(Al-Bukhari und Muslim) In einer andere Version von Al-Bukhari und Muslim heißt es: "Die Frau ist wie eine Rippe: Wenn du versuchst, sie gerade zu biegen, würdest du sie zerbrechen, und wenn du aus ihr Nutzen ziehen möchtest, kannst du es trotz ihres Gebogenseins." | "Blogtrottr" <busybee@blogtrottr.com>: Dec 31 06:19AM Understand IslaMs Facebook-Pinnwand Understand IslaMs Facebook-Pinnwand ((( ميلاد النبى كا حكم ))) سوال: ؟ يہ سوال بار بار آتا رہا ہے کہ نبي صلي اللہ عل... http://www.facebook.com/understandislaam/posts/845359625522795 Dec 31st 2014, 06:10 ((( ميلاد النبى كا حكم ))) سوال: ؟ يہ سوال بار بار آتا رہا ہے کہ نبي صلي اللہ عليہ وسلم كى پيدائش کے دن محفل ميلاد منعقد کرنا، آپ صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم كى ان محفلوں ميں حاضري کا اعتقاد رکھ کر از روئے تعظيم وتکريم آپ کے خيرمقدم ميں کھڑے ہوجانا، آپ صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم پر درود وسلام بھيجنا اورميلادوں ميں کئے جانے والے اس طرح کے ديگر اعمال كى شرعي حيثيت کيا ہے؟ جواب: رسول اللہ صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم يا كسى اور كى پيدائش پر محفل ميلاد منعقد کرنا جائز نہيں ہے، بلکہ يہ اسلام ميں ايک نو ايجاد بدعت ہے، کيونکہ پہلى تين افضل صديوں ميں رسول اللہ صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم آپ کے خلفاء راشدين، ديگر صحابہ کرام اور اخلاص کے ساتھ ان كى پيروي کرنے والے تابعين نے آپ صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم كى يوم پيدائش کا جشن نہيں منايا جبکہ وہ بعد ميں آنے والے لوگوں کے مقابلہ ميں سنت کا زيادہ علم ، رسول اللہ صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم سے کامل محبت رکھنے والے اورطريقہ نبوي كى مکمل پيروي کرنے والےتھے. نبي صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم سے ايک حديث ميں ثابت ہے کہ آپ صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا: " من أحدث في أمرناهذا ماليس منه فهورد " جس نےہمارے اس دين ميں کوئي نيا کام نکالا جو( دراصل ) اس ميں سے نہيں ہے وہ ناقابل قبول ہے. اور آپ صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے ايک دوسري حديث ميں فرمايا: " عليکم سنتي وسنة الخفاء الراشدين المهديين من بعدي تمسکوا بهاوعضوا عليها بالنواجذ وإياکم ومحدثات الأمور فإن کل محدثة بدعة وکل بدعة ضلالة " تم ميري سنت اور ميرے بعد ہدايت يافتہ خلفاء راشدين كى سنت کو لازم پکڑو اسے دانتوں سے مضبوط پکڑ لو اور دين ميں نئي نئي باتوں سے بچو کيونکہ ہر نئي چيز بدعت ہے اور بدعت گمراہي ہے. ان دونوں حديثوں ميں بدعات ايجاد کرنے اور ان پر عمل کرنے سے سختي کے ساتھ منع کيا گيا ہے. اللہ تعالى نے اپني کتاب مبين قرآن کريم ميں فرمايا: ﴿ وماآتاکم الرسول فخذوه ومانهاکم عنه فانتهوا ﴾ الحشر ( 59 / 7 ) اور تمہيں جوکچھ رسول ديں لے لو اور جس سے روک ديں رک