Eine Frau, die, die anhaltenden Streitigkeiten mit ihrem Mann nicht länger ertragen konnte, bat einen weisen Mann um Rat. Sie klagte: „Kaum macht einer von uns beiden den Mund auf, unterbricht ihn der andere. Nach nur wenigen Worten haben wir wieder Streit miteinander. Danach sind wir beide mürrisch und schlecht gelaunt. Ich halte das nicht mehr aus! Entweder stirbt er oder aber ich töte mich selbst!" Nach kurzer Überlegung kam der Weise mit einer Flasche in der Hand, und sagte: "Hier meine Tochter, das ist ein Gift der langsam wirkt. Jedoch, nach Ablauf von drei Monaten, kannst du dich darauf verlassen, dass dein Mann nicht mehr leben wird! Damit das Ganze aber nicht ans Licht kommt, musst du dich gegenüber deinem Mann ändern, was immer er auch tut und sagt, musst du die Ruhe bewahren und auf eine gute Art und Weise antworten. Jeden Tag stehst du auf, bringst ihn was er gerne trinken möchte zu seinem Bett mit vier Tropfen von diesem Gift. Mittags servierst du ihm sein Lieblingsessen und mischst ihm auch die Tropfen und abends das gleiche". So ging sie nach Hause und fing direkt damit an. Sie befolgte genau das was der Weise ihr gesagt hat. Erstaunlicherweise änderte sich auch der Mann, die Liebe zu ihr wurde stärker und auch umgekehrt. لیے شیؑر کر رہا ہوںامریکہ کے سابق وزیر خارجہ ہنری کسنجر نے نائن الیون کے بعد کہا تھا کہ امریکہ دنیا کی واحد سپر پاور ہے اور اگر وہ نائن الیون کے تناظر میں افغانستان پر حملہ آور نہ ہوتا تو واحد سپر پاور کی توہین ہوتی۔ لیکن اخلاقیات سے محروم طاقت کا مسئلہ عجیب ہے۔ وہ اپنا اظہار نہ کرے تو بھی اس کی توہین ہوتی ہے، اور اگر اظہارکے بعد اپنے مقاصد حاصل نہ کرسکے تو بھی اس کی توہین ہوتی ہے۔ اس اعتبار سے دیکھا جائے تو افغانستان میں امریکہ کی جارحیت ایک توہین سے دوسری توہین تک کا سفر بن گئی ہے۔ امریکہ نائن الیون کے بعد افغانستان میں کامل فتح حاصل کرنے آیا تھا، لیکن آج امریکہ ہی نہیں اُس کے اتحادیوں کو بھی افغانستان میں مکمل شکست کا سامنا ہے۔ لیکن امریکہ اور اُس کے اتحادیوں کی شکست کی تفصیل کیا ہے؟افغانستان میں امریکہ اور مجاہدین کا مقابلہ ڈائناسور اور چیونٹی کا مقابلہ تھا۔ امریکہ دنیا کی واحد سپر پاور تھا۔ اس کی سیاسی طاقت اور مجاہدین کی سیاسی طاقت میں ایک اور ایک لاکھ کا فرق تھا۔ ان کی اقتصادی طاقت میں ایک اور کروڑ کا تعلق تھا۔ فریقین کی عسکری طاقت میں ایک اور ایک ارب کی نسبت تھی۔ لیکن اس کے باوجود چیونٹی نے ڈائناسور کو چاروں خانے چت کردیا ہے۔ لیکن اس بات کا مفہوم کیا ہے؟امریکہ افغانستان میں طالبان کو ختم کرنے آیا تھا لیکن گیارہ سال بعد صورت حال یہ ہے کہ افغانستان کے 60 فیصد پر طالبان کا کنٹرول ہے۔ امریکہ افغانستان میں آیا تھا تو طالبان افغانستان میں کہیں بھی نظر نہیں آتے تھے لیکن امریکہ کی جارحیت کے گیارہ سال بعد اگر آدھے سے زیادہ افغانستان پر ان کا قبضہ ہے تو یہ مجاہدین کی شکست ہے یا امریکہ اور اُس کے اتحادیوں کی؟ لیکن مسئلہ محض طالبان کی موجودگی کا نہیں۔ آدھے سے زیادہ افغانستان میں ان کی موجودگی اس بات کی علامت ہے کہ انہیں عوامی حمایت بھی حاصل ہے ورنہ امریکہ اپنے چار درجن سے زیادہ اتحادیوں کے ساتھ افغانستان میں موجود ہو اور ان کا حریف آدھے سے زیادہ افغانستان میں دندناتا پھر رہا ہو، یہ ممکن نہیں تھا۔ اس کے معنی یہ ہیں کہ امریکہ نہ صرف یہ کہ طالبان کو عسکری طور پر شکست نہیں دے سکا بلکہ وہ طالبان اور مقامی آبادی کے تعلق کو بھی ایک حد سے زیادہ متاثر نہیں کرسکا۔ امریکی کہتے تھے: ہم افغانستان میں صرف جنگ جیتنے نہیں آئے بلکہ ہم افغان عوام کے دل بھی جیتنے آئے ہیں۔ مگر وہ گیارہ سال میں نہ جنگ جیت سکے نہ دل جیت سکے۔ یعنی افغانستان میں امریکہ کی Hard Power بھی ناکام ہوگئی ہے اور Soft Power کو بھی بدترین شکست کا سامنا ہے۔یہی امریکہ اور اُس کے اتحادیوں کی مکمل شکست ہے۔ چنانچہ امریکہ کے قومی سلامتی سے متعلق 16 اداروں نے اپنی تجزیاتی رپورٹ میں خطرہ ظاہر کیا ہے کہ 2017ء تک افغانستان پر دوبارہ طالبان کا قبضہ ہوسکتا ہے۔ اس کے معنی اِس کے سوا کیا ہیں کہ امریکہ نہ گیارہ سال میں کچھ کرسکا ہے اور نہ وہ آئندہ تین سال میں کچھ کرسکے گا۔ اس کی جڑیں نہ کل افغانستان میں تھیں اور نہ 2017 ء میں افغانستان میں ہوں گی۔ بلاشبہ اس طرح کے تجزیے قبضے کو جواز مہیا کرنے کے لیے بھی کیے جاتے ہیں، مگر یہ تجزیہ امریکہ کی جارحیت کے دوچار سال بعد نہیں، گیارہ سال بعد سامنے آیا ہے۔ امریکی کہتے ہیں کہ انہوں نے گیارہ سال میں افغانستان پر 600 ارب ڈالر خرچ کیے ہیں۔ آزاد ذرائع کا اصرار ہے کہ امریکہ نے افغانستان میں گیارہ سال میں ایک ہزار ارب ڈالر جھونک ڈالے۔ اس تناظر میں دیکھا جائے تو امریکہ نے ایک ہزار ارب ڈالر میں شکست خریدی ہے، اور بلاشبہ یہ انسانی تاریخ کی مہنگی ترین شکست ہے۔ اس شکست کا اعتراف اب خود امریکی عوام بھی کررہے ہیں۔ امریکہ میں ہونے والے تازہ ترین سروے کے مطابق 52 فیصد امریکیوں کا خیال ہے کہ امریکہ افغانستان میں جنگ ہار رہا ہے۔ امریکہ افغانستان میں آیا تھا تو 87 فیصد امریکی افغانستان کے خلاف جارحیت کے حق میں تھے، اور ظاہر ہے کہ انہیں امریکہ کی مکمل فتح کا یقین تھا، لیکن آج 52 فیصد امریکی اپنے ملک کو افغانستان میں پٹتے ہوئے دیکھ رہے ہیں، چنانچہ امریکیوں کی عظیم اکثریت اپنی فوج کو افغانستان سے نکالنا چاہتی ہے۔ یہ امریکہ اور اُس کے اتحادیوں کی مکمل شکست نہیں تو اور کیا ہے؟امریکہ کے نزدیک طالبان کا طرزِ حکمرانی ''جابرانہ'' تھا اور اُس نے اس طرزِ حکومت کو ''جمہوریت'' کے ذریعے ماضی کا قصہ بنایا۔ لیکن حقیقت یہ ہے کہ امریکہ افغانستان کو گیارہ سال میں نہ سیاسی قیادت فراہم کرسکا اور نہ کوئی قابلِ قدر سیاسی نظام مہیا کرسکا۔ حامد کرزئی افغانستان میں آئے تھے تو وہ امریکہ کے ایجنٹ تھے۔ افغانستان میں ان کی کوئی سیاسی جڑ اور بنیاد نہیں تھی۔ امریکہ نے افغانستان میں صدارتی انتخاب کرایا مگر اِس انتخاب کو کسی اور نے کیا خود امریکہ کے ایک اور آلۂ کار عبداللہ عبداللہ نے دھوکا قرار دیا، اس لیے کہ اِس انتخاب میں بڑے پیمانے پر دھاندلی ہوئی تھی۔ افغانستان میں ایک بار پھر انتخابات ہونے والے ہیں لیکن ان انتخابات کی بھی کوئی سیاسی ساکھ نہیں ہے۔ افغانستان میں امریکہ کی سیاسی شکست کا ایک مظہر خود حامد کرزئی ہیں۔ وہ افغانستان کے صدر بنے تھے تو طالبان کو ''قسائی'' کہتے تھے، اب وہ طالبان کو اپنا ''بھائی''قرار دے رہے ہیں۔ حامد کرزئی کے رویّے اور زبان و بیان کی یہ تبدیلی اتفاقی نہیں۔ یہ تبدیلی افغانستان کے معروضی سیاسی حقائق کی تبدیلی کی علامت ہے، اور افغانستان کی معروضی سیاسی حقیقت یہ ہے کہ طالبان کو نظرانداز کرکے افغانستان کے مستقبل کے بارے میں بات کرنا کسی اور کو کیا خود امریکہ اور حامد کرزئی کو فضول لگ رہا ہے۔ چنانچہ جو امریکہ طالبان کو وحشی اور درندہ کہتا تھا، وہ طالبان کے ساتھ مذاکرات کی میز پر بیٹھا نظر آیا۔ یہاں تک کہ اب حامد کرزئی امریکہ اور پاکستان سے مطالبہ کررہے ہیں کہ ان کے اور طالبان کے درمیان مذاکرات کرائیں۔ حامد کرزئی کے رویّے کی ایک تبدیلی یہ ہے کہ ایک سال پہلے تک وہ امریکہ کی مرضی کے بغیر ایک لقمہ بھی نہیں توڑ سکتے تھے اور آج وہ امریکہ کے باہمی سلامتی سے متعلق سمجھوتے پر دستخط کرنے سے صاف انکار کررہے ہیں۔ وہ کہہ رہے ہیں کہ ہمیں یہ معاملہ مستقبل کی پارلیمنٹ پر چھوڑ دینا چاہیے۔ حامد کرزئی اس طرح کی باتیں پہلے اپنی سیاسی ساکھ بہتر بنانے کے لیے کرتے تھے، مگر اب انہیں اس بات کی فکر ہے کہ تاریخ انہیں کہیں صرف امریکہ کے ایجنٹ کے طورپر ہی یاد نہ کرے۔ حامد کرزئی کے اس رویّے نے امریکہ کو اتنا زچ کیا ہے کہ امریکی کہہ رہے ہیںکہ حامد کرزئی نے اپنی روش نہ بدلی تو وہ 2014ء کے بعد افغانستان سے اپنی ساری فوجیں واپس بلالیں گے اور افغانستان میں اپنی علامتی موجودگی پر بھی نظرثانی کریں گے۔ یہ افغانستان میں امریکہ کی مکمل ناکامی کا منظر نہیں تو اور کیا ہے؟افغانستان میں امریکہ اور اُس کے اتحادیوں کا ایک ہدف ایک ایسی فوج اور ایک ایسی پولیس فورس تخلیق کرنا تھا جو امریکہ کی عدم موجودگی میں افغانستان کو سنبھال سکے اور طالبان کی باقیات کا مقابلہ کرسکے۔ لیکن امریکہ اور اُس کے اتحادی یہ ہدف حاصل کرنے میں بھی ناکام ہوگئے ہیں۔ بلاشبہ امریکہ نے اپنے وسائل صرف کرکے تین لاکھ کے لگ بھگ فوجی اور پولیس اہلکار ضرور پیدا کرلیے ہیں، مگر ان فوجیوں اور پولیس اہلکاروں کا کوئی نظریہ' کوئی قومی یا عالمی تناظرنہیں۔ ان کی ملک و قوم سے کوئی وابستگی نہیں۔ ان کی نفسیات پر اس احساسِ جرم کا سایہ ہے کہ وہ ایک قابض قوت کی تخلیق ہیں۔ چنانچہ افغان فوج اور پولیس میں عزم، حوصلے اور قربانی کے جذبے کی سطح انتہائی پست ہے اور ان میں سے اکثر کی حیثیت کرائے کے فوجیوں اور کرائے کے پولیس اہلکاروں سے زیادہ نہیں۔ چنانچہ افغانستان سے امریکہ کے مکمل انخلاء کا غلغلہ بلند ہوا ہے تو افغان فوجی چیخ چیخ کر کہہ رہے ہیں کہ امریکی فوج کی عدم موجودگی میں ہمارا کوئی مستقبل نہیں۔ ایک افغان فوجی نے تو غیرملکی خبر رساں ادارے سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے یہ تک کہا ہے کہ امریکی نہیں ہوں گے تو ہماری حیثیت طالبان کے سامنے وہی ہوگی جو بھیڑیے کے سامنے بھیڑ کی ہوتی ہے۔ اس تبصرے میں افغان فوجی نے مجاہدین کوبھیڑیا کہا ہے مگر اس سے معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ بھیڑیے سے اُس کی مراد یہ ہے کہ مجاہدین بہت طاقت ور ہیں اور افغان فوج اور پولیس ان کے سامنے کچھ بھی نہیں ہے۔ اس صورت حال کا مفہوم اس کے سوا کیا ہے کہ امریکہ کی تخلیق کی ہوئی فوج اور پولیس ریت کی دیوار کے سوا کچھ نہیں۔ کیا یہاں کہنے کی ضرورت ہے کہ مکمل شکست اس کو کہتے ہیں۔ لیکن سوال یہ ہے کہ افغانستان میں مجاہدین کی فتح کا راز کیا ہے؟اس سوال کا جواب واضح ہے۔ مسلمانوں کے لیے اصل چیز طاقت اور سرمایہ نہیں، حق کے مطابق جدوجہدہے اور افغانستان کی تحریکِ مزاحمت پہلے دن سے حق پر کھڑی تھی۔ یہی اس کی سب سے بڑی قوت ہے، یہی اس کا سب سے بڑا سرمایہ ہے، یہی اس کی سب سے بڑی ہلاکت آفرینی ہے۔ اسی قوت کے حوالے سے اقبال نے کیا خوب کہا ہے ؎ہاتھ ہے اللہ کا بندۂ مومن کا ہاتھغالب و کار آفریں' کار کشا' کار سازلیکن حق کے مطابق جدوجہد کافی نہیں۔ حق کی علَم برداری اور اس کی بالادستی کے لیے قربانیاں دینا بھی ضروری ہے، اور افغان مجاہدین نے ایک بار پھر قربانیوں کی تاریخ رقم کی ہے۔ مگر صرف قربانی دینا بھی کافی نہیں۔ اللہ تعالیٰ یہ بھی دیکھتا ہے کہ قربانی دینے والے قربانیوں پر استقامت کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہیں یا نہیں۔ بلاشبہ افغان مجاہدین نے استقامت کی بھی ایک داستان رقم کی ہے۔ ان تین تقاضوں کے بعد نصرتِ الٰہی کا ظہور ہوکر رہتا ہے اور افغانستان میں امریکہ اور اُس کے اتحادیوں کی شکست دراصل نصرتِ الٰہی کے ظہور ہی کی ایک صورت ہے۔ لوگ کہتے ہیں کہ امریکہ دنیا کی واحد سپرپاور ہے، اور وہ غلط نہیں کہتے۔ مگر یہ کیسی سپر پاور ہے جو ایک ہزار ارب ڈالر خرچ کرکے شکست خریدتی ہے؟ لوگ کہتے ہیں کہ امریکہ کا علم اور اہلیت بے پناہ ہے، اور وہ غلط نہیں کہتے۔ مگر یہ کیسا علم ہے جو ایک ہزار ارب ڈالر میں ہزیمت خریدتا ہے؟ لوگ کہتے ہیں کہ امریکہ کے پاس جدید ترین ٹیکنالوجی ہے، اور وہ غلط نہیں کہتے۔ مگر یہ کیسی ٹیکنالوجی ہے جو ایک ہزار ارب ڈالر صرف کرکے بھی امریکہ کی جھولی میں ذلت کے سوا کچھ نہیں ڈالتی؟ امریکی کہتے ہیں کہ افغانی غاروں میں رہنے والے لوگ ہیں، اور وہ غلط نہیں کہتے۔ مگر یہ کیسا منظر ہے کہ غاروں میں رہنے والے فتح کے شیش محل میں محوِ استراحت ہیں اور جدید ترین It's basically a group of Rafidi (Shia) scholars who take advantage of the poverty in Sunni areas of Iran to spread Shiism. The Rafidi Mullah does not recognise Ustadh Sarbazi (who has a show on the first Persian Sunni sat. channel ever, 'NOUR TV', based in the Emirates since the oppressive Iranian regime doesn't even allow Sunnis to own a newspaper, let alone a radio station or TV station), who very politely asks what the intentions of the