Ist der Mensch in der Lage richtig und falsch, verboten und erlaubt zu definieren? Und damit meinen wir nicht Dinge die absolut sind, wie beispielsweise 2+2=4. Damit meinen wir moralische und juristische Angelegenheiten. Die Frage beschäftigt sich also damit, ob der Mensch in der Lage ist, eine gerechte Lebensführung bzw. gerechte Gesetze hervorzubringen. Und diese Frage ist mit einem klaren NEIN zu beantworten! Denn zum einen ist der Mensch ein begrenztes Wesen. Sein Intellekt ist begrenzt. Sein Wissen begrenzt. Seine Informationsaufnahme ist begrenzt und seine Wahrnehmung ist ebenfalls begrenzt. Und zum anderen unterliegt der Mensch Einflussfaktoren. Er wird beeinflusst durch seine Umgebung in der er aufwächst. Er wird beeinflusst durch seine Erziehung, sei es die der Eltern oder die der Medien. Und er wird beeinflusst durch seine Erfahrungen, die er im Laufe seines Lebens sammelt. Diese ganzen Faktoren macht den Menschen zu einem subjektiven Wesen. Es ist demnach unmöglich für den Menschen richtig und falsch, verboten und erlaubt zu definieren. Jedes Gesetz oder jede Ansicht, die der Mensch hervorbringt, ist relativ. Der Mensch ist also von seiner Natur aus gar nicht in der Lage gerechte Gesetze unter den Menschen herzustellen, da der Mensch, wie wir gesagt haben, bestimmten Einflussfaktoren unterliegt, die den Menschen dazu verleiten seine eigenen Bedürfnisse zu bevorzugen. Nehmen wir das Beispiel "Mann und Frau". Wer könnte Rechte und Pflichten gerecht aufteilen? Doch nur jemand, der weder Mann noch Frau ist. Denn Frauen würden selbstverstänlich Frauen bevorzugen und bei den Männern wäre es nicht anders. Das gleiche haben wir in der Arbeitswelt. Es kann doch nur jemand Rechte und Pflichten gerecht verteilen, der weder Arbeitgeber noch Arbeitnehmer ist. Denn der Arbeitgeber hätte es natürlich gerne, dass die Arbeitnehmer mehr arbeiten und wenier verdienen und genauso andersherum. Der Arbeitnehmer würde gerne weniger arbeiten und mehr verdienen. Ein weiteres Beispiel ist das Problem zwischen dem Staat und den Bürgern. Wer kann gerecht Rechte und Pflichten verteilen? Der Staat hätte es doch am liebsten, dass man den Menschen weniger geben muss und mehr Steuern einnimmt. Und der Bürger würde gerne so wenig Steuern wie möglich zahlen wollen und mehr vom Staat bekommen. Oder die Probleme zwischen den verschiedenen Ländern und Völkern. Wer kann objektiv und gerechte Rechte und Pflichten verteilen? Um also wirklich Gerechtigkeit zwischen den Menschen herstellen zu können, müsste es jemanden geben, der weder Mann noch Frau ist, weder Arbeitgeber noch Arbeitnehmer ist, weder zur Regierung gehört noch ein einfacher Bürger ist und jemand, der zu keiner Nation oder keinem Volk gehört. Denn alles andere wäre subjektiv. Es ist also klar und nicht abzuweisen, dass der Mensch defintiv nicht in der Lage ist richtig und falsch, verboten und erlaubt zu definieren. Wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe, gelten die fünf Säulen des Islam als Gebote, die man befolgen muss und ohne die man nicht ins Paradies kommt. Darüber hinaus gibt es im Koran und den Haditen diverse Vorschriften, die man als Moslem befolgen soll. Was passiert, wenn man das nicht macht? Was passiert mit den "Sünden" (wie heißt das bei euch?), die man vor seinem Übertritt zum Islam getan hat? Wie kann man sich diese ganzen Gebote merken und wo bleibt Freiraum für ein "eigenes" Leben? Wie kann Allah Schuld vergeben und trotzdem gerecht sein?