جاؤ. نيز اللہ عزوجل نے فرمايا: ﴿ فليحذرالذين يخالفون عن أمره أن تصيبهم فتنة أو يصيبهم عذاب أليم ﴾ النور ( 24 / 63 ). سنو! جولوگ حکم رسول كى مخالفت کرتے ہيں انہيں ڈرتے رہنا چاہئے کہ کہيں ان پر کوئي زبردست آفت نہ آپڑے يا انہيں دردناک عذاب نہ پہنچے. نيز اللہ سبحانہ وتعالي نے فرمايا: ﴿ لقد کان لکم في رسول الله أسوة حسنة لمن کان يرجوا الله واليوم الآخروذکر الله کثيرا ﴾الاحزاب (23/ 21 ). يقينا تمہارے لئے رسول اللہ صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم ميں عمدہ نمونہ ( موجود ) ہے، ہر اس شخص کے لئے جو اللہ تعالى كى اور قيامت کے دن كى توقع رکھتا ہو، اور بکثرت اللہ تعالى کو ياد کرتا ہو. نيز اللہ تعالى نے فرمايا: ﴿ والسابقون الأولون من المهاجرين والأنصار والذين اتبعوهم بإحسان رضي الله عنهم ورضوا عنه وأعد لهم جنات تجري تحتها الأنهار خالدين فيهاأبدا ذلك الفوزالعظيم ﴾التوبۃ ( 9 / 100 ) . اور جومہاجرين وانصار سابق اورمقدم ہيں اور جتنے لوگ اخلاص کے ساتھ ان کے پيرو ہيں اللہ ان سب سے راضي ہوا اور وہ سب اس سے راضي ہوئے، اور اللہ نے ان کے لئے ايسے باغ مہيا کر رکھے ہيں جن کے نيچے نہريں جاري ہونگي جن ميں وہ ہميشہ رہيں گے، اور يہ بڑي کاميابي ہے. نيزاللہ تعالى نے فرمايا: ﴿ اليوم أکملت لکم دينکم وأتممت عليکم نعمتي ورضيت لکم الإسلام دينا ﴾المائدۃ ( 5 / 3 ). آج ميں نے تمہارے لئے دين کو کامل کرديا اور تم پر اپنا انعام پورا کرديا اور تمہارے لئے اسلام کے دين ہونے پر رضا مند ہوگيا. اس مضمون كى آيات بہت ہيں. اس طرح كى ميلادي مجالس کو ايجاد کرنے کا مفہوم يہ نکلتا ہے کہ اللہ تعالى نے اس امت کے لئے دين مکمل نہيں کيا، اور جن باتوں پر عمل کرنا امت کے لئے ضروري تھا رسول اللہ صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے اسے ان تک نہيں پہنچايا، يہاں تک کہ جب بعد ميں يہ بدعتي لوگ آئے تو انہوں نے اللہ تعالى كى شريعت ميں ايسي چيزوں کو ايجاد کيا جن كى اللہ تعالى نے اجازت نہيں دي تھي اور ان لوگوں نے يہ خيال کيا کہ يہ اعمال انہيں اللہ کے قريب کردينگے. بلاشبہ دين ميں اس طرح كىنئي چيزوں کا ايجاد کرنا انتہائي خطرناک اور اللہ و رسول پر اعتراض ہے، حالانکہ اللہ سبحانہ وتعالى نے دين کو مکمل فرما کر اپني نعمت کا اتمام کرديا رسول اللہ صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نےواضح طور پردين کو پہنچا ديا اور انہيں جنت تک پہنچانے اور جہنم سے نجات دلانے والے ہر راستہ كى راہنمائي فرمادي . جيسا کہ صحيح حديث ميں حضرت عبداللہ بن عمروبن عاص رضي اللہ عنہم سے مروي ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا: "مابعث الله من نبي إلا کان حقا عليه أن يدل أمته على خيرما يعلمه لهم وينذرهم شرما يعلمه لهم" اللہ نے جس نبي کوبھي بھيجا اس پر واجب تھا کہ وہ اپني امت کے لئے جن چيزوں ميں خير سمجھے ان كى راہنمائي کرے اورجن چيزوں ميں شر سمجھے ان سے روکے. يہ بات معلوم ہے کہ ہمارے نبي محمد صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم انبياء