وَقُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ يَغْضُضْنَ مِنْ أَبْصَٰرِهِنَّ وَيَحْفَظْنَ فُرُوجَهُنَّ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا ۖ وَلْيَضْرِبْنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلَىٰ جُيُوبِهِنَّ ۖ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا لِبُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ ءَابَآئِهِنَّ أَوْ ءَابَآءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَآئِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَآءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ إِخْوَٰنِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِىٓ إِخْوَٰنِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِىٓ أَخَوَٰتِهِنَّ أَوْ نِسَآئِهِنَّ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَٰنُهُنَّ أَوِ ٱلتَّٰبِعِينَ غَيْرِ أُو۟لِى ٱلْإِرْبَةِ مِنَ ٱلرِّجَالِ أَوِ ٱلطِّفْلِ ٱلَّذِينَ لَمْ يَظْهَرُوا۟ عَلَىٰ عَوْرَٰتِ ٱلنِّسَآءِ ۖ وَلَا يَضْرِبْنَ بِأَرْجُلِهِنَّ لِيُعْلَمَ مَا يُخْفِينَ مِن زِينَتِهِنَّ ۚ وَتُوبُوٓا۟ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ جَمِيعًا أَيُّهَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ
Waqul lilmuminati yaghdudna min absarihinna wayahfathna furoojahunna wala yubdeena zeenatahunna illa ma thahara minha walyadribna bikhumurihinna AAala juyoobihinna wala yubdeena zeenatahunna illa libuAAoolatihinna aw abaihinna aw abai buAAoolatihinna aw abnaihinna aw abnai buAAoolatihinna aw ikhwanihinna aw banee ikhwanihinna aw banee akhawatihinna aw nisaihinna aw ma malakat aymanuhunna awi alttabiAAeena ghayri olee alirbati mina alrrijali awi alttifli allatheena lam yathharoo AAala AAawrati alnnisai wala yadribna biarjulihinna liyuAAlama ma yukhfeena min zeenatihinna watooboo ila Allahi jameeAAan ayyuha almuminoona laAAallakum tuflihoona
Und sag zu den gläubigen Frauen, sie sollen ihre Blicke senken und ihre Scham hüten, ihren Schmuck nicht offen zeigen, außer dem, was (sonst) sichtbar ist. Und sie sollen ihre Kopftücher auf den Brustschlitz ihres Gewandes schlagen und ihren Schmuck nicht offen zeigen, außer ihren Ehegatten, ihren Vätern, den Vätern ihrer Ehegatten, ihren Söhnen, den Söhnen ihrer Ehegatten, ihren Brüdern, den Söhnen ihrer Brüder und den Söhnen ihrer Schwestern, ihren Frauen, denen, die ihre rechte Hand besitzt, den männlichen Gefolgsleuten, die keinen (Geschlechts)trieb (mehr) haben, den Kindern, die auf die Blöße der Frauen (noch) nicht aufmerksam geworden sind. Und sie sollen ihre Füße nicht aneinanderschlagen, damit (nicht) bekannt wird, was sie von ihrem Schmuck verborgen tragen. Wendet euch alle reumütig Allah zu, ihr Gläubigen, auf daß es euch wohl ergehen möge!

VOTE NA DENA HARAAM HAI
Sharii nuqte Nazar se vote ki haisiyat Shahadat aur gawahi ki si hai aur jis tarah jhooti gawahi dena haram aur najayaz hai. Usi tarah zaroorat ke mauqe par Shahadat ko chupana bhi haram hai. Quran e Kareem ka Irshad hai:
وَلَا تَكْتُمُوا الشَّهَادَةَ وَمَنْ يَكْتُمْهَا فَإِنَّهُ آثِمٌ قَلْبُهُ(سورة البقرة 283)
Aur gawahi ko na chupao aur jo shakhs gawahi ko chupaye us ka dil Gunahgaar hai."
Aur Hazrat Abu Moosa Ash'ari razi Allahu anhu se Riwayat hai ke Aanhazrat Sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne Irshad farmaya:
مَنْ كَتَمَ شهادةً إذا دُعي إليها كان كمن شهد بالزور
(Jamul Fawaid Bahawala Tabrani safha 62 jild 1)
"jis kisi ko shahadat ke liye bulaya jaye, phir wo use chupaye to wo aisa hai jaise Jhooti gawahi dene wala."

أَلا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِخَيْرِ الشُّهَدَاءِ الَّذِي يَأْتِي بِشَهَادَتِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُسْأَلَهَا
(Jamul Fawaid ijld 1 safha 261 bahawala MALIK O MUSLIM)
"Kya mai tumhe na bataun ke behtreen gawah kaun hai? Wo shakhs hai jo apni gawahi kisi ke mutalabe karne se pehli hi ada karde."

Yun bhi sochne ki baat hai ke agar Shareef, Deendaar aur Motadil mizaaj ke log intekhabaat ke tamam mamlaat se bilkul yaksoo ho kar baith jayen to us ka matlab is ke siwa aur kya hosakta hai ke wo poora maidan, Shareero, Fitna purdazon aur be deen afraad ke hathon me somp rahe hain, aisi soorat me kabhi bhi ye tauqe" nahi ki jasakti ke hukumat nek aur ahliyat rakhne wale afraad ke hath me aaye, agar deen daar log siyasat se itne be talluq ho kar reh jayen to phir inhe mulk ki deeni aur akhlaaqi tabahi ka shikwah karne ka bhi koi haq nahi pohanchta, kyu ke is ke zimmedar wo khud honge aur un ke Hukkam ka saara azaab o sawab un hi ki garden par hoga aur khud un ki aane wali naslen is shar o fasaad se kis tarah Mehfooz nahi reh sakenge jis par band baandhne ki unho ne koi koshish nahi ki.
