Aprils an: "Als Aprilscherz bezeichnet man den Brauch, am 1. April seine Mitmenschen durch erfundene oder verfälschte (meist spektakuläre) Geschichten, Erzählungen oder Informationen hereinzulegen. Zielpersonen sind (manchmal leichtgläubige) Familienangehör ige, Freunde, Arbeitskollegen etc. Vor Auflösung des Schwindels sagt man z. B. April April. Aprilscherze sind in den meisten europäischen Ländern üblich." Jetzt fahren wir auf islamische Ebene fort, inschaAllah: • Ist "Lügen" im Islam erlaubt? Da dies im Grunde genommen bekannt ist, wird dies nur mit einem Vers beschrieben: Allah sagt: „Lügen ersinnen ja nur diejenigen, die NICHT an Allahs Zeichen (Ayat – Beweise, Verse, Lektionen, Offenbarungen etc.) glauben. Das sind die (wahren) LÜGNER." [Surah 16 Ves 105] • Lügen, um die Menschen zum Lachen zu bringen? Prophet (sallallahu aleyhi wa sallam) sagte: ‚Wehe demjenigen, der redet, um die Menschen zum Lachen zu bringen, und er erzählt Lügen, WEHE ihm, WEHE ihm.'" [At-Tirmidhi, 235; er sagte: „Dies ist ein hasan Hadith."; Abu Dawud, 4990] • Im Scherz lügen? Ist doch nur Spaß oder? Einige Leute glauben, dass es erlaubt sei, aus Spaß zu lügen. Das ist die Ausrede, die sie verwenden, um am 1. April Lügen zu erzählen oder auch an anderen Tagen. Doch dies ist falsch. Es gibt dafür keine Basis in der reinen Sharia. Lügen ist haram (Verboten), unabhängig davon, ob derjenige, der sie erzählt, scherzt oder ernst ist. Der Prophet (sallallahu aleyhi wa sallam) sagte: ‚Ich scherze, doch ich sage nichts als die Wahrheit.'" [At-Tabarani in al-Mujam al-Kabir 12/391, sahih] „Sie sagten: ‚O Gesandter Allah, du scherzt mit uns.' Er anwortete: ‚Aber ich sage nur die Wahrheit.'" [At-Tirmidhi, 1990] Abd ar-Rahman Ibn Abi Laila sagte: „Die Gefährten des Gesandten Allahs (sallallahu aleyhi wa sallam) erzählten uns, dass sie mit dem Gesandten Allahs (sallallahu aleyhi wa sallam) reisten. Ein Mann von ihnen schlief ein und einige von ihnen nahmen seine Pfeile. Als der Mann aufwachte, erschrak er (weil er seine Pfeile vermisste), und die Leute lachten. Der Prophet (sallallahu aleyhi wa sallam) fragte: ‚Worüber lacht ihr?' Sie antworteten: ‚Nichts, außer dass wir seine Pfeile nahmen und er sich erschreckte.' Der Gesandte Allahs (sallallahu aleyhi wa sallam) sagte: ‚Es ist dem Muslim nicht erlaubt, einen anderen Muslim zu erschrecken.'" PËRGJIGJA: Esselamu alejkum. Së pari duhet theksuar se Allahu i Madhërishëm e ka lejuar për gruan zbukurimin me qëllim që të jetë sa më tërheqëse për burrin e saj. Zbukurimi bëhet me përdorimin e preparateve të ndryshme kozmetike, por edhe të stolive prej ari, argjendi apo diçka tjetër. Te çdo popull është e njohur se gratë zbukurohen dhe është natyra e gruas të zbukurohet. Gratë e dinë vetë se ku i përdorin zbukurimet, gjegjësisht ku i venë stolitë, si:gjerdanin, unazat, bylyzikun etj. Është evidente se popujt dallojnë nga njëri-tjetri në këtë drejtim, ashtu që te disa popuj stolitë përdoren nga ana e grave në vesh-vathët, në gishta-unazat, në dorë-bylyzikët dhe në qafë-gjerdanat. Mirëpo, shpesh shihen disa gra të prëdorin stoli edhe në pjesë të trupit që te disa popuj nuk përdoren, psh: vathët i venë në bark, ose hundë, ose më tepër vath në vesh etj. Kjo ka të bëjë me dallimet e traditave