ميں سب سے افضل اور سلسلہ نبوت كى آخري کڑي تھے اورامت تک دين پہنچانے اور ان كى خيرخواہي ميں سب سے کامل تھے، اگر يوم پيدائش کا جشن منانا اللہ تعالى کے پسنديدہ دين سے ہوتا تو اللہ کے رسول صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم اسے امت کے لئے ضرور بيان فرماتے، يا اپني حيات مبارکہ ميں اس طرح کے جشن منا کر دکھلاتے، يا کم از کم آپ کے صحابہ کرام رضوان اللہ عليہم اجمعين آپ كى يوم پيدائش پر جشن ميلاد ضرور مناتے، ليکن جب عہد نبوي اور عہد صحابہ ميں يہ سب کچھ نہيں ہوا تو يہ بات واضح ہوگئى کہ محفل ميلاد کا اسلام سے کوئي واسطہ نہيں ہے، بلکہ وہ ان نئے ايجاد کردہ کاموں ميں سے ہے جن سے اللہ کے رسول صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے اپني امت کو بچنے كى تاکيد فرمائي ہے جيسا کہ سابقہ دونوں حديثوں ميں بدعات سے اجتناب كى تاکيد گزر چكى ہے، اور اس مفہوم ميں دوسري حديثيں بھي وارد ہيں جن ميں سے چند ايک ہم ذيل ميں ذکر کرتے ہيں. مثلا خطبہ جمعہ ميں نبي صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم کا يہ فرمان: " أمابعد فإن خيرالحديث کتاب الله وخيرالهدي هدي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم وشرالأمور محدثاتها وکل بدعة ضلالة " اما بعد بہترين کلام اللہ كى کتاب ہے اور سب سے اچھا طريقہ محمد صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم کا طريقہ ہے، اور بدترين کام وہ ہيں جو دين ميں نئے ايجاد کئے جائيں اور ہر بدعت گمراہي ہے. " اس حديث کو امام مسلم رحمہ اللہ نے صحيح مسلم ميں روايت کيا ہے" اس مضمون كى آيات واحاديث بہت زيادہ ہيں. مذکورہ بالا اور ديگر دلائل كى بنياد پر علماء كى ايک جماعت نے ميلادي محفلوں کو صراحتاً خلاف شرع قرار ديا ہے اوران سے بچنے كى تاکيد كى ہے. ليکن بعض متاخرين نے فريق اول كىرائے سے اختلاف کرتے ہوئے ان ميلادي محفلوں کے انعقاد کو اس شرط کے ساتھ جائز قرار ديا ہے کہ وہ خلاف شرع ناجائزکاموں پر مشتمل نہ ہوں مثلا: رسول اللہ صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم کے بارے ميں غلو کرنا، مرد وزن کا اختلاط، گانے بجانے کے آلات کا استعمال اور ان کے علاوہ وہ تمام چيزيں جن کو شريعت مطہرہ غلط قرار ديتي ہے. جواز کے قائلين ان ميلادوں کوبدعت حسنہ سمجھتے ہيں ايک شرعي قائدہ: شريعت کے جس مسئلہ ميں لوگ تنازع کا شکار ہوجائيں اسے کتاب اللہ اور سنت رسول اللہ كى جانب لوٹايا جائے. جيسا کہ اللہ عزوجل نے فرمايا: ﴿ ياأيهاالذين آمنوا اطيعوا الله واطيعوا الرسول وأولي الأمرمنکم فإن تنازعتم في شيء فردوه إلى الله والرسول إن کنتم تؤمنون بالله واليوم الآخرذلك خيروأحسن تأويلا ﴾النساء ( 4 / 59 ) . اے ايمان والو! فرمانبرداري کرو اللہ كى اور فرمانبرداري کرو رسول اللہ ( صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم ) كى اور تم ميں سے اختيار والوں کي، پھر اگر كسىچيز ميں اختلاف کرو تواسے لوٹا دو اللہ تعالى كى طرف اور رسول كى طرف اگر تمہيں اللہ تعالى پر اور قيامت کے دن پر ايمان ہے، يہ بہت بہتر ہے اورباعتبار انجام کے بہت اچھا ہے. نيزاللہ تعالى نے فرمايا: ﴿ ومااختلفتم فيه من شيء فحکمه إلى الله ﴾ الشورى ( 42 / 10 ) اورجس چيز ميں تمہارا اختلاف ہو اس کا فيصلہ اللہ تعالى كى طرف ہے. چنانچہ جب ہم نے مسئلہ ميلاد کو اللہ تعالى كى کتاب قرآن مجيد كى جانب لوٹايا تو ہم نے رسول اللہ صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم كى لائي ہوئي شريعت كى پيروي كى اورمنع کردہ چيزوں سے اجتناب کا حکم ديتے ہوئے پايا، اور يہ کہ اللہ سبحانہ وتعالى نے اس امت کے لئے دين کو مکمل فرماديا ہے اور يہ ميلاديں رسول اللہ صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم كى لائي ہوئي شريعت ميں سے نہيں ہيں، لہذا يہ بات واضح ہوگئى کہ محفل ميلاد کا تعلق اس کامل اکمل دين سے نہيں ہے، جس کے بارہ ميں رسول اللہ صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم كى اتباع کا ہميں حکم ديا گيا ہے. اسي طرح ہم نے اس مسئلہ کو سنت رسول كى جانب بھي لوٹايا تواس بارے ميں نہ تو نبي صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم کا کوئي عمل اور نہ ہي کوئي حکم اورنہ ہي صحابہ کا کوئي عمل ملا تواس سے يہ بات واضح ہوگئى کہ محفل ميلاد کا دين سے کوئي تعلق نہيں ہے، بلکہ وہ بدعت اوردين ميں نئي پيدا کردہ چيز ہے، نيز اس ميں يہود ونصارى كى عيدوں سے مشابہت پائي جاتي ہے. چنانچہ معمولي درجہ كى بصيرت، معرفت حق کا شوق اور اس كى طلب ميں انصاف پسندي رکھنے والے ہرشخص پر يہ بات عياں ہو جائے گي کہ محفل ميلاد کا دين اسلام سے کوئي تعلق نہيں ہے، بلکہ وہ ان نوايجاد بدعات ميں سے ہے جن سے اللہ اور اس کے رسول نے بچنے كى تاکيد كى ہے. ايک صاحب عقل وخرد کو اس بات سے دھوکہ نہيں کھانا چاہئے کہ جابجا لوگ کثرت سے محفل ميلاد منعقد کرتے ہيں کيونکہ حق زيادہ لوگوں کے کرنے سے نہيں بلکہ شريعت كى دليلوں سے پہچانا جاتا ہے. جيسا کہ اللہ نے يہود ونصارى كى بابت فرمايا: ﴿ وقالوا لن يدخل الجنة إلا من کان هودا أونصارى تلك أمانيهم قل هاتوا برهانکم إن کنتم صادقين ﴾ البقرۃ ( 2 / 111 ) يہ کہتے ہيں کہ جنت ميں يہودونصارى کے سوا کوئي نہيں جائے گا يہ صرف ان كى آرزوئيں ہيں ان سے کہو کہ اگر تم سچے ہو تو کوئي دليل پيش کرو. نيز ارشاد باري تعالى ہے: ﴿ وإن تطع اکثر من في الأرض يضلوك عن سبيل الله ﴾الانعام ( 6 / 116 ). اور دنيا ميں زيادہ لوگ ايسے ہيں کہ اگر آپ ان کا کہنا ماننے لگيں توآپ کواللہ كى راہ سے بے راہ کردينگے. ان ميلادي محفلوں کے بدعت ہونے کے ساتھ يہ بھي واضح رہے کہ اکثر وبيشتر ميلاد كى ان محفلوں ميں ديگر حرام کارياں بھي ہوتي ہيں مثلا مرد وزن کا اختلاط، گانے بجانے ڈھول تاشے کے آلات، اور نشہ آور اشياء کا استعمال اور ان کے علاوہ ديگر بہت سي برائياں اور بسا اوقات ان محفلوں ميں مذکورہ برائيوں سے بڑھ کر شرک اکبر تک کا ارتکاب کيا جاتا ہے. |

If one chooses to do so, there is no problem. However, if someone insists that it must be done, that insistence transforms it into an innovation (Bid'ah).
