Ramadan ist wie eine Schule, in der man lernt und lehrt, in der man bereut und zu seinem Herrn zurückkehrt. Er ist wie eine Tankstelle, an der man sich mit Vorrat an Anbetungshandlungen und freiwilligen Taten versorgen kann. Hast du innerhalb dieser drei Tage aus dem Qur'an gelesen ? Hast du das Tarawih-Gebet täglich verrichtet ? (Das Gebet ist keine Pflicht!) Hast du dich in diesen drei Tagen darum bemüht, Geschwister zum Fasten anzuspornen ? Hast du Gutes gesprochen ? Denn die guten Worte führen zu den guten Charakterzügen und guten Taten. Wer seine Zunge beherrschen kann, der kann all seine Angelegenheiten beherrschen. Hattest du die Möglichkeit im Verborgenen zu spenden gehabt ? „Das Almosen löscht die Sünde genauso wie das Wasser das Feuer löscht." Ist es dir gelungen, mit jenen Geschwistern zu sprechen und Freundschaft zu schließen, die sich von dir oder du von ihnen über mehrere Jahre abgewendet hast ? „Pflege die Verwandschaftsbande, denn derjenige die Verwandschaftsbande bricht, wird das Paradies nicht betreten." (Hadith bei Bukhari) Hast du Allah oft um Vergebung gebeten ? Hast du Ihm deine aufrichtige Reue gezeigt, durch das viele Bitten und das lange Stehen im Qiyaam ? Allah schließt den Muslim nicht von seiner Barmherzigkeit aus, die alles weitet, Erhaben ist Er. „Wenden sie sich denn nicht in Reue zu Allah und bitten Ihn um Vergebung? Und Allah ist stets vergebend, allbarmherzig." (Sura 5:74). Tipp: Kauft Datteln oder kleine Wasserflaschen in Mengen ein und verteilt sie in der Masjid, so Allah will erhält ihr hierfür euren Lohn am Youm al Qiyama. Shaykh 'Uthaimin (rahimahullah) sagte: „Die Belohnung für das Speisen eines Fastenden, wirst du erhalten, auch wenn du ihm (dem Fastenden) nur eine einzige Dattel gegeben hast."