Rafidi (Shia) group is. The Rafidi Mullah says that they basically try to spread Shiism in Sunni areas of Iran, they tried it in the Kurdistan areas of Iran (over 80% of Iranian Kurds are Sunni-Shafi'is), but gave it up since it is too dangerous [mashaallah at our Kurdish brothers], now they are trying it in Hormozgan (southern Iran where Persian and Arab Sunni-Shafi'is live), parts of the Kerman and especially the Balochestan province. Ustadh Sarbazi asks the Mullah if they (at least) had any success in converting a number of Sunnis to Shiism in the aforementioned areas. The Mullah replied that they haven't been successful, and hence mostly concentrate on strenghtening the believes of the Shias in those (majority) Sunni areas. The Rafidi Mullah literally said that it is very difficult to convert Iranian Sunnis and that they (although living in the poorest provinces of Iran) do not change their religion as easily (reminds one of the OPPOSITE of the Iranian Shias who are known in the west and inside Iran to change their religion quicker than one can bat and eyelid, for Christianity, Zoroastrianism etc.) as it was expected. He also says that the best they can do is to make the Sunnis of those areas 'lovers of the Prophet's household/Ahl al-Bayt. The ignorant Rafidi - although being a cleric - is as deluded as most Shias into believing that Sunnis have hatred for the Ahl al-Bayt or at least do not love them. He then admitted that the Shia caravans take Sunnis (the most illiterate ones from small towns to 'holy Ziyarats' i.e. shrine journeys, particularly to Mashad. He also said that Sunni groups, particularly the Tablighi Jamaat are active in Balochestan and spreading 'Wahhabi ideology and beliefs'. Now to a Rafidi every opposition to Shia (heresies) is deemed as 'Wahhabism', for among the 'Wahhabi beliefs' he mentioned is that the Sunni Da'wa groups (like the Tablighi's) tell people not to visit shrines, ask the inhabitants of the shrines for help, not to wail and self-flagellate themselves. All these 'beliefs' are well established Sunni opinions, it's not just 'Wahhabis' who reject these Shia beliefs and practices, but since Iran can't openly fight, assassinate and oppress the Sunnis of Iran, it needs to first create a boogeyman and fight classical Sunni beliefs and positions under the pretext of opposing 'Wahhabissm'. In any case, look how humiliated these Rafidi heretics are, although the entire state is in the hand of the clergy, all the resources, TV, Radio, newspaper etc. yet they themselves have to admit that barely any Sunni converts to