dhe kulturave të popujve. Në Islam, normalisht se ka disa rregulla dhe kufizime kur është në pyetje zbukurimi dhe mundësia për ta ekspozuar gruaja atë zbukurim. Së pari, gruaja mund t'i ekspozojë stolitë e saj, vetëm para burrit, apo, deri në një masë të caktuar, edhe para personave me të cilat e ka përherë të ndaluar martesën-mahrema. Poashtu, stolitë dhe preparatet e zbukurimit, nuk duhet ta dëmtojnë shëndetin e gruas, nëse ndodh kjo, ato ndalohen, ngase në Islam ndalohet dëmtimi. I Dërguari i Allahut s.a.v.s. ka thënë:"La darere ve la dirar"(Nuk lejohet as dëmi fillestar e as reciprok). Kjo e përfshinë edhe veten edhe tjerët. Poashtu, zbukurimi dhe stolitë, nuk duhet të jenë të tilla që të synohet me to përngjasimi me jobesimtaret. Normalisht, këtu është fjala nëse ka diçka specifike për ato, përndryshe stolitë përdoren nga të gjitha femrat, pa marrë parasyshë fenë e tyre, dhe nuk bëhen për motive fetare. Nëse ka diçka të tillë, atëherë, femra muslimane nuk guxon ta përdor atë stoli. Njëkohësisht, nuk bën që zbukurimi dhe stolitë të bëhen për mendjemadhësi dhe për të provokuar tjerët. Poashtu, nuk bën që zbukurimi të jetë jashtë normales që e bëjnë femrat e atij vendi, ashtu që ajo të bjer në sy se dallohet nga të gjitha femrat e vendit të vet. Të kthehemi në pyetjen tuaj. Vënia e vathit në bark dhe vesh, nuk është traditë e femrave muslimane në trojet tona, por ka ardhur tek ne nga tjerët, dhe realisht këtë e bëjnë femrat të cilat nuk shihen me sy të mirë nga njerëzit. Së këtejmi, femra muslimane shqiptare, duhet që mos ta përdor vathin në bark dhe në hundë, ngase kjo nuk është traditë e zbukurimit për femrat e trojeve tona dhe të kohës tonë. Flasim për femrat muslimane. Poashtu, kjo formë e zbukurimit, si duket është shenjë dalluese e femrave të devijuara edhe në perëndim, e jo vetëm tek ne. Megjithatë, më duhet të theksoj se ka edhe dijetarë që nuk e shohin këtë problem, nëse nuk është e dëmshme për femrën, normalisht të gjithë flasin që ky lloj zbukurimi të bëhet për burrin, e jo të dilet jashtë me të. Mirëpo, edhe pse nuk ka tekst fetar konkret që në mënyrë taksative e ndalon këtë formë zbukurimi, dijetarët kanë potencuar se zbukurimi duhet të jetë në korniza të asaj që njihet nga femrat e atij vendi, apo që është tradicionale në atë vend, e jo të importohen forma të çuditshme nga vendet tjera. Ndoshta vënia e vathit në bark dhe në hundë nuk është problem për femrat muslimane në Afrikë ku kjo është tradicionale, por për vendet tona kjo nuk është normale. E kanë pyetur për këtë çështje dijetarin nga Arabia Saudite Ibn Uthejmin, Allahu e mëshiroftë, e ai është përgjigjur: "Nuk di që dijetarët të kenë folur për shpuarjen e hundës që të vesh diçka. Por, unë personalisht mendoj se me këtë mundohet trupi dhe shëmtohet krijesa e Allahut. Ndoshta tjerët nuk mendojnë kështu si unë. Megjithatë, nëse në një vend, vënia e stolive në hundë konsiderohet zbukurim, nuk ka ndalesë që të shpohet hunda dhe të vehen stoli". Pra, edhe shejh Uthejmini përgjigjet varësisht prej traditave të vendit dhe çka konsiderohet në atë vend zbukurim për femrat. Në fund, them se ka forma tjera të zbukurimit, dhe nuk e shoh të arsyeshme që femra muslimane të ven stoli në këto pjesë të trupit. Allahu e di më së miri.
