| "Blogtrottr" <busybee@blogtrottr.com>: Jun 21 09:13AM Understand IslaMs Facebook-Pinnwand Understand IslaMs Facebook-Pinnwand بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم روزے دار كا مسواك كرنا اور اس كے بعد تھوك نگلنا رمضان الم... http://www.facebook.com/understandislaam/posts/934410713284352 Jun 21st 2015, 09:02 بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم روزے دار كا مسواك كرنا اور اس كے بعد تھوك نگلنا رمضان المبارك ميں دن كے وقت مسواك كرنے كا كيا حكم ہے ؟ اور كيا مسواك كى تھوك نگلنا جائز ہے ؟ الحمد للہ : مسواك كرنى سب اوقات ميں جائز اور مستحب ہے، روزے اور بغير روزہ دن كى ابتدا ميں اور دن كے آخرى حصہ ميں ہر صورت جائز ہے، اس كى دليل مندرجہ ذيل احاديث ہيں: 1 - امام بخارى رحمہ اللہ تعالى نے ابو ہريرہ رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ سے بيان كيا ہے كہ رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا: " اگر ميں اپنى امت يا لوگوں پر مشقت نہ سمجھوں تو تو انہيں ہر نماز كے ساتھ مسواك كا حكم دوں " صحيح بخارى حدي نمبر ( 887 ). 2 - امام نسائى رحمہ اللہ تعالى نے عائشہ رضى اللہ تعالى عنہا سے بيان كيا ہے كہ نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا: " مسواك منہ كى صفائى اور رب كى خوشنودى ہے " سنن نسائى حديث نمبر ( 5 ) علامہ البانى رحمہ اللہ تعالى نے صحيح نسائى حديث نمبر ( 5 ) ميں اسے صحيح قرار ديا ہے. ان احاديث ميں دليل ہے كہ مسواك كرنى ہر وقت مستحب ہے، اور نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے اس سے روزے دار كو مستثنى نہيں كيا، بلكہ احاديث كا عموم روزے دار اور غير روزے دار سب كو شامل ہے. مسواك كے بعد تھوك نگلنى جائز ہے، ليكن اگر مسواك كا محلول وغيرہ منہ ميں ہو تو اسے باہر نكال دے اور پھر تھوك نگل لے، اور اسى طرح روزے دار كے ليے جائز ہے كہ وہ وضوء كر كے منہ سے پانى نكال دے اور تھوك نگل لے اور اس كے ليے لازم نہيں كہ وہ منہ كو كلى كے پانى سے خشك كرتا پھرے. امام نووى رحمہ اللہ تعالى نے" المجموع " ميں كہا ہے: متولى رحمہ اللہ وغيرہ كا كہنا ہے: جب روزہ دار كلى كرے تو بلا اختلاف اس پر پانى باہر نكالنا لازم ہے، اور كپڑے وغيرہ سے منہ خشك كرنا لازم نہيں. اھـ ديكھيں: المجموع ( 6 / 327 ). امام بخارى رحمہ اللہ تعالى كہتے ہيں: روزے دار كے ليے خشك اورتازى مسواك كرنے كا باب: ابو ہريرہ رضى اللہ تعالى بيان كرتے ہيں كہ نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا: " اگر ميں اپنى امت پر مشقت نہ سمجھوں تو انہيں ہر وضوء كے وقت مسواك كرنے كا حكم دوں " بخارى رحمہ اللہ تعالى كہتے ہيں: دوسروں سے روزہ دار كو خاص نہيں كيا. اور عائشہ رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم سے بيان كرتى ہيں كہ نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا: " مسواك منہ كى صفائى اور رب كى رضامندى ہے " عطاء اور قتادہ رحمہما اللہ تعالى كہتے ہيں اس كى تھوك نگل لے. فتح البارى ميں حافظ رحمہ اللہ تعالى كہتے ہيں: امام بخارى رحمہ اللہ تعالى نے باب كا يہ عنوان باندھ كر اس كا رد كيا ہے جس نے روزے دار كے ليے تازہ مسواك كرنے كو مكروہ كيا ہے.. اور ابن سيرين رحمہ اللہ تعالى كا كلى كے پانى پر قياس گزر چكا ہے. " اور دوسروں سے روزے دار كو خاص نہيں كيا " يعنى خشك سے تازہ كو بھى خاص نہيں كيا، اس ثبوت كے بعد اس باب ميں جو كچھ بھى ذكر كيا ہے اس كى عنوان كے ساتھ مناسبت واضح ہو جاتى ہے. اور اس سب كو ابو ہريرہ رضى اللہ تعالى كى اس حديث ميں جمع كيا گيا ہے: " ميں انہيں ہر وضوء كے ساتھ مسواك كرنے كا حكم ديتا " يہ ہر وقت اور ہر حالت ميں مسواك كى اباحت كا تقاضا كرتا ہے. ( عطاء اور قتادہ رحمہما اللہ تعالى كہتے ہيں اس كى تھوك نگل لے" يہ اس كى باب كے ساتھ مناسبت يہ ہے كہ تازہ مسواك كرنے سے سب سے زيادہ يہى ہے كہ اس كے منہ ميں اس كا ذائقہ وغيرہ جائے گا اور يہ اسى طرح ہے جس طرح كوئى شخص كلى كرے اور اس كا پانى باہر نكال دے اور بعد ميں تھوك نگل لے تو اسے كوئى نقصان نہيں ہوتا. انتہى باختصار حافظ ابن حجر رحمہ اللہ تعالى كى كلام ختم ہوئى. شيخ ابن عثيمين رحمہ اللہ تعالى كہتے ہيں: صحيح يہى ہے كہ روزے دار كے ليے دن كى ابتدائى اور آخرى حصہ ميں مسواك كرنا سنت ہے. اھـ ديكھيں: فتاوى اركان الاسلام صفحہ نمبر ( 468 ). ( روزے دار كے ليے پورے دن ميں مسواك كرنى سنت ہے، چاہے مسواك تازہ ہو، اور جب روزے كى حالت ميں مسواك كرے اور اس كا ذائقہ اور كڑواہٹ پائے اور اسے نگل لے يا اس نے اپنے منہ سے باہر نكال كر اس كى تھوك باقى رہى اور اس نے مسواك دوبارہ كى اور تھوك نگل لى تو اسے كوئى نقصان نہيں ). ديكھيں: الفتاوى السعديۃ ( 245 ). ( اور جس مسواك كا مادہ تھوك ميں ملے مثلا سبز مسواك اور جس مسواك ميں خارجى مادہ شامل كيا گيا ہو مثلا ليمون اور پودينہ وغيرہ كا اس سے اجتناب كرے، اور اس كے منہ ميں جو مسواك ميں ذرات ہيں انہيں باہر نكال دے، اور جان بوجھ كر اسے نگلنا جائز نہيں، ليكن اگر بغير قصد كيے اس نے اسے نگل ليا تو اس پر كچھ لازم نہيں ) اھـ ماخوذ از: پمفلٹ: روزے كے( 70 ) ستر مسائل ( سبعون مسئلہ فى رمضان) واللہ اعلم . One Palestinian was shot twice in the leg and the other was shot once in the leg. Israeli forces also used skunk spray (chemically treated sewage water) and tear gas as well as rubber coated steel bullets. A Palestinian man was hit with a rubber coated steel bullet in the back which caused him to fall and break his leg.Residents of Kafr Qaddum said that this demonstration was the first time that they were able to reach the gate which seals off part of a major road.
