These tents were built by the villagers and the activists to save the land that is endanger of confiscation by IOFIsrael occupation forces tried to stop the activists from continuing theirs sit-down, but they failed ,Then, the soldiers threatened to destroy everything one more time if the activists didn't leave the place in few hours5 شباط 2015 الاحتلال يهدم ونشطاء المقاومة الشعبية يعيدون بناء خيم بوابة القدس للمرة الرابعة على التواليبدأ نشطاء المقاومة الشعبية ببناء قرية "بوابة القدس" للمرة الرابعة على أراضي بلدة أبوديس شرقي القدس المحتلة صباح اليوم، بعد ساعات من هدم قوات الاحتلال لها بشكل هجمي.حيث قامت قوات الاحتلال صباحا بالهجوم على على الخيم وبداوا بالاعتداء على المعتصمين وشاركت بالعديد من الآليات العسكرية وجرافتين وعشرات من الجنود المدججين بالاسلحة في عملية طرد المعتصمين وهدم الخيم ، كما قامت بعد هدم الخيام بتجريف المنطقة بالكامل قبل انسحابها من المنطقة، كما قام جنود الاحتلال بمصادرة كافة المواد التي يستخدمها المعتصمين السلميين في الخيام من اغطية وفرشات واوانية للطعام .وبعد ساعات من انسحاب جنود الاحتلال من المنطقة بدأوا النشطاء بإعادة بناء خيام بوابة القدس للمرة الرابعة في منطقة أخرى على الأراضي المهددة بالمصادرة في أبوديس والتي تبلغ مساحتها 167 دونمًا، مؤكدًا، أن قوات الاحتلال تتواجد على بعد 500 متر تقريبًا من النشطاء.كما أن النشطاء وجهوا دعوات لأهالي قرى شرق القدس المحتلة لأداء صلاة الجمعة غدًا في القرية.وتهدف هذه النشاطات للتصدي لمشروع الاحتلال بمصادرة نحو 36 ألف دونم من أراض فلسطينية لتوسيع المستوطنات، ضمن مشروع استيطاني يُعرف باسم (E1). شریف امریکا میں قید ڈاکٹر عافیہ کے ساتھ اپنا وعدہ بھول گئے۔ قوم کی بیٹی کے لیے کئی کالمز لکھنے والے عرفان صدیقی جو وزیر اعظم نواز شریف کے معاون خصوصی ہیں، انہیں بھی شاید اور کاموں سے فرصت نہیں کہ وزیر اعظم کو یاد دلائیں کہ امریکا سے ڈاکٹر عافیہ کی واپسی کا تقاضا کیا جائے۔ ہم نے قانونی اور غیر قانونی طریقوں سے اپنے کتنے لوگوں کو امریکا کی خوشنودی کے لیے ان کے حوالے کیا۔ مبینہ طور پر ڈاکٹر عافیہ بھی اُن سینکڑوں افراد میں شامل تھیں جن کو ڈالرز کی خاطر مشرف دور میں امریکا کے حوالے کیا گیا۔ عافیہ نے تو کسی کوقتل نہیں کیا مگر اس کے باوجود امریکی عدالت نے اُسے 83 سال کی قید کی سزا سنا دی مگر ہم نے ریمنڈ ڈیوس کو دو پاکستانیوں کو قتل کرنے اور ایک موٹر سائیکل سوار کو کچل کر جاں بحق کرنے پر معاف کیا ، دیت کے پیسے بھی خود بھرے اور فوری طور پر امریکا کے حوالے بھی کر دیا کہ کہیں اباما ناراض نہ ہو جائے۔ ہم نے تو ایمل کانسی اور یوسف رمزی کو بھی امریکا کے حوالے کیا۔ ایمل کانسی کو موت کی سزا دے کر اس کی میت کو دفنانے کے لیے پاکستان بھجوا دیا گیا تھا۔ پاکستان نے امریکا کو خوش کرنے کے لیے قانون دیکھا نہ آئین۔ جو امریکا نے کہا اُسے پورا کیا۔ عشروں کی اس خدمت کے جواب میں ہمارے حکمران قانونی طور پر ڈاکٹر عافیہ کو پاکستان کے حوالے کرنے کے لیے کیوں کوشش کرنے سے گریزاں ہے۔ بیٹیاں تو مائوں کی طرح سانجھی ہوتی ہیں مگر عافیہ کو ہم نے بھلا دیا جو عمومی طور پاکستانی قوم اور بلخصوص حکمرانوں کے لیے شرمندگی کا باعث ہے۔ ہمارے سوئے ہوئے ضمیر کو جگانے کو کوشش میں عافیہ موومنٹ کی جانب سے 8 فروری بروز اتوار بوقت دو بجے دن مزار قائد پر ہونے والا ایک خصوصی پروگرام بعنوان قومی جرگہ منعقد کیا جا رہا ہے۔ اس سلسلے میں سید عارف مصطفیٰ نے مجھے ایک ای میل خط بھیجا جس کے مطابق یہ جرگہ درحقیقت ڈاکٹر عافیہ صدیقی کے اہلخانہ اور انکے ہمدردوں کی ایک اجتماعی چیخ کی مانند ہے جو ویسے تو سنگدل حکمرانوں اور خود غرض سیاستدانوں اور غافل عوام کو جھنجوڑ جھنجوڑ کر اسکے فرائض یاد دلانے کے لیے ہے لیکن درحقیقت یہ اغیار کے چنگل میں جکڑے ہمارے سوئے ہوئے اجتماعی ضمیر کو بازیاب کرانے کی ایک بڑی کاوش بھی ہے۔ عارف صاحب مزید لکھتے ہیں: '' یہ ایک بیمار ماں اور لاچار بہن کی جانب سے ایک طرح کی تجدید گزارش ہے کیونکہ اس سے قبل بھی قوم کی بیٹی اور میری بہن ڈاکٹر عافیہ صدیقی کو امریکا کے عقوبت خانے سے چھڑا کر واپس اپنے وطن لانے کا مطالبہ حکمرانوں اور قوم کے سامنے متعدد بار رکھا جاچکا ہے،، وہ گزشتہ 12 برس سے نظربند ہے اور ہم سب اہل وطن کی ذمہ داری ہے کہ ناموسِ وطن کو واپس اس وطن میں لے کر آئیں کیونکہ یہ ایک فرضِ کفایہ ہے کہ جو اس مملکت پاکستان کے ارباب اختیار، اہل فکر و نظر اور اہل صحافت نے ادا کرنا ہے۔۔ اور جن قوموں نے اپنے اپنے فرضِ کفایہ کی ادائیگی سے منہ موڑا، وہ تاریخ کے کوڑے دان پہ پھینک دی گئیں اور نشان عبرت بن گئیں۔ دنیا کی وہ اقوام کہ جنہیں ہم ترقی یافتہ کہتے ہیں، وہ محض اس لیے ترقی یافتہ نہیں کہلاتی ہیںکہ انکے پاس مشینیں اور اسلحہ زیادہ جدید ہوتا ہے یا سربفلک عمارتوں اور لگژری گاڑیوں کی بہتات ہوتی ہے، بلکہ اسلئے کہ انکے قومی شعور کی جڑیں انکی قومی حمیت کی زمین میں پیوست ہوتی ہیں اور انکا یہ مضبوط ربط ہی اپنے قومی اداروں اور شہریوں کے ہر قیمت پر تحفظ کو یقینی بناتا ہے اور اسکے لئے ہر شعبہ اور ادارہ واضح طور پر ایک ہی قومی سوچ کی تکمیل کے لئے ہمہ وقت سرگرم رہتے ہیں۔ یہ ہماری قومی حمیت اور قومی شعور کا فقدان نہیں تو اور کیا ہے کہ ایک امریکی غلام یعنی پرویز مشرف نے اس پاکباز و غیور بیٹی کا سودا کرکے اسے امریکا کے حوالے کردیا۔۔ لیکن ہماری قوم نے بھی ابتدا میں تو کچھ ساتھ دیا لیکن اب واضح طور پر یوں محسوس ہوتا ہے کہ سب ہی نے اپنی اس قوم کی بیٹی ڈاکٹرعافیہ صدیقی کی رہائی کے مسئلے کو اٹھاکر طاقِ نسیاں پہ رکھ دیا ہے اور اب بہت ہی کم ایسے ارباب ہنر ہیں کہ جن میں سے کسی کی توجہ اس جانب ذرا بھی مبذول دکھائی دیتی ہے۔ ڈاکٹر عافیہ صدیقی کو 12 سال قبل اسلام آباد سے اغوا کیا گیا اور پھر 5 برس تک انہیں غائب رکھا گیا پھرکسی جانب سے انکی افغانستان کی جیل میں قید ہونے کی نشاندہی اور انکشاف پر افغانستان میں متعین ایک امریکی فوجی پر جھوٹے حملے کے الزام میں بٹگرام سے انکی گرفتاری ظاہر کی گئی جبکہ وہ اپنے چھوٹے بچوں کے ساتھ امریکا میں واقع اپنے گھر جانے کی غرض سے ایئرپورٹ کیلئے روانہ ہوئی تھیں۔ کوئی یہ بتائے کہ کیا کوئی نازک اور دھان پان سی لڑکی کسی دہشتگردی یا قاتلانہ حملے کے لیئے جاتے ہوئے اپنے چھوٹے بچے بھی ساتھ لے کر جاسکتی ہے۔۔۔ ؟ مجھے ڈاکٹر عافیہ صدیقی کی بڑی بہن ڈاکٹر فوزیہ صدیقی نے ذاتی طور پر یہ بتایا ہے کہ عافیہ درحقیقت ایک دردمند اسلامی ذہن رکھنے والی ہائی پروفائل لڑکی ہے جو کہ ملک میں طبقاتی تعلیمی نظام کے خاتمے اور ایک متبادل نظام تعلیم کو رائج کرنے کے سلسلے میں نہایت اہم تحقیقی کام کررہی تھی اور اب جبکہ قریب تھا کہ وہ اس مشن کی تکمیل کے ذریعے اہل وطن کوایک تعلیمی و سماجی انقلاب کا قابل عمل رستہ دکھا پاتی ، اسے ایک ایسے الزام میں گرفتار کرلیا گیا کہ جس کی قانونی بنیادیں نہایت کمزور ہیں۔ یہ بات ہر غیرت مند کو خون کے آنسو رلانے کے لیے کافی ہے کہ قوم کی بیٹی عافیہ کو جب نہایت مشکوک انداز میں 86 برس کی قید سنا کر داخل زنداں کردیا گیا تو پابند سلاسل کیے جانے سے پہلے اسے بدترین ذہنی و جسمانی تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا گیا۔ انکی غیر قانونی حراست کے مسئلے کو لیکر جب عافیہ فیملی باہر نکلی تو بدقسمتی سے اس معاملے کی نیوز ویلیو کو دیکھتے ہوئے کئی سیاسی و سماجی گروہ بظاہر انکی حمایت میں کود پڑے لیکن درحقیقت زیادہ تر کو عافیہ صدیقی کی رہائی سے کوئی سروکار نہ تھا، وہ تو اس حوالے سے صرف اپنی شہرت و بہتر امیج کا حصول اور اسکا فروغ چاہتے تھے کیونکہ بعد میں جب انکا یہ مطلب پورا ہوگیا تو بیشتر نے اپنی اپنی راہ لی۔ اب عرصہ گزرا کہ ایک آدھ سیاسی و سماجی تنظیم کے سوا کوئی اس جانب جھانکتا بھی نہیں۔ آج صورتحال یہ ہے کہ قوم کی یہ بیٹی ایک امریکی عقوبت خانے میں مقید ہے اور اس کے مسئلے پر اپنی سیاست چمکانے والوں کی زبانیں گویا گنگ ہو چلی ہیں اور اب انہیں اس مسئلے کے حل سے کوئی سروکار نہیں۔ عافیہ صدیقی کی پاکستان واپسی کا معاملہ ہماری قومی حمیت کی ابتری کا ایک بہت بڑا ثبوت ہے کیونکہ ایک مرحلہ تو ایسا بھی آگیا تھا کہ یہ مسئلہ فوری طور پر حل ہوسکتا تھا کہ جب ریمنڈ ڈیوس کو گرفتار کیا گیا تھا اور اسکی رہائی کیلئے پوری امریکی انتظامیہ و مقننہ اپنے گھٹنوں کے بل جھکنے پر مجبور ہوگئی تھی اور اگر اس وقت ریمنڈ ڈیوس کی رہائی کو عافیہ کی رہائی کے تبادلے سے مشروط کیا جاتا تو عافیہ کی واپسی اسی وقت ممکن ہوجاتی لیکن یہاں موجود انکے چند طاقتور امریکی غلاموں نے مسئلے کا یہ حل نکلنے ہی نہ دیا اوراب جبکہ امریکا کے ساتھ تحویل مجرمان کا سمجھوتہ بھی ہوچکا ہے تو حکومت پاکستان کے پاس کوئی بھی بہانہ باقی نہیں رہا کہ وہ عافیہ کو وطن واپس نہ لاسکے اور اس حوالے سے عافیہ کی وطن حوالگی حکومت کی محض ایک رسمی درخواست پہ منحصر ہے۔عافیہ کی بہن اور بیمار ماں در در انصاف کا دروازہ کھٹکھٹاتے ہوئے اب تھک چکے ہیں اور اسی لیئے سوئی ہوئی حکومت اور غفلت شعار قوم کے ضمیر کو جھنجوڑنے کے لیے عافیہ موومنٹ کی جانب سے ڈاکٹرعافیہ صدیقی کی وطن واپسی کے مسئلے کو لے کر 'قومی جرگہ' کے عنوان سے پروگرام تشکیل دیا گیا ہے جو اتوار 8 فروری 2 بجے دن مزار قائد پر منعقد ہوگا اور اس میں عوام کے ساتھ ساتھ ملک بھر سے مختلف شعبہ ہائے زندگی کے 100 سے زائد چنیدہ نامور مشاہیر بھی شرکت کریں گے۔ اس جرگے میں اس مسئلے پر ان مشاہیر کی آراء و مشاورت کی روشنی میں طے پانے والے اہم نکات پر مبنی ایک قومی میثاق مرتب کیا جائیگا جو کہ ایک نمائندہ وفد وزیراعظم اور صدر مملکت کے سامنے رکھے گا تاکہ حکومت قومی امنگوں کے عکاس اس میثاق کی بنیاد پر اب ناموس وطن ڈاکٹر عافیہ صدیقی کو امریکا سے واپس لانے میں اپنا مطلوبہ کردار ادا کرے ورنہ اب عافیہ موومنٹ یہ مسئلہ لے کر ساری قوم کے پاس جائیگی اور کھلے احتجاج کی راہ اپنانے پر مجبور ہوگی، یوں اس صورتحال کی تمام تر ذمہ داری حکومت اور ارباب اختیار پر ہی ہوگی۔ میڈیا سے وابستہ اہل ہنر سے بھی درخواست ہے کہ وہ اس پروگرام قومی جرگہ کو کامیاب بنانے کے لیے ہر ممکن تعاون کریں اور اسکی مناسب تشہیر کریں اور اس حوالے سے اپنی خبروں، تجزیوں اور مضامین میں اسے نمایاں اہمیت دیں اور اس انسانی مسئلے کو اجاگر کرنے میں اپنی صلاحیتوں کو بھرپور اور موثر طریقے پر استعمال کریں تاکہ رائے عامہ متحرک کرکے حکومت کا سویا ہوا ضمیر جھنجوڑ کر بیدار کیا جا سکے۔'' You are receiving this email because you subscribed
