Eine Fatwa... Frage: Was ist das Urteil über das Essen und Trinken im Badezimmer/auf der Toilette? Antwort: Das Badezimmer/die Toilette ist ein Ort nur für das Verrichten der Notdurft und es ist nicht angebracht, dort länger zu verbleiben und sich mit essen oder anderem zu beschäftigen, was einen längeren Aufenthalt notwendig macht. Dies ist nicht angebracht. [Aus dem Buch Fatāwā fī ş-Şalah wa t-Tahārah vom ehrenwerten Scheich al-'Uthaimīn, Fatwa Nr. 32] Und bezüglich Allāh, azza wa jal, im Badezimmer gedenken... Frage: Kann man den Qur'aan lesen oder an Gott denken (Dhikr) ohne laut zu sprechen, sondern im Herzen, während man im Badezimmer ist? Antwort: Alles Lob gebührt Allah. Es gibt zwei Arten von Dhikr: Dhikr mit der Zunge, wie z.B. das Rezitieren des Qur'aan und Du'a (Bittgebete), welches durch die Schari'a bestärkt wird, und Dhikr im Herzen, welches bedeutet an Allah zu denken und Seine Größe und Allmacht, oder den Qur'aan im Herzen zu rezitieren. Dies erbringt nicht die gleiche Belohnung wie das Lesen des Qur'aan, weil die Belohnung mit dem Lesen zu tun hat, welches ausschließlich mit der Zunge getan werden kann (durch bewegen der Zunge und aussprechen der Worte). Das gleiche trifft auf das Du'a zu, sie sollen mit der Zunge gesprochen werden und es nicht ausreichend es im Herzen zu rezitieren. Die Gelehrten unterschieden zwischen diesen beiden Arten des Dhikr. Sie sagten das es verpönt (makruh) ist Allah auf der Zunge zu erwähnen (indem man spricht) im Badezimmer (wo eine Toilette vorhanden ist) und Allah zu lobpreisen an diesen Orten. In Bezug auf das Denken an Allah im Herzen sagen sie, dass es nicht verpönt ist und es nichts daran falsch ist. Der Beweis dafür das diese Unterscheidung zwischen den beiden Arten des Dhikr gemacht wird ist die Tatsache das die Gelehrten einstimmig sind, das es für eine Person zulässig ist, welche dschunub(1) ist, den Qur'aan im Herzen zu rezitieren(2), aber es ist verboten (haraam) für ihn diesen laut zu rezitieren oder zu sprechen.(3) An – Nawawi sagte: „(Die Gelehrten) stimmen überein das wenn eine Person, welche dschunub ist, an den Qur'aan in seinem Herzen denkt, ohne seine Zunge (beim Rezitieren) zu bewegen, so rezitiert er diesen nicht in der Weise welche verboten ist für jemanden der dschunub ist." (Scharh An – Nawawi 'ala Sahih Muslim (4/103)) Ibn al – Mundhir sagte in Al – Aswat: „Ikrimah sagte: ‚Eine Person soll Allah nicht auf seiner Zunge erwähnen, wenn er auf Toilette ist, sondern in seinem Herzen.'" (Al – Aswat (1/341)) Das ständige Komitee sagte: „Es ist Teil des islamischen Verhaltens, dass eine Person, wenn er die Toilette oder das Badezimmer betreten möchte, vor dem Eintreten sagt: ‚Allah humma inni 'audhubikka min al – Chubthi wal Chabaaith' (Oh Allah ich nehme Zuflucht bei Dir vor den männlichen und weiblichen Teufeln). Aber er soll Allah nicht erwähnen nachdem er eingetreten ist; vielmehr soll er aufhören Ihn zu erwähnen nachdem er eingetreten ist." (Fataawa al – Ladschna al – Daa'ima (5/93)) Scheich 'Abdulaziz ibn Baaz sagte: „Allah zu erwähnen ist zulässig zu allen Zeiten und an allen Orten, im Badezimmer und anderswo. Viel mehr was verpönt (makruh) ist, ist Allah auf der Zunge (indem man spricht) zu erwähnen, in Badezimmern und ähnlichen Orten, außer dem Sagen von Bismillah wenn man beginnt die Gebetswaschung (Wudu') durchzuführen. Er soll es sagen, wenn es nicht einfach ist die Gebetswaschung außerhalb des Badezimmers auszuführen, weil dies nach einigen Gelehrten obligatorisch ist, und Sunna Muakkada (eine bekräftigte, stetig durchgeführte Sunna) nach der Mehrheit." (Fataawa asch – Scheich ibn Baaz (5/408)) Und Allah weiß es am besten. Quelle: Islam Q&A (1)Mit dschunub wird ein Zustand der rituellen „Unreinheit" bezeichnet der entweder durch den Geschlechts-verkehr oder durch anderweitigen Samenerguß zustande kommt. In diesem Zustand sind bestimmte gottes-dienstliche Handlungen ('Ibada) nicht zulässig durchzuführen. (2)Der Meinungskonsens (Idschma'a) bezieht sich nur auf das Rezitieren des Qur'aan im Herzen, bei einer Person die dschunub ist. (3)Die Meinung wird von einigen Gelehrten von Ahlal Sunna wal Dschama'a vertreten, wie nachgehend auch zitiert Imam An – Nawawi. Dies ist aber zurück zu weisen da es keinen Textbeleg