(Bitte einmal lesen und verbreiten) möge Allāh euch belohnen) Im Namen Allah, des Allerbarmers, des Barmherzigen. Zunächst einmal sollten wir klären was Silvester überhaupt ist, um danach besser zu verstehen warum es haram für die Muslime ist. Silvester ist ein Fest, das offensichtlich mit dem Todestag des katholischen Papstes Silvester zu tun hat. (Todestag des Papstes Silvester I.) (gest. 31. Dezember 335 n.Chr.). Für Muslime hat Silvester keine Bedeutung. Das islamische Kalenderjahr richtet sich nicht nach dem gregorianischen Kalender, sondern nach dem Mond. Es stimmt nicht mit dem Sonnenjahr überein, sondern es verschiebt sich jedes Jahr um 11 Tage nach hinten. Das islamische Mondjahr endet im Monat Dhul-Hidscha. Das neue Jahr beginnt am 1. Muharram. Das Feiern dieses Tages als Neujahrstag entspricht nicht den Islam, da es dafür keine Belege im Quran oder der Sunna des Propheten (Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm) gibt. [Fatwa von Schaich Ibn Al-Uthamin Nr.21290 auf Islam questions] Jetzt betrachten wir das Verbot der Teilnahme an Silvesterfeierlichkeiten Aus der Sunna des Propheten (Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm) geht klar hervor, dass es für die Muslime nur zwei Feste im Jahr gibt: Das Opferfest und das Fastenbrechenfest. Alle Feste, die darüber hinausgehen, stellen eine Neuerung in der Religion dar und sind abzulehnen. Dies gilt sowohl für angebliche islamische Feste wie den „Geburtstag des Propheten" als auch für christliche oder jüdische Feste. In Quran und Sunna lassen sich mehr als zwanzig Beweise finden, die ein Verbot des Feierns christlicher und jüdischer Feste untermauern. Es ist daher weder erlaubt, an Silvesterfeiern teilzunehmen noch dazu zu gratulieren. [Fatwa von Schaich Ibn Al-Uthamin Nr.947 auf Islam Q&A] Und es wurde authentisch berichtet, dass der Prophet (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) sagte: {من تشبه بقوم فهو منهم} "Wer ein Volk nachahmt, gehört zu ihnen." [Abu Dawud, Sunan, Buch über Kleidung, Nr. 4031; Ahmad, Musnad, Band 2, Seite 50] Shaykh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah kommentierte diesen Hadith wie folgt: Dieser Hadith impliziert mindestens, dass es für einen Muslim haram ist die Kuffar zu imitieren, obwohl die offensichtliche Bedeutung besagt, dass es Kufr ist, sie nachzuahmen, wie Allah (ta'ala), sagt: {وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ} "Und wer von euch sie zu Awliya'* nimmt, der gehört zu ihnen." (Surah Al-Ma'idah 5:51) *nahestehende Also Last uns diesen Tag vermeiden ! Im Übrigen ist Silvester eine Geldverschwendung, da an einem einzigen Tag Tausende von Euro für Feuerwerkskörper ausgegeben werden. Außerdem sollten wir eher das Geld spenden, denn davon haben wir auch was im jenseits. Allah der Erhabene sagt im Quran: „Gewiss, die Verschwender sind die Brüder der Satane; und der Satan ist gegenüber seinem Herrn sehr undankbar." (Quran 17:27) [...] seid nicht maßlos! - Er liebt nicht die Maßlosen." (Quran 6:141) Willst du also für diesen Tag das sowieso haram ist deinen Schöpfer ignorieren der dich erschuf und dir alles zum Leben gibt? Und was willst du Ihn ﷻ am Tag der Auferstehung sagen, wenn Er dich danach befragt? Möge Allah uns Erfolg gewähren, und möge der Friede und Segen Allahs auf unserem Propheten, seiner Familie und seinen Gefährten sein.
