| "Blogtrottr" <busybee@blogtrottr.com>: Dec 29 07:10AM Understand IslaMs Facebook-Pinnwand Understand IslaMs Facebook-Pinnwand 17 جولائی 2014 کی سہ پہر نیویارک پولیس کی ٹیم کو گلی کی نکر پر کھڑے ایک کالے پر... http://www.facebook.com/understandislaam/posts/843755235683234 Dec 29th 2014, 06:45 17 جولائی 2014 کی سہ پہر نیویارک پولیس کی ٹیم کو گلی کی نکر پر کھڑے ایک کالے پر شک ہوا کہ وہ بغیر ٹیکس اور لیبل لگے پیکٹ والے سگریٹ بیچتا ھے۔ ایک پولیس والا آگے بڑھا اور اس کالے کو پیچھے سے پکڑ لیا۔ کالے نے اپنے دونوں ہاتھ پھیلا دیئے تاکہ پولیس کو شک نہ ہو کہ اس کے پاس کوئی اسلحہ ھے۔ اس پولیس والے نے کالے کی گردن میں بازو ڈال کر اسے گھسیٹ کر زمین پر الٹا لٹا دیا۔ اس داؤ کو چاک ہولڈ کہتے ہیں جو وہاں کے قانون کے مطابق پولیس کسی بھی مجرم پر استعمال نہیں کرسکتی۔ اس کالے کی سانس رکنا شروع ہوگئی اور اس نے چلانا شروع کردیا کہ وہ سانس نہیں لے سکتا۔ پولیس والے نے چوک ہولڈ لگائے رکھا یہاں تک کہ وہ کالا بے ہوش ہوگیا۔ ساتھی پولیس والوں نے اس کی نبض چیک کی تو انہیں معاملہ گھمبیر لگا۔ ایمبولینس کال کی گئی اور جب وہ کالا ہاسپٹل پہنچایا گیا تو ڈاکٹرز نے دیکھتے ہی اسے مردہ قرار دے دیا۔ نسلی امتیاز کے واقعات سے بھری تاریخ میں یہ واقعہ امریکہ میں ایک بہت بڑی خبر بن گیا خاص کر جب ہلاک ہونے والا ایک کالا تھا اور چوک ہولڈ لگانے والا ایک گورا۔ پورے امریکہ میں احتجاج شروع ہوگیا۔ کالوں اور دوسری انسانی حقوق کی تنظیموں نے بھرپور احتجاج کیا یہاں تک کہ اوبامہ کو بھی کہنا پڑا کہ لگتا ھے ابھی تک نسلی امتیاز کی جڑیں ختم نہیں ہوسکیں۔ اس گورے پولیس والے کو گرفتار کرکے مقدمہ کیا گیا۔ سول سوسائٹی کے نمائیندگان پر مشتمل جیوری قائم ہوئی جس نے پانچ مہینے سے زائد اس مقدمے کی سماعت کی۔ 4 دسمبر کو عدالت اور جیوری نے اپنا فیصلہ سناتے ہوئے اس گورے پولیس والے کو بے قصور قرار دے کر بری کردیا۔ کسی ممکنہ ہنگامہ آرائی سے بچنے کیلئے یہ فیصلہ رات کو جاری کیا گیا لیکن پھر بھی امریکہ کے مختلف شہروں میں رات کو ہی ہنگامے پھوٹ پڑے۔ کئی مقامات کو آگ لگادی گئی، املاک تباہ ہوگئیں اور بہت نقصان ہوا۔ یہ ہنگامے اب بھی کسی نہ کسی شکل میں جاری ہیں۔ اور کل نیویارک میں ایک شخص نے دو امریکہ گورے پولیس آفیسرز کو اس کالے کا بدلہ لینے کیلئے سرعام گولیوں سے بھون کر ہلاک کر ڈالا۔ زرا تھوڑی دیر کیلئے ان واقعات کی مماثلت پاکستان میں جاری دہشتگردی سے تلاش کریں تو آپ کو حقائق کا پتہ چل جائے گا۔ جب وزیرستان میں بمباری ہوئی، ڈرون گرائے گئے، لال مسجد پر چڑھائی کی گئی تو جواب میں وہی کچھ ہونا تھا جو نیویارک جیسی "پڑھی لکھی سوسائٹی" میں بھی ہوا۔ مجھے یقین ھے کہ امریکی قیادت اور معاشرہ ہم سے بہت بہتر ہیں۔ وہ اس معاملے کا دوراندیشی سے جائزہ لیتے ہوئے لانگ ٹرم حل نکالیں گے تاکہ ان واقعات کا مستقل بنیادوں پر سدباب ہوسکے۔ ہماری طرح نہیں کہ کبھی ڈبل سواری پر پابندی لگادی تو کبھی موبائل سروس بند کردی، کبھی آل پارٹیز کانفرنس بلا لی تو کبھی ہنگامی طور پر کابل کا دورہ کرلیا۔ جاہل قیادت بذات خود ایک بہت بڑا عذاب ہوتا ھے!!!! بقلم خود باباکوڈا You are receiving this email because you subscribed to this feed at https://blogtrottr.com If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe here: https://blogtrottr.com/unsubscribe/gt/nWF8Wm |