dafür gibt. Es gibt lediglich d'aif (schwache/mangelbehaftete) Ahadith die dieses Urteil unterstützen würden. Es sprechen jedoch vielmehr eine Vielzahl von Beweisen dagegen. So z.B. : Das der Prophet, , Briefe an die Herrscher gesandt hat, welche mit der Basmallah begannen (welche Teil des Qur'aan ist) und diese darin zum Islam aufrief. (Reported by al-Bukhaari, see al-Fath, 10/382) Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Allah says: 'Who does more wrong than the one who tries to create something like My creation; let him create a grain of wheat or an ear of corn . . .'" . (Reported by al-Bukhaari, see Fath al-Baari, 10/385) Ibn 'Abbaas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Every picture-maker will be in the Fire, and for each picture that he made he will be given a soul, and he will be punished in Hell." Ibn 'Abbaas said: If you must make pictures, draw trees and things that do not possess a soul." (Reported by Muslim, 3/1671) These ahaadeeth clearly indicate that it is haraam to make images of animate beings, whether they be humans or different kinds of animals, whether the images are two- or three dimensional. Pictures are forbidden whether they are drawn, engraved, carved, etched or cast from moulds. The ahaadeeth which forbid making pictures cover all these methods. The Muslim should accept what the Sharee'ah says, without arguing. Some may say "Well, I am not worshipping these pictures or prostrating to them!" But if you look closely and think about just one of the bad effects of the widespread presence of pictures in our times, you will understand the wisdom behind this prohibition: this bad effect is the provocation of sexual desire which leads to immorality, because of these pictures. The Muslim should not keep any pictures of animate beings in his house, because this prevents the angels from entering his home. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The angels do not enter a house where there is a dog or pictures." (Reported by al-Bukhaari, see al-Fath, 10/380) In many houses there are even statues, some of which represent the gods of the kuffar, which are kept for decoration; these are more haraam than other kinds, just as pictures which are hung up are worse than pictures which are not hung up. How often have pictures led to glorification and grief, and led to boasting! We should not say that the pictures are kept for memories, for true memories of dear fellow-Muslims lie in the heart, and one remembers them by praying for forgiveness and mercy for them. One should remove all these pictures, or blot them out, except when it is too difficult to do so, as with these pictures which are all over food packaging, or in encyclopaedias and reference books; even then, you should try to remove it, and to be careful about the bad pictures in some books. It is permissible to keep some necessary pictures, such as those on identity cards and licences, or pictures which are walked on (such as pictures in carpets). "So keep your duty to Allah and fear Him as much as you can . . ." . Militante schiitische Gruppen hingegen, seien ein langfristiges Problem für den Irak. „Jedem ist klar, dass die Gefahr vom IS ausgeht. Gefährlicher jedoch, sind die schiitischen Milizen, die ein ernstes Problem für die Zukunft des Irak darstellen," so Stuni. Weiter sagte er, wenn irakische Autoritäten die schiitischen Milizen nicht unter ihre Kontrolle bringen, werden diese die Einheit des Landes gefährden. Außerdem seien sie, laut Stuni, das „größte Hindernis für eine künftige Demokratie". „Manche militante Gruppen die sich momentan im Irak aufhalten, stehen unter Aufsicht und direktem Kommando aus den Nachbarländern", fügte Stuni, in Anlehnung an den Iran, hinzu. In den vergangenen Wochen mehrten sich Berichte über militante schiitische Gruppen, die in die umkämpfte Stadt Kirkuk reisten, um kurdischen Widerstandskämpfern im Kampf gegen den IS zu unterstützen. Gleiches soll sich zuvor in der syrischen Stadt Ain Al-Arab zugetragen haben. Die Menschenrechtsorganisation 'Amnesty International' prangerte Ende letzten Jahres diverse schiitische Milizen an, sich an der sunnitischen Bevölkerung im Irak mit Folter und Hinrichtungen für die Angriffe des IS gerächt zu haben.
