principalement sociétaux) alors que notre démarche appelant également à l'abstention devient donc intolérable car essentiellement axé sur des bases islamiques (dites « sectaires« ). Une pensée laïque qui ne dit pas son nom.