their wretched Imamite religion. But then, why would a sane Sunni Iranian leave the religion of monotheism (Tawhid) and Sunnah for the religion of polytheism (shirk) and superstition i.e. Twelver Shi'ism? Es geht um eine Aufgabe die ich inshaallah nicht länger aufschieben will. Ich war erst am überlegen ob ich es in den Schwesternbereich schieben soll, aber ich denke das jeder vielleicht einen guten Anstoss hat. Und zwar geht es um meine Familie. Die Familie meiner Mutter besser gesagt. Mein Vater und ich das hat noch nie funktioniert und da traue ich mich auch nicht mehr ran. Jedenfalls, ist dieser Teil meiner Familie leicht... nunja... merkwürdig. Die haben beispielsweise dafür gesorgt das ich meiner Mutter wegnommen wurde und subhanallah in einer odysse aus Heimen und Pflegefamilien erwachsen wurde. Warum? Allahu alim. Wie auch immer, durch diesen fatalen schritt damals hat sich die Familie entzweit. Es war schrecklich, wie sehr meine Oma macht ausüben wollte. Und meine Oma und meine beiden Tanten haben meiner Mutte, möge allah sie rechtleiten, sehr schlimme Dinge angetan. Sehr sehr schlimme Dinge. Meine Mutter hat ihre Familie verloren, und mich auch noch dazu. Ihr wurde das Recht entzogen mich zu Erziehen und aufwachsen zu lassen, und ich habe meine Mutter verloren. Sie ist zwar immer noch da und wir sehen uns regelmäßig aber das Band zwischen uns ist zerissen. Aber ich kann nichts für deren Unstimmigkeiten. Nun, ich hatte seit Jahren keinen Kontakt mehr und eigentlich will ich das auch so beibehalten, aber es ist doch immerhin meine Familie... Ich weiß nicht wie ich mit der Situatin umgehen soll. Ich weiß nicht mal mehr was unser letzter gemeinsamer stand ist. Aber im Islam ist es ein Wert seine Familie gut zu Behandeln, ganz gleich ob die Muslime sind oder nicht. Ich möchte diesen Schritt für Allah tun, und seinetwillen inshaallah versuchen wenigstens einen Krieg zu beenden. (-das meine Familie auch so sturrköpfig sein muss -.-) Ich habe angst und möchte mich auf das Telefonat inshaallah vorbereiten. Könnt ihr mir helfen einen "Rettungsring" aufzubauen, also sowas wie einen Notfallplan falls es inshaallah schief gehen sollte, und mir die aufkommenden Erinnerungen den Boden unter den Füßen wegreißen sollten. In solchen momenten denke ich leider nicht, sondern lasse mich verleiten, und dem will ich diesmal gewappnet sein. Ich will inshaallah gute, vernünftige Dinge sagen und nicht emotional reagieren. Kennt ihr ggf auch Hadithe diesbezüglich? Oder muss ich diesen schritt überhaupt gehen? Wäre es nicht besser alles so zu belassen wie es ist?
